I recently went to Sioux falls Ford with my husband and daughter for a new vehicle for her. This is where it was my pleasure to meet Vinny Scifo sales rep extraordinaire. Polite, courteous, accommodating, and if you are a woman like me who hates to be ignored just because there is another man present, Vinny is your guy. When we brought the vehicle back the next day and exchanged it for a different one, because our daughter changed her mind, he did not even bat an eye. He just made us as comfortable as possible and got the paperwork taken care of. Vinny and finance officer Anthony are both amazing and in 6 Months when my husband is ready for a new truck we will definitely go back to Sioux Falls Ford.

I went in with the intention to buy a pickup and walked out knowing I'll never go back again. First of all I waited for over 10 min in the lobby trying to get someone to help me with no success. After someone finally decided to acknowledge I was there we sat down on the details of the pickup I was interstates in and my trade. They pretty much came out and told me that my trade was garbage and they could probably only do very minimal. Keep in mind I had vehicle with under 70,000 miles with literally no dents or scratches. The second I mentioned that I had spoke with woodhouse ford as well about my trade and what they said they would give me they had the sales manager come over and call me a liar to my face, that woodhouse would give me 5,000 more. After this happened I got up and walked out and will never return. For anyone looking to buy a ford vehicle I would strong recommend shopping anywhere but Sioux Falls Ford. If they treated me like this I'm sure there are many more.

I took my 2014 Ford Focus in to have a recall taken care of, as well as an issue with the clutch which was covered under warranty. The service tech did an excellent job of communicating all important status updates, and was able to get all the work done in a very timely manner.

I had an oil change done on my f150 a week ago and asked the service department to check the last service on my 2012 mustang. They did so,and at the end of my service they let me know the last time it was done. I just had that service done this past week on the mustang and everything went well. I also had tires rotated, but that was no big deal either. I do all my service work at Sioux Falls Ford. And I would recommend them not only for service work, but for purchasing a vehicle as well.

I pulled up to the Express Lube about 10 minutes after they opened in the morning, fully expecting my oil change to take about an hour given the line of cars. I had sent a text to my boss to say I would be late, settled down to read the paper and before I knew it, a staff member came in to tell me my car was done. It was such a quick trip that I was even at the office early.

I came in from out of town, in the process of moving to the Sioux Falls area. I had hit a deer carcass on the way from Ohio and there was concern if there was any damage that was done. Also during the trip I had picked up something in the tire that was causing it to lose air. Since it was early in the morning prior to anything being open, I continued and had to fill the tire every 1/4 tank. When I was getting close to Sioux Falls, I contacted Josh Oliver of the Service Team. I explained the circumstance of just arriving in town and the issues that I was having and the concerns of go through the weekend, since it was Friday. I arrived early and Josh was out to lunch, I talked with the Service Manager and he was able to assist until Josh was back in. My 2015 Ford Explorer was taken care of on short notice and I was able to have it back in short order.I believe that I have found my dealer of choice for the Sioux Falls area.Thank you.Jeffrey A. As I sat in the waiting room I watched several of your staff come in and talk to the guests waiting, everyone was so nice and so helpful. Back in Jan or Feb I bought a used 08 super crew that was sold new by SF Ford and every single oil change and service had been done at SF Ford. I figured I might as well keep the records going. I typically change my own oil but I loved getting years and years of records so I figure if I sell it or trade it the next guy or gal will also enjoy seeing the service I have done to the truck.

Had at wait a long time to get oil changed about 1and half hours . But the waiting area has a nice complementary dessert bar and drinks which made the time go by fast especially when you have children along. Funny thing about my experience is that after we were done there was no line.

Took car in to check questionable mileage. They did all the checks they can do and felt the car will, in the long run improve its mileage. No complaint on Sioux Falls Ford, but not so sure about Ford Motor Company itself concerning the posted versus actual mileage on my 2016 Ford Fusion.

2017 escape. Service was fine, took quite a while but hopefully the new facility will improve the wait. Staff was efficient and helpful but was disappointed that they wouldn't look at a small rattle I have in my sun visor. Seems overkill to have to schedule a service appointment.

I had my oil changed on Tuesday and on Thursday my check engine light flashed 8 times when I was rounding a corner, I called Sioux Falls Ford back and explained to them what happened, they insisted I bring it right back in, which I did and they were also kind enough to give me a loaner car to drive until they could check mine out. The next morning I was called and they said they could not find anything wrong, which was wonderful, but they were very helpful and kind in assisting me, so kudos to them, they have always been good with their service as far as I am concerned!

It was 10 min to closing when I drove in with a flat tire worried it couldn't get fixed. The staff stayed to make sure it was fixed for me! I can't tell you how much I appreciated it! They were friendly and while I am sure they would have liked to go home they never hesitated to help me. That is why I drove from one end of town to the other praying I could make it to Ford! I love Sioux Falls Ford and always recommend them!!

I have been going through a medical crisis with my husband. I was in as I couldn't get the bolts off the back of the car to replace the license plate. (Which is quite frustrating I itself as they had to be cut off) I had a bit of a meltdown when thinking it might take over an hour & I needed to do be at the hospital. These two men were so extremely kind & understanding, I can't tell you how much I appreciated them. Their names were Nick Green and Andrew.

I had an accident near Wichita Kansas the beginning of March, the Ford Dealership worked on my vehicle and had items that weren't completed plus had put a large dent in the back of my 8 month old Edge. Needless to say it was drivable after the 10 days there and brought it back to SF Ford where they instantly got me back to take a look at the issues that were still undone, met with AJ in the service dept and Cody in the Body Shop who were super customer friendly and arranged all of the service and repairs that needed to be done. I was at the Rusty Eck Ford dealership on the day I was called that my vehicle would be ready for 8 hours, stopped in SF on our way back and everything was arranged in 45 minutes. Service was super the repairs are done and my Edge looks like new. I am so grateful to the guys that helped and couldn't be more pleased. Also, by the way I did drive a 2016 Chevy Traverse from the rental car company that they set up for me and I'll take my Edge any day!! Love my car.

