Corresponded with Barby all day via phone and email. She never grew aggravated with us asking pricing questions before actually visiting. Once we arrived she had our car put to the side with a second choice. After having visited another Mazda dealership earlier, the difference in sales person experience was enormous. Barby knew every detail of the car and unknowingly corrected information the previous dealership had told us wrong. Purchasing was as fast as I have ever seen before; very smooth with no pressure to do all the add-ons. Great experience.

Love the service and attention paid to myself and granddaughter while picking out her Mazda 3. Made sure the rims were what she wanted. When we picked car up on Saturday it was sitting in front of dealership and ready for us to go. Took only a few minutes to sign the few finance papers. Would differently come back. This was by far my best sales experience! I wanted a 2016 Mazda since the deals would be better due to the dealership making room for the 2017s. My old car was paid off so to me a great car and a good deal w/ a decent monthly payment meant a lot to me. There was no pressure to buy a 2017, and Barby quickly showed me the 2016s. She listened to exactly what I wanted and explained the features in each car I saw very well. She was patient, listened, and most of all got me the best possible deal for my vehicle. When I first walked in to SportMazda Maia was the first person who greeted me with a smile. Just a few minutes of discussion about my interest for a new car, it seems I knew Maia for a long time already. She listened to my requirements to what type of car I was looking for. She gave me her opinion, suggestions and information that I needed to help know more about Mazda. This is my first Mazda so those things are important for my purchase. She let me do a test drive on different trims, different years and showed me the colors that I might want. Looking for the car to test was not easy when the cars are in a big lot under hot sun. She went above and beyond preparing the car for a test drive. I almost gave up because it was hot outside but she continued to show me the cars to test. After that she showed me the numbers and helped me decide on the car that i'll be happy with, that I can afford. Maia is pleasant to work with. I actually had fun buying a new car from her. She's friendly, honest and professional. SportMazda is my new extended family.

when I browsed around for a Mazda CX-9 vehicle, this dealership claimed that they dont charge dealer fee. I thought it was a an adverstisement to help us walk into the dealership and get us from there. But they stayed with the promise and got me the best price. They made sure the inventory was available in 24 hours. I worked with consultant Ana, who was very knowledgeable and was right about what she knew. She went above and beyond to help us explain things and even shot a video as requested. Overall it was a great experience.

Amazing staff, great lot and besides what I would consider my best experience when buying a car. Staff for financing (Brian) and Maia (Sales person) were just amazing, super comprehensive and decided to help me in my visit. I would recommend this dealer with my eyes close. Throughout the entire process everyone was polite, respectful, and communicative. Not only did they seem happy to see me but actually cared about how I felt. The whole time I was there I knew exactly what was going on and felt no regrets. The car's finally price ended up above what I had initially idealized it to be but through lots of communication we were able to come up with a satisfying deal. If you use the Kelly Blue Book "firm cash offer" tool to sell your car and receive a contact from this dealer, beware. You will probably receive an email or call saying "consider your vehicle sold". You will then be told to come in to complete the transaction and pick up your check and that it will only take 15-20 minutes. Be prepared to receive an insultingly lowball offer and to have a couple of hours of your time wasted.

Maia handled my request with great professionalism and efficiency. She obviously knows her product really well. One trait I particularly appreciated was that she was very respectful of my time and the fact that I knew pretty much what I wanted. She informed me of other options she felt would be of use to me but did not waste my time trying to upsell me or convince me to change my mind. I did a lot of research on a few used vehicles I've had my eye on.It just so happened that Sport Mazda had a slightly used Chevy Volt that I was very interested in.Barby got in touch with me and we set up a time to check out the car and go from there.I showed up about 1-2 hours early and Barby was able to get Kris to help me out since she was working with another customer at the time. Kris was really easy to work with, very patient and knowledgeable. When I need another car, I hope I have the pleasure of doing business with Kris again.One part that I thought was really cool of him was during the financing part for my Volt (which took a bit of time), Kris went out of his way to help out my dad who can be really stubborn about looking at new cars. They were able to check out a car he'd been thinking about for a couple months.

We were moving back to the United States and needed to negotiate the buying of a new car online. We pinged a number of local dealers, but the difference between Sport Mazda and all the rest was like night and day. Luis Arce was very communicative, professional and patient. Best of all, he gave us a superb price from the very start. We didn't even need to negotiate. This is my 2nd car purchase at Sports Mazda and the beginning was very smooth. Barby was showing me around and found exactly what I was looking for. She was what to expect when it came to the negotiating the cost of the vehicle but we came to an agreement. It was very late but Barby still spent the time to show my fiance all the features of the vehicle.Edwin A. was a different story, worst experience of my life, wasted 2 hours and kept me there till almost midnight. He kept pushing unwanted extras and would disguise them in the monthly cost. I kept asking for exact figures but kept beating around the bush, and lying frequently. I kept asking what this $1900 charge was, and that was the extended warrenty, and he claimed he didn't know what the other $100~ charge was, which was the tax of the extended warrenty. He claimed he told me the $1900 cost in our conversation. Edwin A. infuriated me to no end. Be careful talking with him if you buy a car here.

This was the first Mazda dealership I went to after deciding to finance a new 2016.5 Mazda CX-5 GT. We negotiated for hours up until 2 hours after they were supposed to close before settling on an agreeable price. I told them I wanted a day or so to think about what color I wanted, but otherwise I left feeling pretty satisfied. I was confident I was getting a good deal.That is, until I called up Classic Mazda the next day and told them about my deal, and they offered me the same car for the same price except with the added Technology package, free of charge.I thought Sport Mazda was aggressive on their pricing, but fair warning to all buyers they weren't as aggressive as Classic Mazda. Point blank, Classic Mazda sells more cars at lower margins so they were able to offer me a better deal. I would advise anyone that if you're in the market to lease or finance a car, it doesn't hurt you to shop around. That said, I called back Sport Mazda and explained the situation to them. I spoke with Brian and told him I was going to make this really simple, that they could either match the deal or I would obviously just settle for dealing with Classic Mazda. They already ran my credit and they had my information so they didn't need to ask me to come in, have a chat, or whatever else when a simple yes or no would do.Long story short, they came back and matched the offer, and now here I am a month later, a happy customer driving my beautiful CX-5 every single day. Now that I've had some time on the road, I wish I would've gotten the ActiveSense package too, but hey, it's still a great drive regardless.I'll update my review as time goes on to reflect my experiences with this dealership and this car, but so far, so good.

