I purchase a 2008 Chrysler Sebring on 6/26/2021. Jake was awesome since I was coming from Long Island he held the car for me to look at for 5 days and held it for another week until I could come pick it up. They serviced the vehicle prior to my picking it up and was ready to go when I got there. All of the staff were professional and wonderful to work with. Very trustworthy and honest dealership. Thank you ALL for the great experience with the purchase of a car I LOVE!!!!

Friendly service, that's stick with me although at the time I didn't have the full down payment I needed for what I wanted , I found out my credit was better then I thought I was. And I'll be back to find a vehicle. I liked the service.

My husband found his car with them over a year ago and it has treated us well. Recently it was time to replace mine. I found a car listed under them a few weeks ago. After a successful test drive and mechanic checkup I was happy to purchase my 2017 Elantra from them. Jake worked quickly with my credit union to get the paperwork set up. I got a good price and I'm really happy. Quite the upgrade after my 1999 car.

I’m gonna give three stars but will be back to update I gave three stars because my daughter purchase her first car here jake was greatttt who ever was to service the car didn’t do what he surpose to have done battery was not change oil is low put it this way all fluid was not change more the break it 6 /25/21 they will see us tomorrow after they corrected I be back with update oh and the car was not clean found hospital bracelet frys Receipts pens

After purchasing a car from Smart Buy a couple years ago, I decided I wanted a suv and would go back to them. I found a car I loved and wanted to move forward with it. The down payment was a bit out of budget so I had to pass on it. When I was ready to make the purchase I called and spoke to Jake. I told him what I was interested in. He told me he was with a customer and would call be back. That was at 11:30 am. At 3:30 pm I still had not heard back from him so I called again. Jake said he'd call me back. 6:15 came and knowing they close at 7 I decided to try calling again. I was told again is get a call back. At 6:45 Jake called me back. He told me it was non stop busy all day and if he said he'd call me back he would call back. He told me the last thing he needed was for me to keep calling him. He then told me the vehicle I wanted was sold but the other one I liked was still there. He asked me if I wanted him to proceed with that one. I said yes and he said he promised he would have an answer by the end of the night. That was 10 days ago and I never heard back from him. I found another dealership and I walked in and out the same day with my new 2018 Hyundai Tucson. I will never give smart buy my business again.