I was greeted immediately when I pulled up to the dealership. I was told that it would take approximately 1/2 hour for my vehicle to be serviced. I elected to wait in the waiting area. Brought in for a leak covered under warranty. Had no issues doing so until not wanting to start. Turns out it had a bad crank sensor, unfortunately part was on back order for 2 months. Andrew let me know right away and always kept me up to date if it was going to be done sooner, got me in a rental right away and got me on my way

Service rep Kyle Waller met me as I drove in the service bay, immediately took care of my needs, and made sure I understood the time it would take. Offered a ride home but I chose to wait. My 2015 F150 would not start while in Rapid City. I had it towed to the dealer there but they could not find anything wrong with it. Two days later it did the same thing here in Sioux Falls. After towing it to Sioux Falls Ford, they found the problem and fixed it right away! Great job!!

I requested they wipe off any oil residue so it wouldn't drip on my garage floor and they did. I also request that they wouldn't air wrench the lug nuts loose, and asked if they would torque them by hand so the lug nuts wouldn't get rounded off. They assured me they did as asked. I greatly appreciate it. The service writer gal was helpful and Matt Murphy again did a great job to make sure items where taken care of. The vehicle was a 2015 f150 fx4 lariat. Had them rotate the tires along with the oil and filter change and check over.

I have always had a good experience with the service department, I was unaware however that my truck was even at you location as I took it to Vern Eide to have it checked out and they told me that they were unable to find anything wrong. When I requested a mechanic to ride with me and listen to the sounds I was hearing they told me to bring the truck back the next day, after 4 hours I called to see if they had found anything and I was told that they had taken the truck to your location. Had they told me it was a possible manufacture issue I would have brought it there myself. But I was told that both front bearings were failing which is what I told Vern Eide mechanics to start with.

I had a great experience. AJ was my representative I worked with and he was great! He kept me updated and I always felt like I knew what was going on. No unexpected surprises! We own a 2013 Ford Fusion. Purchased from Sioux Falls Ford new in 2013. Sioux Falls Ford has given us excellent service from the day we ordered our Fusion. Love the car. We have had all of our servicing done with Sioux Falls Ford. We have had it in for 2 recalls. One just last week. We had excellent service. The phone call to get our door latches replaced was scheduled by the first person I spoke with for the very next day. The Ford team gave me a ride home and offered to pick me up when my car was finished. The service was completed in the time frame I was given. In the middle of an eight hour drive I noticed that something was wrong with my car. I pulled off the highway and went to the first service station and I could not have been luckier that it was this Sioux Falls Ford Lincoln. The employees stayed late to fix my alternator and were so kind, professional, and thorough in making sure my vehicle was safe to take back on the road. I cannot recommend Sioux Falls Ford Lincoln enough. I would give them more stars if I could.

I had a filter changed as well and a screwdriver was left on my dash, but I returned it in the morning. It took longer than quoted, but was ok because they changed a filter which was not known at the time I arrived. The staff was courteous and apologized for the delay which was appreciated.

Everytime I have my vehicle serviced here, it's been a fantastic experience. You seem like you care not only about the car but the driver of the car! I have been to so many places to get my car serviced and also have bought many vehicles at Billion. I know that will not be happening again! Ashton also went above and beyond trying to get my key bob (sp) fixed to reprogram my tire pressure, when that didn't work he gave me quotes on prices to fix it, which were way less than Billion! I recently had my vehicle in for 1 day to have a recall fixed on my 2013 Fusion. I had dropped my vehicle off at 7:30 am the time of my appointment and received a shuttle to work. I received a call around 1:30 that my vehicle was completed. I was talking at the end of my phone call to the advisor as he thought we were done with the conversation and he had hung up while I was reminding him for my shuttle pickup by 4:30 that day. The afternoon had went and 4:35 no driver, driver came around 4:55 after I had called and checked (another customer was a hold up). I arrived at the dealership and received my car. After driving away I saw how filthy my car windows were of fingers prints. It was disgusting to realize with the extra 4 hours they had with my car, they couldn't clean it up a little when done working with my car. With having tinted windows to begin with and each window now marked up like a had a car load of kids drawing on my windows, I was a little upset.I'm trying very hard not to think about this car and the issues I've had it for the whole term of my lease. It's my 3rd vehicle from SF Ford and I'm not sure if I will make another purchase here in the few months to come. A lot of changes at this dealership location and not sure if upper management has put customer's first from purchase, service and customer service.

My car and I are always treated well at Sioux Falls Ford. If anything (i.e. filters) need to be replaced, they let me know ahead of time and give me the final say if they should do it that day or not. I wish the wait wouldn't have been quite so long (over 2 hours), but I should've know better since it was a Saturday morning. Overall, however, it was another good experience and you can expect me back for the next oil change.

Put on close to 1000 miles. Majority of it was interstate driving. Maybe only 100 not on interstate.I got only 24 mpg!!! In town driving is ok. But I have NEVER gotten the 30 mpg that I was told would get on the road. But 24 mpg is ridiculous. They told me to figure out the mpg manually and not rely on the gauge. So will try that. they also said unless a light comes on the dash all is ok.

I bought a new pickup and went in for oil change and was told I could not use other 2 oil changes not transferable. Talked to manager and he let me use 2nd one but was told I could not use last one. If they give you something you should be able to use it.

