We recently bought a vehicle from Small Town Auto Sales. Jeffrey the main salesman was fantastic. He was patient and amazing in showing me over 6 or 7 vehicles on the lot over a period of a few hours. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles, and was honest about any fixes they had performed on them. He was not pushy in any way and was very accommodating when it came to what we were looking for in a vehicle. When we finally selected the vehicle we wanted, we met Henry who I believe is a co-owner of the organization. He was fantastic, he made a reasonable deal with me, and was very flexible in allowing me to put down a deposit until I could transfer all the funds necessary to complete the transaction. Overall the experience in buying a car from this dealership was incredibly easy and pleasant. We would definitely buy from Small Town Auto Sales again.

Never meet a nicer dealers. I first meet Karen, she couldn't have done or been anymore for you. Kind , polite and profressenal . Henry , not only knew his cars knew his sports and outdoors activities . True salesman. Very kind to you and family. Truly nice to children. Jeff as honest and big hearted as he is tall. I always hated buying cars from car dealers but this place has won me over. I wasn't pressured in to looking or buying anything in particular or what the salesperson thought i wanted. We were asked if we needed a sales person and said not right now and were left alone to look about the lot until we were ready. once we were ready to talk to someone we simply went inside and said ok we're ready. We test drove a couple of cars and decided on one we liked. I mentioned the check engine light was on and was told the part was already on order and would be fixed which it was. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Bought my 02 Pontac Grand Am GT from this dealer back in march.... helped me start out great with my first car since than theres only been a few hiccups that required attention... but thats to be expected from a 14 year old car.... the sernaks were very friendly.... would deffinitely reccomend buying a vehicle from here

the father and son at small town auto worked with me and communicated during and off hours. love my truck and had a few hiccups right after I bought it. the guys took care of the issues without question standing behind their sale. have a nice collection of cars on there lot and would recommend doing business with them!

Buying our truck here was a piece of cake. They made the buying process very easy and any problem ive had they've addressed it right away and fixed whatever issue weve had. When i decide to purchase another vehicle it will be from here they are great and the prices are reasonable they arent trying to rip you off like other dealers try to do. These guys are honest and stand by their word.

There are no words to describe how wonderful the car buying experience was for us.The customer service was very friendly and they went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with our car purchase. We had a slight issue with a sensor and since it was under a 90 day warranty, they took care of the problem promptly.We are extremely satisfied and recommend this dealer to anyone who is looking for a used car. Thank you Henry and for your employees who provided excellent customer service to us, we really appreciate it!!!

I live in Amarillo, Texas and never thought I would buy a car in Pennsylvania! However, my mom was very specific in what she wanted, which was a white taurus. My brother-in-law found one at Small Town Auto Sales through cars.com, so I called and left a message. Henry called me back the next day. He told me about the car and it sounded great. It was a one owner car with 32,000 miles and the interior immaculate. (2003 model!) Going on what Henry told me, he made me a good deal and I decided to do it. Transportation is another story, but that went smoothly as well. The car is everything promised and my mom is very happy with it. So much had to be done over the phone, by e-mail and even overnight mail, but it was all very timely. Henry kept in touch and was sincerely interested in our needs. He is such a nice man and I am not surprised he has a successful business.

We bought a used dodge neon from Smalltown Auto. The sale went well and they were very easy to deal with. We received a 90 day warranty. We did have a few small issues but they were there to help us out right away. Their service was great. I would recommend them

I moved to pa and bought a car from Henry at small town auto I gotta tell you I couldn't be more happy they are such nice people him and his family are very nice people and they helped me find a great car . I recommend everyone to go to small town auto to buy a car . They do everything they can to help you get a great car . Thank you Henry and family for getting me into a great car .

I grew up with Henry, we went to school together and I know Henry my whole life. I been living in south carolina for the pass 8 years, but Henry and I always stayed in touch fequentley. I just moved back to the area and the first person I stopped to see was Henry, because my daughter sabrina turned 16 a few weeks ago and she needed a car. Knowing Henry and his family all my life, and the successfull business they run.. I would never buy a car from anywhere else. now that I am back in the area, I will refer Henry to anyone I know looking to purchase a car. for his integery and kindness, is the least I can do, for a good friend such as Henry Sernak. keep up the good work Henry and your family. sincerely Jason J McClusky

Brought an Infiniti g35x March 2016 was told by the owners son Jeff that the tire pressure light would go off after driving the car for a while drive the car 300 miles its still on I have contacted this dealership 35x they have been giving me a runs around since I bought the car and finally today I received a call from Jeff stating I am a liar and he never told me the light would go off .. HMMM okay so what person in their right mind would buy a car with sensor lights on and would spend a great amount of money on a car knowing they car has issue with a tire pressure sensor that can cost a lot So I am writing this review to have all Other customers to stay away from this dealership they feel like if they give a discount on the car they can treat you however they want to and the father is the most rudest person I ever met in my entire life ! called again now 04/26/2016 tire pressure light still on the manager advised me to look through the yellow pages to fix the issue since I wrote a bad review on their as well. very unprofessional what type of customer service is that? I am writing this review to let others who are looking for a car to see what you will get yourself into if you buy from this dealership.

