Priced way above competitors for almost identical vehicle. Told us that we would get burned by other dealer because their prices were so much lower. They even said the quotes from other(s) were not possible. We wanted their truck, but they didn't want to present a quote that was competitive. When it was all said and done, saved over 1700 bucks as a couple other dealers were willing to battle for my business. I would recommend going to another dealer. Loved our sales associate Nick H, who communicated through email and phone setting up things and I believe it was Ralph, who took us on our test ride... but not so much the "straight shooter" (can't remember his name) that said our other quotes were wrong, and we would probably get burned. We would have bought that truck that day. Their loss...spent additional money on an extended warranty and an additional 1600 dollars on ford accessories. In addition, Nick H called to ask our thoughts on the truck 2 days later, his personality and efforts were outstanding. I certainly relayed our experience with his "coworker/ boss." What a shame

Don't go just to look and get pricing.. They'll want you to spend hours trying to get you to buy instantly. Horrible service and a bunch of you know what's when it comes to you leaving.. Never recommend after one experience there

Last November my wife and I decided we needed another SUV. On a limited budget, but wanting something that was quality led us to the Bud Smail used car center in Greensburg. The staff at the used car center are eager to please, but not pressure you into buying. We ended up buying a 2009 ford edge se with only 16,000 miles for a great price, upon purchase I also purchased a 3 year /36,000 miles warranty along with the included 3 month/3,000 mile power train. Since then, I've had some issues with the vehicle, and have realize that the smail ford service is a joke! First, I took the vehicle in for squeaks in the suspension, warped brake rotors and a recall. They had the car for five days and didn't fix anything. They told me "the squeaks were because the car was still breaking in and sat for awhile" (which they have gone away now) also "the brakes have some surface rust on them, and that's what's causing the vibrations, give it time and that will go away too" as far as the recall goes, they told me they had to order the parts and reschedule for two weeks later. First off, it took me two weeks to get the initial appointment, why wouldn't they order the parts for the recall since that's one of the things the appointment was for so they would be there for the appointment? So I made another appointment and took my vehicle back in the meantime, the brakes were driving me crazy so I took it upon myself to change them. Pads and rotors. Upon doing so, my friend (who is a master mechanic) told me the brakes have never been touches, the rotors had so much rust from sitting and it was all original equipment. He said that if they would have inspected the rotors during the service they would have seen that and atleast removed them and cut them down. After that we went for a test ride and the brakes were smooth as glass thanks to me and $200. While we were driving he asked me to cut the wheel hard to the left, which I did, he said that my front passenger side bearing was going bad and since I had a warranty it should be covered. Again, I called the dealership and told them to add the bearing to the list of problems and they said they would take a look at it. When I took it there for the appointment they had it for another 5 days before I decided to call and ask about it. The service guy I deal with "Bob" said that bearing was damaged during shipping and that they had to wait to get another one..... Two days later, I still heard nothing so called back again . Bob's response was " you know, our techs can't hear a noise, we can't find a problem with the bearing" .......????????, wait a minute, two days ago I was told that the bearing was bad and the new one was damaged and you had to wait for another one! I'm smelling a lot of xxxxxxxx here...... After he said that, I hung up on him and went there in person. He went for a ride with me and said "yeah I hear it now!". Its very loud, if they would have taken it for a ride they would have most certainly heard it! So again! I needed my car so made another appointment to get it repaired for two weeks later, which brings us to today, Friday January 29 2016. I dropped the car off Monday evening for the appointment for Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. , Wednesday he called me at the end of the day and said "just wanted to let you know your part is in, and I need your permission to put it on". Are you serious right now?!?!!!! You've known my car was coming in for the past two weeks and you just now got the part in, so my wife and I could have had the vehicle for and extra two days before it was even going to be attempted to be repaired?!?! He said "the car will be done Thursday for sure". So yesterday after work, we were on our way there when he called and said "car isn't ready yet, they snapped a bolt that is a specialty item and will be here tomorrow, so the car will be ready for sure tomorrow". So here we are , two months later to get a bearing fixed that was bad from the day I bought the car, and it still isn't fixed. This is the last time I deal with ford service, and Bob, not to say Bob isn't a nice guy, but he doesn't take his job very seriously. Thank god my warranty is transferrable to any ford dealership. I'd hate to have to deal with them for the next three years!!!!!!

