Our experience was every good. We started by meeting a young man, Phazel which worked with us. He greeted us at the door and was very helpful. He asked what we were looking for and took us to the vehicles and showed us the models. When we decide on vehicle we went on a test drive and he explained all the features. My wife and I are not tech savvy and he took his time to explain everything so would understand. The buying experience wasn't bad either, from start to finished it took only two hours. We settled on a car and price and then onto finance and done. For all the vehicles we have bought through our life right now this was by far the most pleasurable.

1st day of driving 2011 Chevy Mailbu, Key Fob that was promised to be fixed, didn't work. Had an horrible odor and cat/dog hair in car/console/seats but claimed to have cleaned the vehicle, which was poorly done, if done at all. Gas on complete empty-that was promised to have on full. Top it off...car infected with ants inside and out. I took several videos. Aaron was so upset, unprofessional, unapologetic, and so rude to me for mentioning these issues to him. I've never seen or heard of a Vehicle with ants! It's been nothing but unprofessional with dealing with Aaron Wilmot and Mike Emery. Time to bring this to the attention of Adam Larson the GM. Videos and all! No way these two individuals selling infected ant car with dead odor issue to people, should be representing the company of Sound Ford. #SafetyFirst#

Sound Ford did not high-pressure me into buying a car. A staff member showed me all the cars I was interested in, and was very helpful answering questions. I enjoyed the buying process thoroughly. They sold me two cars this year at fair prices. I love both my Ford Focus cars. The staff at Sound Ford is so professional and yet so friendly. I am now a lifelong customer. Their facility is first rate! I highly recommend Sound Ford as an excellent dealership.

I took my 2016 F150 for its first oil filter change. The service was done quickly and efficiently as I also had them rotate and balance the tires. The service writer was friendly, courteous and attentive. I chose this dealer cause they were able to fix an issue my buddy had with his truck that 2 other dealerships couldn't fix. The tech actually used diagnostic skills to find the problem

My experience with Sound Ford has been excellent. They gave me a great deal on my 2016 Ford Focus Hatchback SE model, which I love to drive, and the buying process was fun, easy, and straightforward. I enjoyed working with all of the employees whom I had the pleasure to meet. They are professional but down-to-earth. On top of that, they gave me a free oil change a few months later.I have since purchased a second car - this time a 2016 Ford Focus Sedan SE model. It's a beautiful car, and again, the service I received from Sound Ford has been wonderful.I highly recommend Sound Ford to anyone looking to purchase a new Ford car at a very fair price. I understand, too, that they have a large selection of used cars in a variety of makes and models.

Mike and Ben- our sales team were a pleasure to work with as was James who handed my car to me. The lower score is simply due to the Body Shop dept. They were bad with communication to both myself and my sales team. They did not return calls and were quick in answers, not wanting to be bothered. They were also kind enough to leave oily finger prints on my car ceiling. I hope the rest of the service dept is not like that.

We went in to buy a used car and ended up with a brand new car! John found the exact car we needed. We had told him exactly what was important to us. He found the car with everything we requested. With our credit I was concerned we couldn't even get a loan but Joe was amazing. We knew after talking to him that this was meant to be. I bought a 2017 Ford Explorer in August. My mistake was buying a brand new car when it had an issue with the 3rd row seats not operating correctly. I was assured that it would be a minor fix so I went ahead and did the deal, had them order the part and waited for a call from service to install the part. Service never called so after more than a week waiting I called and no one in service had a clue to ever call me. They did find that the part was in so scheduled me to come in. I brought the car in to get the seats fixed and day after day after day of Sound not being able to fix the seats and a bunch of fumbling of responsibility my car ended up not even being able to start. Apparently this was due to some software updates they thought needed to be done. Service called sales and sales called me and offered to put me in the exact same car for zero out of pocket. I agreed and when I showed up to do the paperwork I discovered I was actually being asked to pay an additional 2,900 to buy the exact same care. I blew a gasket and asked why should I pay more money for the exact same car when it was not my fault for the faulty seats. The response was it was not their fault that the seats were broken either. I blew a second gasket and asked for my money back. They agreed and then it only took 2 more weeks to get my deal unwound. There is a whole lot more to this story than I am sharing but the bottom line is that I will never purchase or refer anyone to this dealer. I was lied to countless times, the service and sales departments are on two different planets in terms of communication. Even internally the service department lost track of who was doing what between days. I will say that most of the underlings seemed very nice. The managers and up are clueless as to what customer service is. This was my first Ford purchase and Sound Ford left me with a horrible impression. I guess I should have bought the Kia in the first place.

I went to Sound Ford after feeling disrespected by 2 other dealers offers to purchase a Mustang, The first dealer in Tacoma tried to offer me a deal with a higher interest rate than the one I already had on my trade, no gap insurance on a base Eco-Boost. , The second dealer just made a ridiculous offer, an extremely higher payment. So high it was comparable to renting an apartment in Seattle! So when I browsed the lot at Sound Ford Jay came over and his conversational, un-salesman like approach was refreshing. He introduced me to the Sales Mgr. who asked me straight up. What can we do to put a deal together? After a brief conversation, we were able to meet on numbers and financing and I got the Mustang Eco-Boost Premium I wanted. I'm very pleased with how they treated me with respect, and i left with the car I wanted. I tell all my friends to check out Sound Ford when they're considering buying a new car. When the time comes for my next Mustang, I will go back to Sound Ford.

My husband had a number if calls to come down and look at a car. We have been in the market for a new car for some time now but due to our credit we were waiting. He made it clear to this lady of our credit situation and explained we do not want to waste anyones time. She promised they can help us. We made an appointment came down and was helped right away. We were looking into an SUV but found it would be too much monthly and ended up chosing a Fusion. We made it clear of our credit situation to the dealer, gave our score, even pulled it up on our phone for proof, we made it clear we did not want our credit ran enless they can get us in the car due to the lowering of scores when enquiries are made. They daid they can help us. Webwere there for 4 hrs filling out paper work as if we got the car, had our credit ran and made to believe we got the car. They sent us home without the car because we needed to switch over ins. The next day we got a phone call asking hiw we are liking our car. I explained we do not have the car we waiting for conformation from the finance department to send things through. He says he will call back, I never got a call back. I had to hunt them down so we can make sure everything was good to go before we switched the ins over. After a number of attemps they FINALLY got back to me to tell me we did not get the car and we need $7,000 down. And treated us like we were not important. I am not upset the fact we did not get the car, I am upset the fact we were up front on everything in detail and they still ran my credit knowing what it already was. Funny thing their score showed higher that what I showed them. THEY SHOULD HAVE KNOW I WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO GET THE CAR!!!!!! Now I have to work at bring my score up AGAIN!!!!! I WILL NEVER GO THROUGH THEM AGAIN AND YES THE WILL BE REPORTED TO THE BBB. Sad thing is, we have a house closing in a month and will have $20,000 to put on 2 cars, SUV and F150 and the WILL NOT GET THE SALE. I should have just waited in the first place. Lesson learned.

