Purchased my new car last month. I am a repeat buyer here. My salesman, Jimmy, the best! Knowledgeable, kind, accommodating, professional. No pressure, no phony sales tactics. Honestly, a wonderful car buying experience! Highly recommend this dealership. If I could rate it 10 stars, I would!!

I PURCHASED A CAR 2 WEEKS AGO BUT STILL DON'T HAVE IT...IT WAS LISTED AS A "NEW" CAR (2020 LEFTOVER)...WEBSITE LISTED IT WITH 20 MILES, ACTUALLY HAD CLOSE TO 5000...DO NOT TRUST THEIR WEBSITE...MY CAR IS STILL LISTED FOR SALE TODAY! ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY, YOU'RE MOVED TO THE BOTTOM OF THE SERVICE LIST...MY SMALL ISSUE OF A FAULTY REAR TAIL LIGHT MULTIPLIED INTO OTHERS...IT NEEDED A NEW BUMPER FOR EXAMPLE BECAUSE THE LIGHT DIDN'T FIT PROPERLY...IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A STRAIGHT ANSWER FROM ANYONE...I'VE BEEN GIVEN 3 DIFFERENT DATES WHEN MY CAR WOULD BE READY...BUT WHEN I CALL, IT'S ALWAYS PUSHED FORWARD SEVERAL DAYS...IF YOUR'E LOOKING FOR RELIABLE, TRUSTWORTHY, RESPONSIVE SERVICE GO TO MANAHAWKIN...CAUSEWAY HYUNDAI THERE...CAUSEWAY PUTS THE CONCERNS OF THE CUSTOMER FIRST NOT LAST

I was trying to trade in my Dodge dually but the sales people acted as if they were doing me a favor.... to all sales people kindness is free. I went to Honda they gave me the right trade-in value and I got a brand new Honda CR-V....
