I had went into sport Mitsubishi after having a horrible experience with another dealer-not same make-just the other day. I was greeeted with in a minute of walking into the show room. compaird to the other dealer where i traversed the lot a few times before someone said hi to me and that was standing at an empty reception desk for a few minutes Angel ny sales person was very friendly and gave me options and suggested something better than what i originally intended. needless to say i left happy

My experience shopping at this dealer was very smooth and easy, with no pushy salespeople. Angel helped me out with every vehicle that I wanted to look at. The keys were handed to me and I took my time looking at the vehicle with no one next to me trying to push a sales pitch on me. Angel was a great help and it made my experience go very smoothly and quickly. The prices on the used cars are straightforward and it was very easy to compare to others. After looking at a Honda Odyssey, my wife and I were still undecided if it was right for us. Andrew told us to give it some thought and let him know when we were ready. We called back the next day to arrange the sale after comparing our options are realizing what a great deal we were getting. We were handled by Gabriel since Andrew was finishing another sale and received the same great service. (We had actually spoke to Gabriel on the phone prior to viewing the vehicle so it was nice to speak with someone who was familiar with us and the vehicle.) We signed some basic paper work and transferred our items to the new car. We then had the pleasure of speaking with Jonathan in Finance. We were originally preapproved by our bank and were ready to just sign and drive. After some discussion, it was suggested to see if a lower rate could be found. Despite it being well after close Jonathan went the extra mile and was able to source a rate lower than we were able to find on our own. He alone saved us close to $1000 over the course of the loan while lowering the monthly payment. Every part of the exchange was well organized. They were very accommodating with my 4 year old daughter as well. They offered an extremely competitive trade-in valuation, and included an unlimited mileage/age powertrain warranty (which would cost around $1500). I estimate that by purchasing from Sport Mitsu/Suby I saved close to $3500 (If I need to use the warranty this could easily double). As an individual that has worked in dealerships for over 5 years (service dept), I can tell you the quality of the people here are top notch. I'll start the search for our next car at their dealership.

Today I worked with David Roman via online chat, e-mail, and phone. He was very helpful and friendly, but somewhat unavailable. Inquiring about a particular vehicle's condition and unanswered questions took a few hours of back-and-forth to address. When it came to negotiating an out-the-door price, David and his "manager" were unwilling to negotiate, and in no hurry to make this sale happen. In all, this inquiry wasted a significant portion of my day with no results to show. I would suggest to any potential customers to schedule your visit on days you can squander, and know they may be completely unwilling to negotiate after misusing your time.

We saw a BMW 2004 X5 online that they were selling, send an inquiry message and they reply rapidly. Salesman Gabriel Dominguez gave us a call the next morning and we came for a test drive. The whole process was smooth. Gabriel was great and very informative, management was great and Finance Manager Jon Frisby was awesome. We got a great rate for our financed vehicle and we drove off with the car we wanted within ours. Definitely recommend this dealership and sales team when looking for a vehicle.

I went to find out prices to purchase a new car and Alex took really good care of me, test drive, explanations, the works.. Until I got to deal with the finance department and I think I got screwed. I specifically asked them to run my credit ONCE, they ran it FIVE TIMES. They approved a credit for 75 months instead of the 72 offered, please be careful with the finance guys because they'll do things you DID NOT ASK FOR,

We told him we were early for our appointment. Trevor ask our name went inside came back immediately with keys to SUV we had the appointment to see. After exhaustive online research, I came upon this dealership and decided I would purchase a used car from them due to their lifetime powertrain warranty. I found a couple different cars that I was interested in, and was able to negotiate the pricing with David Santiago via email. This was very important to me since I live about 5 hours away from the dealership, and would only make the drive down if I was sure to get the best possible deal. I arrived at the dealership, inspected and test-drove two vehicles and bought a 2013 Ford Focus. Everyone was very professional and the paperwork was completed in a timely manner. I will definitely look first to this dealership for my next purchase which will likely be a Subaru. Great job all around!

