We purchased a 2018 Yukon from Brandon Battle and traded in our other car. This team is very polite, professional and they have excellent customer service. Todd Rickman and Mike Bishop assisted with the process and I highly recommend this dealership. From start to finish these guys stand for excellence in the middle of the pandemic. When service has become secondary to others these guys are first class.

Very nice and helpful staff. Went to get a recall taken care of and even though I had planned on waiting, once we found out the time frame they gave me a loaner right away and made sure they did a full inspection on my car.they seem to really care about their customers.

Noah Sanders went above and beyond to help us. We drove to Huntsville from Albuquerque, NM. We had gotten new brakes installed in the Infiniti dealer service department there right before driving here. We noticed a problem about halfway here and knew we needed to have the brakes checked. When we arrived in Huntsville, my husband called and spoke to Noah about our problem. Noah made time for our car even though he was very busy and short-staffed. His service team pinpointed the problem, determined the car was safe to make the long drive home, explained their findings, and did not charge us (the car is under warranty). He provided a vital service not to make money but to do the RIGHT thing and insure our safety. A thousand thank-yous to Noah and his crew!

This was the worst experience that I’ve had with purchasing a vehicle. This was my first time purchasing a luxury vehicle. They should honestly go over to Bentley Hyundai to learn a thing or two about customer satisfaction. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle and was told that “Had you purchased a new one, we would give you a full tank of gas and you will not be sent a survey to complete due to purchasing a pre-owned.” I asked for a manual because there was not one in the vehicle and I was told “We’ll, that’s what happens when you purchase a used vehicle… Very poor customer service.
