The service department has never disappointed me. Service is through and fairly priced. I rarely have problems between scheduled service. Because I trust this service I do drive the distance it entails because I never feel as a female I am patronized==this is very important to me.

Got my new vehicle here a few months ago. Nick my salesman was perfect, delivered what he promised. I have dealt with the service department twice, outstanding service, no complaints. Only complaint i have is with the detail folks for the dealership. Three times they have washed it, i have had to wash it when i got home. Buy a vehicle there, get it serviced there, but do no get it washed or detailed there.

The staff here always do there best scheduling you into the daily schedule when you stop by in a pinch for time to ask a question or to fix an item. The service department in particular should be acknowledged for their understanding the success of customer service. Next time your making a batch of cookies, keep them in mind. I would recommend sommersworth nissan to anyone who wants to deal with honest and genuine people....in March of 2015 I brought my 86 year old dad in for his first new truck a week after my mother passed away. They gave us a very fair trade for his old truck and mom's car. And we drove away with his new nissan truck....dad always had his truck serviced at nissan and would always tell me how happy he was with the service department and all the people at sommersworth nissan...sadly I had to return to n.h. in April 2016 when we found out dad was ill. I called and spoke with Ethan Clark after dad passed,, they not only bought the truck back at a fair price, they actually cared about what our family had been thru and made the transaction very simple, Ethan and the staff bent over backwards for us, showed us complete human compassion and treated us so fairly that I can t ever thank them enough. Not only were they fair with my parents, I traded my nissan that I drove up from Georgia in and drove home in a much more upgraded nissan, Thank you Ethan, you give top notch customer satisfaction a new meaning......Barbara Fitch, farmington n.h. / kingsland ga.

I went car shopping at Somersworth nisson upon the advice of 2 previous customers.to see a particular salesman. I went there and he was not there, on vacation for a few days so I spoke with someone else. The salesman was nice, not pushy. I drove a few cars and then drove a versa note which I liked. The financial man ethan came to speak to me and was very rude and pushy. I told him I liked the car but needed sometime to figure out my finances and to make sure I could afford the car and not have it repossessed in the future months. I said I wanted to go home and figure out my bills and he said to me sit down here and figure out your bills here. I said I wanted to go home and think about things and I would come back in the morning. He said the car wouldn't be there in the morning. I was in a rush and I had a previous appointment and had to leave .which I never made because I was there for an extra 2 hours. At this point I was very upset and wanted to leave but they had my car keys in the office and I couldn't leave. . I said to him you don't know anything about my financial situation. He kept pushing and goading me , I left there crying because the way he treated me. I WILL NEVER buy another car from them and will not recommend them to anyone else. Also the salesman knew how upset I was and he said he would do something to make me happy but he didn't do that either. It was not the best experience I have ever had and will not recommend them to anyone. else

the sales department is high pressure i bought a versa and leased one for my granddoughter 3 years ago she got out of the lease and my car had the same problem for over 2 years that they could not fix so i wanted to trade i put $500 down on sat but over the weekend i came to my senses and decided to go to anouther dealer will not refund the $500 I WAS WOUTH IT to go to AUTO FARE much better people

After several months of internet research and contacting several Nissan dealers we stopped in cold to the local dealership and were very glad we did. They were very up front with the pricing and the options and did not pressure at all. They are local folks that have been around a long time, very knowledgeable about the product and clearly outlined the options. Everyone we spoke with was very polite and they truly seemed to care about the product and their reputation. At the end of the day we got a very fair price for the vehicle and we are looking forward to continuing our relationship with the service department.

I purchased my first Nissan ever here and was treated great thru the whole sales process, however after the sale you are just a nobody to them...... unless that is of course, you want to buy another turd from them and you can lose a few thousand more. Very unprofessional! No amenities of other local dealers ie: loaners, accessories dept is tiny, and the service dept is ok but they are still managed by the jokers running this place.