AJ was very helpful in getting my tire repaired, due to a piece of metal that pierced it. He kept me informed, letting me know that they couldn't guarantee the repair, because the metal ran through the tire and was a half inch wide, so I purchased a new tires and he had it put on my rim and ready in accordance with my schedule.Everyone that I spoke with there was very friendly and helpful.

Took my car in for a oil change before taking a road trip. While doing the oil change they found a transmission leak from a seal that had broken. Not only did they catch it, but they were able to get it in and fixed that afternoon so I could hit the road and hopefully make my destination. Connor Cole did a great job getting the car that we were interested in ready to try. The detail department must be really on point because when we drove away the car was very clean. I also liked the low price and the good price we have on our trade in. It was fair to all parties involved, I think.The buying process went well. We went in with a dealer check from our bank but Ford beat their rate by nearly a percent.We did have a bit of mechanical trouble initially. We bought a VW CC which evidently needs a name brand part. Our car did not work with a generic brand. It took 2 trips back to Sioux Falls, which is an hour from home, to figure this out and get it corrected. But it is now fixed with the VW drain plug. It works fine. I hope that they can modernize their building site somehow.

The service was great, someone came out to my truck almost as soon as I pulled up. The service was done in a decent amount of time, however, when I came to pick my truck up after an oil change I stood at the service center desk for 15-20 min before someone actually talked to me and asked how they could help me. That was the only downfall of the experience. I know that having customers go to the service desk rather than to the office window is a new change and could be something that still needs to be worked on to get out all the kinks and to help figure out the best work flow.

Had just put new tires (4 of them) on the car in Garretson, SD. Drove the approx 30 miles to get the oil changed in the car. When checking out, I was told the front tires were wearing faster than the rear tires and was asked if I wanted the tires rotated. I toldthe young lady the tires were new and a mistake was obviously made when tread depth was checked there. It was like the information did not register with her, and she asked meagain if I would like to get the tires rotated. Apparently, you are becoming Jiffy-Lube'ish when you attempt to sell extra goods or services that are not needed. You used to have a good thing going, please don't blow it.

I relocated from Florida and was in Sioux Falls for only a day and needed snow tires for my Escape. I called the dealership on 41st Avenue and spoke with AJ - he was courteous and more than helpful with getting me the correct tires for my SUV. Despite not having a scheduled appointment, AJ still managed to get me in and out with new tires within a couple of hours - something that NEVER would have happened in Florida. 2013 F150, I was scheduled to drop my truck off for a tire fix and an intermittent growling from the front end. When I arrived I talked to the service adviser and he told me that he would get the mechanic that would be working on it to go with a test drive with me to replicate the noise issue. Well as it always goes it would make the exact noise but I told Dan the mechanic when it would make the noise and how i was driving. 2 hrs later I was not expecting them to find the issue but to my surprise Dan was able to get it to make the noise and find the issue. They replace my hub actuators under warranty and sent me on my way!

I am pleased with the service I got on my vehicle ( it is a new car with only 3000 miles. ) I also like that it was vacuumed. The sign above the door should change because I don't think it is a quick lube anymore. It took at least an hour and maybe a little longer for an oil change. Service and personnel are good time is a little longer then I like

The employees all treated me with respect. As a 60 year old single woman who grew up in an all-female household I was pleased to not be patronized. They also were very outgoing and they were quick to answer my questions and discuss the difference cars, etc.

I have a 2011 Taurus that I purchased new at SF Ford and I have the oil changed when due. The most recent visit was very good. In fact, a young man went out of his way to be helpful. He worked hard to get the front signals hooked up that the firm that fixed hail damage to the exterior failed to hook up the wires which was difficult to do but he worked at it and got it done.

Unlike other service depts.,I enjoy my visit to the Ford Service in Sioux Falls. Your people are Always helpful and friendly and do their best to make my visit pleasant and short. I also enjoy your waiting area with its complimentary drinks and snacks (especially the popcorn and mango slushy machine, Yum). I travel often between Missouri and North Dakota, but if my F150 needs service, I plan my stopover to be in Sioux Falls, SD. - because of your quick service. Thank You.

I have a Lincoln MKX and have always driven Fords or Lincolns because of the service.This morning I went in for Express Lube and the gentleman explained that 3 of the 5 people that work the bays called in sic. He wanted me to know that the wait time could belonger than expected. He explained several options from making a new appointment to providing a ride. The recall was completed, not sure that I should notice any difference. The only negative comment is that I was told the normal vehicle checks would be done and mentioned was interested how the breaks were doing, and taking a look would be great. I pick my car which has it on the bill but no report or anything with it. When asked was told that everything looked ok. When asked about the brakes was told that since they didn't have to lift it they didn't do all the checks nor the one I had requested specifically. Overall I am sure everything on my escape is fine but disappointed that items are wrote off on paperwork as completed when they aren't much less a possible sale.

Rob was very helpful. We had a wheel bearing assembly replaced at our local repair shop here in Volga as we weren't comfortable driving the 2013 Tauris to Sioux Falls. He explained what he needed for the warranty to cover the repair. Rob and SF Ford made sure we got the cost covered. We had the check in a few days. Thanks for the great service!

Originally Took unit in for Transmission sensor issue (I had already checked the ODB code). They called my and told me I had a leak in the exhaust pipe that was part of the turbo system. Had them fix that and they then fixed my transmission sensor.Was concerned they were going to ignore my original issue, but in discussions with them they addressed all my concerns.Am happy with the outcome.