I bought a new truck from Smail 5 months ago, great sales department.My tailight has water in it and rear defrosters don't work, they have the parts and I need to call to schedule the service. I have called 5 times in the last 5 days, got no answer three times and left two messages. No call back, it's been 3 days since I left the last message. All I want is my new truck fixed and they can't even call me back. Would definitely recommend going else wear!

Ralph was extremely informative and very helpful, even late at night on very cold evening! I actually felt bad sending him out to bring a car around to drive, but he kept it fun for both myself and daughter. I left the dealership the following day with minimal hassle on paperwork and a good price after multiple rebates. I am now a proud owner of a '14 Focus Hatchback with only 12 miles on it. This is my first brand new ride and I am very pleased with it thus far. Even better - I purchased the car on my birthday! Happy Birthday to me! Thank you Ralph and thank you SMAIL!

I recently bought a new Ford Escape from Smail Ford and had such a great experience from start to finish. They had exactly what I was looking for and were willing to work with me on my trade-in. Purchasing a new car is an intimidating experience, especially when it is your first. To me, buying a car is an investment, so I was extremely specific in what I was looking for. Others had told me that the car I was looking for did not exist at any of the 600+ dealers they looked at. At Smail Auto, Steve Miller was able to find a car that had not only all of my 'must haves' but also my 'would be nice to haves'. I recently purchased a new Ford Escape from Smail Ford. I have not purchased a brand new vehicle since 1995. I have made visits to dealerships since then but did not like how pushy the salesmen were. I met Keith Rosky while looking at the car I was interested in and had a few questions for him about it. He was very knowledgable about the vehicle and was not "pushy" at all. From start to finish he was just a normal guy and was super easy to deal with. I will definitely buy another car from Smail and Keith!

My husband and I have purchased several cars from Bud Smail over the past years. We had a 2009 MKZ and believed it was time to move up to a car with a roomier interior. I checked the Smail inventory and found a 2013 MKS that seemed to meet our needs. A friend referred us to Steve Miller, a Sales Consultant. I called him on the phone and we set up a time for us to go in and not only see the car but also to drive it. We were impressed with the car and were able to work out an acceptable price. Steve was very knowledgeable about the car and could answer all our questions. The car was ready at the agreed upon time. After completing the paperwork with Nick, Steve got us into the car and began to explain the car's features. He explained each feature and preset those we asked him to set. He spent time with us and answered every question. His explanations were in plain English, not "Automobile Speak". He assured us that we could come to the dealership whenever we needed help with how to use a particular feature. I plan to make an appointment with him once I have familiarized myself with the main features to be sure that I am using everything correctly. Steve is personable but also professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car.

After four different dealerships we picked Smail not just because of the products it had a lot to do with the time Steve spent with us, his listening skills, and personality. Three trips to Greensburg from Pittsburgh was well worth the mileage. I had asked to test drive a car a second time, after driving several others, in an attempt to narrow my choice. Because of our needs it was a longer and more tedious process than usual, I'm sure, but we greatly appreciate all of his many efforts. My husband and I are delighted with the new Lincoln we purchased from Bud Smail and with our complete experience during the process. We asked to look at the Lincoln MKZ the previous week when we stopped in to see the Ford CMax. After speaking with Ralph about all the features of the Lincoln and thinking about it for a week, we decided to return and either lease or purchase a Lincoln, even though we were not really planning to make any changes as far as our Acura was concerned. When we stopped at Bud Smail Ford Lincoln, we were immediately greeted by a helpful person who then directed us to Ralph Kercheval. We told Ralph that we were interested in a Ford hybrid (C-Max). Ralph found just the car we were looking for. He took us on a drive that really showed the capabilities of the car. After visiting other area dealers and test driving the Ford Fusion for my daughter, we weren't yet ready to purchase. Our comfort level with the salesperson and staff wasn't established. We felt they lacked the proper knowledge about the car and they just seemed to want us to test drive and give us a price. It was recommended to us that we visit Bud Smail Ford and we were glad we did. Our salesperson Bill Cline exceeded our expectation with his knowledge of the models and his willingness to go above and beyond to answer all of our questions. Bill made the first time buying expereince for my daughter a positive one. In fact the entire staff in the dealership made her feel welcome and valued as a customer. Clark listened to what I told him, answered all questions, showed me what I asked to see, did not high pressure me, was knowledgeable, friendly, and waited for us to come back the next day. We bought something we discussed and he recommended and not what we had first seen. Becuase of his personality and knowledge we bought from him rather than the other dealerships we had visited. They did not take the time and knew better than what we said therefor they lost out. The service dept. was also recommended by a friend.

