I got there early for my 7:30 Appt time for oil change with Jose Campos my service advisor. Right when it 7:30 hit Jose was right there to greet me and he even remembered me which is great. I waited in waiting room which is always nice and clean. I was there maybe an hour with great overall service. Thank you all.

We just got off the phone with one of the salesman in the parts department. We called to order a replacement windshield. We have a 20” crack in the windshield of our XT6 Cadillac which we bought from them in 2020. This is one of several cars we have purchased from them and have been loyal customers until now. The salesman would not order our windshield because he doesn’t know what the eta is on the windshield. We told him that if we do not get it on order than we will never get one and asked him what we should do, just not drive our car anymore? He said yes unless we want a ticket. Strangest conversation we have had with Simpson. He would not order the windshield and recommend we don’t drive our car. If we don’t get a windshield from you our warranty is void. He had no desire to help us. All we want to do is order a new windshield.

I first spoke with Sean over the phone and he made me so comfortable and gave me so much attention. He answered all my questions and referred me to Barry. Of the three Los Angeles area Buick dealerships, I visited, only Simpson Buick salesmen knew intelligent information about the new model autos they were selling! The other dealers' staff were either 'new', dealt with 'mostly trucks', or, gave no indication they were inclined to educate themselves to information about their products.

We went in to buy a truck on September 17, 2016, we looked online for a used 2015 GMC, was not all that in person, the internet did not say it was a 4 by 4, so the salesman Erick La Blanc came out and said we have another truck what you want, a GMC v8 5.3 L engine truck. We test drives the truck and everything, I tell the guy like 3times are you sure it is a v8 engine, he said yes. Test drive it, very nice truck. We decided to take it, it took like 6hours waiting, to make a long story short, Carlos gave us a great comfortable monthly payment, then I go and get the onstar ready, putting in my Bluetooth, then Erick tells me I'm sorry, by the way this truck is a v6, my whole demeanor changed. The whole time I was not buying what they told me I was buying.To add insult to injury, the manager, Douglas Dolphus was an xxxxxxx. No empathy, customer service, no respect, and definitely no sympathy for what happened to us. He completely blamed us for buying the truck, and when it was his workers that didn't know nothing. He had a bad attitude,rude, arrogant, and was just an xxxxxxx . The WORST PLACE TO BUY A TRUCK!!! Erick La Blanc is a nice guy, but does NOT know his trucks, he wanted to make a sale, and lied to us from the beginning, BAD SERVICE!!! Carlos is a nice guy, would help you get a good deal, and Douglas DOlphus is a HORRIBLE manager. All these guys need to learn how to do business, definitely learn their trucks and Douglas needs someone else sitting in his managers place, because he absolutely SUCKS!!

Also I had went to premier chevy down the street to do my wife's oil change on her chevy cruze and they wanted 50 dollars for one service. Simpson however offers 3 oil services for 53 dollars. Last week I had a couple of strut's put in and the following week heard some sounds that were not there before. I took the car back to Simpson Buick and talked with Service Manager Jose Campos. After leaving my car overnight it was determined that one of the new Strut's that were put in froze. Without hesitation Mr. Campos ordered two new ones. The others were in waranty. I have been dealing with Simpson Buick for 15 years now and they are as good now as they were then. You should have no problem dealing with them. After losing my beloved '84 300TD that my dad passed down to me to a negligent teenage driver. Christian made my forced car buying experience a good one. Not really ready to buy a car, Christian helped me figure out what I wanted and needed. He had all the information and never pushed me towards anything I might not need. He even helped me scale back a little when my eyes got a little bigger than my pocket book.I feel a car is a car but the people you deal with either makes me want to come back or give you the sick guilty feeling like I did something I shouldn't have. I will certainly be going back to Christian with all my vehicle needs.