I live in Oregon and I went to Sound Ford because they had the best deal on the car I wanted. Staff was friendly but felt dissorganised. I had multiple people ask me for the same thing and the financing deal that was supposed to be worked out ahead of time had to be changed because someone left some information out. I'm happy with the purchase and for buying a car it went about what I normally expect out of a dealership. Just was hoping for a little smoother transaction.In the end I had to work with upper management to get all the kinks ironed out, but was taken care of in the end.

From the immediate phone call from Chris, to the greeting at the door from Dave, following the determination from Jay searching for keys to Jerry finalizing the details on how to function some of the features on the vehicle. It was excellent. These four staff members were very knowledgeable and gave the extra effort to find an answers if they did not have one themselves. The had the patients to answer questions that were asked multiple times in different way to ensure that I completely understood what I was reviewing on the numbers. I would highly recommend this location.

Did not transfer title of trade inDid not take care the of issue as promised No calls back regarding traffic ticked I received from new owner of trade in Ticket they said they would take of was sent to collections damaging my credit..Beyond angry...they sold my trade in to a wholesalers. The title was thier responsibility to transfer .you cannot sell what you do not own...

We had out grown our mini van and were looking for something bigger. We never considered a Ford until we found a Transit passenger van. A 12 seater is just what we were looking for and there are not too many options to choose from. Not many dealers have a lot of information about these as they are normally for cargo. We were introduced to Sound Ford and were able to find something just right for our family. They were able to get us the mid roof Transit that we were looking for. It is able to pick up all the kids and a few friends as well. The van is so fun and easy to drive, not at all what we thought it would be like seeing how big the car is. We had an issue with the battery in the first week and Sound Ford went above and beyond to help us get the van fixed up. Even though it was a huge inconvenience they were able to help us out and really feel like they cared about our family and not just selling us a car. We had genuine follow up phone calls from more than one person to make sure we were good and still happy with our van. We get questions/comments on the Transit where ever we go and we are happy to show people how amazing the Transit is with hauling all the kids around as well as still having a ton of storage space. Picking up visitors at the airport with all the kids is no problem. People at the airport are always amazed when we show up how much room there is and how quiet it is inside when driving. We are more than happy to point people to Sound Ford where they can get excellent customer service and friendly people who have most of the answers and are willing to find them if they don't, instead of giving you a fake answer. I never really thought I would own a Ford before this but I will definitely talk to the people at Sound Ford the next time we are in the market for another car. They made the whole car buying process so easy and absolutely no stress. I would recommend Sound Ford to anyone looking for a car. The worst that would happen is to meet friendly, informative people who will answer all of your questions.

Our experience with the Sales Team was really positive and everyone we met was great. Unfortunately, that could not be said for the Service Dept. We ended up paying $800 for our issue to not be fixed and we weren't even able to leave the parking lot, even after they said they fixed the issue. The check battery light came back on immediately after I turned the car on and really makes me wonder how well they checked their work. The Service Dept also refused to refund our money, even though the car was not fixed, we traded in the car to Sound Ford and our Salesman said they would honor that.

I had an 8:30 appointment to get my car serviced. I arrived on time and was met by a women with an overwhelmed attitude. She supposedly checked me in. My car was parked in front of the office and I assumed all was well. As I sat in the customer lounge for 2 1/2 hours I discovered my keys inside my pocket and my car still left where I parked earlier that morning. I checked with that same service women and she told me my car was ready for pick up. Hmmm .. I still had my keys and how is my car ready? She still had that overwhelmed look. Evidently she lied to me and I caught her lie and I was not happy. I decided after buying 3 cars from Sound and referring 3 other family members , they are just tired of my business. I end up leaving without my car serviced and contacting another dealership who happily secured my car with a smile.

Was told the 2015 explorer was in great shape both I and out. I made the trip 25 miles from Tacoma. Turns out the wheels were pretty torn up. They agreed to swap the wheels out and get me two keys. After I took the explorer to my mechanic, and spent a bunch of money, they withdrew their offer and told me to take it or leave it. I worked with kwok and Mike Berry. Not very professional.

I had scoped out a new Ford Fusion on their website. It was a very good price, and the price beat everyone else out by 5000 or more for a NEW car. I arranged a meeting to go test drive and purchase. When I arrived there the next day, the price had gone up 500+ dollars. I didn't have any proof that the price went up, only my word, and the website price matched what they were showing me. They gave me a higher trade-in value to make up for the gap in the price I had originally thought I was coming in to see, so I DID get the price I had seen the day before. But because of this, I wasn't able to negotiate anything else down.. so they got their original price (the day before's price) + all associated fees that go along with buying a new car. Overall I thought they were friendly, both through email and in person, and the place and selection is very impressive for a car dealership. I'd recommend them, but make sure you print out the price you're seeing online and double check it to avoid the experience I had when I walked in. Or potentially have some other kind of record of the actual price you're discussing through email or whatnot. Overall happy with the experience, and plan to come back to them when it's time to buy yet another new car.

FYI I don't give perfect scores 'cause there is always "something" that could have been better/faster. That's just my experience w/auto purchasing. The gentlemen(Rakesh and Vincent) I met with were great. This was the least hassle I've had over my 50 year auto purchasing experience. It was still too long but I'm not sure how you would reduce w/out changing your whole process. I especially like having contact with only one or two people at the sales level and not having to also talk to the 'manager'. In my sales experience I've found this reduces the chance for miscommunication and confusion. The car is great so far. It's been a long time since I've driven a performance car but I'll get back in the swing of things.

