I feel the timeliness of my service was excellent. The only issue was that when I arrived it said on the paper the service writer had "loaner vehicle" but when I was dropping my car off they had no vehicle and nothing was set up at enterprise. I had to wait for them to figure out what to do. I was told they weren't told I need one yet I pointed out that it said "loaner" on the paper. Finally the service manager gave me a car so I could get on with my day. I can understand completely if I made this last minute and it was overlooked but I make this reservation on October 28 for Monday November 30. I would have assumed with having over a month to get a vehicle lined up they could have done that. I am no upset and I understand that things fall thru the cracks. But when they looked any that they have coming in for the next day somebody should have to checked to make a vehicle would be ready.

When my GMC Terrain wouldn't start the first time, I thought I may have left a light on. Then a week later, it did it again. I emailed Bill Campana (when we bought our vehicle he gave me his card and said if I needed anything, just give a shout) and he gave me a call just a short time later. I explained the situation, and that I'd be stuck at the office until nearly service center closing time. But with travels just a couple weeks away (a 750 mile drive one way!), it was important to us to have the Terrain checked out.Bill completely understood. He made arrangements to have a couple service team members drive all the way out to my office just to pick up my GMC. I was so grateful!!! I really don't know how I could have made it all happen without him. Turns out, it was just a bum battery (sometimes they are at the plant for a while before they go in a new vehicle and it cuts into their life span) but Smail replaced it on the house and I got to pick up my Terrain that same day! AMAZING service. As a busy working mom preparing the family for a long road trip- I've already got a million things to do and keep track of! Billy and the team at Smail understood that and did everything they could to take my Terrain off the 'To Do' list. Hands down best customer service I've ever received from an auto dealership.

We had service done to our Sierra just recently. What a caring experience, as always, from the staff. Troy really was tuned into what we needed and treated us well. My 2012 Terrain was due for its Fall Auto Butler so I called and scheduled it. A week before my appointment, my car started making a strange noise. I called Troy and he immediately got me scheduled earlier so that they could make sure it wasn't anything serious. I am always very very satisfied when Troy is handling my service appointments. Our experience with Smail Auto was beyond our expectations. We had not considered the Buick Encore. Matt suggested it as an option. After a test ride, and further inspection, he found a vehicle in the color and options we wanted (and then some). We at no time felt pressured. Matt made, what is usually not a fun situation, pleasant and enjoyable. As for the Encore, the more we drive it, the more we love it. It is the perfect size and the ride is very smooth. The features are numerous. All in all, we are extremely satisfied and hope to be back in 36 months.

My 2010 Lincoln MKZ looks like new because I have Bud Smail give it their Car Butler treatment periodically. This cleans everything inside and out and applies a coating to the paint that protects it against the atmosphere. It also sheds water and the car stays clean longer.

The first dealership I went to took three hours. I had no idea what kind of vehicle I wanted. The salesman was overbearing and wouldn't leaving me alone. Wouldn't let me think, l just kept talking me from car to car, reading the paper in the window. I'm pretty sure that this guy had to take a smoke because he wasn't getting anywhere. Then he kept trying to make commit to a car, wouldn't even talk about a price until I said I was buying it. But your guy was perfect! He didn't come out right away, he let me look. Eventually I found the car I liked. Went in, there was a crazy giraffe lady, and she was getting to close to me, touching me and trying to get me to buy a car she liked. But rob whisked me away, as someone who doesn't like contact, especially strangers, there is no amount of gratitude big enough for this moment. Then he took me right out for a test drive. Came in, got a price estimate, finalized when I purchase the car. Was ok that I wanted to leave and talk it over with my mother. No pressure to buy, not even the subtle and subconscious crap they do. This guy was absolutely the best, the cat is still running great, I get almost twice the milage, and a friend and I can fit in the trunk! These things matter to me.

I wanted a used 2013 or 2014 Focus and was told we can get you into a new 2014 for a little bit more. Sounds great but when we went to look at cars the salesman kind of pushed us toward a 2015. We said no, out of our price range and that we had been told I could get into a new 2014 for almost the same price as used. The salesman di not know anything about that? We went back inside and the sales Mgr said he could look into it and was able to do exactly what was initially offered to us. In the end, we were very happy. Just felt a bit like there was a bit of sales shenanigans to try and get us into a 2015 but when we held firm, suddenly there were a couple of cars available? Overall, pretty pleased. Thanks, DonBTW-I think the sales Mgr really went out of his way to find every possible discount and rebatehe could to hit my price point! I liked that A LOT!

