My salesman, John Henderson, was kind, courteous, and immediately put me at ease. My husband died about 3 months ago, and this was the first time I've ever done anything on my own. I would definitely recommend anyone asking for him to help them buy a car. Also, the finance manager, Rachel Ross, was kind, helpful, and informative. The two make an A+ team! She answered every question and explained every step! Everyone who buys a vehicle should be so fortunate as to have these two sell one to them! Absolutely no stress!!

A crisis was averted thanks to the diligence of my service advisor, Moshe, and John Fey. Even with a service advisor out sick the morning I came in to have new tires put on my car (the service dept was VERY busy), they went above and beyond to remedy my problem of the tires not being there. Even though I had to come back a little later that day, the work was completed and I didn't have to re-schedule and was able to leave on my trip the next day. Both very professional and courteous. Very thankful for their willingness to make everything right. 04/30/21 As always, Moshe took good care of me and my car during the service. He kept me updated on what was going on. He made sure to let me know that Keith would be handling my checkout since I was there during lunchtime, and Keith's always smiling face and pleasant attitude made checkout easy. Great guys and wonderful service!!!! 10/11/21 My service was an emergency situation - flat tire on way to work. Even on a busy Monday morning, I was able to get in to have a new tire put on. As always, Moshe was pleasant, professional and so helpful in making sure I got the right tire. When I got there, I was about the 6th car in line at the service entrance, but staff was patient and friendly with each customer in line to make sure their needs were met. One of the reasons I keep my Encore is because of your exemplary service department!!

ASK FOR JOHN! He was so awesome, kind and easy to deal with. Had minor details after buying my truck that needed fixed and he made sure it happened, even with us being 3.5 hours away! Overall everyone was so nice and made it the top experience we have had buying a vehicle. 10 out of 10 recommend! Thanks again John!

Vince Brown was AMAZING. He is the best dealer we have ever had help us, 10/10 stars. He helped us find the vehicle we wanted and was able to get the payments we wanted in such a short amount of time. He made it low pressure, stress free, and just a great experience. This is the best dealership we have ever been to and we plan to return for our next vehicle.