I walked into the dealership, and was instantly greeted by the front desk clerk who then helped me meet a salesperson: Vincent. Vincent found out what my needs were and sought to help me out. He listened to what I was looking for and showed me multiple vehicles that could meet my requests and budget. I felt very informed in making my lease decision. The sales manager and Vincent were open to negotiating payments based on my needs and credit. I felt like I was listened to and my needs were met.I left that day with a Ford Fiesta 2016 lease and Vincent helped me set up my phone and made sure things were tidy! The receptionist was a sweetheart and even called a salesman to come in because I was in at 7:30 and didn't want to wait until 9 am. Mike was very nice and helpful. Giovanni was sweet he showed me around until I was able to meet with Mike. Rich the owner was very kind. I forget the name of the guy who showed me how the sound system works, but he showed me all of the features that the car has, again really nice guy.I felt like I was treated with respect and that they appreciated my business. The finance guy was very courteous and explain everything. They all seemed to care and were excited for me in getting my dream car. I was out the door by 10 am.

My wife and I came in on Sat. 10-24-15 not knowing for sure just what we wanted. I had previously spoken to Chris Hooten-Smith via phone regarding a truck. I requested him the day we came in. He was extremely helpful as we looked at the Explorer, Taurus and Escape. We left unable to decide. The last thing Chris did was give us additional info on an incoming Taurus. That evening I reviewed the info on the Ford Taurus. My wife and I returned to Sound Ford the next day. Chris was off. We met with the Sales Manager A.J. Hammack and Sales Associate Brandon Avery. Both were extremely helpful with the subsequent road test and purchase of a Ford Taurus, which my wife loves. Other than a mistake with the online pricing and a door dent, which was later repaired, I give high marks to all that helped us including Nabu(Finance). I came here because I know that Sound Ford has the best service department, which sounds strange, but that's the most important long-term relationship when you buy a vehicle. All the "front of the house" staff was welcoming and friendly. DO NOT FALL FOR THIER "SOUND DISCOUNT"!!! I went in to sound ford last night to look at a new 2015 ford f150. The truck its self was awesome and with the end of year ford rebates and "sound" discounts was 35,000. which would be a great price with all the options that the truck has. I was considering trading in my 2007 Tahoe and putting 5000 down on top. I had already put my car into Kelly Blue Book with all the features and miles and such. It KBBs for 15,000 retail and 11,500 trade value. THEY WERE WILLING TO GIVE ME 4,000 FOR THE TAHOE! I still owe 12,000 on it and that would give me 8,000 negative equity on my SUV! witch took the cost of the F150 to 43,000 (exactly the MSRP before their "sound discount"). I was very offended that they thought a car that I bought 2 and a half years ago for 20,000 was worth 4 now. these guys are a bunch of scam artists! Do not waste your time, buy a car from a dealership with a back bone.

I can't believe the disrespect these people have for customers. After my parents being here for 4 hours because they kept showing them cars way over my budget, salesman Brandon finally narrowed it down to an 07 focus within my budget. I came there after I was off work and met with Brandon. At first he was very nice, explained everything in detail. We took the car for a test drive. Drove well except for the gas pedal and steering wheel vibrated a lot while driving. I told him that I was not comfortable with buying this car for that reason. Then I got schooled on how this is the only dealership that could accommodate my needs. While he still wouldn't address the issue with the car, treating me as if I know nothing about cars. I then had to hear is sob story on how he spent "13 hours" (2 at most) finding this car for me and stayed after he was supposed to be off. I appreciate him staying late but it's your JOB to help the customer. I don't need to hear 8 times how you're "missing dinner with your family" to guilt me into a car. After spending a while listening to getting this xxxxxx car shoved down my throat, I had enough. Not worth it. Brandon then told me I need to sign something since I filled the credit app out online, saying it'd hurt my credit if I didn't. Illegal because that would've signed me onto a finance to a xxx car I didn't want! The manager was called and said that is very illegal. I will never do business with this shady dealership. Additional note: after I test drove the car, my mother called my cell phone wanting to talk to Brandon. He took my cell phone outside to talk to her. He came back in, phone in hand, refusing to give me my own phone, xxxxxxxx to me about his xxxx sob stories all over again, with my mom still on the phone! I could see he trying to call again, and he still refused to give me my phone.Most unprofessional experience I've ever had

This is the second car I have purchases for Sound Ford. Kim was again very helpful. We have already sent a referral to sound ford and she has also purchased a vehicle. I was a little upset that when she asked them to set the car aside as she was coming from across the state, they did not honor the request. When she arrived the car had already been sold. She then purchased a car that was not quite what she wanted but worked. They were a bit rude to her. She paid the car in full with cash. I would expect better service for customers referred to your dealership. Thank you.

A salesman emailed me shortly after I filled out information on what I was looking for with a car buying service. He started to look for the truck and turned me over to the sales manager in short order. I had two other dealerships looking also for a truck. This dealership found the truck that I was looking for first, the negotiations were fast and resulted in a price that we were both happy with. The price from the car buying service helped in the negotiations. In all, I am very satisfied with my purchase from this dealership, especially the sales manager.

Purchased the Ford F-250 Super Duty. The service was excellent and the eager to do business. The staff was very helpful and went a bit over the top to make the sale. The sales staff did manage to find someone to answer questions for us if they didn't know the answer to our many questions. Wish the truck had been detailed a little more before driving away and a box provided to secure all our belongings out of the old vehicle we were trading in. All in all, everything worked out great for a late Sunday afternoon.

Sound Ford was running some very good deals on Ford Focuses. I stopped by over the weekend to take a look at the cars and see what the total price would be. With a number of discounts the price was excellent - much better than at the other dealerships in the Seattle area. The service was curious - guys worked out the numbers quickly, and even loaned me the car that I was interested in for a few hours to go drive around and show it to my wife. After deciding to buy the car, Chris (one of the sales floor representative) took really good care of, helped me sort out the insurance, and gave a good tour of the car and it's technological capabilities. All in all a very happy camper and would definitely do business with these guys again.

Seriously ask any dealership and they will tell you just how shady sound ford is. Example 1: I was told that if I give them a good review they would finally get me to the price I had wanted on a car. Example 2: the car I had bought from them I found out they had oversold me by about $14k by taking the contract to another ford dealership and them show me exactly how badly I got screwed. Example 3: the whole reason I was at the other ford dealership is because sound ford sold me a car that completely broke down and was sent back in a tow truck three weeks after I purchased it due to a headlight issue. They were able to get the car up and running, thankfully, but problems with the headlights have continued, which they promised to fix and now will not "because they can't be held accountable for the vehicle forever" I understand not being held accountable for the vehicle forever, but at least fix the issue you promised you would. Also, the extended warranty that I had canceled over a month ago has never been canceled even though I call and they keep telling me "oh, it'll be cancelled next week". Please learn from my nightmare and do not get your vehicle here.