Shopping for a good and reliable used car can be an arduous and difficult undertaking ...especially finding a car for our 21 year old grandson! We spent one day visiting a number of dealers along Colonial Drive following up on several cars our grandson had previously seen. From the moment I stepped into the showroom, I was treated with courtesy, respect and professionalism. Frank was a joy to work with. He showed me exactly the cars I asked to see and explain features. When it came time to discuss financing, there was no haggling or high pressure sales tactics. I ended up receiving a better price then I thought I would get on a car that I thought was way out of my range. The entire was great, but Frank and Mr. Frisby were fantastic! This is very different than my experience in a store just across the street. The lifetime warranty alone is enough of a reason to shop here, but every other aspect of my car-buying journey also makes this a place I will tell every single one of my friends and family about. Sales reps were very friendly and personable. Didn't feel pressured at all when buying. They went above and beyond to beat the deal I got from my credit union on financing and when I ran into some unexpected paperwork issue, they were able to hold the vehicle until I got it sorted out rather than just canceling the purchase. I can't say enough about how positive my experience has been with the service department here. The staff is amazing, courteous, friendly, accommodating, and most important knowledgeable. This is my second experience here and I have nothing negative to say. I just purchased my first brand new car at this dealer ship,not only was it my first new car it was my dream car,something ive wanted since i was like 10 yrs old.i was very excited coming to this dealership.. Alex made the process so easy got me into what i wanted right away, me being a first time buyer he also tried to get me the best deal payment wise.. He was extremely nice and patient.. My husband and I decided to go shopping for a new car. On that specific day we visited 5 car dealerships before going to Sports Mitsubishi Im so glad we decided to stop at Sports Mitsubishi and meet Justin Moore. He was very friendly and explained every feature the car had. Justin also explained the warranties offered by the dealership. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly. I was originally looking for a used vehicle, but with the incentives and rebates on the new vehicles it was an easy choice to buy new. Every staff member I dealt with was helpful and super friendly, but the real reason i purchased my new Outlander was Angel. He went above and beyond to get me a great deal and made the process a lot less painful. Also I have to thank "Frisbee" in the finance department for not only being super helpful but patient with me in making various decisions. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Came in on a Sunday, looking at the Dodge Avenger 2013. I couldn't decide on this one or one from Greenway Dealership, and Angel was our salesman. We took car for a test drive and Angel was not pushy, listened to what we wanted and explained how trade-ins worked, financing, etc. He sold me the Avenger on his lot, because he wasn't pushy, he was very helpful and friendly and made the experience comfortable. He worked with us until we came to a price agreement that we could afford. He told me in the beginning, he would make sure we didn't even leave his dealership to go to the other dealership. I have not brought a new car in 13 years and I was nervous about the whole thing. What I liked most about James is that he never pressured me into anything. He was such a gentleman and the sales team work with me to secure financing. I would send my friends to James any day. Especially being a single women, he would not take advantage of that.

James was very courteous and helpful. Even when it seem like we could not reach an agreement on the sale of the car; James sent a friendly email to thank me for coming in. I felt he was honest and trust worthy. Use car salesmen are not always looked at as honest people. Therefore, it was refreshing to talk to someone that I felt had my best interest in mind. He never made me feel pressured into making a decision. I can honestly say that he was instrumental in my purchasing the car. I would definitely recommend him to a friend.

My boyfriend and I had been discussing the possibility of trading in my old car and seeing what sort of deals I could get on a new car when he suggested we go to Sport Subaru/Mitsubishi. He'd bought two previous cars from them and was pleased with both of his prior experiences. James, the salesman, was absolutely incredible. He listened to every single word we said and was able to find the exact car we were looking for. He was knowledgeable, understanding, and never once made us feel pressured into making a decision.He was able to pair me with a 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport, and it was love at first sight. During the test drive, he was able to answer every single question we had. When we arrived back at the dealership, James let Mr. Frisby know what we were shooting for as far as monthly payments went, and Mr. Frisby was INCREDIBLY accommodating! Everyone worked far into the night (and long after closing time!) to get us the best deal, and I could not have been more appreciative.We will be referring every friend and family member in the market for a new car to visit this dealership. In our way to another Mitsubishi dealership we drove by this dealership and decided to stop and get a test drive on a 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander sport. It was 30 minutes before closing time, Mr. Jeffery aproach us and very kindly took the time to grant us a text drive even though it was so late not to mensition there was no pressure during the whole negotiation process. We got a great deal on the vehicle we wanted and Mr. Frisby then walked us throw the finalcial aspect of the loan and work extreamely hard to get us the lowest montly payments and interest rates and as that was not enough he also took the time to give us some financial time on how to improve our credit scores. Went in with very specific pricing (not much to put down, trade in on my wifes Mazda 3, not much over what I'm currently paying), and desire for a specific car (Mitsubishi Lancer GTS), and no desire to be jerked around after already visiting two other dealers over the weekend already (and having credit run there). Even after awkward test drives where the salesman was regaling me with stories about Evil Eyes & Life's Troubles being overcome by loving God and having me & the wife talk to him privately (not Christian, so it made me a bit uncomfortable), I was still willing to stick it out to see the best deal I would be getting, which sounded promising. After being there that night till closing and putting myself in a position where I was willing to agree on a specified payment that was a little higher than I wanted that was still good, they sent me home that night as they were checking banks. The next day I called the dealership 3 times to see if they found the payment I was promised, and was told that they "had something to work with" and to stop in. Something sounded fishy, but i still left work a bit early to go down to see what they found. Not only did they not find me the deal I wanted (which they could have said earlier and saved me time) but then they mention they could give me the same deal offered earlier on a Gallant, a car I had no interest or desire to get! I left the dealership frustrated and angry that I wasted two days and I feel I was even harassed a bit in order to get the deal I wanted on the car I wanted! If you cannot work within the narrow margins I give you, please just let me go. Don't offer me a deal that we shake on that you say you can do, then offer me another car I don't want at that same payment/ price range! Please read reviews about this dealership and let the buyer beware.

They came back with a super high payment that I couldnt of afforded no matter what. They were not willing to work with me and they were well over 3k more on the car I was looking at. I found the car 3k cheaper at RC Hill and was very happy with RC Hills service. Anyone looking for a Mitsubishi or used car should check out RC Hill first before Don Mealey.

I was very impressed with Donte'. His knowledge of the car line was very impressive. My wife and I went in after walking away from another dealership very upset. Donte' greeted us with a smile and when we met Jon, we new we where at the right place. We purchased a 2010 Lanser GT. We told them where our payment needed to be and to our suprise it was lower then we expected. It is nice to know that there are still top sales people in the car world.