We started the day knowing we needed a car within a week. Both our cars are over 11 years old and I had just found a buyer for my old sports car. We did our car research and investigations on the internet. Also, I am a frequent business traveler, so I have already driven a number of different makes and models of vehicles. We had an idea of what we were looking for. We went to a number of dealerships that day. Sport Mazda was our last stop. We were already burnt out from dealing with dealerships and sales who would not let us walk away even after we flat out said not interested. Barby met us at in the lot with a smile, pleasantly introduced herself, and asked how she could help us. Not once was there any pressure from Barby. She was only concerned about making sure she explored all options for what we were looking for. She literally took us on a tour of the very large car lot showing us what she thought would fit our description. Ultimately, Barby showed us a Mazda CX-5 we were very so interested in that we test drove it. All the while, Barby was always pleasant and helpful. We wanted to continue looking, but also wanted to 'reserve' the CX-5 we test drove. Barby made arrangements for the car to be left alone until we decided. After looking at more cars and a little while later, we drove off the lot owning that CX-5. I can not express how wonderful Barbi and others we met at the dealership were. Particularly after a long day of dealing with multiple car dealerships. By the way, the very first numbers they handed us for financing the car were lower than what I had worked out in my head. That made us very happy. Immediately after we settle the sale of my car, we plan on getting another car. We are going back to Sports Mazda and Barbi.

I was impressed from the beginning with the cooperation of the sales team. Ii had limited time to spend at the dealership and they were willing to give me as much information over the phone and through email as possible. We were given multiple options including some we didn't know we had. Our car had a couple of issues cosmetically when we arrived to pick it up but the dealership is handling is very professionally. Ana was on the ball for the entire week and a half we were in contact and she did everything she could to make sure we were informed. No Pressure and great salesmanship.

This was my first car purchase, and naturally, I went in nervous. However, everything took a turn for the best. Upon arriving at the dealer, I was warmly welcomed by Earnest who provided us with refreshments and began outlining the process once I found a car I liked. He was very straight forward and broke down the price and process for me. I decided to return the next weekend to finalize the process. However, unfortunately, due to my indecision the car was sold shortly after I left but Earnest managed to find one just like it for when I came back. He even went out of his way to get me the best price possible for my trade in. I now know that purchasing a car doesn't have to be a troublesome experience. Thank you Sport Mazda. Their where a couple of minor things we pointed out about the vehicle witch Barby had taken care of with no questions asked, no kidding aside without even questioning would just say I'll take care of it and and she did. For a dealership with no pressure and knowledgeable go to Sport Mazda. Great inventory and very pleasant from the time you get there to finish. Every concern about purchasing/leasing a vehicle was answered with great satisfaction. I dealt with Barby Irby in Sales and not only felt comfortable with the process but hear from her on a regular basis to make sure I am being taken care of after the purchase. Rey Almonte in Finance was knowledgeable and presented all options to me in a timely fashion. This experience was absolutely wonderful and I will recommend these employees to anyone about purchasing a vehicle. Also, I should mention, that I had the privilege of speaking with a person, Victor in the Internet Department while waiting for Finance. We were searching for a particular vehicle (2015 Mazda 5), and came across one at this location for a good price. Submitted a verification through their website to confirm availability and received a prompt response from Mark. The following day, I drove over (~50 miles) to look at the vehicle. It was exactly as advertised. Then came the negotiation. I worked with Mark and Juan R. Cruz through this and we came to an agreement for purchase. Although I hate the negotiating part of purchasing a vehicle, Mark and Juan were very honest and agreeable to work with. On top of a great buying experience, the dealership has an Allstate rep onsite, which made the insurance transfer absolutely seamless. I left the lot with a feeling of having purchased a great car at a very good deal. Thanks for making this process go so well.

About a week or so ago I was browsing online and stumbled upon a great leasing special I couldn't resist. I called Sport Mazda and was given some more information about the deals. Immediately I thought this was all too good to be true until I sat down with Mark Cappetta, he gave me some options as far as what worked for me with pricing, trade in, packages etc. Mark was awesome, he didn't pressure me into purchasing rather than leasing and made the process go very smoothly (with this being my first leased car). Fell in love with the Mazda3; he even offered me Kelly Blue book value rather than scamming me for my trade in. Unfortunately they didn't have the color I wanted for the car to take it off the lot right away but not to worry, Mark called another dealer who did and had his drivers bring the vehicle to Orlando over the weekend. I completed my final paperwork tonight and received the keys to my brand new car. Even after I had completed my paper Mark showed me out to the vehicle and explained to me all the features. Couldn't be happier with the wonderful experience I had with Mark and Sport Mazda! True customer service and would definitely recommend!!

I contacted Sport Mazda and other dealerships about 2 weeks prior to purchasing. They were far more customer oriented than any other dealership I contacted in that they answered all my questions on the car, dealer fees, and costs to registered. I was so impressed, that I rented a car and drove from New Port Richey to Orlando to purchase my new Miata. When I arrived I met with Kyle Whitten, who had my car ready for me. He was an outstanding sales person who guided me through the process of completing everything I needed to drive my new car home. The salesperson, Orlando, did a great job. We appreciated that he handled our visit exactly as we asked. We ruled out 1 dealership because the salesperson (and manager) did not respect out time and ability to make a decision on a car. We visited several dealerships before coming to Mazda. Orlando was a refreshing change. We did not plan to buy until Christmas, but will say his simply allowing us to check out the CX-5 and test drive without any pressure whatsover actually helped close the sale.

Was supposed to have a remote engine start kit (key fob) installed to my car last Friday, 10/07/16. But due to Hurricane Mathew, it had to be re-scheduled. Took my chance the following day, Saturday, 10/08 and the installation was accommodated. Thanks to Donny and Nick. Customer service at its best.. I have a concern on the remote engine start kit itself, not what I was expecting. Will write a separate review/feedback about it.

Kyle Whitten was a major factor in our having one of the best ever car buying experiences! Most of the pricing work was done on line before we arrived at Sport Mazda. Kyle had the car ready for a test drive when we arrived. As we learned more about features available, we chose an upgraded vehicle. There was never any pressure. Price was so good, another dealer said there was no way they could compete.Everyone was super friendly and efficient. Loved the NO DEALER FEES! Highly recommend!!

I am a returning customer at Sport Mazda of Orlando. I just walked away with my third Mazda last Saturday, having switched back to the "zoom zoom" life, after two years with Ford. I was extremely happy with Brian San Pedro's approach to my walking & clearly stating "I am only here to window shop". I meant to write this review sooner but I usually give a few days when I purchase anything to be absolutely sure if is functioning the way it should. I have to say my husband Jeff and I had the absolute best help searching for a car and making the purchase. We bought a 2014 Red Mazda and although my husband wasn't sold on it at first, it made absolute sense for what we needed. Now he is enthusiastic enough to tint the windows. I guess he liked it underneath all that red after all. Barby took into consideration our budget and didn't try to find us cars that we couldn't afford. She greeted us and got right to searching with our specifications. There were lots of great cars to choose from and she allowed us to test drive the two we liked most. The staff was friendly, competent and realistic. Best dealership I have ever been to!Thank You Barby!

