The staff was very friendly. I was greeted at the door and asked how they could assist me. The guy told me where to park my car and who to check in with. I checked in he gave me an approximate time of when my car would be finished and it was done before the time he said. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. They are great!

If you want outstanding service, fair pricing and a very personable staff who work hard for you, this is your place! We live in the Memphis area and drove over 2 1/2 hours to Smart because the Sales Manager, Richard, completely won us over in one phone call. Once there, the great customer service continued from also James, the Finance Manager, and DeAngelo, our salesman. Never before have we had a car buying experience where it didn't feel like a deal with the devil until now. Super excited to have found them and will definitely be back in the future!

We were traveling across country when we needed to buy a new vehicle. Smart Hyundai was considerate and responsive to our need. They were upfront about pricing and payments. Considering, we had no choice, we are glad we went to this dealer. If we lived in the area, we would definitely return for service.

Overall the experience was positive. I'm afraid I was in a fog after losing my husband two weeks prior or I might have pushed for a little better deal and for more information on the car; but it was me, not the sales or dealership.

If you want a good deal, go see Hayden Williams at Smart Hyundai. Hayden worked very hard to help us find the car we needed. The finance manager went above and beyond. Everyone was friendly and timely.

My experiences with Hyundai were always friendly salespersons. They would explain and go over everything thoroughly, and answered your questions without pausing to think of an answer. My family and I have had 5 Hyundai vehicles between us and this new Genesis , my second one, will make 4 Hyundai vehicles for me. I love everything about it and will always consider another Hyundai when the time is right. Thank you, Hyundai, for a beautiful car, the Genesis, my dream car.

I'm just glad that I'm not driving a Toyota Auris anymore. My Hyundai is amazing. Thank you. I forgot to ask if it had cruise. It's fine. I'm okay with that since I can already get 43mpg on highway.

Words can't describe how happy I was to leave the dealership in my new car. I went in expecting a No due to me being upside down but they refused to see me leave with a sad fac . Excellent customer service and I'll always go back.

The experience at Smart Hyundai was excellent and very sensitive to my needs regarding time. Wasn't required to be in the dealership all day. They found me a vehicle that met my needs and didn't try to sell me other options I didn't need or want. I would recommend Smart Hyundai to everyone.

Hayden Williams was very helpful and not at all pushy. Finance manager was also great - they had everything ready for us in advance. The day we bought the car we were in and out in 30 minutes. That was a huge help as we drove to White Hall from Little Rock late in the day.

This was by far my best vehicle purchasing experience. My salesperson was VERY knowledgeable about the vehicle and ensured I was pleased with the vehicles I looked at before test driving. He didn't lead me to any vehicle I wasn't interested in purchasing. The sales manager was great to work with. I will most definitely return to this dealership for future purchases!!!