We purchased our 2015 GMC Sierra truck on April 31 2015 and everything went well. We had the truck undercoated (2nd trip to Greensburg)a week after the initial pickup. After the undercoat,everything was fine. One week later we were in Greensburg (on a Saturday)and decided to try your(paying)car wash across route 30. When we were finished with the car wash we noticed several spots (5-6)on the hood. It appeared something was wrong with the paint under the clear coat. It was smooth on top but looked peeled underneath. We went over to the dealership and our salesman Matt Rellick and another man named George looked at it. Matt stated they would take care of it. George kept talking and with his jacket he was rubbing the paint on the hood stating it was water spots and could be buffed out. This was very upsetting. We knew it was not water spots. Matt stated again he would have this taken care of and make it right. Evidently GM has had some issues with the factory paint. We were scheduled the following week with the paint shop. We delivered our truck the following Tuesday evening for Wednesday service(3rd trip to Greensburg). Matt did provide us with a company car at this time. We were informed there was a delay and other areas were found defective on the paint. This was ok. We just wanted our truck fixed right. It didn't matter how long it took just fix it. Our truck was ready for pick up the following Tuesday. We arrived at the dealership that day (4th trip to Greensburg).We were informed the detail shop had it cleaned. It looked anything but new. It looked like a little kid washed it with a dirty rag and never rinsed it. There was overspray on the entire drivers side doors,windows and bed of the truck. We spoke with Scott (another sales person)who was taking care of the exchange that evening. He stated he would have this corrected. He contact Matt and the detail shop. We returned home again with the company car. Due to my work schedule we returned Thursday (5th trip to Greensburg) to pick up our truck. It looked wonderful just like showroom new. The detail shop did a fantastic job. I don't understand why it wasn't like that the first time. We are home with our new vehicle and finally very happy.

This visit I had the auto butler exterior protection, interior detailing, oil and filter change, winter tires removed and new tires put on. The vehicle was really dirty inside and out after all winter, but it came back to me immaculate. Asked to have air conditioner charged , it is blowing cool not cold, Told it was full and that I could purchase an add on molecule compressor for $79.00. My thinking is if Ford designed an add on, they know the air conditioner is inferior design. I travel to Florida and this air conditioner is insufficient for hot weather. This is a relatively new car and this should be corrected under warranty. Thank you

If there were numbers higher than 10...I would pick the highest. We love Smail and especially our service representative Troy. I recently took my Terrain in for an oil change, tire rotation and auto butler. Troy very discreetly came out and told me I missed my inspection by a few days too. What a guy!!! Troy is so conscientious and does everything with a smile and sense of pleasure, that one can't help but feel special when you go into the service department. I leave with my own sense of confidence and feeling of safety that all of my "car's" needs are met. I leave with a smile on my face too!! The staff and worker are so friendly and helpful with any questions you have, I live over hour away and each time I come they make me feel very welcome and comfortable while I'm waiting for my (Boo Bear) truck to get any work or even cleaned up. Took my 2013 Cadillac CTS in for service for the air conditioning which wasn't working properly. The problem appears to be addressed. The service department has always done a great job in dealing with any issues. I had a cup of coffee and then they shuttled me to the mall while they worked on my car which is a very nice convience for the customers. The called me when it was done and I took the next shuttle back which the timing was very good and I only had to wait for 5 minutes for the shuttle. My car was washed when I picked it up and the process only took a few minutes. Good job as usual!

