I was not looking forward to car shopping but when I went to Smiths Chevrolet in Turlick and met the sales man Manny he made my experience am experience I will always remember he was honest not pushy at all he gave me all the facts he truly cares about his customers I felt that he went above and beyond my expectations he went out if his way to meet me on his days off because I only felt comfortable dealing with him. I really appreciated the customer report he gave me and my husband.

Smith Chev employees are always very friendly. Auto Service Dept people are always greet you with a smile. All are always friendly and efficient.They always offer you a ride home while the car is being serviced. They tell you how long it will take and it is always pretty close. Everything is clean and the waiting room is clean and stocked.

The staff had exceptional understanding and could express such about the various vehicles I was considering for purchase.The staff took time to listen to my desires never judging but taking in my wants, needs to help better assist me in making a decision about my ultimate purchase. At no time during the purchase process (which took two days) did I feel put upon to make a decision, take the price, or anything to make me feel uncomfortable. Quit the contrary, I felt as if I was the most valued customer in the dealership.

Smith Chevolet is the Best. There customer service is in a class of its own. I love their service deparment and feel very comfortable taking my cars in their for service. Smith Chevrolet takes the creepiness out of going to a car dealership, I spent an entire Saturday test driving cars and asking questions and they actually made me feel very comfortable and relaxed the more cars I drove and the more questions I asked. I think I drove every model they had, but I got the perfect car to cruise in...The Chevy Cruze!

Me and my husband just made our very first car purchase today. The services there was excellent and different from Fresno. We bought a used vehicle but was lucky enough to get it for the price that they (Richard & Manager) gave it to us. If they ever have a car that I am looking for, I would definitely return to make another purchase. Reading other reviews of how rude some sales men can be scares me, but at Smith Chevrolet Cadillac, Inc, you won't find that there. Excellent customer service. Thank you Richard :D