I loved my experience at Sport Mazda, up until talking with the finance department. Edwin Acevedo was incredibly patient with my partner and I as we attempted to make complicated decisions. We finally decided on what was best for us, and Edwin was fantastic at walking us through the process. Kudos to Edwin for sure, he seems like a great team member. Unfortunately, Edwin the finance guy had an incredibly poor attitude with us. After we caught him trying to give us a bad interest rate, he clearly was upset and ignored my questions for a few minutes. He was clearly frustrated, and it was entirely on his end with providing us bad numbers. At one point, he was intentionally trying to misdirect us by saying that taking the lower interest rate would add $500 to the price of the car. That was fine, because the lower interest rate is saving us 3,000 on the cost of the loan over the duration. This level of dishonesty led us to nearly leave the deal, even after spending almost 6 hours at the dealership.To sum up our experience, great sales, poor emotion management in the finance department coupled with attempting to take advantage of our first time buyer status. I would recommend Sport Mazda to my friends, but I would also warn them about working with finance and standing their ground.

I never have any issues with this dealership; this is where I bought my car and where I come to whenever I need my car serviced. I schedule with Ellie every time because she always finds a way to go above and beyond, even if it is just something so little as turning a bad day around naturally with just her positive mood. If I have made an appointment and for whatever reason the shop is running a little behind, Ellie communicates with me throughout the process, whether she can have my car prioritized or not, if it's just not possible. Thanks again for yet another smooth, quick, and painless visit!

This is the 2nd Mazda I have bought from Sport, and I will continue to shop there. I am loyal to Mazda, and to the Sport dealership. They are courteous, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly, made my car buying experience hassle free. Kerwin Larocque has been my salesman both times, with Luis Arce helping him out. They made sure I got the exact vehicle I wanted, and went out of the way to meet my needs and make sure I knew everything about my new CX-5 before I pulled off the lot. The finance manager Brian was personable, fast but thorough and made sure I understood all aspects of my warranties and financing. Ok, let me tell you about how amazing Brian at Sport Mazda is! I moved cross-country without a car and was extremely stressed out about not having transportation and buying my first car by myself. I contacted Brian before I was even in Florida and he made me feel 100% better about buying a new car. I looked all the reviews for car dealerships near where I live (Titusville) and everything was absolutely terrible, which is why I decided to drive an hour to go to Sport Mazda in Orlando, and it was totally worth it. Brain answered all my hundreds of questions and is such a easy going and laid back guy, he isnt trying to steal your money or just sell you a car, he wants to make sure you are 100% satisfied with not only his service but also with the product that you are buying. Now, Mazdas obviously speak for themselves becuase they are amazing cars but they also gave me unbeatable warranty and an awesome deal on a almost brand new 2015 Mazda3. Ive had my car for about 2 and a half months and everyday I am so happy that I chose this vehicle! Its adorable, drives awesome, music quality is great (usb & aux hook ups), spacious (my dog loves it) and it gets 44MPG, so commuting to Orlando everyday only costs me a couple bucks and they dont require a down payment if you have good credit with an awesome monthly payment. I still to this day contact Brian to ask about questions and he always responds to me within minutes, if I ever buy another car or if I have friends that are looking to buy I will definitely be sending them his way! Brian was great. We literally went from calling the dealership at 5:45 to buying a car by 8:30 that evening. My daughter called to see how late they were open. Brian responded "as late as you need us to be, come on down". After the call Brian quickly asked if there was a car she was interested in. When we pulled up that exact trim and color combination was sitting in the front row and ready to roll. He performed the most informative test drive I have witnessed and covered every safety feature a concerned father buying his daughters first car could ask for. When it came to price and the dreaded negotiation, Brian made it very simple and informal and worked to get us the exact deal we wanted within 10 minutes. Couldn't ask for more!! Great Job Brian!! Earnest is very knowledgable of the Mazda 6. He was able to convince me that this car is the right fit for me in just a few minutes. He was very thorough in getting all paperworks done. I was able to get out of the dealership in just a few hours, and yes, with my brand new Mazda 6. He was also able to arrange my schedule for the "Zurich" product application before he let me get out. It is also worth mentioning that I had a great experience with the service department. Steve was early at the service center on Labor day and did a magnificent job on my car. The day started with my 2004 Mazda RX8 facing some expensive maintenance issues. The day ended with me buying a mint condition, 2013 Infiniti G37 with a full 2/3rds less miles (12.5k) and for several thousand dollars less than Don Mealeys Sport Mazda's competitors. I can say with all certainty that had I been at a dealership without their level of customer service I would have left unhappy. The engine in my old car blew a couple of days before school started. As a single Dad I needed a reliable ride . After leaving Kia East were I was treated like a second class citizen . After shopping the internet for a new car and emailing several different car dealerships we decided to purchase from Sport Mazda because of two main reasons:1. Great customer service (Jason and Kyle always answered emails promptly....even after several weeks of emailing)2. Transparent and upfront pricingThe finance person I believe his name was Brian was also very helpful.....saving us a couple of hundred dollars at the end. All in all an excellent experience and highly recommended.

I drove almost 3 hours to Sport Mazda Orlando because they had the best price I could find in south/central Florida for the Mazda3 I was looking for. The vehicle was in great condition and Barby was very helpful in showing off the vehicle and explaining all of the confusing car-buying info to me. I was planning on trading in my old vehicle as I no longer need it, but we could not come to a price agreement, so I'll sell it online myself and get significantly more money for it than I was offered in the dealership. I'd definitely recommend the dealership for the price of the vehicle, but be prepared to pay the price they show online as they were not open to negotiating that price.

I'll be honest, I wasn't going to write a stellar review for Sport Mazda after my initial experience there. I brought my car in, waited what seemed like a very long time for my repairs, and ended up driving home with my alignment slightly off and couldn't get it resolved because Service had gone home for the day. Thursday, I was not a happy camper.There is a big however, though. Starting with Brad and moving to Rob and Jay, my concerns about my Thursday appointment were dealt with professionally and quickly. Sport Mazda worked around my constraints and schedule, and ended up righting what wasn't originally done properly. It is this kind of passion for excellence that I appreciate. I understand that sometimes, mistakes occur, even with the best companies. I worked for Apple some years ago, and sometimes people came in who had less-than-fantastic experiences with another technician in my store. I always made it my goal to right that wrong and have that customer leave not only happy with me, but the Apple brand. Now I see how that is from the other side of the coin. The people mentioned above went beyond the call, but they certainly kept my loyalty intact.Again, people make mistakes, and I can understand that. I judge people on their recoveries from those mistakes, and in that regard, Sport Mazda was excellent.

