This dealership was highly recommended to me by many, including my mechanic, my friends, and even my loan officer! I had picked out a slightly used car and called to have them deliver it to my mechanic for a pre-ownership check. They made the arrangements to drop it off and never showed up! When I called the mechanic hours after it was to be done, they told me it never came. I then called Dayton, the salesman at Southeast Cars, to ask what was happening, only to be informed that someone had purchased it last night. This is all despite the fact that Steve, the manager, had agreed to call me to let me know if anyone else was about to buy the vehicle.When I asked Dayton why I wasn't told, he informed me that neither he nor Steve were there last evening when it sold! I am very disappointed and chained about this situation. Thus, while SE cars is highly recommended by all, there apparently is a downside to the sales personnel not working on commission (not that this is preferable). Apparently, the sales staff and the manager are not motivated in the same way as ordinary dealerships. There is an integrity issue here, nonetheless.

The last car I bought from them within the month the leather polish they had put on the seats wore off and the seats were showing cracks everywhere. The car battery blew up and the smart key battery went dead stranding me and my handicapped daughter in Jacksonville. Called the dealer to complain and was told tough crap. They were suppose to get me an extra smart key but it never happened. I ad bought cars from here previously but never again. They don't stand behind their cars.

BOUGHT THE CAR OVER THE INTERENT... I am an owner of five show cars. This car was for my son graduating collage. I had looked at many models which were program vehicles, and that means owned by a rental company or leased by the dealer . I traveled all over Fl.. Great people, friendly service and a really good deal on my car. When its time to buy again, Southeast will be my first stop.
