I've had my VW serviced here for the last 4 years and it's always been a great experience. Steve is extremely friendly, professional and helpful. My wife and I recently bought a VW at Smart with the help of Stephanie. The experience could not have been better. She quickly located the exact model and trim we wanted. She also offered us advice on selling one of our vehicles privately. Every interaction I've had at Smart Luxury has been top notch.

When purchasing my car, my salesman was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to helping me pick the right car. Although I had an idea of what kind I wanted he took the time to explain the options that were available within the different models. He was very easy to work with and I never felt pressured to make a decision. When it came to the financing part, I was very pleased with Eric. Eric took the time to explain every document I was signing and had no issues answering any questions I had. Both men were very professional and had no problem making me feel comfortable and confident in the purchase I was making. When it comes to the customer service once the sale is done, it's completely different. Emails I send get no reply even after sending multiple ones. I had to end up sending a text which got a reply but then shortly after, those got no reply as well. I hate to have to reach out to my salesman but when I'm told one thing and then experience something totally different, my confidents in the sales team is diminished.

Just bought my first Mercedes from Stephanie and since the moment I walked on the floor she was nothing but professional and honest. It was phenomenal customer service and she was always there to answer any questions or help me out. I will be buying my next Mercedes from her for sure and highly recommend it.

Had an excellent experience leasing my new Tiguan at Smart Luxury. The entire team goes above and beyond to make sure all questions are answered and needs are met. Michael is the best! Made purchasing a vehicle fun and easy. Michael, his sales manager and finance manager were all about the customer experience and service based on customer preference. Professional, yet fun and personable. Transparent and not pushy. Definitely will be back and will refer others to Michael and the Smart Luxury team.