I bought my new Mazda CX-5 today from Sport Mazda after several weeks of looking at different makes, models and dealerships. The CX-5 offered everything I was looking for. The dealership and Kyle Whitten were the icing on the cake. Kyle met me at the door, listened to what I wanted and then with the most willing attitude showed me all the colors and interiors I was interested in - to the point of putting my two favorites side by side so I could make a decision. I am a single, female, senior citizen who walks with a cane - Kyle did everything in his power to make me feel comfortable with the process, was patient, answered all my questions, and after the transaction was complete helped me set up the navigation module and link my cell phone to the car. During the deciding process he answered my emails promptly, offered his help and never applied any pressure. Buying a new car is a big decision - I can't thank him enough for making it an easy, pleasant experience.

After doing a web search, Sport Mazda has the exact vehicle I was looking for. Called them up and thankfully, Kyle grabbed my call. He confirmed the vehicle I was looking for was there and even sent me a picture via text. We confirmed a price in writing (text) and the process from there on was smooth sailing. Financing was a breeze and we were out the door in about 2 hours. We were working with the finance manager, I'm sorry but I don't remember his name. They were extremely busy, presumably because it was a Saturday afternoon, and everybody was working like a well oiled machine. Highly recommend this dealership and all of their employees seemed happy to be at work. That's gotta say something.

I came in to Sport Mazda for my CX-5's 20,000 mile service (I drive a lot and haven't had the car even a year yet!). Rob Nestor was my Service Advisor and he was very professional and super pleasant. I had gone to another dealer 2 days prior and left very disappointed and upset. At Sports Mazda my experience was wonderful. Since i walked threw the door me and my family were greeted by a very happy staff. They were very upfront with all the information and guided me threw the process. Received wonderful customer service from both Luis & Earnest. Luis let me test drive the car and was totally understanding when I told him I'd contact him after I made up my mind. When I returned the following week, he had to take off but introduced me to Earnest and ensured I'd be taken care of. Earnest was fair, honest and informative when it came to figuring out the financing for my new car. I did my research on the car prior to showing up to the lot. I told this to Earnest and he understood that I wasn't looking to be sold on anything else. Everything went smoothly without any issues until I was sat down with the floor manager to start signing paperwork. He was incredibly pushy while trying to spiel numerous insurance add-ons. "No" wasn't good enough until my father got visibly and audibly very disgruntled with his pushiness (thank goodness I brought him with me...seemed like he wouldn't have backed down otherwise). Eventually he withdrew, and I signed the paperwork and was ready to take off. As I went to leave in my awesome new car, Earnest handed over a Wawa giftcard and a nice branded leather keychain. A huge thank you to Luis & Earnest! Overall a good experience but wish it didn't have to come to us having to get angry in order to have the manager stop pushing extra stuff I didn't want.

I was at Sport Mazda 3 times looking at cars. My salesperson Maia was awesome. The first time I was there, she spent 7 hours with me test driving cars and trying to make the numbers work. Unfortunately I was out of my budget that time so no sale. I stopped by again and test drove a great pre-owned car but again it was out of my range. After searching on the internet, I finally found a 2015 Mazda3 Sport I liked and it was in the right price range. Third times a charm because I bought it. Maia took the time to show me EVERY feature on every car I drove, never pushed me or tried to get me in over my head. She was so fun to talk to. Juan was nice to and worked with me on the price.

We were on a tight budget and tight timeline. The buying process couldn't have been more pleasant. Among the things that were great were:1. The car's condition was what was portrayed in the online advertising. Before coming to this dealership we stopped to look at several other cars. None of them were close to being in the condition described. 2. Brian did a great job on the test drive helping me feel like the car was solid and that there would be no surprises.3. Brian did a great job working to get us the deal and financing we needed for our budget.4. Ana made sure we received the car in great shape, with a full tank of gas and has been wonderful with after sale follow up.I would gladly do business with Sport Mazda in the future. My poor sales rep, Mark, jumped through so many hoops to make sure I left with a smile on my face. Initially I decided to buy a used car, but that didn't work out. I'm so happy with my Mazda 6 i Sport and I was so impressed with the service I got from start to finish. Ana has been so helpful the past few weeks, right from when I first began to think about buying a new car. My old car broke down and they even offered to tow it for me free of charge! At the dealership, everyone was friendly and Edwin was so helpful when showing me all the cars I was interested in. They offered me some great plans when paying and I couldn't be more impressed by the service. I would recommend to anybody who is thinking of buying a new car.

Maia Bojinova helped me with my purchase. I traded in my 2014 Mazda 6 GT for another Mazda 6 T 2016 the entire experience was great and Maia was phenomenal. Sweet and caring. I bought my Mazda3 from Sports Mazda last weekend. I truly appreciate the service that I got from them. Before visiting this dealership, I went to couple of dealerships in the area. I felt that they are more focused on making a sale rather than thinking about my needs. I found their internet promos to be misleading. Earnest Evans helped us to make our decision. He did not push us, but gave us options to make the decision easily. Moreover, their internet promotion was same as what we got. There was no hidden facts. I would recommend this dealership.

I had been trying to find a 2016 CX-9 Signature in Sonic Silver for 2 and a half months when an internet search showed Sport Mazda was the closest dealer with the vehicle. Since I live in Atlanta, the transaction and negotiations had to be conducted long-distance via text, e-mail, and phone conversations. Once we agreed on price, I scheduled a flight to Orlando.Maia (my sales consultant) graciously offered to pick me up at the airport. When we got to the dealership everything was ready to go. I test-drove the vehicle, Maia went over the features with me, completed the paperwork and was on my way back to Atlanta in about 2 hours - as promised.Thanks to the team at Sport Mazda for making my purchase experience a pleasant one. BTW, I LOVE my new CX-9!!!