I have a 2014 Escape Titanium. The air conditioning was not functioning and the GPS was not providing correct directions. The AC was fixed. The dealership reloaded the GPS software, however, it still seems to have problems. I do not believe this is a problem with the dealership service but is a defect in the GPS system itself. This is the second Ford I have had (2014 Escape Titanium and 2011 Ford Edge) both of which had problems with the Ford sync and the GPS. In both vehicles I have had to rely on my very old stand alone Garmin GPS rather than the Ford installed GPS system.

I was having problems that my battery was dead most mornings. They check it once but it checked fine then they waited and checked it again and found the battery had a bad cell. They did the recalls for the car and I was ready to go.

2014 Ford Fusion was taken in for a safety recall. I was given a ride home after dropping off my vehicle. I only had to wait 5 minutes. Then after receiving a phone call about 3.5 hours later my vehicle repair was finished. They even squeezed my vehicle in for an oil change upon request. Someone from Ford came and picked me up to get my vehicle.

This time I stopped in without an appointment for an oil change. It took a little over 1 1/2 hours for the oil change and tire rotation. It does not seem to matter if I schedule an appointment or not. I have never gotten out of there is less than an hour. I have the loyalty membership, so don't want to go anywhere else to pay for an oil change, but most likely will not purchase another Ford. My time is worth something and get tired of waiting for long periods of time for oil changes/tire rotation. The work done was fine, but very slow especially when the sign says Quick Lane. Not so much. Staff were fine also. Just very slow with or without an appointment. I tried to go the Friday morning before and there was a 2 1/2 hour wait. I drive a 2012 Ford Escape. I hate that there was not an option for better seats in this vehicle without going to leather and moon roof. Seats are hard and have no back support. I am not sure I will continue with another Ford in the future.

We purchased a 2016 Ford Pick-up. The uniqueness of the engine was explained very well as was the weight that can be pulled with the smaller engine. The sales person was thorough and spent a lot of time with us.We obtained financing which could have been tricky since I just started a new job after being at my former job for 26 years. The finance officer did a good job, too.

Best in town....this is a 2000 Dodge Caravan that has seen its days...and we were still treated like royalty! For this visit, we came to have the belts checked. They performed full inspection, plus lubricated the belts, added brake fluid and rotated the tires (our new tires were purchased there last Spring) and out the door for less than $20.00! We love Sioux Falls Ford and the great Service Team!!

I brought my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation but because the line was so long I told the representative to just change the oil. Your representative told me that because of the wait he took the liberty of taking my vehicle from the lube line to the maintenance area and put it on a lift so it could get done quicker. He took the time to show me the wear on all my tires and got the entire service done 45 minutes quicker than I thought it would take. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the service tech. Everyone was very helpful - great job! Also, I spoke to a finance person regarding how to change my lease to a purchase. He told me we could complete the entire process in about 45 minutes. Wow!

As busy as it was, I was treated as if I was next in line. The lady reassured me my traverse would be done by the time I was off work. She kept her word. The driver was so prompt about picking me up from work too. Even though the price of the oil change w/ tire rotation wasn't what quotes, she made it right for me. Great service!!!

Went in to discuss the process of turning over my lease that had 5 months left as wanted to upgrade from my Fusion to something a little higher off the ground and all wheel drive. Left driving an Edge that I really love so far. Ride is super. Michael was really great to work with and can see why he had the salesman of the month trophy on his desk. Leasing again but really may just consider buying out when done. Maybe should have gone over that option as well as I see the ads now for 0% interest for buying but never discussed that approach.

While having my truck serviced in the quick oil lane, they accidentally disconnected the fuse wire under the hood for my airbags. When I brought it back to the service dept for airbags not working, they discovered the wire and reconnected it. It cost me a half hour of service time but everything works fine now. Accidents happen and I am just glad it was something so simple to fix.

2013 Escape needed reattachment of door panel and reprogramming for key tag. Panel was fixed on second visist. Because I had SF Ford install a remote start system when I purchased the car from them, I was told that complicated the reprogramming of the car key tag. After advice from your service manager, I visited 2 different electronic car shops off-site. They both told me I had to have Ford shop program the car tags first before they could reprogram the remote start tags. Back to Ford shop, they then took care of the rest. This all took 8:45 to 12:30 and 2 stops and back to Ford. Needless to say, your staff need education about the key tags.

Shocked is a word that comes to mind about the service I got. But in the best possible way. I pulled in late in the afternoon and saw what appeared to be a mess. Lots of vehicles waiting and employees running in every direction. It turned out to be very organized and efficient. I apologized to the kids trying to clean our messy pickup for not having "pre-cleaned" it. I didn't know dealers still did that. The price was reasonable, the service was fast considering the number of customers there, and the service advisor was courteous and informative. Heck, the coffee was even good. I'm still amazed. I came in for an oil change and left with a new truck. In all seriousness, I've been working with Mike Hughes for a few months to find the right truck at the right time. I made that poor guy work for almost 5 hours before we found the right truck and deal to make it happen. In the end, I bought because he listened to what I wanted and he found it. He structured the deal the way I wanted it too. That's how it's supposed to work. Mike is the best!

I have been in for 3 different reasons . One was oil change on 2015 Fusion. Beginning to end just an awesome experience.Was in the other day to get a estimate from the body shop. About 6 employees sitting by desks, no other customers present. They would not get up to give me an estimate. Told me I had to make an appointment. Glad to hear business is doing well. And they did not need mine. I made an appointment for 1:30 P.M for the same day. I was in the state of Awe! Went and got estimates from 4 other places in the mean time. All greeted me as a VIP. And gave me a estimate on the shop and all told me the procedure they were doing. Kept my appointment at Ford their estimate was over twice the amount of my highest estimates. All from Reputable businesses that have been top compitetors in Sioux Falls for a Decades. I chose another body shop that wanted my business.Another visit was with my 2014 Escape. Just drove in to the service door and wanted to make an appointment to find an annoying rattle. The service writer located it immediately after I told him the area it was coming from. He repaired it immediately. Now that was a WOW factor! Which I am known to get from Ford. Is the Body shop part of Ford or a separate business operating out of Ford???? I would not have to give an opinion on the body shop either way and won't to anyone they will notice it by themselves. If they stop. Again glad business is doing awesome body shop where you don't need to offer customer service.

