I inquired about a used 2004 Pilot. They told me yep come and check it out, when I asked about the timing belt, well the sale person told me that he can't find any indication that it was changed. He went on to tell me that doesn't mean it hasn't been changed. What? That sales crap talk. Then he told me it also had a check engine light on, a $320.00 part. A Honda dealership?

I went for an oil change for my Odyseey with my husband. We walked into the showroom and fell in love with the new Ridgeline. My husband has been thinking about getting a new pickup and found it at Smith Honda. Out salesman, Davey Jones, was extremely helpful with our questions. He made the purchase of our new vehicle painless. Everyone that works at Smith Honda is very courteous and just nice people to deal with.

My car was totaled in a hit and run and I had to find a new car fast. They were extremely helpful and very easy to discuss price with! I purchased a 2016 Honda Civic and could not be more happy with my choice.

We had a 14 year old car and wasn't too excited about racking up an expensive new car debt. Davey, our most patient and knowledgeable sales guide calmed our fears immediately. He showed us some used vehicles that were pre-certified. He was not overbearing, which was a delight. We looked around for a while and chose to test drive a Honda CRV XL. I guess we didn't realize how bad a condition our old car was in. Test driving was such a fun experience and Davey pointed out all the safety features and amenities the car offered. After quite a few more test drives and Internet searches we decided on a used HONDA CRV Touring from Smith Honda. They gave us a good trade in and we were on our way.Every time we drive our Touring we discover new features. What a fun car to drive!

We went in to look at Pilots and needing to trade in an existing vehicle. The sales manager called me the next day to get trade information and promised to get back within a few days. Weeks later I'm still waiting for a call so we go back in. No more Pilots left on the lot and all the ones coming are pre-sold. A week later there's a new Pilot list for sale on this website. Still no follow up from anyone at the dealership. They're the only Honda dealer within an hour of me and they act like it.

I ordered my new Honda HR-V on July 1, 2015. I finally drove it home December 10, 2015. It seemed like forever! However, the "guys" at the dealership were wonderful. They kept me in the loop with weekly friendly, encouraging phone calls. When the time finally came to get the car, they again did everything in their power to make it a pleasant time. Everything was ready to go and explained well. I love my car and I love my dealership. Thank you Smith Honda for a pleasant car buying experience!