Called the dealership and told them I was in the market to lease a new vehicle. I told them I would be at the dealership at 10:00 am. The car I requested was parked at the door ready for a test drive and inspection. Mark gave me the key and suggested the test drive before we talked. Everything went like clockwork. Paperwork was organized and the salesman suggested several ways of both leasing and purchase based on my monthly budget, we came to an agreement and finalized the deal without pressure to purchase any dealer extras!! I was in and out of the dealership in 1 hour and twenty minutes. I will be picking the vehicle up at the dealership on Saturday and I am thrilled. I recently met with Juan Cruz Jr, my second-time Mazda 6 salesman at Don Mealey's Sport Mazda, and I must say, this guy is absolutely outstanding. My situation was that I had bought a 2015 Mazda 6 (manual) from him last year, which was an amazing experience from day 1; but this year, I started regretting purchasing a manual car, considering Orlando traffic I started to get tired of riding my clutch all day long. I called Juan Cruz Jr and let him know my situation, and he got me in a BRAND new 2016 Mazda 6 automatic for almost the same price as I payed monthly for my manual. What I appreciated about Juan Cruz Jr the most was his honesty. Once he quotes you a price, you don't have to worry that the numbers will change by the time you sign the paperwork. He's a man of his word and I may just keep purchasing Mazdas for the rest of my life just to continue working with him in the future. Yes, he is THAT good.

I was introduced to Sport Mazda via the KBB Instant Cash Offer program as they were one of several dealerships that offered to buy my trade at a predetermined KBB price based on my vin, mileage, equipment, etc. The dealership reached out within minutes after I submitted my interest in the program. We scheduled a time and I came into the dealership. the salesman (Edwin) was very knowledgable and easy to work with. I had some interest in the CX-9, but determined it wasn't the perfect fir for our family. I left the dealership. A week later, still in the market for a vehicle and yet to sell mine, I resubmitted my car to the KBB Instant Cash Offer program. Once again, Sport Mazda replied immediately and said they were interested in buying my vehicle. This time, I was selling my car to them even without a replacement vehicle. I provided all of my paperwork in advance including license, vin, registration, the official offer, etc. I made an appointment and showed up on time. The woman I had been dealing with (Beth) was in constant communication, telling me who to speak with when I arrived since she wouldn't be there and neither would Edwin. When I arrived, I asked to speak to Barby and that is when the experience went downhill fast. Barby was friendly and extremely polite, but almost immediately dismissed the offer as just a random piece of paper. She had someone appraise the vehicle and came back with a number much lower than the KBB Offer. This was NOT because of something I failed to disclose. She said it was because used cars had to go through service and detail. I said that was ridiculous and remarked that only a week prior, when I had indicated higher mileage that the vehicle actually had to be conservative, that the offer from the dealership was $300 higher and now it is $800 lower than the value they committed to just the day before that hadn't expired. She retreated back to the manager and came back with typical dealership doublespeak, telling me about the market, the summer, tax season, and a bunch of other random nonsense that she throws out there in an attempt to confuse and diffuse. The entire reason of using KBB is that they look at market conditions for that moment in time. The offer they provide is only good for 3 days so it is always current. At that point, after an hour in the dealership, we left. Clearly, the dealership is using the KBB program as lead generation tool with no interest in buying your car unless you buy theirs. Their intentions are not noble in this regard. I'm certain if I was buying their vehicle, they would have played trade games with the vehicle sale price and hid their actual valuation accordingly. However, they should not be participating in a program they had no intention of honoring. I would not recommend the dealership and will not consider them for any transaction going forward, even if I buy the CX-9.UPDATE: After the disappointing and frustrating experience I noted above, I expressed my frustration in addition to this review to Beth Alvarez. She let me know that she was sharing my concerns with senior management and would be in touch. Within 24 hours, the owner of the dealership personally reached out to me. He expressed his interest in learning more about the situation and in doing what he could to correct the situation. He listened attentively and was prompt and courteous in his response. He told me he'd be getting with his sales manager and be back in touch soon. He noted that to try and remedy the situation beyond looking again at the KBB offer and the vehicle specs, he'd send someone from his team out to complete the transaction conveniently at my house if we were able to move forward. I was clear that I had a path I was proceeding down with another dealership as they had agreed to meet or exceed the KBB offer as well as still considering Carmax as a backup plan. He clearly understood and moved forward with his team regardless and get back to me. The sales manager phoned me the next day offering to honor the KBB offer. I told him I appreciated him getting back to me, but that my plan was to follow through with the other dealership. Similarly I told the owner of my intentions to honor the commitment of the other dealership and give them a chance to follow through on their commitment as they had been very straightforward with me to that point. The owner Jay understood and offered some additional peace of mind in saying that his dealership would honor the offer for a full 7 days if the dealership I was intending to compete the transaction with would not. He further offered me good luck in the remainder of the car buying experience. I did complete the transaction for above the KBB offer with another dealership as planned. I thought it made sense to provide this additional detail about Sport Mazda's efforts to correct the situation. Obviously, this doesn't replace the time and frustration experienced, but it does speak to their commitment to getting it right eventually with prospective customers. And while I didn't put my pride on a shelf and complete the transaction with Sport Mazda, I do feel better knowing they are committed to making the experience better, and hopefully not just when someone posts a negative review. While I'm not about to proactively recommend this dealership, Jay and Beth's effort and concern post review felt genuine and I probably wouldn't have reservations about contacting them or Dan if I was considering Mazda in the future, knowing that they would steer me to the right resources. In full transparency for readers, I have edited my review title, raised my overall rating, updated and raised my rating of Beth Alvarez and entered new ratings for both Jay and Dan.

Had appointment to have my oil changed and tires rotated... upon arrival... Rob greeted me and I handed him the keys... and then went inside to have a cup of coffee.... Within 30 minutes Rob came in and told me my car was ready and went over the list of services preformed.......Rob was both friendly and professional, and told he would send me a reminder in about 4 months for my next appointment.... After going to a number of dealerships in the Orlando area and being treated like a number, I was frustrated to say the least. I decided to go to Sport Mazda with a less then optimistic attitude, and was pleasantly surprised by the level of professionalism and the ease in which the staff made feel. The sales representative that I had the wonderful opportunity of meeting was Mark. I explained the car and price that worked for me and he made it happen. I just sat there waiting for the classic, "Oh by the way..." list of fees that put the car you want out of reach, but it never came. Unfortunately, I was in a wreck 3 months after my purchase, and the car was a total loss. I called Mark and explained my situation. I was treated like family once again, and once again got the car at the price that worked for me. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, do yourself a favor and look up Mark Cappetta at Sport Mazda in Orlando. I also had the pleasure of meeting Mona at the dealership and she could not have been more courteous.