The only complaint that I have is that they didnt allow me to test drive the 2008 Shelby mustang KR that they have. The salesmen are always friendly (I had a short conversation with Vinny and he's always been nice to deal with). This stop was for an oil change and tire rotation and it went well.

2013 ford escape. Remote start was not reprogrammed when the previous work was done on my vehicle. I stopped in for oil change and to have it reprogrammed. Took 4 hours! The wait was very long. I came in without an appointment so expected a little wait just not 4 hours. You staff was very friendly and professional.

I have no issue with the actual service done to my vehicle. I was very frustrated about my ride back to pick up my vehicle. I had told the service writer that I needed one by a certain time. When no one showed up, I called the shop. It seems I was forgotten about. By the time they dispatched a driver & picked me up it was 20 mins past my original time-- which by the time I got to the shop, paid & got my vehicle, I was very late for an appointment that I had told them I needed to be at.

There service was good. I went in for an oil change and I do wish that I could get an appointment for an oil change rather than having to go through the "express" lane for oil changes that ended up taking 90 minutes. To the staff's credit they did tell me that would about be my wait time. I have a Lincoln and found it interesting that the sticker on the windshield always put the next oil change due at 5000 miles while I was on the maintenance paid program for a new vehicle and now that I am off of the program the next oil change is due in 3000 miles.

I drove in for an oil change, and the manager of the lube department greated me immediately after arrived and asked what service I would like. He listened to my instructions and let me know there was a waiting room available, if I wanted to wait, and there were snacks available too. I asked about how long my service would take, the manager explained there were a few cars in front of me and it would take about an hour to finish.I was in to get an oil change and a detail wash on my truck. As time went on, the manager realized that it was going to take a good bit longer to get my truck detailed, so he asked if I wanted to wait, and after I said that I would come back another time for the detail job, he gave me a complimentary car wash coupon. Also, while waiting, the manager asked if I wanted to get my tires rotated, which I'm glad he did. At the end of the service, the manager went over every detail of my service, to explain the condition of my truck. The service of your team was very professional and timely. This team is a credit to the Ford team and I am happy to extend my compliments for the service you all provided.

My wife and I visited SF Ford to place an order for an F250 Super Duty truck. We met Mike Morphew a sales associates who arranged for a sit down with he and the truck manager (Kevin?) to help us "build" our truck. We had a lot of questions which were addressed by Mike and Kevin. After deciding on all the options and features, our truck was ordered. It arrived as they said it would in early June. When we went to sign paperwork and pick it up, we could not have been more pleased with the truck. I must say, I've never much enjoyed the process of purchasing a vehicle. The experience we had at SF Ford has changed my mind. Mike and Kevin made it a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. We also purchased an accessories package which involved bringing the truck back and the assistance of other staff members. All in all it was a great experience and we would highly recommend SF Ford to our family and friends.

I used the quick lane service for an oil change. It was very busy and I was told it could be 1 1/2 hours before my vehicle would be finished. I had my vehicle back in less than 50 min. I have a Ford Fusion with 20,000 miles on it. The right front tire developed a bulge after my wife ran over something on the road. The car came with Michelin tires which I have always understood were the best warranty. I was very disappointed to learn that I had no road hazard warranty on the tire and was charged the full price of a new tire.

the shop was busy, having only two oil change lanes made the wait longer than might be necessary for an oil change.There were a few oil drips on my garage floor under the Lincoln afer the change had a bigger problem with this after a recent oil change on my husbands Ford at your shop.

Well... were very helpful and friendly. Initially went to front desk full of ladies and receptionist tried to help me first but could not so sent me back to service where spoke to the gentleman that specializes in lining up key codes etc. and was able to fit me right in with a technician that was quick in taking car to find codes. Didn't feel it was $65 worth...but was very prompt and courteous. Thank you

I had significant trouble with the powertrain of my F150 - an engine misfiring issue that rendered the truck inoperable at speeds over ~40 mph. I brought the truck to SF Ford and the service team diagnosed the issue within a few hours. They then called me, explained the work to be done, and performed a flawless repair shortly after I authorized the work. They offered shuttles to and from my work and did everything they could to make the whole process as simple and easy as possible. I've been with SF Ford for nearly 10 years and 4 vehicles and will continue bringing my business there.