This dealership is not honest. We bought a truck and it did not have manuals or the right keys 6 months later this dealership has still not provided these items. After getting a trailer hitch installed, we realized the work was not done completely and we did not have lights working. After revisiting to have fixed there was conflict between sales and service as to the work done.

I recently purchased our Pathfinder from Somersworth Nissan. I should start by saying that I have extremely high customer service expectations and I hate wasting time. We had visited two other dealers this week to look at different vehicles and did a fair amount of research to buy an SUV for my wife. I called Somersworth Nissan, spoke to Ethan for maybe three minutes. He answered my questions, listened and only asked me questions to help me, not to sell me. The price he offered represented a good value relative to other similar SUV's we were considering like the Toyota Highlander. Ethan followed up like he said he would, and I called him back after checking the price of that particular model at two other dealers. He let me take the car home for my wife to test drive for a few hours with no hassle. After she drove it and decided she wanted it, I called Ethan and it took two minutes on the phone to give him the information that he needed. By the time that I got to the dealership, he had all the paperwork ready and it took about six minutes to sign. I did not have my checkbook so he took my credit card to make it easier for me. He went over the cost clearly, gave me the key and I was on my way. Time in the dealership was under 20 minutes for the whole process, and that was only because they filled the gas tank after my test drive so I could have it with a full tank. I hope the car and the service are as good and easy as the buying process was.

I bought a 2010 Nissan Altima from Somersworth Nissan in 2012. I worked with Carrie. He knew his facts and knew how to make me feel at ease without the side of hot steaming cheese that often comes with car salesmen. I recently sold the car to my mother and returned to purchase a 2015 Altima. Carrie knew me by my voice on the phone and dropped everything to figure out if he had the car I was looking for on the lot. When he found that he didn't, he made arrangements to have the car brought over from their Salem location the day after I purchased it. I have had the car for over a month now and still receive calls asking if I'm enjoying my car. Come to Somersworth Nissan for the best deal and to work with people who are willing to negotiate and follow through with customer service.

In September of 2014 I stopped by Somersworth Nissan to look at a used truck they had out front. I was greeted by Jason Howard from sales. I wasn't really sure if I wanted to go used so Jason showed me a 2014 Frontier. After several days of thinking about it I called him and went back to make my purchase. A Graphite Blue truck with the features I wanted was just being unwrapped as I was looking at the other colors. Done Deal! Since the purchase I have been back for the 30 day checkup and to have a few accessories added. Jason Hamnett in the service dept.and Lynda Cutter, parts manager have been great in helping me with the accessories. Overall the entire team at Somersworth Nissan is great to deal with and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a friendly, courteous and no pressure place to buy a vehicle.

After experiencing many issues with a used vehicle I bought 18 month prior, I decided I needed to cut my losses and trade it in. I chose Nissan Somersworth at the recommendation of a good friend who's whole family owned Nissan's and had purchased them through Cary Ribblett. With having a large amount of negative equity in the current vehicle, I decided leasing would be my best option. Cary worked with me to establish a down payment I could afford and monthly payments I could manage. I enjoyed my experience dealing with Cary during the whole process and never felt pressured into anything I wasn't comfortable with. My one complaint would be the lack of color options in the model I chose. The poor rating for quality of work is for whichever department washed my brand new car and left water spots all over it, They did re-wash it when I had to bring it back for inspection.I would recommend Cary and this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Bought two vehicles here, one new, one used. The used vehicle had been damaged previously, front right and rear of vehicle, reported to State of Maine. No declaration of damages, sold to me as certified used according to paperwork I retain. I found this out later when time came to sell/trade. Lost value is $2500 as per carfax due to damages. When I asked sales person, now sales manager about this, he told me "just don't tell an prospective buyers" . I tried to get them to discuss through Autocap, of which they are a member, they refused to mediate or discuss. Went to Nissan USA, they refused to become involved.