To make it simple i copied and pasted the email I wrote to John's Roberts (my salesperson) bossAli,I wanted to shoot you a quick note to tell you how impressed I was with John Roberts. He went above and beyond for me, and I walked away from the experience extremely satisfied and excited with my purchase. Coming from a similar service industry myself, clothing, I like to think I am pretty savvy in terms of getting the best price/deal. John was one of the first people I talked to regarding my trade, but I was talking to 4-5 other dealerships. John was by far the quickest to respond and the most thorough. By yesterday morning, I had 2-3 comparable deals, one that was slightly better than Johns but I chose to go with John just because I appreciated his service. In fact, the car I chose wasnt even perfect for me, I didnt love the color but overall the price fit in. Once we confirmed and I filled the paperwork online, John came back to me with a deal on a car he knew I would like better. Pretty awesome being he already had a sale completed. Not only was I more satisfied with that car, he also upsold me (it was slightly more expensive), but I didnt feel like I was being sold I felt like he was trying to get me what I wanted.The bottom line is with the other dealerships I worked with the experience was flat out bad. Poor communication, lots of hiding details and it really felt like they werent partnering with me on the sale. They had an agenda and my needs were not a part of it. Working with John felt like the opposite so I was more than happy to spend my money with him. I just wanted to email you and give him a great review and tell you I will absolutely be working with John again on my next vehicle and would refer anyone I know looking to buy to him as well. Keep up the good work over there.

I always enjoy being one of the first customers of the day to get car maintenance completed. Simpson usually has me in and out within 90 minutes which I don't mind relaxing in the lobby as they provide coffee, donuts, water, television and very nice employees and customers. I am always asked if they can shuttle me home but I decline because by the time I get dropped off, my car maintenance is typically completed.The service managers are always courteous, polite and are very gentle when they have to inform a customer of needed additional maintenance recommendations and/or cost.

We had an excellent experience purchasing our Acadia. Purchase I would give a 10 out of 10. When taking back my vehicle back for service, again almost perfect experience. I showed a flaw in leather and another piece has been ordered. Rails were installed and I was offered a sandwich for lunch. The play room was a great plus for my 3 children. The reason I gave a 9 out of 10 was that when we purchased vehicle it was not cleaned very well as it was late and picked up from another dealership. There were tape marks still on windows. Was told they would clean it when we came back to have rails installed. It was put on my work order for date of service. Unfortunately it was overlooked and not done. Not a huge deal but disappointed. It is the small details that sometimes really makes an impression.

Please share your experience. My husband and I visited multiple dealerships with all intent of purchasing /leasing our new vehicle. We had extremely bad luck with the Sale Associates, in most cases they were very uneducated and uncertain as to what they were selling, very pushy and trying to sell us on a vehicle that we made clear we had no interest in. On Saturday we had several appointments and there was not 1 we were really excited about, every car was missing something very important to us. We disregarded all appointments and I continued to search online for hours, looking for that perfect car. I ran across Simpson GMC, checked the inventory and was so excited by what they actually had on the lot. Being irritated and at this point confused, I called Simpson GMC and was immediately connected to our Sales Associate, Stephen Cwynar. I explained our situation to him and told him exactly what we were looking for. Stephen was more than willing to help and assured me he'd check inventory and have quotes to me within 5 minutes after hanging up. Low and behold, the quote we were looking for was delivered in the time frame as stated and more than anything the car was an exact match to our requirements. Stephen communicated well through e-mail and spent apprx. 45 minutes on the phone with us discussing our options, pricing, financing, purchase vs leasing, etc. Thinking in the back of our minds it was too good to be true, we got in the car and drove North 45 minutes. Upon arrival at the dealership, the car was washed and waiting out front for us, Stephen so kindly met us at the door, took us to see the car and for a test drive. He was so thorough with everything, showing us how it all worked, what it was, etc. He definitely knew what he was selling and it was such a comforting feeling! We sat down went over everything we had already discussed but it was in front of us, every little detail, nothing was missed. Stephen and his Associates were all great, it was a pleasure working with all of them. A few days later, Stephen sent a follow up, checking in to see what we thought, if we had any questions and letting us know we are more than welcome to contact him for anything, it was very comforting. we look forward to referring the dealership at any chance we get. We loved the experience and we love our new car. Can't thank them enough!