I pushed a new car are few months back and noticed I still had some bubbles in my tint. I was told to bring it in and they would correct it. I took it in pointed out the problem and was told to they would work on it. I sat for about a hour getting annoyed wondering why it was taking so long. Well they noticed a few bubbles in another window and were not happy with the way it looked. So they re tinted 3 of my windows, that's the reason I had to wait. I appropriate they took the time and care to make sure my windows were perfect and I wouldn't have any issues in the future. My car buying experience at Mealey Sport Mazda was magnificent. The employees were helpful, kind, and respectful. They greeted me immediately any time I entered the building and offered to help me find who I was looking for. The employees were knowledgable and they presented Mazda vehicles in a way that made them seem sleek and stylish, yet powerful and sporty. The car is amazing, offers technology I didn't know a car could have, and drives like a dream. I love driving my CX-5. I have never owned a Mazda before now and I like to tell my friends that Mazdas are fancy without trying too hard. I was able to test drive the CX-5 Touring as a walk-in and after my test drive I received contact info. My email questions were answered promptly and courteously. I purchased my car on a Wednesday evening and the process was quicker than I expected, and even though the dealership was closed before the process was complete, none of the employees seemed to be rushed to get us out, which I appreciated. They answered all of my questions, made my new car look beautiful, and Barby showed me all of the amazing features my new car has to offer. Barby is one of the main reasons I will return. She was kind and excited throughout the process, which made me smile. The whole experience was made simpler by the attentive and prompt responses of all of the employees involved. I will be returning to Mealey Sport Mazda for continued service and again for purchasing my next vehicle.

Jacob Barone, our sales rep, although young, was as professional as any sales rep we have ever dealt with. His knowledge of the CX-9 we purchased was thorough and complete; he explained and demonstrated all standard equipment and options point by point, making sure we understood before we took delivery. The place is a bit run down, old feeling and I think needs to be completely redesigned. The car I found that I wanted was in a back lot behind the back lot and was parked in that lot with several other vehicles in overgrown grass. If I were anal it likely would have completely turned me off but all that being said the overall buying/purchase experience was fantastic so I'm glad I stuck through the initial search for the vehicle. The purchase portion was smooth, quick, no gimmicks, no games. I did ask if they could throw in a $200 retractable cargo cover for my new cx5 and was denied by Juan Cruz (not R), which was disappointing. Kerwin was a great sales man who really knows the Mazda product who is passionate about getting someone a quality vehicle that fits their needs. Not pushy or demeaning like a lot of sales people are these days. He hit the ground running and was eager and made it a point to be sure my husband and I were pleased.

I went to Sport Mazda Orlando due to a friend's recommendation after their recent purchase and after I had looked at a few other dealerships. Being my first time leasing a car I had a lot of questions. My sales rep, Mark Cappetta, took phenomenal care of me and catered to my needs. I was actually dreading another car shopping trip because of all the pushy salesmen that I was encountering. We visited Sport Mazda to test drive a 2016 Miata. It was reserved and waiting for us when we arrived! Edwin explained and demoed the features of the Miata, very friendly and courteous. Loved driving the car, but it wasn't practical for my needs. As I sat there debating, really wanting a convertible but not entirely sold on the Miata, Mr. Almonte came over and chatted a bit. Sport Mazda had just taken in a used car that might interest me. We haven't purchased used cars in over 25 years, but the little BMW he presented was the perfect fit for me! When we came back to actually purchase the BMW, Edwin was unavailable and Pedro filled in for him. Very helpful and friendly. Keeping fingers crossed there will be no problems and enjoying the ride.

When I finally decided it was time to get a new car, I was dreading having to go into the various dealerships and start haggling about pricing and what I wanted. Our first stop on the first day of our car buying was to Sport Mazda. I already had an idea of what type of car that I wanted, it was just a matter of finding it! From the moment we sat with Kerwin, it was such a comfortable process. He was not pushy and he did not try to sell me anything that I wasn't asking for! Sport mazda is a good dealership. I came in looking for a specific car I saw online and was able to make a good deal on it. The car was advertised online around 3,000 less than the sticker on the car atthe dealership, so that was interesting, however the sales representative never tried to sell me the car at the sticker price. I went to the sport mazda dealership to look at the new cx-5's. Right when I walked through the door I was greeted and helped right away. I met with Kyle Whitten and he asked me various questions about what I was looking for. We then walked around the lot together looking at all of the cx-5's while he explained different qualities about the vehicles. After walking the lot we took one for a test drive which was great! Kyle explained many of the interior functions that the car had to offer while we drove. He was very informative, friendly and helpful the entire time! I loved my visit so much that after the test drive we began talking about a deal that would be a good fit for me. At no time was Kyle ever pushy and in fact he was very sincere in finding a plan that would be a perfect fit. Thanks to his and the rest of the staffs help we found a deal that worked out great! I used the USAA car buying service and got a quote right away. Other dealerships wouldn't match Sport Mazda's initial offer. Once I told Sport Mazda what I wanted, they had my car ready for pickup the next day. I came in, signed some paperwork, and was out within an hour. Got pricing online, called Luis and he sent me the price sheet. Since we live an hour away everything was done via the phone and email. In 3 days we went from identifying the car to driving it off the lot. Once we went to the showroom, it took 15 min to see the car, 15 min for initial paperwork and 15 min at Finance. No rush, no pressure. If you're in the market for a Mazda, I would highly recommend this place, that's why I drove 150 miles to go here.

I continue to take my car to the sport Mazda dealership service department over closer independent places because I know that I will get great personal service. I also am confident that they will only recommend necessary and appropriate service. I always ask for Donnie due to his excellent attention to detail. My last visit this week he found a simple recall that was included in the scheduled service time that I had setup. At times, Donnie has not been in for a needed unscheduled appointment and the other service advisers were thorough and polite and completed the needed service in a timely manner. I strongly recommend taking your vehicle, Mazda or other brand to this dealership. I have a used Chevy Malibu for my son and they have been just as responsive to my son and this car. I can always be assured that they will use the Mazda parts or appropriate replacement parts for the Malibu.

After a horrible experience at Universal Hyundai, I was blown away by the ease at Sport Mazda. We were allowed to test drive cars quickly and on our own; they even have a office complex down the road where you can test various maneuvers. When it came time to make the purchase, there was little room for negotiation but I feel I still got a good price. No dealer fee and lifetime powertrain are nice bonuses. I recommend working with Brian San Pedro; he made it simple as can be.

We purchased our 2014 Mazda6 at Sport Mazda. In two very satisfying driving years, the vehicle has been perfect. The Service department here is excellent. We had out vehicle in for service last week and a salesman, Will Ortega, gave us an intriguing offer.Will told us we could trade up to a new 2016, same features, for the same monthly price. We were close to our 36,000 miles so the idea of a new Mazda6 with zero miles was appealing.Everything Will told us was true - refreshing !! We also had a good experience with Edwin, the finance manager. Edwin gave us options on packages but there was no attempt made at a hard sell.We walked away 5 hours later paying $14 more a month, but with a Mazda6 touring model in our color, with a Navigation system as well. The Navigation system is usually in the next higher model so we feel that we got a huge 'gift' here.Will, Edwin and the entire staff was excellent. We look forward to possibly doing this again in 2018!