I bought a new car there and they were pleasant. I explained to the dealer that I had just registered my SUV I was trading in, they said it was fine as it was not even safe and would be scrap, bring it when I got it. Well, 20 days went by and I went to register it. The dealer had kept my blue title form for my car and never told me. I called and they said they were holding it until I brought my trade in title. I kept working to get my other title but the state said they were behind. The dealership also called and confirmed that. At 10:19 Friday morning, I sent an email to Somersworth Nissan advising I would be coming in to get my title application that afternoon so I could register my car. I never heard anything.So I leave work early so I can go register my car. I get there and they wont give me the title to the car I bought because they are still awaiting Maine to send the title down. When I bought the car, I explained that I had registered the SUV in July and I was awaiting the title. They said it was no problem, bring it by when it came in or we could do a request for a duplicate for $33.00Last week, I spoke with the State of Maine again and they said its still being processed. That afternoon I updated someone at Nissan Office. Since the 17th of the month, 10 days ago, I cannot drive my new car because I can't register it. So, do I let Exeter Finance know I am not going to pay for it, do I drop it off in the lot and take my old truck back? I need a car and I have done everything I can to try to speed up the state of maine. So my car has sat in my yard for 12 days. Do you have a rental I can use because I need to move my family around. The sad thing is we were there last week looking at a new Murano for my wife. And 2 of my friends bought cars after I bragged about how good you guys are.So fast forward to yesterday. I email again, for the 8th time. I ask if I can have a rental car since they have a ton out back. Or another 20 day plate and I would pay for it. Or anything so I could at least have a car. No response. I send another one this morning and the General manager calls me back. I record the conversation (perfectly legal in Maine). The general manager swears 6 times in 5 minutes and tells me to go "Pound xxxxxx* Sand" and that it doesn't matter if I return the car, they got credit for the sale. He tells me to go in and meet with him. I arrange for a ride. Go there and he says if I fill out some paperwork to reissue the title, he can get me my title. I said ok, did it all then he says he will call me this week when he hears anything. WHAT!! So then this guy walks over who is the owners brother. Yes, I am frustrated at this point and talked loud, but just as loud as the general manager who told me to xxxxxx* pound sand. I offer to play him the tape of his general manager swearing and he says he doesn't care, he made the sale and that's all that matters. He tells the manager to just give me my title. I left. A short time later, I got a call from a Somersworth Police Officer who was embarrassed to call and say the owner didn't want me to go back about the title anymore. I assured the officer, theres no way in xxxx I will ever go back or any of my family or friends. It is important for people to see this, as well as the other horror stories on line. There are Nissan dealers in Sanford, maine (Marc Motors) and Portsmouth - go to them!! Stay away from these guys, they only care about the initial sale!

I am now trying to determine how to get out of this sale as the car is proving to be a lemon. Very disappointed. I recently leased a 2013 Nissan Altima from Somersworth Nissan. This is the fourth vehicle I have purchased/leased through this dealership since 2006. In addition to my Altima I also drive an Xterra that was purchased here. I have continually returned to this dealership because they have treated me well in both sales and service over the years. Their service is always prompt and completed correctly the first time. All of their staff is professional, polite and respectful. I have never been disappointed by the customer service I have received at this dealership. My Xterra has performed close to flawlessly since 2006. When the time comes I intend to return once again to Somersworth Nissan.

After taking a new car for a test drive and saying that I would also like to show my wife the car before making a decision, the sales person WOULD NOT give me a price. He said that because I wanted to also show my wife the car that I should come back before talking about the price. This made no sense to me because, (1), they advertised a sale that ended that day, and, (2), I certainly needed the price to even consider the car at all.After going back-and-forth explaining how this made no sense to me, the owner, Brendan, asked me to leave the dealership! So I did. There are some true colors of the character of the owner. He also made the sales person look like an idiot - he was trying to be helpful but the owner ran right over him. Too bad for them - I had been looking for over a month and was ready to buy. Not from them, ever.

