Rich Anderson is a most impressive sales representative: friendly, informative, knowledgeable, and considerate. All of the staff that I met and worked with were so friendly and helpful! From Steven Geissler, the general sales manager, to Yuri Rischak, the sales & leasing representative. Before I drove off in my new car, Yuri made sure all of my questions were answered and continuously makes sure that I am satisfied with my new car. They have quality customer service!

Most car dealers I've been to are the kind of people who would go on, The Price is Right, and bid 1 dollar over you. Nick Todd is not that kind of guy. He's an honest, hard working man who's not looking for that next pay day. He's looking to get you the best deal he can in an easy going, stress free environment. He made buying my car an easy and fun experience and helped me find my road. I can't recommend him enough.

This was my first time buying a car so I was worried about feeling pressured to purchase something I truly didn't want. Nick Todd was easy to get along with and made the process as comfortable as possible. I felt as though I were in control of the situation and he was just providing helpful tips. Now, I've been serviced by plenty of car salesmen in my time. Been to Nissan, been to ford, but I've never been serviced as thoroughly until I went to Nick at Toyota. Nick's ability to service me is second to none. Walk in the front door...serviced. In the lot...serviced. While on a test drive...serviced. He know exactly when to just put his money where is mouth is and service me. Usually I'm a hard sell, but with Nick I was ready to erupt from excitement after just a few minutes of him servicing me. So anyone out there looking to be serviced, call Nick. Oh, and he's good at selling cars too.

I bought a 2015 Yaris last year, equipped exactly and priced well below MSRP. My only complaint for the first 11 months was the fact that the tires were never properly inflated at prep.I noticed recently that I had never been supplied with a tire jack, the small scissors type, that fits under the drivers seat. To date I have spoken with the sales manager, the service manager, the customer service manager, and "Ask Toyota." No one has offered to supply one to me. I have no explanation as to why they refuse this simple and inexpensive request from a loyal Toyota owner.

Everything I was told in the car I bought was done. I even had a intermitting problem. and When I finally got it seen in my area they took the car and fixed it, just like they said, good customer service. Rich Anderson the salesmen was great.

Bill Lamont was with us the whole time, from 11am to 4pm. We had him showing us several cars from used to new and he was always patient and pleasant. It was great dealing with someone so positive and making our purchase a positive one also.

I believe mark plantano made it my best experience. I came in the dealer ship knowing what I want but if it wasn't for him I would have not picked out the perfect car. He's so detailed about everything. Most people sell you a car just to sell it to you. He's a lot different he's determine about everything.

Recently purchased a used 2010 toyota prius on April 3, 2014 From their used car department. Was given a price through online team Jamie & jack Murphy. Jack was supposed to meet me at the dealership. After two hours of drive from Maryland when I arrived at Dealership was told that jack was busy so Richard Anderson sold me my car. He was very efficient, friendly & helpful, he made the whole process fast & hassle free. At the time of purchase since the car has only one key & no manuals. Richard promised to fedex the second Key & manuals of the car ASAP. After some days I called Richard & left messages but never received call back. It's been two weeks and I am still waiting for the second key and manuals. Will keep posted if I hear from them. Hope dealership Will keep its promise & FedEx me the second key/ manuals ASAP.

I researched RAV4 used cars online and found Sloan Glenside had a great price on a 2013 Limited RAV4. Since this dealership is very close to my home, I drove over on a Monday to look and test drive the car. From the moment I walked in the door, I could feel that I would be taken care of and that the sales people I dealt with were genuinely there to assist me in buying a car. I had visited two other dealerships prior to going to Sloan and they were absolutely horrible! My sales rep and her back up sales rep were wonderful and knowledgeable. The sales manager was easy going and not high pressured, which as a sales person myself, I very much appreciated. They even allowed me to take the car for a while and drive it around more than what I did for a test drive. Needless to say, I bought the car and love everything about my experience!

I went online on Sunday, June 30 to find a used Prius that fit my price and mileage preferences. I found several and emailed 4. On Monday morning, I drove to Sloane, since it was closest to my home and inquired about the car. An hour later, I walked out with the completed paperwork to purchase the car I found online. The next day my husband went back to Sloane with a check and drove the car home. The sales staff was easy to deal with, efficient and courteous. I appreciated their assistance in purchasing a new car. Some of the dealerships I emailed failed to respond to my email, one took over a week to do a follow up call.

Found a great priced 4runner on cars.com and packed up the family and drove the hour south to check it out. Sales staff was great and the used car sales manager was very attentive. There was an issue with the safety inspection sticker that I had to come back for but it was handled very well. Also mistake on paperwork but it was fixed and they gave me an extra 500 for my trade. Wasn't the closest Toyota dealer but very much worth the drive. Thanks Again Sloane!! Thanks for the other reviews on cars.com
