I stopped by Sptb Chrysler Dodge Jeep when I noticed a car on their lot that I liked. Joe Owings greeted me and I said I am just looking right now. I went to Spartanburg Chrysler after talking to David Cash on the phone. Seemed to be a pretty laid back guy, no pressure. He showed me some options that I didn't know I had. To make a long story short I purchased a big ole pretty red ram. Appreciate it Dave. I recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle, it's worth the drive.

Brad was excellent! He was a fun guy that made the first time car jitters go away. I was fully prepared to not buy a car and he made it where I couldn't leave without my brand new car! I bought a two door Ram 1500 six months ago from Joe Owings. I had to file a comp claim after running over something and damaging a fender well and during the time I was given a four door Ram 1500 as rental while getting mine repaired. I decided to see what I could do on a trade. I went back to Spartanburg Dodge and Joe Owings helped me with my trade and got me in a four door. I will recommend him to anyone for a good deal on a new or used vehicle.

I bought a used Highlander from this dealership yesterday and had an AWESOME experience!! I admit that I was a bit nervous to go to this dealership after reading mostly negative reviews and seeing their low rating online, but I had been looking for a really specific used vehicle and there were only three dealerships that had the SUV with everything that what I wanted at the price I was looking for. This dealership was the closest to where I lived (still 240 miles from my house) in Raleigh, NC, so I decided to at least call them to discuss the SUV and see for myself how the experience would be prior to driving all that way. To my pleasant surprise, the entire process from that first phone call to driving my new (used) Highlander home the same day was completely easy and quite enjoyable. I called them around noon on Saturday, July 19th, 2014 the receptionist who answered the phone was polite and transferred me right away to a salesman, Brad. He made this car buying experience fantastic for me and my family. I would absolutely buy another car from him and this dealership in the future and recommend him to anyone I know with the highest confidence! Brad was so very nice, professional, completely responsive by returning my phone calls promptly when he needed to find out information for me, he made the negotiation simple and unstressful, and I really felt he was an overall honest, good-guy! I was driving from a long distance away, with my husband and three little girls, we all had a very long day and got to the dealership late on Saturday night, right at closing time for them. Brad and the team were there waiting for us just as they said they would be and he made us feel that he was happy to wait for us. They never once made us feel rushed or that we were inconveniencing them by staying late. He had the car I was looking at completely detailed so that it was clean as a whistle for our arrival. Although he was not a Toyota dealer, he was knowledge about the Highlander and answered all my questions. During the test drive, he found that the moonroof was not working properly and told his GM as soon as we got back. The GM came over to me, apologized that it was not opening and asked if I would be willing to take it to a Toyota dealership near where I lived (realizing that I was 4 hours away and the their service department was closed for the day) and he would pay for them to fix or replace the moonroof and handed me an "I owe you" slip to have the repair. I felt that he was sincerely apologetic for the inconvenience to us and I really thought that was awesome customer service. We ended up needing to tow the car we drove to the dealership home with the Highlander we bought (long story that has nothing to do with the dealership!!). Brad stayed even later helping my husband get everything set up to tow our other car, despite me telling him he didn't need to stay even later and it was ok for him to go home to his family. He was insistent that he was happy to help us and stayed until everything was all set to go. He was even kind enough to fill up our Highlander with a full tank of gas knowing we had such a long ride home with three exhausted little girls. WOW, that totally made our day! In summary, I bought a really nice used Toyota Highlander from this dealership, specifically from the salesman Brad. I left feeling that I paid a really fair price for the SUV and was treated as a valued customer. When I mentioned to Brad that the overall rating of their dealership was really low, although there were only 9 reviews, he was completely aware and mentioned that the were under new management and were working hard to repair their ratings. I told him that I would happily volunteer to write an excellent review for them and let him know that if all customers were treated the way I was, they would have hundreds of excellent reviews in no time!

its been 2 weeks since someone from this store has even bothered to even call me back on a recall on my truck,the service dept is a total mess, they have no service adviser(so im told) they have been working on ot for months,(so im told), seems like every dodge dealer ship ive been to has not been able to have good service after the sale, I thought this dealership would of been different, ive been loyal for 20 years and this is what you I get, THESE WILL BE MY LAST MOPARS I WILL EVER PURCHACE, THANK YOU SPARTANBURGE DODGE FOR NOT FULL FILLING YOUR PROMISES, I will be looking at my future puchaces with gm

I went in to see a 2012 Accord that they had. The rep I had been working with was not there, I called her that morning but no call back, so I dropped in. It took them 10 minutes to figure out how to open the safe that stores the keys... They must have a problem with cars walking off the lot. The rep they assigned had been there 4 days and didn't really know anything. He was a nice guy, but didn't know the products or processes. After looking at my car for a trade, they held my keys as long as they could. Thanks goodness I found a better car, with better warrany at Vic Bailey Honday. Those guys were great and professional and didn't keep their car keys in a safe.

I could not get your salesman Rob to return my calls or online inquiries after I spoke to him Saturday. So I drove two hours to buy a car from your dealership that was already sold. Extremely unprofessional customer service. I ended up buying a car last night from VW South Charlotte, and their treatment of customers eclipsed what I experienced here.

Took one of our vehicles in to have the motor mount replaced late last summer, and the bill was over $800. Would have been fine with that if the repair had lasted, but within a couple of months, the vibrating started again. Took the car back to the shop, and they INSISTED that they had not worked on the car. I told them the work was done there, and still they couldnt find it in their computer system. Dropped the car off in the morning and left it there, waiting to hear back from them. When I hadnt, I called about 2:30 in the afternoon, and they hadnt even looked at it yet. Finally drove back down and asked them what was going on, and they once again insisted that the work hadnt been done there, and they werent going to fix it without charging us. Asked the manager to take me to the car, opened the glove box and found the bill from four months prior proving that they had in fact done the work. They then said they couldnt find it in their computer because of an mistyped VIN. They never bothered trying to look it up via a name search. Then, with only a couple of hours left in the day, the one service guy says hell work on it and have it done before closing. Well, it turns out that he only moved things around, didnt fix anything, and it worked for one day. Two days later, the problem resurfaces. Im sorry, but these people are lazy. They put us off all day insisting that the previous work hadnt been done there when all they needed to do was look it up in the computer by name. Then they do a half-baked job after inconveniencing us all day long. I will not take any vehicle back to this place again.

I called on a Monday to confirm that a used Magnum was still available. The salesman confirmed that it was so that evening I drove the ~ 25 miles to see the car. The sales guy I spoke to was gone for the day so I asked this other guy ( a manager?) if I could see the car. He said it was sold. I asked him when it had been sold and he said the previous Saturday! Apparently the car was still "in the system" because it had not been delivered. The "manager" was so "busy" that he couldn't even stand up to talk to me. This was my second poor experience with this place. There won't be a third.

Did this gave salesman items and when asked about the quotes for extras was told he was busy with other new customer waited for 45 min and did not receive assistance from anyone else so left and receptionist said see you again answered i don't think so

Follow up on above review - Mo and Elkin turned a bad situation around and bought back the Tahoe and got us into a new Durango. A visit beats a phone call. Took a little effort to get there but thank you Mo and thank you Elkin. A Ram is next from Sptbg CDJ!

2008 Tahoe w/ 24k miles was sold with no brake lining on front. $800 brake job after 3 weeks. Dealer is very sorry for my inconvenience. Great inspection! Firestone says his teenager would have known if they did a brake inspection. Get used inspected somewhere first. They are sorry though, thanks!
