Had been waiting on a specific car to come in. The salesman called said it was in. Drove it. Decided we wanted it. Run credit. I told them if I didn’t like the interest rate I’d go to our local credit union. Got a call saying approved. An hour later got a call saying we were approved but had to trade some other vehicle that we had financed or the interest rate would go up. We couldn’t trade anything so asked what the interest rate would be and was told 10%!!!! CRAZY!! I told them we were going to our credit union. Got pre-approved for buying the car. Called & told dealership. Dealership said they couldn’t let us buy the car without financing it with them. They would not accept the check from the credit union. This sounded like crooks to me. Needless to say, we didn’t buy the car. Later the same day we bought the same make car in Texarkana without a hitch. Sounds like Sam & Ray didn’t want to sell a car too badly to me & I might still call the Better Business Bureau. But jokes on Southern. Everyone is laughing at them.

I bought a used dodge charger (my dream car) in September and the entire sale process was quick and flawless. David Hubanks did a great job. Ran into a problem with the car shortly after but they stepped up and fixed the problem and I want to say the owner Sam is very friendly and cares about his customers. Job well done
