Just purchased a 2020 Hyundai Sonata from Rick Case Hyundai Cleveland. Monique was awesome during the car buying process. Jeff was also very helpful. Monique reassured me and made me feel comfortable. So far I’m loving my new car.

My daughter leased her first new car there and was misled on a couple things. Most of our time sitting at the desk with the salesman, he talked about how great the adaptive cruise control was and how much she was going to love it, a few weeks later her and her boyfriend were trying to figure out how it worked but her car doesn’t have this feature. One of the reasons she bought the car. #2. My mom was co-signing for my daughter and everything seemed ok sitting there that day but somewhere along the way my mom got switched to being the owner and my daughter the co-signer. Even though they ALWAYS referred to my mom as the co-signer. If she would have known this is how it was she never would have signed. Very sneaky, deceiving dealership.

Bought my 2022 Tucson here in May. This is my second Tucson, bought my first one at a dealership across the county... Didn't go back because wasn't pleased with the service center. Working with the Spitzer group has been great from purchase to service! Everyone has been easy to work with.

Rob was our salesman. Excellent customer care. Attention to detail and fast delivery on a Nissan Juke for my mom. Financing was fast and even got my mom a better payment than we expected.