After Test driving 6 brands of Vehicles (Ford,Honda,Acura,Toyota,Cadillac and Mercedes) I decided that the 2014 Buick Regal would be the best choice for my budget based on price, standard equipment and overall reviews. Thinking that the hardest part of deciding which car to purchase was over, finding a local dealership to test drive and order would be easy. I reached out to 3 Buick dealers via e-mail, phone call and even drove to one on my lunch hour to see if the had any 2014 models on the lot. I found that the promise of "we will call or get back to you ASAP" never happened after 2 weeks of waiting. I thankfully found the Dealer Rater website online and read the positive reviews on Simpson Buick and gave them a call and was connected with Salesman Todd Fee who was knowledgeable and confident that Simpson Buick could get me the car I wanted and within budget. Todd called me 2 days later to setup a time for the test drive for myself and my wife and upon arriving we were treated with the respect and a high level of automotive professionalism from Todd and the Simpson staff that we had not experienced in many years. Impressed with the dealership and the Regal we knew that Simpson Buick really wanted to earn our business and was going to provide the best price and customer service you would expect from a Buick/GM dealership. We have now accepted delivery of our 2014 Buick Regal from Simpson Buick on 12/6/13 and I am happy to report that the entire purchase process was extremely stress free and the Finance Manager (David Keefe) found a way to get me $1500 below our Budget! I just got my pre-owned Tahoe on Thursday. I didn't think I was going to leave with a car when I was on my way to the dealership as I was on my own with my 2 and 4 year old daughters. Riyaz was so helpful and patient. The playroom was perfect for entertaining my girls and I sat with them as he came back and forth with information for me. The buying process seemed too easy. I don't know what else to say except I couldn't be happier with my car and the process getting it. I will definitely recommend Simpson dealership to anyone looking for a car.

I had help with Truecar for my purchase and Riyaz was so helpful... He is the Internet Manager at Simpson Buick and something he is NOT is "a typical sales person"... He quickly honoured Truecar savings and explained the Lease process... No surprises, just a GREAT deal... even after the transaction was complete, he added that we could come in at any-time to get our car wash... ANY-TIME!! NOT just when it's time to take the car in for service like most dealers were explaining (Acura in Cerritos, even other Buick Dealers). My wife asked if we can come in once a month, and Riyaz said that we can come every week! Cant even give this dealership a 1 star rating. Please steer clear of this facility. I bought a Sierra Denali in 08 from these jackholes and I should have known better. Different employees, same xxxxxx customer service. Striking a deal for a 2013 GMC sierra took took 5 hours when in other facilities its taken 2 hours. Then once they had the truck on site 2 days later, it had a scratch that I got the runaround on fixing and then the sunroof and sealants and spray in liner was supposed to be done in 3 days. They took 10 days. When I finally picked up the truck they did not have the 2nd key nor did they fill the tank! Every time I've scheduled an appt or requested the 2nd key (which I still dont have 90 days later) I get deferred and the runaround by not only the service staff, but also the sales staff. Almost every promise they have made they broke. Their disconnectedness from their customers is repulsing, as they care more about their bottom line than providing mediocre service. So very frustrated with how this place stays in business. I will make it my lifes work to make sure that this business tanks. Other than a great truck I'm telling everyone to buy and service at Hardin GMC. Simpson is for suckers. NEVER AGAIN!

Very Shady! Be careful when buying a car from this dealership. I purchased a car from here the price was agreed upon and then they came back with a line item for 300.00 which was described as some paint protection obviously just a way to get more money. I told them to take that off, next they came back with a work sheet that had sales tax on the MSRP of the vehicle and not the agreed upon price. I was told that sales tax is charged before discounts and rebates and I figured o.k. its just like a new cell phone. Well I got on my phone and found out that was a blatant lie and when confronted it was changed and some excuse like they charged wrong county sales tax was made, the difference was close to 800.00. I will also be reporting them to the BBB because I'm sure they are screwing the state of California by under reporting sales tax when they get away with this and just put it in their pocket. So this is my story if you want to buy a car from them fine, I did just be aware that once you agree on a price they will try all kinds of tactics and lies and what I consider illegal information and practices to try to get more money out of you. Be careful!

Getting my car serviced is never something that I look forward to, however, Ted Diesel really made an effort to get me in quickly, have the technician diagnose the problem, get the part ordered and still have me out in time to make it to an important meeting with one of my key customers. While many people complain that they feel that having work done at a dealership will result in them paying unreasonable prices and being charged for work they do not even need, Ted Diesel has always taken the time to describe the recommended work and even outlined what items should be done immediately and which can wait until my budget will allow the work. Ted has even gone so far as to call the Technician to the service desk so that my technical questions could be answered correctly. This level of service, along with the fact that even the Service Manager, Jay Malloy, went out of his way to stop and check to see if there was anything they could improve on. Greatly appreciated and although I do not look forward to future service work I will have to have done on my vehicle, I am sure that I will have the work done at Simpson.

