The first time I went into the office I wasn't treated to well. but, then I went on the internet and got in touch with Lamont Floyd and he completely turned my experience around to a very positive one I want to thank him very much.

I went to two other dealerships before I came to silva ford, now this is going to be my first stop from now on! Jon anderson helped me and he was great! He's going to be my go to guy he's the best sales person I have ever dealt with. I recommend seeing him. He won't let you down.

The absolute worst. I have purchased over 25 cars from different dealerships and I have never received such poor service, such rude interaction with staff, and such a horrible overall experience. I would not wish dealing with this company upon my worst enemy.

There is a 'make an offer' box that you fill out, send it in and presumably receive an answer on their website. What happened instead, was a manager gave a reply like so: "My name is Greg Renwick and I am the internet sales manager here at Silva Ford in Madera. I received your offer on the limited edition Mustang GT. The best I can do is at MSRP of 48,190. Plus tax and lisc. ( No dealer mark up) When would like to come in to look at The Mustang."First the price of the car in question is already at listed at $48,190 - why bother with a 'make an offer' form if the dealer has no intention of using it at all, or honoring it for the customer. Second, the vehicle was manufactured (and probably sitting on the lot) about 6 months ago. Not exactly what you would call a hot seller, in fact it is just the opposite. You would think that someone coming along, stating that they have the money and are ready to purchase and then giving an offer - would get the dealership excited about getting the car out the door and receive some sort of price reduction, even a little one - not so. This without driving it, bantering back and forth for an hour or more, or taking a day or two. In other words, a sure seller. This would have saved the dealer a couple of hours at least.There are easily over a hundred of these 'limited' vehicles for sale on the internet and they happen to be very slow sellers, 'duds' - otherwise they would have sold out immediately, instead of just sitting around for a half year or more at various lots around the U.S.A. I even mentioned how another place had priced the same exact vehicle $1500 less, it would mean driving a bit farther, but I would drive a little more to save that much money. He wouldn't even give me the courtesy of answering my reply, asking why I should purchase at his dealership and not another, Yes, I gave him another chance to sell me the car. He appears to not care much about making a 'quick buck'.I like how Mr. Renwick is so sure of himself and how he must have a such 'hot' car in his possession - that I just can't wait to come in to drive it and then buy it; this after he almost totally disregarded my original email and then basically told me he isn't going to change the price one penny (in so many words), or try to come to some sort of middle ground, between my offer and the original price.Looks like someone else is going to get an easy sale.(The reason I decided to write this long review, is because this place isn't the only one with an unorthodox method of not selling cars, unfortunately there are quite a few other places that too are lazy, they don't even want to put in a minimal effort to make an easy sale). Some (not all) of the laziest people that I have ever met in my lifetime, happen to be car salesmen/women. Why? They also turn down easy money for reasons only they know. This surely would make an interesting study of human intelligence; or the lack of it.

I remember the first time I came to you 6 years ago and how terrified I was with my bad credit and not knowing how to buy a vehicle. simple every question answered via email timely got there and everything was already printed and ready spent 5 minutes signing and 10 minutes having the vehicle shown to me clean gassed up very happy i didnt deal with stress of like other dealers thank you again alan and bob

I want to take this opportunity to thank you for helping me with the purchase of my Explorer, I'm very happy with the whole expierence. You answered all of my questions and kept in contact with me, without being pushy, to make sure I did'nt have any more questions or concerns. You were very professional and ultimately the reason I made my vehicle purchase through you and Silva Ford. As you know I shppped through the internet for my vehicle. I sent out several e-mail requests to other Ford dealerships regarding the purchase of an explorer and did not receive any response from some and others only responded, answering part of my questions, with an automated response. I did not have that expierence with you. I will shop for my next vehicle with you and Silva Ford and will tell everyone I know about the great expirence I had with this purchase. Thanks Again, Carson
