My wife and I came to South Shore KIA after shopping some other dealerships. Upon arriving, we knew this was going to be a different experience. There was a much greater sense of welcoming without it being pushy. We were introduced to our sales rep, Gilda White and she immediately went into action deriving our vehicle needs, especially taking into consideration the physical needs of my wife. Gilda was professional, on-point the entire time, and really looked after us. She got us into the perfect vehicle, a Forte. I can’t praise and thank Gilda enough for all her efforts. Thank you Gilda and thank you South Shore KIA.

Not a great experience. Was greeted right away when I drove my car in for service by a nice young man. When I went inside right away they want to SELL you packages for your free service. The gentleman tells me to have a seat and they will give me updates on my car. Over an hour later they call my name, want payment and I had to ask for my keys and where is my car parked. All the while the sign right above them says we will walk you to your car and go over everything that was done. Also instruct your staff not to call people dear and honey, Mr, Mrs, or Ms works better.

Went to look for a new car to lease and with all the chip shortages currently, everything was looking very bleak. Thankfully my rep Gilda came through and gave me the last car they just received for the best price I've seen all over NY. She made the process very smooth and easy, and kept in constant contact with me to make sure I was satisfied and informed with what was happening.

Honestly a great experience taking my car into this Kia shop it only took 2-3 days and when I got here to pick it up they were so friendly and I thank them a lot thanks so much

Horrible customer service. They were unaware of any of the dealer incentives/specials. I had to physically show them on my phone (salesman took a pic) and then i showed him how to look it up on their own website. They use typical used car salesman tactctics. The numbers did not add up to what was advertised and they kept pressuring me to sign. I walked out and he had the audacity to ask me to call, if I find a better deal. Lol. Also, this dealership is closed on Sundays