Our technician, Bob, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I booked this appointment online but apparently it was never verified at the shop. Bob was able to fit me in though. The issue we had with hesitant shifting was resolved by a computer update. Also he gave us a few pointers as to how to turn off traction control. I enjoyed the coffee and popcorn in the waiting room. 2015 Escape purchased - I chose the color red - Service was great - they explained all the new features in my new car and how to use them. Most everything I liked in my previous Escape were still there, but Now I get the backup camera & wider windshield wiper feature. I always take my GM vehicles to Smail for service. I register with Troy Zatazelo. He is very honest about what service I need & the price he quotes me is the price on the bill when I pick up my car. We didn't buy this car from Smail. We bought it from a previous owner who was ill. We love the car & want the BEST service so took it to Smail. We bought our last car from them, a 2004 GMC Envoy. Loved that car & would have kept it, but came across this CTS & my husband has always wanted a Cadillac so---- end of story.

At first I thought this was a very good experience but a year later, nothing but complaints. Before purchasing the vehicle, I noticed oil on the axle. The salesman had the service guys look at it. I was told it was oil that had run down from spilled oil while they were filling it. I was sold a warranty from GWC which should cover most components, parts and labor. Fast forward 10 months and my mechanic finally found where the oil was coming from. My rack was bad and leaking power steering fluid. I made an appt. and took it in to Smail where they confirmed the rack was bad and needed replaced. 2 months later and several unreturned phone calls later, I contacted somebody who confirmed the rack had been there and I could come in to have it repaired. I am then informed I will have to pay for the fluid and the subsequent alignment because the warranty doeant cover it. There is no scenario where a rack is replaced without an alignment and should be covered as labor, not to mention the problem should have been identified and disclosed to me at the time of purchase. Essentially they missed the problem and when finally identified it in November, waited til the bad weather of January to have me drive an hour to their shop to have a warrantied part replaced but I have to cover the back half of the labor.

Previous to purchasing the KIA Soul 2014 at Smail's KIA, car buying experiences for us have been degrading. Smail's changed our attitude. Each person we came in contact with, whether on the phone or in person, listened to our concerns, observations,and our current needs relating to transportation. Kevin patiently and adeptly handled car buying and financial negotiations over the phone, insurance verification and acquiring the color, make and model we wanted- all within less than 24 hours. In addition, upon our arrival at the dealership (within a 1/2 hour of the closing time), we were greeted and treated as though we were the first customers of the day. The car was ready for us: clean, license plate placed, tank filled and Jim ready to go over safety, technology and other features of the car. Jim demonstrated recognition of our distractions/pressures during the car buying experience through his respect of our time and pace of comprehension of information regarding the technology, safety features and improvements over our 2010 KIA Soul. Jim remained on hand for us as the financial papers were signed and made certain we had keys and could navigate the car (a 6 speed) in order to safely drive home. Jason respected our need to feel confident with the car we were purchasing prior to signing documents to secure the car as our own. At no time did we feel rushed by Jason and he thoroughly reviewed each document, listening to our questions and responding with comprehensible information. With an understanding of our options we feel we made good financial decisions that will benefit us during our ownership of the vechicle. Thank you all so much. We already know we love KIIA's products (owners of KIAs since 2000). Now, after searching for, and rejecting 4 KIA dealers, we finally feel safe with Smail's KIA.

I researched different SUV/Crossovers for over a month and finally narrowed it down to the Honda CR-V and Mazda CX-5. I contacted Smail to see if they could beat a previous price I had from another dealer and they were able to. I went in that night and met with Clark and Henry and they were able to offer me more for my trade than Honda and the other dealership so we made a deal that night. They unfortunately did not have the color I wanted but arranged for a trade from a dealership over 200 miles away which was greatly appreciated. Because of Nick in the finance division I was able to add an extended warranty within my price range. Everyone at Smail was very accommodating and I was able to get the exact car I wanted without overexerting my budget. If there are any problems along the way they will take care of you, I would recommend working with Clark and Henry.

Clark Sheppler listened to what I told him, answered all questions, showed me what I asked to see, did not high pressure me, was knowledgeable, friendly, and waited for us to come back the next day. We bought something we discussed and he recommended and not what we had first seen. Becuase of his personality and knowledge we bought from him rather than the other dealerships we had visited. They did not take the time and knew better than what we said therefor they lost out. The service dept. was also recommended by a friend.