2015 Ford Focus ST. I came in for one of the sale ST's and was sad to find out that none were available. Of the fully loaded ST's available only 1 was the color that I was looking for. I spent allot more money than I had budgeted, but the car that I settled for is growing on me daily. I don't enjoy the old school haggling that your dealership still participates in. I much prefer the haggle free style that many dealerships are now doing. Much less stress and time. I will say that your team worked much harder to get me the credit I needed to complete this purchase.

We purchased a CMAX for our daughter and she adores it! This is the first time we've purchased a Ford (we're a toyota family) and we were wonderfully surprised in the quality of the vehicle. Yay America! Our purchase experience was easy and quick. My only recommendation would be to turn DOWN the music in the showroom or have your customers meet in a quieter space when completing the paperwork. It was very difficult to hear and with the added challenge of a non-english dialect from our sales person, it made it more difficult than necessary to comprehend our financial commitment. It wasn't until went went and spoke with your finance department manager (in his quiet office) that we were able to clearly understand our responsibility. Other than that, our experience was enjoyable. Thank you!

The service provided this time was satisfactory. However, the service contract we bought is not worth the cost. Example- Ford recommends air filter to be changed at 30,000 miles and would be included in the service contract, but if needed replacement before 33,000 miles due to being dirty we would have to pay it.Very unhappy with this purchase.

It was a fine experience but i had a list of four or five cars to look at and we couldn't find any of them at first. I thought I saw one but the salesmen told me that it was probably someones personal car. We drove over to the other lot but still didn't find any car I find on your web site. Went back looked again at the car I saw first and found out that was one of the cars I was looking for. Just a lot of running around never found any of the other cars. Really liked my salesman i would use him again for the future. The only bummer part car wasn't fully detail and my salesman was the one who clean the car for me, he did ok but not perfect. For the amount of money I paid for a used car and buying it from a big dealership I was expecting more so that was a big let down for me. But all in all a good experience my next car I want to buy will be a brand new Ford F-150 once I get out van payed off. The car I bought was a 2002 Ford Mustang and I am enjoying it right now.

Randy in Service is the greatest. I was originally told it would be end of July and he called me and told me the car was ready on 5/21/15. He gave me a loaner which helped in a pinch. The only problem I had was my car was licensed as a commercial vehicle with a load and unload sticker in the window and is not transferable to any other vehicle (such as the loaner). Randy knew I use my car in my business and use it to deliver Printing goods to my customers in downtown Seattle.Parking in Seattle is the pits. Thank goodness he called me early and I jumped for joy. Randy is the best Serviceman I have ever dealt with. Also Eric helped me when Randy wasn't available.Great Service. They explained what was going to be done and I asked them to check my brakes. i was only waiting for a short period of time when they came and told me I was ready to go. I bought a new basic 4 cylinder 2004 Ranger XL. It was a great deal. It has been the most reliable vehicle I have ever owned. The original brakes lasted for 120,000 miles. I still have the original battery. The tires lasted 90,000 miles. I plan on driving it for another 10-15 years. This truck should be brought back. Reliable and affordable. Sound Ford service is friendly though I have only needed to see them for the lifetime of free oil changes that came with my purchase. I'm sold on Ford trucks.

I did have a minor issue, but, they responded immediately and made sure that I left a very happy customer. Mike Loganberry (I hope I spelled his name correctly) is an extremely cordial, customer service oriented individual and made me feel comfortable during this whole process and kept me informed while I waited for the finance guy. He took the time to show me how to work the "gadgets" on the car (I am not a high tech individual) with great patience, care and explained things to me in a beginner's language. When it was time to work the numbers, I really appreciated how Adam, the sales manager, went out of his way to make my car deal happen with my financing and terms. Then it was time to see Joe, the finance manager, and he worked out a deal with another bank to get my interest rate even lower than I expected. It had been over 10 years since my husband and I purchased a new car. We did our homework and new exactly what we wanted. We went to the car show and had visited 4 other dealers. We wanted a V6 All wheel drive 2014 Ford Edge at a low price. My husband loves conflict so he loves the deal. Me, not so much. When we walked out Saturday night we were very happy with our purchase and the lower price of the Edge. On Sunday morning my husband read information about the weight limits when towing and realized he would never be happy. You can imagine he was feeling taken advantage of. Well we called our salesman and within a few minutes we were even happier than the night before. Mike wanted to make sure we were happy customers. So we drove our new 2014 Edge back to Sound Ford to exchange it for another with the tow package that would work for us for years to come. The Sales Department made sure everything was ready for us when we got there. Joe had the paperwork ready for us. (If you get a chance take a look at the photography in his office it's amazing.) Mike (our salesman) had our new car fueled, washed, floor mats installed and ready to go. Quak (my husband called him "The Muscle" wanted to make certain we were extremely happy. Well I for one am pleased to give a 5 star rating. and tell you I am more than 100% happy, is it 110%? no I am at least 120% pleased. I am not a math teacher but I do know there is really only 100% possible but since I had 2 new cars in 21 days Perhaps I should say I am 200% satisfied.

My wife and I experienced a nightmare dealership experience with Sound Ford. We went in to test drive the V6 Mustang and ended up with being insulted, no test drive, not even sitting in a Mustang. We were lead through out the lot looking for a phantom car while two sales people hounded us to consider another more expensive car and then insulted us by telling us we're cheap and why can't we afford a more expensive car. We left soon after being insulted about our reluctance to shop for the more expensive GT model. We didn't need the extras or power of the GT. This experience was atypically bad for a dealership experience. We'll never ever return to Sound Ford and we'll be sure to tell our friends and family about them.