I had been watching a van and sending in the questions to get more info. After about a week I was told it was sold yet, it was still listed. Why list a car, truck or van if it has been sold? Will not look here again.

In July of 2015 I was in the market for a full sized pickup truck. I came across Small Town Auto in Hazleton and inquired about a 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 they had in their inventory at a price that was within my budget. Owners Henry and Jeff went out of their way to see that I could purchase this truck by checking several different sources of financing and the short end here is that I now own the truck. Prior to my signing the paperwork they took it for a ride to be sure it was in good condition and found that there were potential problems with the transmission. They had repairs done to be sure I wouldn't have any issues and since it was still being serviced on the day I was able to go to the dealership they DELIVERED it to me the following day! THAT is customer service above and beyond any other used car dealer I have ever dealt with. Every used vehicle is sure to have a failure of one of three critical parts within the first year regardless of how well the dealer prepares it and this held true for my truck. The water pump, starter or alternator are the three typical parts I would expect to fail. In my case the water pump froze 25 days after I bought the truck. Small Town had the truck brought to their dealership, repaired the pump and I went to pick it up the following day, ready to roll! Again this is customer service second to none. I recommend that anyone looking for a good used vehicle with a dealership that backs up their sales 100% visit Small Town Auto in Hazleton.

Recently in the market for a newer car I went to Small Town Auto Sales as I have known the Sernak family for years! I was not surprised by the great service I received from the moment I walked in the door! Bridgett greeted me very warmly and invited me to have a seat as Henry asked how he could help me. I explained the type of car that i was looking for and Henry's son Jeff took me outside and showed me some options. I decided on a great little Chevy Cavalier! I love this little car! It gets such good gas milage and is such a nice fit for me. the only complaint I had about the car was I had to bring it back to Henry once to "fix" the rear doors for me the would only open from the outside, my rear passengers couldn't get out! Henry showed me how to disable the child locks and now my car is perfect!!

I recently moved to Hazleton from the Bronx to take care of my Tia. I didn't have a car,didnt need it in the city! being new to Hazleton I had no clue where to begin to look. A relative told me go see Mr. Henry on 309 he got me a good car. So I went to see Mr. Henry and his son Mr. Jeff and they were very nice and helped me to find a great dependable car. I use this car to take my Tia back and forth to doctor appointments so it very important. she can get in and out of car with no problem and the buick century is easy for me to drive and very comfortable. I got a good warranty with it but I am hoping I don't have to use it!

I would highly recommend Small Town Auto Sales to anyone who is looking to purchase a used car! I needed to find a dependable car for my daughter who is attending college in Virginia. She needed something that was efficient on fuel but able to make trips back and forth between school and home on weekends. Jeff and Bridgett were more than helpful in helping us find just that right car for her! Small Town Auto Sales is a family run business and I was treated with the utmost respect during the entire car buying process. Everything was fully explained to me from how everything in the car works to the paperwork and the great warranty they give that even includes roadside assistance which gave me great peace of mind knowing if my daughter would happen to run out of gas or get a flat tire she could call and get help! This was a very pleasant experience and I plan on being a return customer!

I was looking for a used vehicle and had always driven smaller cars. i complained to friends about visibility and difficulty getting around in the snow and they suggested I look into a small pick up or SUV. They also recommended a car dealer in Hazleton named Henry that runs Small Town Auto Sales. I took the time to drive up there not really expecting to find anything! I was very surprised by the service I received from Henry, his son Jeff as well as Bridgett. They run a family business and all were very helpful! They took alot of time with me showing me the differences between the SUVs and pick ups and all three were very patient with the MANY questions I had. For anyone looking for a used car and/or truck i would certainly recommend Small Town Auto Sales and their staff.

I recently purchased a 2007 Lincoln MKZ from Small Town Auto Sales. The car is beautiful inside and out. I've been purchasing all of my cars from Small Town Auto Sales for over 20 years and they have ALWAYS been great service to me every time. I always tell my friends and family to stop over and see Henry for a vehicle. He's always willing to help me in any way he can. I won't buy a used vehicle anywhere else. All nice, clean, maintained vehicles on his car lot.

Had no problems initially, he sure was quick to sell the vehicle and said he and his son inspected to make sure nothing was wrong with the vehicle before they sold It to me...If you have a car for just a week or two, and only on inspection do you find something wrong with a vehicle. My wife and I thought it was a fabulous car, and didn't think twice when "only on acceleration would it whine, which we thought was the acceleration of the engine, and quite frankly thought it was normal for the car to do so, since we never owned a Cadillac before....Well the sound imminently got louder and louder, every day we drove it. But when the fuel injection didn't work, red flags started popping up Well, the fuel injection was serviced and the whine just kept getting louder & louder... Would you believe he flat out told us if it's not under warranty, which he gave us one but was only for major parts, eng., trans..drive train etc...etc...That we will have to pay for it ourselves and that he was not going to fix it...