Our new car buying experience was actually enjoyable. When we walked onto the lot at Ford/ Lincoln, Evan Christy greeted us with a smile. He was very informative and new details about each of the cars we were curious about. After a couple of test drives we knew which car we wanted. Evan provided us with a purchase and lease offer for us to consider that day. We did not feel pressured or trapped into making a deal. Evan patiently worked with us and gave us time to make our decision. Once we were in agreement, we purchased our new Lincoln MKX, right out of the showroom. I especially appreciated the time Evan took to show us all the details and functions of our new car. I have had friends who have Smail cars that say I am goimg to love their service dept. If service is like sales, I am sure we will be satisfied.

Steve Miller is by far one of the most knowledgeable Ford guys at Smail Auto. I dealt with Smail Auto about 2 years ago with buying a Mazdaspeed 3 and my most recent purchase of a Ford F-150. Hands done these guys and girls know their stuff about vehicles. Experience was flawless and I personally would recommend that if anyone is in the market for a new or used vehicle call these guys up or check them out online. The team there will get back to you promptly within 24 hours. I will for sure be buying all my vehicles through Smail for the rest of my life.

Hands down the best car buying experience I've had. Bill Cline was excellent and very knowledgeable - a statement that is tough to get from me, since I consider myself well versed in Mazdas. The experience was very non-rushed and I test drove a couple different vehicles. Everything was always on my time and when I had settled on the right model (over the course of a week), it was quick and PAINLESS to do the paperwork and I was out the door. I've purchased many vehicles in my life, including 2 other Mazdas, and I've never felt as relaxed and appreciated as a customer as I felt at Smail. It was so pleasant, I felt compelled to come and write something here - doing it right - something that is pretty rare these days and Smail & Bill nailed it. Thank you!

I have already recommended this dealership to everyone I have talked with about my new truck. I had just about given up on getting a new Ford F-150 before the 2014 models come out. Either they didn't have what I wanted or I couldn't make the deal I wanted. I called Bill on a Friday afternoon because I found the truck I wanted. Alas, it had been sold, but Bill had another truck that would work for me. I drove over an hour in heavy traffic and got there a little after 4:30pm. The dealership closed at 5:00pm, but Bill and Nick stayed and finished the paperwork. I came back on Saturday morning with my neighbor to pick up the truck. Bill showed me the basics to get me home without reading the 80 page manual, and even touched up the detail job on the window casings for me. I have been buying vehicles since 1970 (yes, I'm an old lady) and this is the best experience I have had with a dealership. It is worth the drive to Bud Smail Ford. The dealership and its people make the difference, and Bill Cline and Nick Breault are the best. They are pros, and they get it done right the first time. Thank you, Bill and Nick

Bill Cline was a very informative as I had gone to three other Mazda dealers and all other salesmen were inexperienced and lacked the knowledge needed to properly inform me of all the features that the 2014 Mazda 6 had to offer. I had been searching for a vehicle for the last month, but either the sales representative or the car itself were not good matches for my needs. Ralph came out to the lot to greet my husband and me, took us for a test drive and pointed out the features on this particular model. I came to Bud Smail Ford for options to purchase a new vehicle. I test drove 3 options I was interested in and decided the ford edge was the car for me. We went in looking for a new car and trying to keep it on a budget. We had one mandatory requirement which was to have a manual transmission. Many of the other dealerships that we went to would try to put us in an automatic. Smail was very helpful and got us a great deal on a great car. The financial guy was very helpful and explained everything. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and I will be back there myself for both service and future shopping.