Buying your kid their first car should be a fun and exciting experience. Sound Ford managed to turn this into a frustrating and totally irritating nightmare. Filled out a credit app online. Spoke to someone at the dealership and they quoted me a price that was within my range. Great! Take my kid down there for the test drive. Go to do the deal and they "have to pull my credit again?" They called it a "hard copy." Then they come back and tell me a payment over $100 more because "my credit scores changed." Ya, overnight? Get Real Right??...Then they tried to give me 5 different interest rates, none of which matched what I was quoted after filling out my credit online. I verified with several other dealerships that the "hard credit app" is a load of BS, It was only done to try and get me into a higher payment. To top it off, my wife has a discount card through her employer that offers %15 off of used cars. She called and spoke with a gentleman who first tried to tell her the discount only applied to new cars. She read him verbatim what the site said and after putting her on hold a couple of times came back and said the discount is off of the "retail" price and could not be used on "internet specials." Well every used car was an online or internet special." So essentially the card is useless. You wonder why car salesmen and dealers get such a rotten reputation...THIS IS EXACTLY WHY! How about be honest and forthcoming and don't try screw people every chance you get. You don't want to be known as shady? THEN DON"T DO THINGS THAT ARE SHADY!!!!!!!!!

We went to see a used car advertised on Cars.com. We were told by phone it was available and on the lot. When we got there, they "couldn't find the car." Then they found it but "couldn't find the key." Then there had been a "typo in the paperwork on the computer." All this took almost an hour, but the car as listed did not exist. When we buy our new Ford, this dealership is the last place we will consider.

Salesman Tracy Brown gave us great customer service and really knew the product we were interested in buying, which was a Ford Escape Titanium with the Tech package options ... He went with us on test drive and took the time to go over all the different options and how to use them and he also helped greatly with the trade in negotiations to get us very close to where we wanted to be ... Joe Seppen in finance really knows his stuff and explained all of our options and helped us arrive at the best possible financing option for us ... overall these two individuals made our buying experience the best we've ever had ... 2 thumbs way up !

I went to purchase a new 2014 Ford Mustang from Sound Ford. The car was priced competitively and was accurately described on the Sound Ford website. However, the process to negotiate a deal was UNBELIEVABLY DIFFICULT -- so much so that I eventually left without buying. The Sound Ford sales staff are, apparently, encouraged to use the worst sort of pressure tactics -- they took away my trade-in keys early in the process so that I could not get up and leave during the negotiation; they kept me waiting (over ONE HOUR, in total) while the sales team "discussed" the deal in a back room; they low-balled the value of my trade-in (they started by offering me less than 25% -- less than 25%!! -- of what they eventually offered me for my trade). In short, the Sound Ford new car sales team relies on PRESSURE TACTICS and MANIPULATION to make deals. My recommendation: STAY AWAY![One week after my visit, Sound Ford sales manager August Leinweber called me to follow up. He apologized -- sincerely, I believe -- for my bad experience. Though I appreciate the apology, the fact remains that the Sound Ford sales team tried to pressure and manipulate me into a purchase -- never a good sign. I purchased a 2014 Ford Mustang from a different dealer.]

We went out to see a used car I had talked to Mike about several times by email and phone. He contacted me the morning we went to see it and said it was still there--frantic email to call him, but when I did, he was distracted sounding. Got there, couldn't find a way into the lot, finally found a parking spot, other salesman, after finally acknowledging us, paged Mike, who became very busy--too busy to say hi or help us in any way. After a wait we were told the car was sold. We went elsewhere to buy. Next day I had an email from Mike saying basically, "I tried to contact you several times about the car you're interested in but wasn't able to reach you. Let me know if you're still interested." Really? What a mess.

While looking for a new car I contacted Sound Ford since they where the closed Ford dealer in the area. They invited me to come over and test drive the type of car I was interested in, a Mustang. The sales person showed me different options and at the end I found the car I liked. The car was somewhat over my budget limit, but they were negotiable and we met somewhere in the middle and giving me an OK price for my old car. The paperwork for the car was very quick and less than 3 hours after I'd arrived to test drive I drove off on my new Mustang. I would definitely recommend them, and when there is time to replace my wife's SUV I will use Sound Ford as my 1st option.

Was looking to buy a used vehicle I saw on their website. Confirmed the trade-in value of my existing truck via email and phone with Bob Hansen multiple times because it's a four hour drive to get there. When I got there, not only was the truck I was looking for in rough shape, but they offered me about 1/2 of what Bob had told me for my trade-in. Outright lied to and lived up to every negative stereotype in the book about used car salesman. No explanation from management about why they lied, so I had to drive back home with a lighter wallet and a big lesson learned.

We traveled 4 hours on a add and called half hour even before got there and was told there ..pulled in the driveway to be told it already sold..We were mad and after the manager was real rude another manager came and got me after we were in our vehicle leaving and said the vehicle was there now for us too look at...The whole deal was a move to just get us to buy something else...And after the sale was even worse trying to get the finacing done and i after they thru me too every bank there was i was told could not get done ...Almost had to return car but i went to a local cedit union that i have had loans with and they did it in five minutes....worst experience ever...and to talk to someone after sale is even not possible...especially the rude managers..

Over all good, saleman and finance process. The car was not clean, need to be washed and vaccumed. Turn signal was out and wipers were worn to the point they damage the wind shield. Next day at Home making costly repairs. Look cars over better than I did. Had second thoughts about the purchase. Sent comments to dealer via email heard noting from them. The car runs great!

We were called by Ben after we were looking for a car. He called us to come over to look at a car, so we did. When we walked into the store we talked to him about the car he found for us. We wanted to see the car so when we asked Ben to show us the car and he told us that the car was somewhere on the lot and that we can go look at them if we wanted too. He didn't even bother to walk out with us. He then left us standing there when his cell phone rang. We stood there for a few minutes. Ben only got off the phone when the manager came over to ask us if we were help. We found it very rude that He wouldn't walk us out to see the cars. We had to find them ourselves.

The guys I dealt with were a couple of lying, shady, high pressure car salesman. The first thing they did when we walked in was ask for my car keys to "evaluate my trade in". I knew what they were up to, but they wouldn't give me back my keys when I asked for them an hour later. It took almost 15 minutes. I almost threatened to call 911. I caught them in several lies, they used high pressure sales tactics, and they priced a truck to me for $55K, but I ended up buying that exact truck from Ford of Kirkland for $36K. That's a $19K difference!!!To top it off, both the sales guys kept trying to "punch it" and "feel the power" in a new ecoboost truck. We were on a side streets (35 MPH zone) and one of the sales guys said, "There's no cops around here, you can go as fast as you want". Who wants to buy something that has been treated that way?I've bought many cars in the last 20 years, and these guys were some of the worst.Scam artists, ripoff, sleazy, abusive to the cars, these are some of the things that come to mind when I think about these guys.

At gas station car battery dead again. Had to wait for help. We left and called dealer. Asked if they would take a certain price for the car. They agreed on phone. When we returned they would not honor that price. We left, again. Do not buy a car from Sound Ford.