I do not normally do this this but I was asked to give an honest review of my sale process being that it was the second purchase in less than a year. It is my understanding, per Brian Cross, that Simpson GMC values what thier customer's thoughtsare to help them grow. I am in the sales busniess where follow up means everything. From the start of both vehicles Gary Simpson took the orderes but was terrible at following up. It's very disapointing when you start with one vehicle and end up with another. I should have gone back to Brian Cross who would return my calls and let me know what was going on This last epsiode with the van that I ordered, that took several months, I was told it would be here over a week ago by Gary. That was not the case. He even said it was unloaded off the rail car and ready to be trucked to the dealership over a week ago. Still no calls and still no van as of 6 days ago. I was ready to just back out. I received a call a few days ago from Brian telling me where the van was and when it would be here. Brian told me that he would bypass the normal routine and have the van picked up instead of waiting for it to be trucked. That is exactly what he did. Brian gave me a time when it would be there. I received a play by play of how it was going and it all happened as he said. Brian thank you for your help getting it all to happen today. I was ready to take back my deposit and be done with the whole thing. As a salesman, we do not get enough recognition but here's one for you Brian. Thank you very much. I have purchased 2 vehicles at Simpson. The sales staff are easy to work with, but more importantly the Service staff, James, Ted & Jerry are phenomenal. I have never gone to a dealer where the same technician works on your car every time it come into there shop. James is very diligent in making sure I am aware of what is going on with my car and then once I get it back he follows up with me to make sure I am satisfied. Simpson Buick, Pontiac, GMC is the ONLY place I will do business with from here on out.

We used the USAA buying service and conducted this transaction over the phone. Simpson in General and Riyaz in particuliar did a fantastic job. Knowing that communication is key, Riyaz kept us informed on the progress of our special order vehicle. I purchased two 2006 Buick LaCrosse vehicles at Simpson and have an extended warranty on both automobiles. Even though we have service done at Simpson that is not covered by warranty, we go ahead anyway since they have been very good to us over the past 5 years. All the employees are professional, knowledgeable and courteous to me and my wife every time we visit the dealership. In addition, they are very responsive to our needs and always have the car ready when promised or provide a rental if repairs or service run longer than estimated. This is the second car I've purchased from Simpson Buick and I'm very pleased with the service I've received from them. They take the time to find out what you want and they do just about the impossible to find you the exact car you want. I still can't believe they were able to find the 2011 LaCrosse with the exterior color and interior color I wanted along with the options I wanted -- it was impossible to find...but they found it! Everyone at this dealership is very friendly and helpful. Over the years with my 2007 LaCrosse I worked with James in Service and knew that he would always help me no matter how big or small my concern was. I recently came in for an oil change and a minor recall that needed to be fixed. Before I could call to make an appointment Jose called me to remind me I needed to get service done on my vechile. He made is so easy and conveient on me. This is actually my second car purchased at this dealership and there is a reason I keep coming back. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I specifically liked the internet sales department. They did not hassle my wife and I and they gave us the best and most fair deal for our trade-in. Prior to doing business with Simpson we especially liked Penske Cadillac. However, the guys over at Simpson appeared to be both honest and commited to the product that they were selling. We will consider Simpson first for our future car and truck buying needs.

I trust Mr. Vinas to give me honest advice on my automible's needs. Trust to me is more important than price. I am taken promptly and the car is returned as promied. All the while I am kept informed of progress. Waiting room is clean and other personnel are quite friendly. So I am traditionally an import buyer however I guess I gave in to the whole buy American ads and decided to venture down to Simpson gmc after doing my research and reading their reviews boy was I surprised I was greeted by a young salesperson who knew nothing about the Acadia I was interested in and seemed so pushy to get me on a test drive since I was only there to get information and declined he left me out on the lot and brought back The "guy in charge" Bryan who still could not answer my questions And seemed arrogant and cocky about his store and seemed to only want to get me to take a car home today. I am in sales myself so I figured posting this on here may get this store to actually wake up and do something about their store.