I've been coming to yall for years. I have a 1996 ford truck. I wish u would go back to ur senior citizens discount for older trucks I got a price for my transmission at over 400.00 and got it done at 145.00 also I have maybe a bad injector but u want 125.00 just to put it on a computer it's not fair. I found someone to test it for 45.00 and if I have it fixed there they will add the 45.00 towards the bill I would love to have yall fix my truck but it is not cost-effective because of the year of the truck

Four years ago I purchased a 2008 Expedition through Sioux Falls Ford that I found on line at Sioux City Ford. I have a heck of story from my experience with Sioux Falls Ford. Some of the most unprofessional acts of customer service I have ever seen or been a part of. I had been looking to upgrade to a newer car for a couple weeks when I seen a 2010 Ford Fusion Sport loaded with blue accented leather, navigation, and light hail damage at Sioux Falls Ford (I couldn't find another like it on cars.com less than 500 miles away), a very nice car. I inquired about the Fusion requesting more information about the car and financing. I was contacted by the dealer and exchanged some emails with a sales consultant. The financing amounts he had quoted me didn't make sense and were a lot higher than expected though, so I used a few financial calculators and my engineering background to look into this further. After the use of my time and effort it was determined that his quote was $100/month higher than it should have been ($7200 mistake that I had to solve). After this I talked to my bank and got a better interest rate, so I was planned to finance through my bank and had everything setup to go look at and test drive the car. I went to Sioux Falls Ford on Monday night after work and test drove the Fusion. I loved the car and was pretty pumped about buying it. Before I left that night I put $500 down on the Fusion, so they could hold it for me. Tuesday morning I get a congratulations email from the sales consultant asking me when I will be coming to pick up the Fusion and I tell him the next day, so he can get the car ready. This when it gets good! Later that same afternoon the sales consultant emails me saying that my Fusion had been sold to another person, after I had put $500 down on it! I was shocked, how could this happen? I was even more shocked when I found out how it did happen. I still haven't received the full story today, but apparently after I put the $500 down the car was taken to the back of the dealership parked with tags and keys removed (no stock number or keys in the car). So, when the car was sold, the other sales consultant supposedly used the second set of keys to get into the car (red flag!), sold the car without a stock number or tag in the window (red flag!), and did all of this and a test drive without asking anyone if the car was sold (red flag!). Shouldn't my signed receipt give me rights to the car? I'm not a lawyer so I'm not sure, but who cares right? My sales consultant doesn't fight for my side at all, instead he just suggests a different car that is $1000 more or the refunding of my money. After being disgusted enough with this event and treatment I tell him to just refund my money and I will be on my way. I wrote this review today because I'm upset about the way I have been treated by the Sioux Falls Ford sales consultant and to offer some advice to future customers. You can't trust anyone in today's world (shaking hands on deal means nothing), if you put money down on a car at Sioux Falls Ford and want to be sure it's your car, take the first and second set of keys home with you and tell them you will clean the car yourself! "We love our new Chrysler 200"We were most pleased with Jim Loria, our sales consultant. He was professional but personal and answered all of our questions completely. He remembered our car preferences and went the extra mile to read consumer reviews about the car. He wanted to make sure that we were comfortable with our purchase. Initially we were looking a buying a Taurus, Saturn or Fusion. But the Chrysler was a great value for the price we had to pay. He had even washed our windows before we left with our new car. We haven't had a car loan in 5 years so it was hard for us to to buy a new car with a monthly payment. But Jim Loria made it a lot easier and reassured us of our decision. My wife brought our F150 Platinum in for a routine oil change. After the vehicle was parked in our garage for a few days, we noticed an oil pool under the vehicle. Since I travel extensively for work, I called Dana. Dana responded promptly, and placed my wife in direct contact with Shane. Service was scheduled the same day and the discrepancy was resolved. (A defective batch of oil filters and gasket)Shawn followed up with me the next day via phone and email to confirm everything was resolved to my satisfaction.

Can't say enough about the service and support that Shawn Leombruno and all the others provided. Mine was an unusual situation. I was living in Pittsburgh PA and conducted the entire spec and purchase of my Turbo Diesel F-250 Super Duty by phone and e-mail over a period of months. First contact was in January 2013 on the reccomendation of my son who lives in Sioux Falls. I didn't get to Sioux Falls until April when I picked up the truck. In the meantime Shawn kept me advised of progress in building this specially configured RV Tow Vehicle. He also went to bat for me in preserving (grandfathering) the steep discounts that were avaiable in January but had since expired. I'm pleased with the configuation that Shawn urged me to adopt and the performance of the vehicle over these last months. I've gone out of my way to tell other RVers about this service/support and urged them to call Shawn.

I wasn't necessarily looking for a new vehicle but was open to the idea if the pricing worked out. I met with Jim Loria, and spent most of the afternoon with him. Test drove the vehicle twice and ended up driving it home that night. The experience was the best car buying experience i've ever had! Jim was great! Patient, knowledgeable... Also enjoyed working with Anthony. I had some concerns making the leap but all my questions were answered and everybody allowed me to make my own decision. I do not function well with pushy salespeople, and that is not something you will experience at SF Ford.

My reason for bujying this car at Sioux Falls Ford is the great experience I have nad during my many visits for servcing and maintaining my cars. I consider some of the employees to be personal friends, and I expect my future visits to be as pleasant as the past has been.