We were contacted by Sound Ford telling us they were interested in our used truck we had for sale on Craigslist. If it was in as good of condition as we stated, they "had a buyer ready and could cut us a check that day." After inspecting our vehicle, they agreed that it was in really good condition with low miles and then proceeded to give us a low-ball offer for less than half of our asking price. What a waste of our time & gas. I am furious and will never deal with Renton Sound Ford Used/Certified Dealership ever again. What a joke.

That's how it went for most of the deal, then when terms change he did not have enough salesmanship to call and let me know pretends the phone died, and waited till I came in to tell me the changes in figures. Typical. Then pulled attitude with me and still expected me to buy a car from him? Right. Managers just let it happen, right behind him all the way. First I will say that I live out of state and found Sound Ford on the Internet so most of my communication was done over the phone and/or by email. Since the price I negotiated was very good I was concerned I would be faced with a bait and switch routine once I arrived. Not so! To my surprise the vehicle was as described and the terms of the deal were not altered in any way. I found the staff to be friendly, not pushy and overall my new car buying experience was pleasant. I have never been treated so poorly by a dealership in my life! I called and spoke to Shawn, one of the managers in the service department prior to going in for my scheduled appointment. She told me that there would be no charge for the service that I needed. I took my car in and 7 hours later after not receiving a phone call with an update or quote, I called to check on my car. I was told that not only had they looked at the item that I needed looked at in the front seat, they had ran a full diagnostic check, that I did not approve for them to do. When I arrived to pick up my car, she charged me more than $82.00 for a diagnostic check that I did not request and said that they recommended over $1,100 in needed repairs. Shawn agreed that she told me that there would not be a charge and said to me "Don't worry GIRLFRIEND I will get you out of here without paying. I asked her if she calls all of her customers Girlfriend and that I was not her girlfiend! She kept speaking to me in an un-business like manner. I will be writing her boss and Mr. Ford himself.DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO SOUND FORD OF RENTON!!!

Beware the bait and switch. They are much more interested in selling you the car they want to sell rather than what you actually want. I have noticed they keep 3 or 4 cars on Autotrader that are strangely under priced while the rest are over priced. It is just to get you on the lot. The sad thing is Ian the salesman really was a nice enough guy but the bait and switch is to much to put up with. Wasted too much time on these guys but got the truck I was looking for at another dealer. There are plenty of other good dealers out there. Good Chevy across the street for instance, too bad they didn't have what I wanted.

I was headed to Seattle last Thusday night and my truck broke down about 8:30pm. After calling around to find someplace that was still open I called Sound of Renton, Scott got me in with no appointment and had the mechanics working on it really fast. They also gave me a ride home. No charge!!! I got a call the next morning from a lady named Shawn she explained that She and the mechanic had found the problem. And could have me back on the road by noon. I was thrilled. Shawn called around 11:30 and said it was all done and she was able to save me a couple hundred bucks on the work. She saw that her driver had dropped me off and asked if I needed a ride. Bottom line is I normally go closer to my house in Kent for service but I'm happy to drive a little further North for that kind of service. I definitely recommend Sound Ford.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a dealer. When I tried to make a deal with them, they OBNOXIOUSLY laughed IN MY FACE! Then they threw the paper out the door. When I told them they were rude, they told me to leave then. After an exchange of MANY swear words (and by the way, during this...2 more customers left), I left. The "manager" then came out and said he was sorry...but wait...he was not the "highest manager!" Then a sales person named Whitaker or something came out and tried to pick a fight with me! The taller African male then swore at my wife when she said they were being dicks. I told him to not talk to my wife that way and he laughed in my face AGAIN! After a long 2 hour conversation about price...they took $200 off...wow...thanks a lot! I left and went across the street to a dodge dealer...they offered me $2000 more for my trade in. When we told them what Sound Ford did to us...they said it was not the first time they had people complain abut them. I DO NOT recommend Sound Ford to ANYONE! Worst dealer ever.

I have bought a lot of cars, in my time and never have I had such fantastic service. I live in Mill Creek and was in the market for a pre-owned Escape. After going on-line and visiting 4 other dealerships, Sound Ford can out on top by far. Not only did they have the selection, but I didn't expect the service and hassle free pricing. The Sales Manager Nick Rodriguez took personal care of my families vehicle needs. His professionalism made the experience fun and safe for me and my whole family. I know some people have said to watch out for car dealers, but these guys are far from those you should fear. I had to call Sound Ford the other day because of an issue with my prepaid maintenance plan not being available online when I was at the local dealer here in Olympia, WA. Once again, I was reminded of how well I was treated in August when I bought my Edge. Dominic who was great back in August, was great again on Wednesday and got my issue resolved. He kept me informed rather than leaving me wondering if they would ever get back to me since he had to make some phone calls and therefore he had to wait also. While I'm singing the praises of Sound Ford I want to mention again (1st time was the on line review from Ford) how absolutely wonderful Nick Rodriguez and Tony Parker were! I have bought many new cars over the years and I have NEVER been treated so well. Courteous, kind, considerate, respectful are all qualities of their character that seem to be what their personal integrity is built upon. Big difference between that and patronizing and arrogant which is what my experience has typically been in the past. So, Dominic, Tony, and Nick - I will sing your praises as long and loud as I possibly can because you exemplify everything I want in customer service. Ah, if you're wondering how I bought a 2009 Ford Edge, for more than my house cost back in 1979, from the guy at the used car lot then that's the best part... and my good fortune. I found Tony because my nav system took me to the wrong lot having come from Olympia and that was indeed one of those life moments where you say to yourself, albeit small in the overall scheme of things, that everything happens for a reason.

