Do NOT go here for an oil change if you think it will be fast...a 2 hour wait for an oil change AFTER paying for the package ahead of time is NO service....

I went in expecting to get a used car and walked out with a brand new car with no money down! Not only were their service good they were very patient with my daughter who I had to take with me. Thanks guys! :)

I purchased a 3500 dually on the 10th, it was a used truck with 9k miles on it. The front tires were cupping and needed balanced and rotated, the wiper blades were falling apart and the brakes were squeaking. I dropped it off on Tuesday the 13th for the recall and to service it and take care of the tires, wipers and brakes. I was told today at 2:30 that it was done and I showed up to see that the tires were never touched. The brakes were still squeaking and the wiper blades were still broke! I've been standing in the service bay for over an hour now and have watched my truck be moved twice to different bays and have seen 5 guys standing around it talking. I've been here almost two hours now and it hasn't even been touched! I shouldn't even be standing here waiting I could be half way to Wyoming by now! Not to thrilled about my first service experience at the moment. McKay.

By far the worst experience I have ever had with a mechanic. They told me the windshield wipers work "just fine" and they don't even turn on. Not only that, they lost my key in the process. Do not go here unless you are desperate.

I've done all my own oil changes and most service work on my own cars for most of my life and recently had an opportunity to take advantage of an oil and lube job at this location and took them up on it. I was supposed to get an oil change, filter, 16 point inspection, fluid levels checked, and suspension greased (yes I do have an older vehicle that still has grease points!). I called to get an appointment and was told just to come in. I was told it would be around 30-45 minutes..My experience? I was there for 1 1/2 hours..I got the oil and filter, but nothing else, the receipt showed they inspected everything and all was in excellent working condition. Funny, several of the things they "checked" were not working or was broke. None of the grease points had been touched. The fluid levels were the same as when I came in even though my washer fluid was empty. I got pretty much what I expected, no real surprises here..If I would have received the real deal, then I would have been surprised. At least the oil was put in and I have no leaks from the filter..Oh well, back to doing my own service work.

Simply a very laid back uncomplicated sales experience. Not what I expected but was pleasantly surprised. My Salesman was Shawn Hartshorn and he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and got exactly what car fit my needs and budget. He had knowledge of all of the products and was very helpful so would recommend him to a friend or co-worker.