I do not like pushy sales people and would have walked out the door if this had been the case, but Shawn was not pushy but yet very good at sales. In purchasing a newer used vehicle Brad and Mario instead showed me other options in both purchasing and leasing a new Ford F150. Vinny was referral for me. He did an excellent job in helping me select the Certified Used Ford Explorer I purchased off of the lot. He helped walked me through the process with Marco and also helped me when piece blew off of the SUV three days after I drove it off of the lot with the collision department. The dealership as a whole has handled my experience with a positive smile and a willingness to seek my satisfaction with doing business with them. My experience at Sioux Falls Ford was INCREDIBLE, everything about the experience was Great.... There no nonsense of doing business was a really good change of what I'm use to when purchasing a new vehicle. I absolutely love my new F150, Brad and Cory my sales guys were rock stars, they were extremely honest and didn't just tell me what I wanted to hear, They even took an hour out of there day to show me all the sweet bells and whistles my F150 had to offer. At the end of the day, when I'm making this this large of a purchase I consider myself a very savvy consumer, and with it all said and done. We have many friends and family who recommended this dealership to us, specifically for their customer service and low price guarantee. Brittany was very friendly, informative and patient. I came for one vehicle and my fiance wanted another so late in the evening Brittany had to make a gas station run so we could test drive this Edge that my fiance loved. Well it felt like it rode nice (the fiance drove) and we decided on the Edge. The typical experience for our friends and family was the dealership would have them return the next day to pick up their new CLEAN and gas filled vehicle. Our experience was such that we went home in a dirty Edge, that night and I spent four hours getting dried wax and water spots off of the vehicle. My fiance drove the vehicle reporting a unpleasant smell, as I inspected the smell myself I noticed dirty floors and interior. However, the smell I could not detect but that was nothing new, my fiance has super smelling abilities. Slightly irritated that I had spent four hours the night before removing dried wax and water spots my fiance continued to complain about the smell and appearance of the interior. I had made a couple of calls to the dealership for a prior agreed upon fix for a carpet tear and I had planned on asking for a cleaning of the car when the carpet was getting fixed. Unfortunately, I work nights so several calls later and many lost hours of sleep over a span of 4 days I was getting highly irritated. Expressing so to Brittany led to a call from her team leader Killan who acted like he was just getting around to returning my call and not doing so because Brittany relayed my irritation. Anyway, long story short we finally were able to get the vehicle in 7 days after the purchase date for the carpet repair at which time Brittany was able to get the vehicle cleaned. The unpleasant smell has fortunately not been reported back to me as having returned yet, though I figure the carpet fix (glue involved) took care of it. I wonder why our experience was such, I think it could be because we purchased a used 2010 vehicle rather than a brand new one. I think possibly the timing it took to get the car in (7 days) was because it was the expiration of the grace period for no questions asked returns of the vehicle. Who knows but purchasing a 20,000.00 dollar vehicle should be good enough and the dealership should care about their product that they put out and at the very least the service offered to their customers. Even if the dealership didn't fix the carpet or clean the car we wouldn't have returned the vehicle although, if they didn't we probably wouldn't recommend them to anyone or return. I find some coincidence in the timing of everything which can be viewed as shady behavior and at the very least is suspect and definitely not typical per family and friends. The price of the vehicle was excellent, the staff was friendly and yes I would recommend this dealership. Next time we will deal with the person my mother in-law deals with as she always has an excellent experience.

We were looking for a year end closeout deal on a Ford Focus. I had been at our local dealer earlier in the day and they were not successful in finding a vehicle via dealer trade that they had communicated back to us. The exact vehicle was listed on the web site and the price was listed. The Internet response back for some reason was slowed. Neither of the two e-mails cleared to my in box until the next morning. Made a call and was answered on the sales side by Brittani, she was determining for me if the vehicle was still available. While she was checking I was then turned over to Anne who had sent an e-mail only minutes earlier. (As I said that e-mail did not arrive in my in box until the next morning.) Anne was very helpful on the phone and placed a hold on the vehicle until we were able to ascertain with our daughter that this was a vehicle that was going to be acceptable to her. Upon receipt of that verification by Anne, she went ahead did as much in advance of our arrival as she could including have the vehicle ready for us upon arrival.Anne efficiently completed her side of the paper work. Having our daughter, her twin daughters and the two use it was very appreciated that the next step was completed with Matt and we did not have to move to him, but rather he came to us. He again was very complete and explained both the financing and the extended warranty side. Papers were signed and Anne complete the vehicle orientation with our daughter including setting up the bluetooth and phone and were gone. A very pleasurable, low pressure complete sales job. Job well done by all we were involved with. Our granddaughters loved the cookies and popcorn. Thanks Matt for letting them know about that.