Let me join the legions of p----d off potential buyers who have been suckered into walking onto the property of this rip-off palace by a very low ad price. They use EVERY shady, under-handed, high pressure tactic to try and make a sale, up to and including bait and switch and outright lying. I was looking to buy a new Escape and came to Sound on a newspaper ad. Prior to coming, I called the dealership to confirm that the ad vehicle was still there and was told that it was. Upon arrival a few hours later, the sales manager I wound up talking to - Ben - claimed that the one I called on was already sold (of course)but that he had another one just like it that they would sell me for the same price. NOT!!! After an hour of "negotiating" with Ben and his unseen sales managers, it was obvious that they were not going to come close to the price on the ad vehicle. I left after telling Ben to call me if they were going to honor the sale price as he told me they would.Jump ahead 1 day and Ben calls me and tells me that they will sell me the Escape for the price I expected. Today, 1 day after his call, I tried to close the deal and guess what? All of a sudden Ben could not remember which Escape it was that we had had been talking about for 2 days and they just couldn't let THAT one go for the price he had quoted me just yesterday.Now, understand that this is the very same Ben who remembered me, my name and what vehicle I was looking at when I walked onto their lot 5 months ago to look at another ad vehicle that was also miraculously "sold" just before I got there. And now he can't remember the vehicle we had been negotiating over for the last 2 days?!!?!????DO NOT EVER DARKEN THE DOORWAY OF THIS DEALERSHIP UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEING ABUSED, LIED TO, HAVING YOUR TIME WASTED AND/OR GIVING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO CROOKS.

DO NOT buy from this dealership!!! Their only goal is to make money, they do NOT care about the customer. Beware of cars posted online by them! They are only a ploy to get you onto their lot to which they do not actually have the car that is posted on their website, on autotrader, or craigslist. Ridiculous and waste of your time! If you call they are very rude and will say it is their right to post the car knowing fair well that it is not available. Half the employees know what is going on, the others are clueless! I talked to two employees who actually thought this car was available and then another manager who insulted and compared their right to post an invalid ad online to a woman walking into the twin towers with a bomb strapped to her; with the fact that we are each given our own rights. WOW! What an insult to me as a female and an American standing up for what I believe is right. Ultimately my goal in writing this is to save you the time and malicious verbal attack that I received. STAY AWAY from Sound Ford!!!!!

My car has been in the shop 6 times in the year that I've owned it for the same creaking noise in the frontend and they tell me it's fixed and within hours after driving it it makes the same noise it did when I brought it in. I have been waiting for 1 1/2 mos. for a call back for a loaner to bring it in for what will now be the 7th time. I have called 3 times in that month and was called back once by a man named Mike who told me I would have a car and then cancelled on me the day I was supposed to have it. It's been over a week since then that Shawn was supposed to call me with a loaner car. Still no phone call. I have resigned myself to the fact that my car will never be fixed-at least not by anyone at your shop! Scott did tell me that even though the problem wasn't covered on my warranty-go figure-after all the trouble I've gone through he would do it for free. That would have been great if it would have gotten fixed. He also told me I needed an alignment which I wouldn't doubt since I obviously have a suspension problem that you can't fix!! I had you do that and he said he'd throw in the rear alignment for free. Well that's great too except that it's a front wheel drive car and it didn't need the rear wheels aligned! I just wish that if you can't fix it you would have the integrity to admit it and I'll find someone else who can fix it. I think I have become a pain in your neck because you can't fix my car and I'm getting angry about it and you are putting me off in hopes that I will stop asking you to fix the car you sold me!!Great customer service.

Got caught up in the cash for clunkers so went to buy a Ford Escape last Sunday night. We appeared to have worked out a deal, met with the finance guy who wrote up a contract signed the deal then he said of wait they have a better option if I want the service contract. At this point it is 11pm the service contract which works at any ford dealership sounded good. A new contract was being written up not clear however on what it was and I was supposed to get a call the next day I assume if it went through. The car I wanted was a located car and they did not know exact time it would arrive. So at this point no big issue as unk if really in a contract and they did not have the car yet. Well no calls all week. We have called them 4 times and they don't know anything yet they say I am in a contract. I looked on the internet and located the exact car the alleged contract was for down to the vin at another dealer...Bellevue ford lincoln mercury. Sound allegedly is supposed to get the vehicle from them. Have called sound again and they can't answer a SIMPLE question. I don't know if I am in a contract, if they are getting the car...nothing and they give multiple answers about where sales managers are when you want answers. The whole operation is slimely, ZERO customer service and would tell anyone thinking of looking at this dealership to don't and go anywhere else...anywhere else!!!! Worst car buying experience I have ever had and I have bought 8 cars in the last 15 years all new. I'm not even sure I've bought a car from them!!!!!!Sad thing, simple customer service is easy....just call and keep the customer informed even if not good news we at least have some news.

Would not give me a price. wanted me to sign credit app before knowing the price. really hi pressure sales group. I offered more than kelly blue book value for a fair quality high mile vehicle. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF go somewhere else. "Good Chevy" had great customer service and seemed no bull. I didnt find anything though.

After purchasing a 2008 Ford Mustang, v6, 4.0 with a 3 year warranty and 879 miles on it in April 2008, I went to the store last week and on my return trip home my car bogs down in first gear when I try to take off across an intersection, but seemed to get going in 2nd gear. Knowing I have a 3 yr warranty, I attempted to go ahead and drive to Sound Ford in Renton, Wa (where I purchased the car), from W.Seattle. I noticed smoke coming thru the ac vents, couldn't get into 3rd gear, the car started losing power, then it died on I-5. I could start the engine, but couldn't move. I called the towing company that delivers to Sound Ford, and had the car towed the rest of the way there. Sure, they loaned me a focus to drive because "it may be a day or so before they were able to look at" my car - that was at 1:30pm fri afternoon. Around 7pm Sat evening a service tech calls and tells me the car needs a new clutch, its not covered by warranty (friction part), and its gonna cost $2100.00 to replace a clutch, just a $350.00 clutch! She says I need to apply for a Ford Credit Card and will leave a note on our "paperwork" that we will be filling out an appl when we bring the loaner back on Tues. (this was memorial weekend). We called dozens of tranny and clutch specialists ie: Ray at Walt's, Pete at his Renton tranny shop, Robs tranny, to name a few. The absolute, most highest amount any of these mechanics would charge for a "very worst case scenario" figure was $1500.00 TOPS! That would INCLUDE towing (most shops), clutch replaced, resurfacing, AND labor. We returned the loaner on Tues and asked Patrick (soundford svc mngr)for the keys to our car, he said "hold on let me see the notes sean has on your car...", then starts stuttering and says "yeah, you have a balance of $165.00 for the hour the technician spent 'looking at the car', The diagnostics weren't covered by the warranty because they ended up showing the problem was the need for a new clutch which contains a friction part". We had to pay that $165.00 before he would give me the car keys. We can't GET a 'Ford Credit Card' to fix the stock clutch that broke at 20,000 mls., we don't have $2100.00 to give them for a $350.00 part & $1750.00 in labor(4 hrs work tops), we can't just leave the car at soundford. So, the shop (Aamco)that towed our car away from soundford located a clutch for our car - which is so new only Ford motor co sells them right now - gave us a 2 yr/20,000 mile warranty on the clutch & work done (friction parts & all), took $550.00 to get the part ordered & installed and let us make payments on the $700.00 balance. Gary at Soundford contacted us 3 days AFTER we had our car towed to another shop to tell us 'Ford Motor Co authorizes him to pick a customer to help once a year with repairs and he would have been able to replace the clutch and pay for all but a couple hundred for labor, but now, a non-Ford ASE certified mechanic has "looked at" the car, so there is nothing he will do', even if we towed the car back to soundford. THERE IS NO WAY THEY WILL EVER TOUCH MY CAR AGAIN! I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND DOING ANY KIND OF BUSINESS WITH SOUNDFORD. THEY KNEW THE CAR HAD 890 MILES & "EXCESSIVE WEAR" ON THE BACK TIRES WHEN WE BOUGHT IT, PROMISED TO ACKNOWLEDGE THOSE MYSTERIOUS MILES IF & WHEN ANYTHING SHOULD "PREMATURELY 'BREAK DOWN'", ITS WHY WE BOUGHT THE USELESS FENDER TO FENDER 3 YEAR WARRANTY!