I came back to this dealership because I had my first car buying experience there and I felt like I knew them and felt comfortable. Joe provided great service and was very friendly and honest. He truly cared about getting me into a vehicle that would benefit my family and my budget. I preferred to deal with him directly or some of his coworkers vs. the managers. I had a very good experience with Somersworth Nissan. I especially satisfied with the attitudes and the speed of the process. I would go back for another new car but would probably upgrade as I feel now that the Versa I purchased is too small and the comfort does not compare to my Ford Taurus which I was used to. I was trying to find a smaller car with good gas mileage and the Versa was the answer. I may have jumped too quickly. I would certainly recommend this dealership to my family and friends. Pricing was fair and again the customer service was outstanding.

Upon arrival at Somersworth Nissan, I was greeted as soon as I had stepped out of the car. At first I was not planning to look at cars, but decided to ask a few questions regarding trading in my current lease, because I was not that happy with toyota and Bill Dube in Dover NH. Lewis made my job very easy and answered all my questions that I had asked. Within 1-2 hours I was driving away with a new nissan sentra. He made it very easy to trade in my vehicle, and was able to get it to relative to the same price I was paying for my toyota. Thanks Again.

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. It's a "Boy's Club" that has no problem lying straight to your face. They will literally tell you something one moment and in their next breathe say the opposite. They were rude, unprofessional and incredibly bothered when asked more than allotted amount of questions. The office lacks diversity and the owner actually said " harrassing my guys" all day. There are so many things wrong with that statement. I will never go back nor would I recommend anyone else go there as well. In one word- Awful

Horrible customer service. Lewis was condescending and cocky, talked over me to my husband the entire time, even tho the car was for me. Brandon was just as bad, pressuring me into buying a car even tho it wasn't what I wanted, which I told him. Told me that I should be lucky to get such a good deal and if I didn't buy the car I was "stupid." Ummm no, jerk, I'm not paying $$ for a car I hate. Don't go here unless you want to be talked down to and treated like crap. These guys are the WORST!!!!!! Oh and they brag about being the youngest Nissan franchise owners in history.....it shows cause you're immature and unprofessional. I would have given this place ZERO starts if I could have.

I went for a test drive and was not pleased with the sales associate I had and then proceeded to call me far to often to make sure I wasn't planning on moving up my 6m-1yr time line. After my experience I went and bought another car at another dealership and my husband deiced to buy a new car and went to this dealership b/c they had more stick shifts on the lot. After buying the car there he realized that the windshield was severely scratched and they neglected to put on the extra car sealant that he paid for. It took 2 weeks to try to get it resolved and in that time he because fed up and turned the car into another dealership and went for a lease with them.

Jason did an excellent job getting my pathfinder in and out of the shop on the same day I called requesting service. I live in Florida but was in New Hampshire for the summer. He informed me of a recall on my vechile as well which he took care of. He was very intelligent, straight to the point and offered to have the shuttle take me someplace for lunch. I have never received such kind service. I wish the Florida Nissan dealerships took after this one!

I hear so many people complain about the service they receive at there dealership including Portcity Nisson. My responce to these people is you should have gone to somersworth Nisson. We visited Somersworth Nissanin search of a new Xterra. We had had a bad experience at another dealership and were somewhat wary, but Shawn made us feel very comfortable. He showed us the car we were interested in, and did not try to talk us into another vehicle, which we appreciated. After we agreed on a price for the car, Brendan got us a fantastic interest rate from our preferred lender. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our experience and would happily recommend Somersworth Nissan.

Bought a new Armada from this dealership in 05, a Titan in 06 that had 30K miles on it. Armada was in for service more times than I could count, after warranty ran out the big stuff started falling apart, wheel bearings, exhaust fell off (50,000 mile range on this stuff). Asked for them to look at some of these issues and assist me with Nissan Corporate as the wheel bearings (they have all gone out between 55K-60K miles) failure would cause wheels to fall off, and almost did. Called management 4-5 times, no call backs from them, each time they told me they would. Tony Holt attempted to assist me, was the only one as far as I know. Finally, Nissan Corporate tells me they spoke to delaership and are unwilling to assist after the conversation that ensued. I don't believe the dealership made an attempt to assist me with this, and impression I have is that they are less than concerned with my satisfaction as a whole. Never buying a Nissan again, nor buying from the dealership again.

