This was was the easiest and most seamless process that I've ever experienced! Adel was extremely professional, fair & friendly with the trade in price I received. From start to finish I was extremely satisfied. Adel was very clear in explaining why he priced my car the way he did & even got me a Lyft home! This sure beats dealing with car dealerships and sketchy salesmen. I will DEFINITELY be returning in the future when my husband & I want to trade in our current vehicles! Thanks again!!

After finishing up at University, I figured it was time to upgrade my ride. I posted it on places like Craigslist, Facebook marketplace, and a couple forums, but it sat there for a while. Finally, I decided to take it to BidLane and I was really taken back by their offer. It was about $1500 lower than I would have hoped, but I thought it might be worth it from a convenience standpoint. Because I was in no rush, I started looking for BidLane competitors just to shop around for the best price and I eventually landed here at Trade-In Solutions which was really close. The office is really nice, I felt comfortable and they ended up giving me more than BidLane and the dealership I bought my car from initially so it was pretty much no contest on pulling the trigger on their offer. David was great and helped a lot with pointing me in the right direction for a new car even though that's not the business they're in. He told me what kind of payments I should expect and where to look. My parents were looking to sell their car too and I brought them here because I wanted it to be easy for them as well. Couldn't recommend these guys enough.

First experience selling my car to TIS. Adel Moini was very friendly, professional, straight forward, quick and smooth process. Took me less than an hour to get the job done! He took care everything, including DMV paperwork and payoff my car balance with the lender. Got the check and gave me ride home... Highly recommended their services to my family and friends. Stay away from this business and never buy a car from here , they sold me a car with transmission bad and cost to fix is estimated 2500 more than the price of the car itself .I bought 2003 Honda civic hybrid ... for 1930 dollars . Car has bad transmission cvt . And there were no check engine lights or code errors on car . This business owner deleted all errors codes and sold me a piece of junk , I pray and hope and consumer reads this and STAYS AWAY FROM TRADE SOLUTIONS IRVINE ... I also pray your company goes downhill from lack of honesty and criminal activity involved in selling and making cars as driveable to only have lights and eros come on 50 miles down line .