I had to bring my brand-new Mazda6 in for some added features that I purchased with my vehicle. The negative only thing I would say is that when I drove up it was very small tight area and really no one to greet me. Eventually I was greeted and taking care of by Donnie. They gave me a loaner vehicle and called me when it was ready. Not a bad start.

My salesman Kyle Whitten, New Car Sales Manager Josh, and General Manager Dan all went the extra mile to make sure that I was a 100% satisfied customer. They found me a replacement vehicle from another dealer within 2 days and went the extra mile by delivering the car to me at my home, since I lived an hour away from the dealership. They also apologized for their inability to solve the problem and compensated me for the disappointment I felt when my new car had to be exchanged. So I normally don't do stuff like this but I figured what the heck, why not? When I went to Mazda I was a first time buyer. I wanted a manual transmission car more than anything, and I made sure my dealer Luis Arce knew that. He helped me find this 2015 Nissan Versa and let me and my father take it for a test drive. Needless to say I loved the car and wanted to make a deal. The financial part was a bit difficult, but I suppose that's the way it is when buying a car, as I was a first time buyer so they figured I would need a bigger downpayment. Once it was all settled however, the hand shakes done and all that, I was happy to drive off in my basically new car. My only complaint would be, while Barby was a nice person, she was pushy in trying to settle a deal, putting her hand out at random times to try and seal it, it made me uncomfortable.

On behalf of my parents and I, we were highly satisfied on how we were taken care of. It all started with a call back from our friendly and knowledgable sales man Luis Arce. He asked if we were on the market for a new vechile which we were. When we arrived he was the first one at the door to greet us and asks us if we needed a bottle of water or coffee and donuts. We were suprise of his attention that he gave to us. After the deal was made which accomadated our expectations he assured that my mothers new 2016 Mazda CX5 was clean and spotless and the fuel level was full. He was very patience in answering all the questions doubt and concerns we had. He was proffesional from the begining to the end and by far my father is greatly appreciated on how well he handle all his questions not to say my father is a real dificult customer, but he has done a well done job and went above and beyond. He also went the extra mile in pleasing us with an additional 500 dollars off. I will defenently recommend this dealership. Working with Luis was great. Nobody likes going in to buy cars, but Luis made our visit a very easy going experience with no overwhelming sales pressure involved. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for, go through all of the available options and then "run the numbers" on various scenarios. I'd certainly consider doing business with him again when the need arises. More salespeople and dealerships should use the same approach.

I had a great experience this past Friday, April 22nd for service on my Mazda CX-5. I had some defective door molding replaced. Ellie was my service advisor. She had DJ take us to the Florida Mall rather than wait in the lounge because we had some retail returns to make. We killed two birds with one stone, so to speak.However, while at the mall, Ellie called and said Mazda sent some incorrect molding and we probably would either have to take a loaner or come back from Satellite Beach - where we drove from - to replace it on another date when the right molding came in. I was a little upset but it was what it was. When I called Ellie back to send DJ to pick us up from the mall, she had good news! She said they replaced the molding from another new car on your lot and will replace those when the correct molding comes in from Mazda. Thank goodness I don't have to make an extra trip to drive two and a half hours round-trip to come back to your dealership to replace!Thanks to Sports Mazda and Ellie for going the extra mile to satisfy a customer! Rob Nestor was extremely helpful and took time to explain resolution of my issue.......he was excellent.My only issue relates to the availability of the part to resolve repair of the attachment of the interior "flap" of the convertible roof on my 2016 Miata MX5. It was explained that this issue was addressed in a recent Mazda recall bulletin and the repair parts (adhesive and clamps) would have to be ordered. Since I am driving from The Villages (60 miles each way on the Florida Turnpike) it would have been nice to have been notified that the issue required ordering parts before driving to Orlando and thus avoiding a second trip to Orlando once parts arrive.This issue does not hinder my opinion of your service staff which I find always extremely courteous and helpful.

I got in contact with Kyle through TrueCar. I emailed him about the specifics of the lease I wanted on a CX5 and he replied with a quote significantly cheaper than the competitors. I then peppered him with questions about the car features and the specific inputs of the lease and he patiently and quickly answered all of my questions. He even came in to close the deal on his day off and I was out of there in about an hour. Highly recommend Kyle if you are serious about buying a car and want a straightforward salesperson.

Thank you Kyle for walking all over the dealership with me to find the perfect car. They were wonderful. I did all my negotiating through email prior to arriving. They had my car sitting out front waiting for us. We walked in and they helped us right away. We provided documentation, signed the papers and we were done! It took less than two hours. They even filled up my husband's car with gas since we had traveled a bit to get there. Our salesman was Jacob Barone, he was very friendly and personable and got everything done quickly. Our sales manager who I had negotiated price with was Jason Santiago. He was also a pleasure to work with. The finance officer Rey Almonte was also friendly and efficient. I highly recommend them.

I just bought a second Mazda from Sport Mazda in less than three years. The first one was a 2014 CX-5 which I bought for my older daughter as her first car. I can't recall now who my salesperson person was back then but he did excellent job as did the whole team at sport Mazda. The car is absolutely awesome and my daughter loves it. This brings me to my current experience. Just yesterday I purchased our second Mazda from Sport Mazda, this time for my younger daughter for her first car. This time we got a 2016 Mazda 6. Again, had a great experience. Willie Ortega was our salesperson and he was awesome. Definitely a lot more mature than his age would let on. He was courteous, polite, not pushy and very informative. We are very happy with our purchase and the whole team at Sport Mazda. I would also like to add that Mazda makes it very solid, quality vehicle. I continue to be impressed with their products.

Had a pleasant experience purchasing my Mazda 3. The sales rep Shane was very knowledgeable and helped me find the exact car I was looking for. He did sell the idea of purchasing the preferred package (I ended up not) but in no way did I feel pressured to do so, or to purchase anything during my trip there.I mainly dealt with Barby and Jason through e mail, they were both very friendly and quick to return my e mails, which I appreciate, as admittedly I might have been difficult to deal with. I did see both in person, and they were nothing but friendly and appreciative of me being there.I got a good price on my car, I think ultimately I could of haggled a little more down, but with the no dealer fee on new vehicles, I was very happy with the price I got.As long as I live in the Orlando area, I plan on doing business with Sports Mazda.

Earnest was very attentive and helpful during the car shopping experience. He was a very nice guy to work with and I am very happy with his support. I found the final paperwork experience to be a little time consuming and I did not finance anything (paid cash). The car preparation (cleaning) for delivery also took a little longer than I hoped. I went into this dealership on my last day of break hoping to find a car that I would love just as much as my first if not more. I was a little disappointed that Mark's Sales Manager, Jason S., did not honor our conversation regarding throwing in the navigation device after driving all the way over from Satellite Beach again this past Saturday. I actually should've left the dealership at that point. In any case, I drove off the lot with the CX5 but the deal left a sour taste in my mouth.Mark was busy when I showed up the second time so he handed the paperwork processing and reviewing the delivery checklist to Willie.