I went into the dealership several months ago as I wanted to turn in my Rogue early because of unemployment.I didn't want to be put through all of the nonsense that some dealerships can put you through to get numbers.Shawn came out, and sat quietly with me, listened to my situation, no hype, no nonsense, no hassle. He couldn't help me at that time, but, I never forgot the professional, pleasant, personal way he took care of me. I actually felt a "mood lift" after I left Somersworth Nissan, because of him.I contacted Shawn today, to see if he would be able to assist me, as my lease is up in March of this year, I was pleased but not surprised to discover he had been promoted to F&I Manager, and he is STILL going to handle me personally, even though he has received this promotion. I informed him that the only reason I would come to Somersworth Nissan is because of him, and Dan the Service Manager. Shawn epitomizes the sophistication, and the class that all Dealerships, and their personnel should have while dealing with their customers.

I would, and do often recommend Somersworth Nissan to my friends. I have purchased 5 vehicles and have only had satisfying experiences. I am particularly pleased with the level of service provided. The service manager, J.P. Fennesly, and service advisor, Jennifer Ryan have always provided professional and courteous service. Their attention to detail and followup to service performed gives me confidence that my vehicle is well maintained and safe to operate. They are a credit to Nissan and the dealership.

I was very pleased with the professional attitude at this dealership. Money wise, the vehicle that I inquired about a 2004 Chevrolet Colorado was peanuts compared to a new vehicle. However I was treated as if I was purchasing the most expensive vehicle they had on the lot. Being used,there were some repairs that needed to be done and we quickly to an agreement on that. At 75 yrs. I didn`t need a new truck and they never talked about anything more expensive. I am very happy about the entire process. I recommend Somersworth Nissan wholeheartedly.

when i walked in to buy a new car i wasnt pressured as with other dealers so joe came up to me and was very polite and a freindly guy i knew that i wanted a 2012 nissan sentra with nav system and i couldnt believe they had my color which is blue so joe and i took it for a test drive and returned to the dealer and joe and i sat down to talk price i said i have to get a better price which i did then joe gave me a tour of the place and introduce me to eveyone my experiance there was a freindly one from the owner on down to the mechanics i bought the car and left saying thats the best place i ever bought a car and joe has called me sevral times makeing sure that i am happy with the car and how i am feeling i also put out an honorable mention to Shawn Kamieneski whom helped me out also i will end this saying Joe went above and beyond for me sincerly Larry Twomey

We first bought our Nissan Sentra in 2003 at Somersworth Nissan. Then when our daughter turned 16 we purchased our 2nd Nissan which is a 2004 Nissan Altamia. Then in 2009 we purchased another Nissan Sentra for my husband when his Dodge kicked the bucket. Then in 2011 our son turned 16 and it was time for our daughter to give him the 2003 Nissan Sentra and we went back again to Somersworth Nissan and she purchased her 1st car, which is the Rogue. Needless to say we have purchased 4 Nissan's at Somersworth Nissan and are extremely pleased with the dealership,the salesman and the Service Department which may I say is top notch. I will continue to purchase and have my car's serviced at Somersworth Nissan. I also recommend this dealership to all my friends, family and co-workers.

I just purchased a 2009 Nissan Versa with 22,000 miles on it. I've now owned this car for 9 months and couldn't have more problems with it if I wanted to. I will never buy another Nissan. My other issue is the dealership, they are terrible with customer service and don't even call back when they say they will. If my car wasn't under warranty I would never step foot in the door of this place. When I went for my first month check up after buying my car, I already needed a part and they said they'd call within a week, two months later I call them and they had the part the entire time, just never called me. I refuse to go to this dealer and refuse to recommend anyone to as well. Do not go to Somersworth Nissan, it's more of a headache than any form of service.