Our new car buying experience was actually enjoyable. When we walked onto the lot at Ford/ Lincoln, Evan Christy greeted us with a smile. He was very informative and new details about each of the cars we were curious about. After a couple of test drives we knew which car we wanted. Evan provided us with a purchase and lease offer for us to consider that day. We did not feel pressured or trapped into making a deal. I have already recommended this dealership to everyone I have talked with about my new truck. I had just about given up on getting a new Ford F-150 before the 2014 models come out. Either they didn't have what I wanted or I couldn't make the deal I wanted. I called Bill on a Friday afternoon because I found the truck I wanted. Alas, it had been sold, but Bill had another truck that would work for me. I drove over an hour in heavy traffic and got there a little after 4:30pm. The dealership closed at 5:00pm, but Bill and Nick stayed and finished the paperwork. I came back on Saturday morning with my neighbor to pick up the truck. Bill showed me the basics to get me home without reading the 80 page manual, and even touched up the detail job on the window casings for me. I have been buying vehicles since 1970 (yes, I'm an old lady) and this is the best experience I have had with a dealership. It is worth the drive to Bud Smail Ford. The dealership and its people make the difference, and Bill Cline and Nick Breault are the best. They are pros, and they get it done right the first time. Thank you, Bill and Nick.

My husband and I had a very good experience buying a car from Ralph Kercheval. He was friendly, personable, courteous and patiet. We only spent 3 days with Smails...one test driving vehicles, the 2nd working out a deal to purchase the vehicle and a 3rd picking up the vehicle and signing the paperwork. We did have to stop back to pick up our antenna, so make sure your vehicle has one; apparently the auto butler detailing has to remove the antenna and sometimes they forget to put it back on. I'll remember that for next time and save myself a trip. They were very apologetic though and we were on our way to Greensburg to handle other errands. Overall we had a very good experience and would recommend Smails for purchasing a vehicle.

Sales process was easy, answered a lot of questions. I felt I got a fair deal, and that they made a profit. I walked in the dealership still undecided whether or not I was going to purchase a truck now or wait until September or October of 2012. I first interacted with Ralph via the internet. I was met at the door by Ralph and from that point on, I felt comfortable in interacting with him. I told him that I definately was in the market for a truck, but as this point I was going to shop 3 dealers and go with the best deal. I had a 1997 ford f-150 with 207,000 miles on it and I knew that I was not going to get much via the trade route. Once my trade was assessed, I managed to wiggle a few more hundred and a set of mud flaps to close the deal. I never did go to the other 2 Ford dealers and I know in the internet world of today, there are very little unknowns in pricing. I know there is dealer holdback involved which the consumer has no bargining power. This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from Bud Smail in the past 3 years and when I am ready to buy again, that will be the first place I shop. Once again thanks to Ralph for making my experience as stress free as possible.