My car needed service. My son was coming to spend time with us on his newly acquired, Leave from the Army I was at UF HEALTH Cancer Center, and I tried to arrange for someone from Sport to pick my car up, while I was in the Pulmonary Wellness Program. Kerwin said he'd be willing to do so, as long as the Service Manager, could fit me in on Wednesday or Friday. ( I was calling on Monday.) I drive into Orlando Monday, Wednesday, & Friday to go to UFHCC . knew the hospital campus, was close. But I tire easy, my husband works and I need some help to manage getting my car serviced. To say the lama agent of the Service Department was Indifferent to my situation was an understatement. . He actually told me, what I knew to be a 13 min. Drive to the Dealership, would take an hour and 15 mins. He was clueless, returned my call of Monday, on Wednesday. Then explained how he had a desk full of people ahead of me. I was so disappointed. I have had many Heath challenges that lead to me being put on oxygen 24/7. .my time to wait is limited by my oxygen supply AND my stamina. Then, I called Friday morning, and Rob said to ask for him. My prayers had been answered! By then my daughter had arrived, tired, but willing to help,, from Oahu The efficiency and expedience with which I was taken care of by Rib and the tech, was amazing.Even a recall item, I knew nothing about, was fixed! My only disappointment was, we couldn't get my car to make the mystery noise it has made, since the day I bought it. So many people have heard the noise, yet, as patient as the tech was, it just didn't happen while he was in the car. Don't you know it did, it, when I got back to The Villages? Not his fault, nor mine. We will be back again, and knowing what an easy process it is to get the car serviced will make it easier to do so. Not w if I could only build some stamina, and loose the oxygen. But the O2 is going to be a life long accessory, So I plan to call and ask for Rob, whenever I need my car serviced! Thank you Sports Mazda, for living up to your promise of being the best, far and wide.Now to relax and enjoy my Army son, in my Grand Touring CX5. .

People filled in for each other so no customer had to wait too long, even if their service person was tied up. Ellie fits right into that model of customer care. My wife and I bought a car on Sunday, March 6. Earnest helped us. He is the man. We test drove 6 cars over 2 days and was running all over the dealership to bring cars to us. He even found a car that was in the back not on the main parking area. He answered all of our questions and made the process easier than most dealerships. He allowed us to take our time. Sport Mazda provided a no pressure sales experience, including a Consumer Reports True-Car based discount and a Mazda owner rebate. Driving 120 miles to Sport Mazda to do business saved us over $1300 right off the bat. The no cost life-time power train warranty provided by Sport Mazda is a real plus. Our new 2016 MX-5 Miata's navigation system wouldn't search for satellites after we drove it off the lot. We returned to the dealership after about an hour and they immediately tried to resolve the issue, but were not able to do so. However, Earnest Evans and Donnny Larson arranged a loaner vehicle to use while the problem is being resolved - great customer service.

I have never been a huge fan of car shopping! This was by far the best experience shopping for a car ever. As soon as I got to Sport Mazda, the entire staff was extremely helpful and friendly. This was the 1st dealership that I didn't feel attacked or pressured by the salesmen. I was approached by Jacob Barone, I told him what I was looking for and in the market to purchase a used Mazda. Jacob took his time showing me several cars, he was very patient explaining all the different features, and was extremely knowledgeable! He listened to my concerns and seemed to genuinely care about my wants and needs. They were able to work with my financial budget and made monthly payments very affordable. I was going through a struggle were every single dealership I went to, I would either get the old, " Your too young" or " I don't have any credit or a co-signer". But Sport Mazda helped me out. My husband and I both purchased vehicles from Sport Mazda this weekend. We saved THOUSANDS of dollars more that what we would have spent had we purchased our cars locally. We went to the dealership to simply pick up my husband's car, and I wound up trading in my 2014 Mazda 3 for a 2016 Mazda 6 as well. This plays like a broken record from me.. every time I come in I have an excellent service experience with no complaints. The staff is attentive and friendly and always a pleasure to deal with. This last visit I was in for some work that included a recall, oil change and tire rotation.. I was out of there in under an hour having come in for a 3p appointment.

I went in to check out getting a replacement car because of high ratings on the Mazda3 on reviews in consumer reports and online. The service was professional, polite and answered all of my questions in a timely manner without being pushy. Sales rep was able to explain the differences between the trim levels and cars. Price was fair and got a good car.The keys to two identical cars (make, model, trim and everything) got mixed up and they ended up giving me the wrong car, but notified me immediately when it was discovered. We're all human and mistakes happen, these guys handled it professionally. I ended up getting to drive around the wrong car for a week and got a free tank of gas and saved putting 300 miles on my real car.

I was assisting buying a car for my 90-year old parents. My biggest concern was safety for my parents driving at this age and Mazda met my goals. Ana was so good and patient with us. She went the extra mile to make sure my parents were comfortable while we were there. She did not try to oversell us on features we did not need. After the sale, she spent some extra time with my dad to explain how to use all the features. We ended up with a Mazda 6 grand touring and couldn't be happier. Thanks Ana.

This was probably the best car buying experience I have ever had! I was looking for a 4x4 to take to Colorado with me since I'll be moving there within the next few months. Mark Cappetta ended up pointing out a great vehicle with awesome features that was within my budget. After taking it for a spin I was ready to talk prices. He was so quick in getting all my information and making sure I was comfortable that it made my car buying experience a breeze. After purchasing the car he quickly got me into the financing office and Cody was able to transfer my insurance in about 5 minutes, which was so helpful! All in all such an easy transaction and I would recommend Mark 1,000 times over, great experience from start to finish. Thanks guys!

The service was fast and straight to the point. I think the only thing I can say was not good experience was the roaches in the vehicle. We had overall the inside wuth top to bottom cleaning. We pulled back the carpet, lift up seats, and open up storge bins. We laid down pesticides and vaccum every where we could get that hose in. This was the same day we purchase the vehicle. The family that had this vehicle was nasty with children and a dog. But the vehicle runs great and no it is roach free. Keeping our fingers cross.

I live in Ponce Inlet near Daytona Beach. Pre-owned Chevy Volts were not available locally, and we wanted a specific color and premium trim. I found one online at Sport Mazda, made a few quick calls for introductions and some preliminary numbers, then arranged to drive over to see the car.At every step, Craig and Pedro were very friendly and pleasant, and answered all our questions.