I went to look at a first time car and the experience of buying a car was all I hoped it would be. The salesman that helped find the perfect car for me was Nate Cunningham and he did a fantastic job! He was a great listener and also gave me great feedback and what he thought of the cars. He was honest, relaxed, and someone that was very enjoyable to work with. My Fiancee' was in a headon collision in her Kia Sportage, it saved her life! I wasn't sold on the Kia until I seen that she was ok and the damage (totaled) her Kia took. So now we had to look for another Kia. We had a sale (money down) on another Kia from another dealership, only to be told 15 mins later that they couldnt honor the deal, the manager said it was too low, $400 less than they were asking for! We found Smail Kia on the internet, we are 1 1/2 hrs away. We did find a couple of Kia's we were interested in. Went to another dealership closer to home, price was too high. Came back to Smail Kia called Jeff Smail II asked him about one of the Kia's we were looking at. He was SOOOOOO helpful, I cant say enough! I asked him the price and he said the price was lower than on the internet. We took the Kia without seeing it in person. He offered to walk around it and tell me about it as he walked around it over the phone. He offered to come pick us up and bring us to Smail Kia so that we could ride in the Kia home together. I will add at this point my Fiancee' lost her stepfather the same week we were talking with Jeff. He BROUGHT the car to US! We NEVER set foot on Smail Kia's lot. Jeff did EVEYTHING for US! Found a better deal as far as interest was. Explained the Kia and the options that were on the SUV and how they worked. Remind you we are a Hour and a half away from them!!! My Fiancee' said it the best "Honestly I didn't feel like it was a sale, I felt like he was helping me out!" So I guess it was the experience of someone helping you in your time of need. Jeff was recommended from a friend. I showed up with my family 5mins till closing time. Jeff was very patient and showed us several vehicles even after closing time. He took his time an was very knowledgeable about the cars and answered our questions. we ended up buying a 2010 kia forte se. It wasnt even a car we were considering buying from the start. well it turns out that it is a very Nice car and scores an 8 out of 10 from the reviews. After test driving the car an Jeff going over everything about it with us we were sold . And to top it off Jeff got us a 6year 100.000 mile warranty & left with the car that night. We've had the car for a week or so an love it . Also i would like to mention that we noticed a screw in one of the tires sat. an we took it back up there to them an they fixed it no questions asked. Jeff came to see us to make sure we were satisfied with our new vehicle. An yes Jeff we are an we would recommend you to any of our friends or family looking to buy a new or used car. My wife and I visited this dealership 2 weeks ago and fell in love with a vehicle but it was out of our price range. Fastward 2 weeks and we went to another dealer and found them very shady. We went back to Smail and made them an offer on the car we liked. To our surprise they took the offer that was more than I wanted to pay in the begining but it was worth it not to have to deal with Shady dealers.

I was recently in the market for a new car (since my old one died out of the blue), and as friend had suggested Smail Kia. I talked to Mike Jurick about the 2012 Kia Forte, and he was able to show me some of the cool features of the car as well as offer me a test drive. He also ran some numbers for me, so I could see my possible payment. The dealership was even willing to offer me a reasonable trade-in for my car even though it wasn't working at the time. While I didn't end up buying the Forte, it's a great car, and I would highly recommend Mike Jurick at Smail if you are thinking about any Kia.

Went to see a car that I had found online at Smail. Placed an inquiry through they internet. Jim Spanbauer returned my call. Made an appt to go see the vehicle that evening. Drove car, had all the options we were looking for, and began to negotiate price. We then found out that our car had "a dirty car fax." It had been in two accidents prior our purchase, none of them major, where any airbags were deployed. Do to this "dirty car fax," they were offering us extreme bottom line for our trade, even though the car fax itself states, -$110 due to history. Ok, car dealers. Then over the next two hours, we negotiated a price, and were very close to a deal. We then had to get something to eat for our children, which the dealership offered us nothing, not even water, we left. I instructed Jim Spanbauer to call me if, and when we reached the numbers we discussed. He called about 20 mins later. I returned his call, he was not at the dealership, left a message. I returned his call again, at which time the sales manager answered in Jim's absence, stated he was on the road with another customer. I told the sales manager that we had a deal, and i would buy the car. He stated that he would get the final numbers with the bank, and Jim would call back tomorrow to arrange delivery of the car. Tomorrow came, and i heard nothing. waited till noon, called, left a message with the manager, as Jim Spanbauer was off that day. Called again at 2 pm, left another message. At 4:30, Jim Spanbauer called me and stated the we had a problem. He stated appearently last night as we were driving the car, a salesman from another store was already working a deal on the car, and they didn't know. Now, this may the case, but, why would you wait almost 12 hours to tell me, and then on the second day, send out all of my info to the banks, and run my credit on a car you no longer had? I know that they processed my credit, as credit monitor informed me. So, this is just underhanded, they are at least not being honest, and their dealership is TOTALLY disorganized. I think they found another buyer, got a better deal from them, and sold the car out from under me. I would avoid this dealer.