I went in looking for a new car.... I had seen several advertised on the internet, I realized that i would not get all of the rebates that went with the price on the internet but that I would qualify for others and I had an idea of the price it should be. When I got there I was told none of those cars were there and that I wouldn't qualify for any rebates. They then showed me a used car, I told them my price range and what I would be willing to pay monthly. The first price they showed me on a used 2006 Fusion was 23995. I was not impressed I had my blackberry and looked up the blubook on the vehicle and it was 15,000 at the top end with the average being 13000. I showed this to them and magically they came back with an offer that was 16000. This was still to high. After rangling a deal with them, they tried to change the terms of the deal, At this point I went elsewhere. I have never felt so slimey after trying to buy a vehicle. I would encourage buyers to look elsewhere

I had my 2003 ford taurus in for repair work, they had the car for 2 weeks and returned it with fire damage in the engine bay and denied they did it. I was wondering why this work that they told me would take 2 days took 2 weeks. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE FOR SERVICE!

I brought my truck in to have the passenger door lock fixed. I knew exactly which part needed to be replaced and told them. They told me they had to do a diagnostic anyways and do a free check on recalled parts. The door lock happened to be one of the recalled parts. I was gone for three hours and came back to them telling me a long list of other things I needed done, they told me an actuator (door part) was $300 when it's $35 at the most. I refused and still ended up having to pay $145 and wait an extra hour for them to put my car back together. No actual work got done I wasted 4 hours and $150. Now I'm out my money and my door STILL doesn't lock. It's needs to be called a DisService station.

Drove into the lot to look at what they had. We instantly saw someone open the office door and track us....kind of like a vulture circling us. We kept driving and this person was about 10 cars away and getting closer...we turned into the next aisle and eventually she could keep up. Look in the rear view mirror because this was kind of creep I saw a salesman literally sprinting behind my car??? Talk about pressure and annoying. At this point we decided there is know way that we'll buy from this place...could you imagine if they're like this before you meet them...sit down with someone of this nature and try to make a deal. Good Luck coming up with a good price. So we decided to have a little fun and drive in the new car side...its all connected. Keep in mind we have a guy behind sprinting. We pull by the new cars and out comes a salesman waving his hands. We pull into on of the isle and fortunately there's a way out and we leave. If you want some amusement go to this place and find out for yourself.

I had gone there to buy a new Ford Focus 2007 model. In the process of getting the best deal from kevin and his manager, which I am sure is the right of a customer, it came to me as a surprise when instead of taking a stand on their offering (OTD price) they started geting personal and started discriminating with their abusive language and all bad words a highly unprofessional person could use to humiliate his customer. After all his derogatory remarks/comments, I am sure I am NEVER opting for Sound Ford again. And I will communicate the same to my colleagues, family, friends and relatives.WORST EXPERIENCE.

I require the use of a vehicle for work, so as one may imagine, I have had extensive experience in buying cars. In all the years of my experience, I have never seen such terrible treatment of willing customers. I even called them ahead of time to make sure that a deal could be done for a car for my wife. They said that they'd be able to, so we went. To begin with their sales staff were rude, tried every nasty psychological trick imaginable to shaft customers into a horribly bad deal, and pushed us to the point we got up to leave, only to realize they had our keys. Of course this was their cue to come up with a better deal before giving back our keys. The "manager" came out to play "good cop" at first, then became hostile. even going so far as to order my wife to sit down and sign. The ONLY thing that kept us there was that we were drawn to see what they'd do next--like not being able to resist watching a car accident.In hindsight, we should have told them where to go, and left.I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE EVERYONE TO STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM "CLOWN FORD" AS POSSIBLE! Even Pierre is better!

Too bad there aren't zeroes in the rating columns. Sound Ford Renton has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. It started during the buying process when they were only able to get a 9.5 APR loan for me when they were advertising 2 to 4 percent loans. My credit is flawless, but my youth betrayed me on that one a bit due to a shorter history. Of course when you buy a new car it is going to have some quirks and this one did. It had a window leak. They gave me an owner loaner for a day or two and that was good. Next time a service need came up to examine the engine for a weird foghorn noise and a dash replacement. No loaner cars were available for weeks. Of course they couldn't duplicate the noise as most mechanics miraculously never can. Wow, that is amazing I must be the only one that hears it. That never got fixed even though Ford has documentation on how to fix it. The dash recall was never served and expired after trying to take it in there 2 times and 3 total at another dealership. No one ever had the parts. Yeah my fault I guess. Do not sign an extended warranty or services agreement with them because it is tough to get them to fulfill the agreement. If it is a warranty beware they probably bought the deal from a third party and raised the price on it stamped it as yours and then when you need work done they don't know where this warranty applies and who okays the work. Other than that they are great. Especially when they provide consistently poor service and then tell you to give them excellent on all of their comment forms. This starts right when you deal with the salesperson to the inevitable services you are going to need on your Ford. Don't bother with Ford.com either because all of their customer service is in India or somewhere with a similar accent and they will flat out tell you they can't intervene because they are not affiliated with the dealership, it only sells their cars...... So yeah think twice about Sound Ford Renton because they suck completely.
