Took my Jeep in for inspection they told me that I needed 2 front tires that they were wearing unevenly which didn't make sense to me why they did not catch this when they were supposed to rotate my tires at my last oil change. Found out that It were not rotating my tires. Every time I go in there there iis always some kind of problem I would not recommend them to anyone they really don't care and just tell you whatever they can just to get you out the door. They will tell you. You have a free oil changes coming because of your experience. You do not get it Instead they tell you that the person who promised you the oil change got Fired because of shady stuff. What kind of company passes the blame to someone else like that. I can honestly say I would never buy another Jeep from them.

Dave Susko is one of the best salesman I’ve even worked with. And I didn’t even get a car. I came in looking to get a wrangler altitude, but due to the crazy times we are currently in, none of the model I was looking for were available. He showed me other options, he searched and searched and offered solutions- but was never pushy or rude. He was such a genuinely nice person and it showed. Despite looking for me for hours, the inventory just wasn’t there. I wished it was because I would of bought from him hands down. Thank you Dave. Will keep you in mind for the future.

It was a great experience, we went to look at a certain vehicle and was met by Ed Bloskis which show us the car (which we decided was not for us) but he did not try to force other vehicles on us, ask us what we're looking for took our info and that was it.

Went in today for an oil change and a 5 tire rotation which I have had done religiously every 5 thousand miles. I was told that the spare tire’s tread was too deep to be rotated with the other tires. When I stated that makes no sense as it's been rotated every time through and this clearly means it was not. I was told that the tech documented that they did a 5 tire rotation so there is no way to prove they did not. Obviously, the spare tire was not rotated at my last appointment, which is upsetting considering my Jeep was there for over 2 hrs. Lastly, upon leaving I found my tire cover to be halfway on covering the backup camera (which could have damaged it or it could have flown off while I was driving causing an accident). I was really happy with the service up to this point and was content to make the drive but now I'll just go to a dealership closer to home.