Everyone at SF Ford is curteous and helpful. As soon as you walk in the door you are immediately greeted by someone who will help you find what/who you need. They have great vehicles at a fair price. Shawn Leombruno made every effort to meet my needs. I was trading in a 2011 F150 and purchasing a 2013 F150 but needed a topper to match the new truck. He went to the topper dealer with me & they had to order the topper to match. He arranged a great trade for my old topper and when the new topper came in, took the new truck over to have it installed, all while I was on vacation. This morning I dropped the old topper off at the topper dealer, paid for the new one, and then took delivery at Sioux Falls Ford. Paul Whathen was our sales representative. First of all, his name is not listed as an employee on this web site and it should be because he was a great person to work with. I met Paul on the sales lot when he approached me and asked if he could be of assistance. He was not high pressure which I really appreciated. I was interested in a F-150 and he gave me some helpful information. Later my wife and I met with Paul and checked out various vehicles. We also drove a truck during which time Paul gave us a detailed review on the various features of the vehicle. We really appreciated Paul's personality and the fact that he never tried to influence our decision. He was extremely helpful in answering all our questions. We purchased a truck from Paul and I can say that the experience ranks at the top of our vehicle buying experiences. Thank you Sioux Falls Ford and particularly Paul for a great experience. I purchased a 350 Super Duty truck in November of 2012 from your dealership. My experience was wonderful working with Sara Hyser. She was one of the most honest car sales persons I Have ever met. This person has everything GOD is looking for Honesty. If she didn't know she told me, but she said I'll find out, and she did. Integrity- as if she had vested interest in Sioux Falls ford, my truck was her first truck she ever sold.I am a VERY tough sale. 55 years old, born at night but not last night.Shear Guts, not one bit intimidated by anyone or anything. It saddens me to hear that she no longer works there, Yet SKUNKS like Jason Merholt are still there. Your general manager like Kevin Rost is a man of integrity and true grit . He is worth his salt and then some. Steve Harris is a person that can easily say this ain't my first rodeo. He helped me with my truck like he has been doing this his whole life. GREAT GUY (Please keep him around). Paul Sundvold a man that knows his cutomers and his business. I think he is Mr. customer satisfaction. I don't even know him, you would swear he has known me for years. A plus employee. Matter of a fact should be EMPLOYEE of the Month. Last but but by far not least Ann Pershall internet extrordinair. Got an E-mail response from this lady already, from an inquiry of my wife's e-mail looking for a Ford truck for my daughter .WOW WOW WOW I think I am a lifetime customer of Sioux Falls Ford. She was so willing to help me find what I'm looking for I was dumb founded. I don't think she is even a sales person, but has all the qualities every business needs to pass on the word - GO TO SIOUX FALLS FORD - !!! I can't believe how she was sincerely honest with me and said she would do what ever takes. This person should be employee of the year get a trip around the world, or at least where ever she wants to go.If this doesn't meet your WHY no one will. I shopped on-line for a new Ford pickup. I sent inquires out to several dealerships for pricing. From the very beginning Anne Pershall at Sioux Falls Ford gave me their best price, right up front, no haggle, no hastle. When asked for a truck with some features that they did not stock, Anne and her team went out and found the right vehicle. I ended up buying my new F-150 from Sioux Falls Ford because their pricing was very good and thier service was amazing! I found their entire staff to be very courtious and helpfull. I had an awesome experience!! Brittany was super!! She got me what I asked for, very friendly, and helpful. Loved It!!! The service was great, from the receptionist to the financing was a great experience. I decided to lease and they explained it all to me (the way I would understand!) The quality of the car I have leased is awesome, I had experience with the Focus before, so I kindof knew what to expect, but the car has new features that I didn't see before, Brittany explained it all to me, and also told me to call her if I had any other questions. My salesman Gene Pike was the main reason I bought a new vehicle from Sioux Falls Ford. This was the first ever new vehicle I bought so I was very nervous about it. Gene was very understanding and was very patient with me. Gene answered all my questions and some questions I am sure were repeat questions. Gene provided al the vehicles I requested to see and helped me pick out the perfect truck. I did check around other Ford dealerships in the area for prices and Sioux Falls Ford had the best price that I was looking for. Shawn and the ford team did a great job on my transaction and was very up front and helpful communicating all aspects of the sale. The staff is very knowlegable and worked hard to earn my business. Shawn and Jason stayed past their end of shift to make sure everything was done right and was very patient and willing to make sure I fully understood all products that were being offered. We looked at other Ford dealerships for a new Flex as their advertised price was less than SF Ford and they had more Flex vehicles on their lots to look at . We didn't find exactly what we were looking for and we felt pushed with large volume of customers on the dealership floor and little time spent sitting and talking with us. I had to take my company vehicle 2012 Ford Edge to SF Ford for maintenance (I like their service).Steve Harris noticed me and took a personal interest in what I was looking for. He took me on a test drive in a Flex and then referred me to Anne Pershall. Wow, Anne had to work hard to find what we were looking for but wouldn't give up! She found us our 2013 Ford Flex with all the features we needed at another dealership and got it ready for us to drive away. She was honest, humble, attentive, and let us go at our own pace(not pushy at all). She took the time to really listen. We loved doing business with her. We highly recommend Sioux Falls Ford and Anne Pershall. It was a pleasure doing business with her and them.

The employees were helpful and took the time to answer all our questions. There was a mixup on the pricing but they worked with us to find a solution that was acceptable to us and doable for them. That would be the reason that I didn't give the pricing a higher mark.

We went tp Sioux Falls Ford looking for a vehicle that our whole family fit in. We range in height from 6'0' to 6'1" to 6'5" to 6'8", and felt so cramped in our previous vehicle. Shawn was happy to show me the Ford Flex and all it had to offer. He even had me take it home overnight to make sure I liked it. I absolutely loved it! We ended up ordering one to get the options we wanted, but before we did that, Shawn looked all over the U.S. to find one with no luck. From our ordering experience to our delivery, we really felt we received a "team" approach. It seemed like everyone in the dealership was anxious to help us if Shawn was busy working on some aspect of our purchase and delivery.

David was very friendly, very knowledgeable and helped us think 'outside the box.' He went the extra mile and stayed after hours to complete the sale of our 2013 Ford Flex. After 'shopping' unsuccessfully at 4 other dealers, David and Sioux Falls Ford was THE BEST!!

I am a college student and was looking for a car that was both reliable and cheap. I found what I was looking for at Sioux Falls Ford. Shawn helped tremendously with my decision and was very enthusiastic about his job. The entire process from arriving at the dealership to leaving in my brand new car was quick and easy, and very affordable I might add. I highly recommend buying from this dealership!

Was a complete joke. They absolutely WILL NOT budge on a price. Even when it's blatantly overpriced. Their prices on average were higher than I could have gotten on same car at literally any other dealership with a moderate amount of negotiating. They think they're doing you a favor with their "one price" but in reality they're just catering to people who have no idea how purchasing a car works.They will absolutely lowball you on a trade-in. Through their trade in estimator, my trade was supposed to fall in the 5000-7500 range. They offered me 3500, and said I wouldn't be able to get much higher price anywhere else. I was offered 6000 on it later that day from a different dealership.Their customer service was not much better. The sales rep handed me about the cheesiest lines I've ever heard while we were test driving. "I could really see you in a car like this". Who says that? He then went on to show me the "killer sound system" by blaring rap music for 10 minutes. I would turn it down, and magically he would reach over and keep turning it up saying "yeah don't you just love the system in this?" It was a complete waste of my time. I would never step foot in that dealership again. I ended up getting literally the exact same car as I test drove at Sioux Falls Ford Mercury from a different dealership at $2500 less.