I visited a Ford dealership in Carnegie to test drive a truck that they had in stock. I dealt with a salesman who did not answer all of my questions, and made a bit of a scene when the pricing negotiation didn't go well for him. I left that dealership knowing that Iwould never go back. I went to Smail Ford in Greensburg and spoke to Bill Cline--I found Bill to be very knowledgeable regarding pickup trucks--he answered all of my questions. I purchased the truck that I wanted for the price that I wanted to pay. After the sale, Bill took the time to go over all of the features of the truck, set up the Bluetooth, and explained the navigation system. He was very friendly and professional. Ralph and his boss or associates were very willing to bear with me while I took my time to decide - over two days - on several possible choices. That is, whether to purchase a particular vehicle they had in stock or to request they get a vehicle from another dealer or to either go to a different dealer or stop pursuing a purchase altogether. They did not pressure me to buy - but seemed honestly willing to help me get whatever I wanted or needed (within reason). I first visited Smail for service and appreciated the friendly polite staff, Ed and Beth in particular. After damaging my 2010 Ford 150 FX4, I decided trade as a possibility. I asked for Jason Reid in sales which turned out to be a good thing. His approach is slow and deliberate but accurate and complete. I appreciate managements decision to deal with me being that my trade in would be unmarketable for several months due to necessary repairs as a result of the body damage. In the middle of negotiations jason was called away and turned the deal over to Steve Miller. Steve is enthusiastic and knowledgeable about ford trucks. Perhaps some issues were taken for granted but I would have liked to have heard from Steve and Jason a bit more detail about product knowledge. There should be plenty to talk about a fifty thousand dollar truck. Factory warranty was never mentioned throughout my entire experience, I didnt ask but it should have been mentioned. Nick the F&I person was exceptional! He was able to find the lowest lending rate for my loan, his job is also to to explain and sell the extented warranty which I purchased, he also explained in detail the gap insurance which I declined.It was the day after the purchase and delivery thats surprised me, granted the sales floor was in dissaray due to construction, I stopped in to pick up a check for the DMV in Fl. I stood not ten feet from Steve and was never acknowledged, yet Nick dropped what he was doing and assisted me in my needs, which was a check and insurance cancellation on the old truck. We came in to buy a new and a used vehicle. We had only been on the lot for 2 minutes and Dan was ready to help. He was personable and allowed us to take our time. We test drove 3 cars before deciding on a new Taurus and a used Escape. As it was the holiday weekend, business was quite brisk, and we did have to wait for a finance person. We spent from about 10 a.m to 4 p.m at the site and Bill was kind enough to offer us some Chicken for lunch that was there for an employee appriciation function. We declined but the offer was quite kind. My only suggestion for those customers that are spending hours at the lot would be to have drinks be more avaliable. The complimentary coffee is great but was empty and my husband would have loved a cold drink. The only area we did not rate as great was pricing. We rated it as good. I guess all I can say to that is that everyone, including us, wants to pay less for more ! We do feel as if the pricing was fair. Additionally, we were able to secure a better intrest rate through our own credit union and after doing a little research learned that Smail is part of their preferred dealer program. This wasnt a big issue, but it could have saved us a little time and a few phone calls had that come up during our talk with the Finance person. This may have been overlooked due to the volume of business on Monday. We enjoyed our experience as Smail customers and will continue to look to you for our future needs.

I love it!!! Steve Miller our saled consultant was just wonderful!!! Very easy to deal with...not pushy...very on the ball with everything. I met Steve Miller at Smail Mazda looking for a new SUV AWD. He was very friendly and courteous explaining all the new features 2011 Mazda CX-7 with 2.3 turbo engine. I was somewhat leary looking at a foriegn vehicle, but was quite surprised with what the CX-7 had to offer. Since I was pressed for time, we did most of the negotiations via e-mail. I was quite impressed that there was no "strong arm" pressure sales tactics, especially since that would have immediately made me walk away. All of Smail's team, treated me in a professional manner and also made it the most streamlined purchase of a vehicle I've ever had. He had taken me on a tour of the service department and also was very thorough going over the vehicle before I left the lot. I look forward to seeing how the new 4-cyl. turbo performs as our new family SUV. I will certainly recommend Smail Mazda and would definately use them when looking for my next vehicle. This was our first purchase from Bud Smail Ford Lincoln Mercury, and it was our best experience at a car dealership. We went to Bud Smail after researching its vehicle inventory on the internet. The website was easy to use and turned out to be extremely accurate. Upon arrival, the salesman, Steve, immediately assessed our needs and showed us the vehicles we were interested in. He gave us a detailed and thoughtful presentation about the vehicle we wanted to purchase. When our purchase was complete, he made sure he reviewed the interior features of the vehicle and set-up the Sync feature. Even though closing time had passed, he was more than willing to answer any questions we had.One of the best parts of this car buying experience for us was seeing several financing options presented to us in an easy-to-read chart format. We could readily make our decision about financing because the choices were listed clearly.Overall, we were very pleased with our experience at Bud Smail and will return again for another purchase.

We recently purchased a 2011 Ford Escape from Steve Miller at Smail Ford. We had already received a quote from a competitive dealer, and came to Steve with this deal. Steve was very friendly and willing to work with us to obtain a better deal. He was able to get us more money for our trade-in and find additional incentives to lower the price of the vehicle.The only reason I rated my overall experience a 4 (Good) other than a 5 (Great) was because when we picked up the car, the center console was sticking and the Sync system was malfunctioning. Two things that should definitely not happen to a brand new vehicle. Having to set up a service appointment on the first day we had the car was an inconvenience. Having said that, the service personnel were accommodating and friendly. However, we were told any time we brought the vehicle in for service, it would be washed. When I picked up the vehicle, it was not washed. This was the only other thing that made us lower our overall rating to 4.