At first things go along great, until the surprises start. You will get two emails a day minimum stating that they will not be undersold. But, if you've done any research and ask about the price of some add on items and bring up their extremely high Doc fee plus title, you will be completely ignored. I went from having emails answered within an hour by both the owner, Bob, and the sales manager, Brendon, and call backs by Carl, to being totally ignored. All I wanted was a yes or No, as they state on their front page of their web site. Totally not true.If they don't like the deal, fair enough. But at least have the manors to say so. They will NOT give you the best price!Plus $399 Doc fee plus title etc is really high!

I brought my 2005 Pathfinder into the service department about a year ago with issues involving my transmission fluid and my coolant mixing together, there terrible mechanic looked at my fluids and found nothing. I then stupidly aloud them to do a transmission flush and went on my way. 1 year later my radiator is shot and my transmission is junk and wouldn't you know it's 6000 miles out of warranty. Dan will pretend like he's going to help you. But this service department is like all the rest they will lie to you to get money from you and then when your really in trouble they will dig for more money. Do yourself a favor and stay far far away from Somersworth Nissan.

I've been a Nissan purchaser for 25 years and a customer at the Somersworth dealership even before the Forget brothers purchased the franchise. This was my third new car purchase from Somersworth Nissan, and I chose to stay with this dealership because of my positive history working with all the members of the team. Brendan runs a strong operation, as did his brothers (Pat, Bob, and Dan) before him. The sales people are low pressure, knowledgeable about their products, and personable. The finance guys put it out there so the layperson gets it. The service department is amazing - from the drive in/drop off . . . to the prompt service . . . to the wash/vacuum before it exits. My new Nissan Juke is heaven on wheels, and I intend to maintain my relationship with this dealership for the next,in all likelihood, 10 years I will own the vehicle. I just leased a new Murano and traded in the one I bought here previously. I havehad a harder time ordering Chinese food. The whole process was completed veryquickly including getting my preferred color combination from another dealer. i wish i had never went to this dealer. they are probably some of the worst people i have ever dealt with in my entire life. They just seem to lie about having things they cannot do. they will throw prices in your face that they cannot back up and bother you with calls saying you are an idiot for not buying a car with them. they try to make you feel stupid. i would never ever recommend buying a car from these bums. I went to buy a new car from them and they said they would have in a day or two ready. after day 2, they ignored my phone calls and then lied about the car...awful experience

My husband and I found Ethan Clark our sales person at Somersworth Nissan to be exceptionally informed about the product he is selling and is a very courteous salesman. The dealership is very pleasant to deal with and all the Forget brothers are great to work with when buying a car. It is a very clean and bright dealership with comfort of the buyer very evident throughout the whole building. It has always been a very pleasant experience to deal with everyone there from the top to the bottom. All the sales people are well dressed and very pleasant to be around. This was my first time ever that I went in to look at a car and got what I wanted.I told Ethan that I am only 4feet 9 and needed a car that would help me see the road better and he found the perfect one and at my range of payment.Ethan was very helpful and friendly we call him sweet pea,and it is fitting. Carey Riblett is an outstanding salesman. His easy, no pressure manner made the car buying experience an absolute pleasure.However the service department and management of the dealership put a quick end to the pleasure. After test driving the pre owned vehicle I was about to purchase, I noticed that it severely pulled to the right. I was assured that this would be corrected before I took possession of the vehicle. After the paper signing ceremony (including the purchase of an extended service warranty), while driving my new purchase home I noticed that it still pulled to the right (apparently they dont feel the need to actually do or check their work). When I called to ask why the front end alignment hadnt been done I was told that it must have slipped through the cracks and was invited to make an appointment for them to fix it while I waited. I indicated that driving there and waiting for them to fix what was supposed to have already been fixed was entirely unacceptable, and further added that since I had absolutely no confidence in their service department at that point and would like to cancel the service contract. The offer to fix the vehicle was immediately retracted and I had to go back to the dealership to sign a paper canceling the service contract for a pro rated refund with an added $50 administration fee which would be effective in about eight weeks. I ultimately got the work done at a local garage. My daring to not comply with their way of doing things cost me around $200.For an excellent car buying experience, I highly recommend this dealership. For iffy service and vindictive, game playing management, youre really rolling the dice here.