Ted Diesel is my service writer. He is very pleasent, very helpful, very congenial and answers all my questions when I ask. When I leave the car he always calls me if there is a problem I need to be aware of. The service department on a whole is very efficient. They always get me in and out in a timely manner.

DANGER STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I went to simpson for the first time six months ago and thought there where great. I had a major engine issue with my 2008 yukon and it was under warrenty so they fixed it with no problem. Then about a week ago my yukon just stop working. I went back, Via tow truck. When i spoke to the service deparment they said that my warrenty had expired and there was nothing they could do. Even though it was the same thing that broke. They do not stand buy there work.

The guys at Simpson have never "rolled their eyes" at me when I presented issues that were occurring with my 2008 Acadia, as another local dealer did. They worked hard to explore why things were happening, and how to fix them. Turns out, my 2008 Acadia was a lemon... turned in via the CA Lemon Law. I now have a 2010 Acadia and I trust Simpson fully to treat me respectfully and kindly when I come to them for all of my maintenance and service needs. High-Fives to their service team.

I have been going to simpson for three years. I have always sworn by there work and thought they were the greatest guys. Boy was I wrong. They are a bunch of thieves. I had my sun roof repaired by them a few years ago while my truck was still under warranty. The first time it rained my sun roof leaked so I took it in. I was told that it was a drain that was pluged and they cleared it for free. I was very happy, but being in southern california it does not rain much so I could not really tell if they fixed the problem. So the next time it rained it leaked again so I took my truck into them. They did the same bandaid and I thought it was ok. Today I went in because we have been getting a lot of rain and my roof was leaking real bad. Now that my truck has 100,000 miles and I am way out of my warranty they told me that I have a bad sunroof and its going to cost $900 to reseal it, and if they need to replace it, it would cost $2200. So if you are looking for a great dealership to buy a GMC or a place to have it serviced DO NOT GO TO SIMPSON.

The part required to replace the transition control module was unavailable from GM and required ten days to be completed which was a long time without the vehicle. There was a rental car available during this period which helped with my transportation needs.

We were involved in the Saturn Vue Hybrid battery recall. We decided to try a local GM dealership, Simpson GM. It took 3 months to get a replacement battery, and Jay Malloy hung in there with us the entire time. Once the battery arrived, Jay and James Simpson worked with us to get the battery put in and allow us a rental car while it was being replaced. I purchased a new 2011 GMC Sierra Denali 2500HD 4x4 from Simpson GMC. I worked with three great people throughout my experience.. Gary, Brian, and Randy. I worked with Gary to build the vehicle; Brian to work the deal/sales; and Randy to do the finance paperwork.From the time I walked into this dealer I was treated with respect and everyone was kind to me without any pressure to purchase. I knew what I was looking for and it soon became apparent I would need to custom order the truck I wanted. Gary took charge and we sat down for 2 hours building the truck exactly as I wanted it. He never rushed me and he gave me his honest opinions and correct answers about the features I had questions on.2 months later the truck is here. Gary calls and we do the paperwork process, which I might add only took an hour to complete. Gary and Randy (finance) had most of the paperwork ready to go for me. Brian was there as well and helped answer my last minute questions about vehicle features and aftermarket/upgrade equipment.I picked this truck up on November 11, 2010. When I arrived at the dealership on the big day the truck was already done with the pre-delivery inspection, was washed, filled with diesel, and ready to go for me. Gary walked the vehicle with me, setup OnStar, and answered my remaining questions.Everyone was great to work with and I will definitely purchase another vehicle from this dealership. Whether we have a scheduled maintenance item, a recall remedy, or a repair item, we always receive professional, friendly service. Our service advisor keeps us informed of any unexpected issues, and always communicates any changes that would affect completion of the scheduled items. I had the best car buying experience in my life at Simpson Buick. My relationship began when I contacted several dealers in southern California for price quotes. Most dealerships responded, but not like Simpson did. Not only did I get price quotes, but, I also received a follow-up phone call almost immediately. I asked for my experience to be low pressure and it was. Very friendly staff, helpful and courteous. The used car that I was interested in was waiting for me when I arrived. I was able to take it for a drive and all of the questions that I could think of were answered. My husband was unable to come due to work, so the dealership allowed me to take the vehicle home for a day so that he could see it and drive it back. This was a very generous offer. Overall, a very nice experience.