Ralph took time to explain all the features of the vehicle. He handled the paperwork competently and efficiently, and, when I left in my new Explorer, I was satisfied that all the t's had been crossed. Ralph went above and beyond also when I called the next day looking for some CD's I had overlooked in my old vehicle. He followed through to get the items back to me as quickly as possible. The price was comparable to other places I had requested prices from so I only checked "OK" for that item.

I traded in my Honda Pilot for a 2011 Ford Escape. I began my inquiry with a phone call. Jason was very polite and informative yet he was not a pushy saleman-type person. That gave me the incentive to come in and discuss the possibility since I didn't feel I was being "talked into it." My 2 yr old son wasn't feeling well so my wife stayed home. Jason Reid was very patient and helpful with my wife and I coordinating with cell phones and text messages. He showed us a way to apply for credit on their website so I didn't have to go home and come back another day. It was hassle free, I didnt feel like I was being pushed into something like I have in other experiences at other dealerships. I felt like he was a genuine family man much like myself and wanted to help me and my family. I got what I believe to be a good price and very friendly customer service from everyone we came in contact with. I will recommend Jason Reid to any friend or family member that is looking to buy a car. When we completed paperwork upon delivery of the car, we couldn't find a babysitter so we brought my 2 year old with us. Every employee we saw stopped and talked to him. There was a nice area for kids where he could play and eat a snack. I could tell that the staff gets a long well as a team and help each other. It made my experience better and I appreciate the extra efforts from everyone involved.For all of these reasons I rated Jason and the dealership 5's (Great). I would take my mom there to buy a car. I can give no higher praise than that.

I was so impressed with Jason Reid the moment I met him. He took his time with me and did not make me feel rushed. When I first approached him, I told him right off the bat that I was not quite prepared to buy a vehicle, but that I wanted to drive some to see what I wanted. He spent several hours with me just letting me feel things out. I went several other places, but in the end, decided to buy from him because he made me the most comfortable through the whole experience. He is a wonderful salesman and deserved my business. We purchased a 2010 Mazda CX-7. Jason looked around at nearby dealerships so that we were able to get the color of choice this process took about 2-3 days but it was worth the wait; while we were waiting Jason kept us abreast every step of the way using Smail's new technology called the "live chat". He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and he was able to answer any questions I had without hesitation. Pleasantly surprised. I have always dealt with smaller auto dealers because I did not have the time to play games or waste my time. Smail will take all the time with you that you need whether its 15 minutes or 5 hours. There was no nonsense, no game playing, they were friendly and cut the deal very close to what I wanted. On a scale of one to ten, I rate them a nine, and I am VERY picky, so my nine is most peoples 10.This dealership works on volume and repeat sales, they are not interested in catching a fish.The price was given a 4 instead of a five, not so much the dealerships fault, but Ford offering absolutely nothing on the fusion hybrid in regards to rebates and interest rate promotions.My price was $25.00 under invoice, I probably could of squeeze for a few hundred more, but felt, since they were working fast at my request, I would let it go.What I mean by fast, is the day I stopped I knew what I was looking for and had very limited time. I told the dealer in a nice way that I wanted a price on a fusion hybrid and had no more than 5 minutes, and in less than that he came back with a price, no running back and forth making me feel like a fool.No pressure, no requiring me to take a test ride before giving me a price.All in all, Bud Smail will be my dealer on future purchases, as they are truly a no hassle dealership.

Buying a new car is a challenging and difficult task due to all the decisions that have to be made and the cost of the purchase. Along with those considerations, the purchaser must interact and spend a great deal of time with the sales associate during this whole process. For me, it is paramount that I feel comfortable and in charge of the situation from the moment I say I would like to buy a new car until the conclusion of the purchase. I want to feel relaxed and that the sales associate and I our partners in the endeavor. This is exactly how I felt and what I experienced at the Smail Auto Dealership and with the sales associate, Steve Miller.Steve spent a great deal of time with me during the whole experience of buying my Lincoln. I was always his total focus and I never felt rushed or pressured by him. He was knowlegeable,informative, friendly, easy going, and willing to work with me. These are qualities that I consider to be important in a sales associate and what make buying a new car a pleasant experience and what make a person want to return even after the purchase.