I have purchased several cars, and by far purchasing from Somersworth Nissan has been my best experience. I was told upfront that they would not be undersold by another dealership - and they were right. Getting a good price on a quality car is only part of the equation. Here is what set this experience apart from other dealerships. The first day I owned the car, I ended up putting 4 scratches on the roof - due to an incident with a garage door opener. When I brought the car in a few days later, Shawn (the salesman) met me outside to show me how the car starter worked. When I showed him the scratches, he took the car into the shop guys who proceeded to buff them out and repaint the scratches. No extra charges. They had no reason to do this, other than their expectation is that they will treat customers like gold - and they do!

We just bought a 2010 Nissan Pathfinder at Somersworth Nissan and were delighted with the experience. We are 19 year Nissan owners, who encountered an unpleasant manager at the dealership that we formerly patronized. We still wanted a Pathfinder, which we consequently purchased in Somersworth. We prepared for our visit with e-mails and phone calls to and from the owner, Bob Forget, and sales manager, Dan Forget. The salesman, Ethan Clark, was informative, low-key and handled our purchase experience perfectly. We drove home two hours later with our new vehicle.

This was my second vehicle that I purchased from Somersworth Nissan. Cary Riblett was a very impressive salesman. I felt NO pressure from him before the sale. What I especially love about this dealer is that you don't have countless managers overseeing what the salesman do. Cary simply got permission from one of the owners on price, and the finance manager with the financing of the car(who happened to be my salesman from years ago). I certainly learned how to negotiate much better in my second buying experience, but Cary handled my difficulty with 100% class. I would recommend this dealer to anyone interested in buying a Nissan.

My purchase of a 2010 Frontier on 11/27 from Cary Ribblet was my first experience with Somersworth Nissan. I had good recommendations from two friends who had bought Nissans there in the past. The whole experience was very professional, low-pressure, and helpful. Cary answered all my questions, set me up with a tour of the facilities, and contacted me several times by phone and email both before the sale and especially afterward to thank me for the business and be sure all was well. I just brought the truck in for a complimentary 30-Day inspection / washing / cleaning.Everything is going great with the truck so far, and everyone I have met at the dealership has been very patient, helpful, and professional. At this point, I would highly recommend both Somersworth Nissan and Cary Ribblet.

Top to bottom this is one of the best dealers I've seen. My 2009 Pathfinder is the best vehicle I've owned and the customer experience was outstanding as well. I call it a customer experience and not a sales experience because unlike most dealers you don't get sold. You get the experience you want as a customer. This dealer takes great care to hire associates that are professional, patient, and informative but never pushy. No lot lizzards here. My salesman, Shawn, went out of his way on numerous occasions to make me happy. I felt bad for the guy because I was not an easy customer. A friend of mine recently bought a Frontier from him and was equally impressed. Shawn stays in touch with you throughout the selection process and follows up periodically after the sale. The waiting area is also important to me. The entire facility is new and they created a great waiting area with wifi, separate kids area, and a window to the service bays. The service center has the latest and greatest equipment, is very clean, and well lit. A service center like this helps them attract and retain the best talent. Happy technicians equal happy vehicles. You also get to drive right into the garage so you never have to step outside. J.P. will take great care of you in service. Deal only with him for the best experience. Great experience all around due to great people and a fantastic facility.

Sean was a very great sale associate, he was recommended after my roommate had spoken with him during a previous visit. He asked what car I was interested in, and told me all about the features that made buying a Nissan a great buy. He was not a salesman that 'pressured' you into anything, he just explained the options and told me about why Nissan is a superior make, including mechanical features. He also wanted me to test drive the car without him inside, which was very nice and non-pressuring, and allowed me to drive the car uninhibitedly. He gave me business cards, and has been in touch with me frequently about my purchase. If I decide to pursue any interest in another Nissan in the future, I will most definitely be going back to see Shawn Kamieneski at Somersworth Nissan.
