I was in the market for a preowned car and could not find what I was looking for in Columbia. I found Sports and Imports online. I called and explained to Mike what I was looking for and he assured me that he had what I wanted. He rearranged his schedule to accomadate the timeframe I needed in order to see and test drive the car. When I arrived on the lot, he came out and greeted me with a smile and he had the keys ready to the vehicles I wanted to test drive. After test driving , Mike showed me the carfax and went over the vehicle with me. I was impressed with his honesty as it relates to the cost of the vehicle. After going over everything I purchased the car! I am so happy with my purchase! Mike and his wife Mia were great and I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in purchasing a new car. Mike's integrity as it relates to business and his cars is impeccable !!!

All the vehicles on the lot were in excellent condition. The owner was very patient and helpful. He gave me the highest price for my trade-in and the vehicle that I purchased was well within the value so no need to haggle. I wasn't able to pick up the car on a Saturday but the owner went to the office on Sunday to accommodate my schedule. The car already had a Carfax available so made the process easier. I was pleased with the entire purchase and trade-in process and would definitely buy another vehicle from Sports & Imports.

So far Dealer has been great in the process and I like the engagement on this forum. A GOOD dealer who cares about his dealer will reply to poor ratings such as Omars. Sounds like he got more than he bargained for on the post and has not replied back to the dealer.

purchased the vehicle sight unseen, it was described as needing NOTHING at all. Car arrived looking very nice and overall happy however very deep scratches on hood and trucnk that involved having to repaint the hood and trunk ($1200), dealer was not willing to help even a few hundred dollars as these scratches were not told to us.