We purchased our Mazda from Smail last year. We were so impressed with our salesman that we returned to purchase our F-250 this year. Our salesman was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. We live about 70 miles away from the dealership and our salesman was very patient and worked with us mostly over the phone. After a lot of searching, we found the exact truck we wanted in New York. This was my first experience with Smail Auto Group. It was a great experience. Normally when purchasing a car I expect to first look at the vehicle, take it for a ride, wait for the trade in value and then begin the hassle over the final cost of the new car. This has always and I mean always taken from a day or two to a week or more. To be honest I usually end up losing my temper over the way the sales person handled these negotiations. Jason Reid made this experience an enjoyable one. The final trade in value was negotiated for a short time, with each side giving a little and the deal was made. The dealers in the past would have the car detailed and ready for delivery in a couple of days. If the car had to be brought in from another dealer this process would, of course, take longer. This experience broke all records. Smail Auto Group detailed the car and had it ready for me the same day the bottom line price was decided. I never expected to drive home with a new car the same day I walked in to look for on! I believe this happened because of the professional manner Jason handled the sale. Back in August of 09 I called Smail Ford to see if I could stop in to test drive a new 2010 Mustang GT. Steve Miller was the salesman that I dealt with. I really liked the 2010 Mustang GT, but being that it was already late summer at the time, and I wasn't planning on driving the Mustang in the winter months I decided to wait until I could order one at a future date. I started reading rumors on the internet that Ford was coming out with a new more powerful engine for the 2011 GT model. Needless to say, hearing that really excited me! Whenever Ford announced that they were coming out with a new GT engine that would produce more than 400 H.P., and that it would be available in the spring of this year, I couldn't wait to order one! I sat down with Steve and placed my order on Febuary 18th of this year. Steve was very helpful every step of the way when it came to helping me decide just what options were available and answered every question that I had. I really enjoyed talking with him every step of the way. He told me that my Mustang should take 8-12 weeks to come in. I expected to have it in my garage by late May. When it didn't come in by late May I stopped in to Smail Ford one day to check on just what the delay was. Steve wasn't available at the time because he was at a meeting, so I talked to one of the sales managers there who by the way took me into his office where he pulled my order up on his computer. The computer showed that my Mustang was built and ready to be shipped to their dealership. When it finally did come in a little over a week ago, Steve notified me that it was in, and that it was ready to pick up. I picked it up on week ago today (6-23). Whenever I picked it up I dealt with Steve and another guy who by the way was also great to deal with. Steve was very helpful in going over all the features on the Mustang the day that I picked it up. So far I really like the new Mustang. I haven't owned a new Ford product since the late 80s, but based on how much I like my Mustang, I'm thinking that there will likely be more Fords in my future.

This being my first "new" vehicle purchase, I wasn't sure how my experience would play out and was certainly dreading it...however, I must say that my overall experience was pleasant. Much of this was due to our salesperson, Jason Reid. Numerous times I've encountered the typical "used car salesman", but Jason was much different. He wasn't pushy at all, he was accommodating. You could tell Jason genuinely wanted to get us our best deal and the perfect car for us. Jason sold the car to us for Smail Mazda. On the other hand, your "finance person" (Nick) would not have sold the car to us...he was/is the polar opposite of Jason. My wife and I must have told him (Nick) 8-10 times that we did not want an extended warranty, but just kept pushing...I understand that this is his job, but this really pushes people away. If he was our first contact we would have left immediately - in fact, we almost did at that time. Maybe your sales people should focus on what the car does have versus what the car doesn't have. I left the office feeling as though the Mazda warranty was a null issue and would not cover any necessary problems that would arise. After he (Nick) was sure that would not be selling us any extended warranties, we might as well have been an immanent object in the room...he couldn't get us out of the office quick enough. That pseudo friendly attitude was completely gone...Again, Jason Reid sold us our car. Even after the sale, Jason was in our backseat helping us to put our car seat in. Extremely nice people including Bud himself! The only problem we had was with a dishonest mechanic...said brakes were wornout, but he didn't expect me to tell him to leave them on and I would replace them myself! I later found out they were just fine. Dealer paid me for the brakes, but I am hesitant when I hear they "found" something that needs replaced. Maybe just one bad apple, but you can find that anywhere. They made right by me and they do go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Very low pressure and accomadating.
