Its inexcusable how this dealership and owner conducts their business. They are unethical with zero integrity.I sat in the dealership with my family for hours attempting (Saturday) to work out a deal that I felt good about. When we couldn't come to a good place, I took my family and left. I loaded the family back into the car and as we were about to pull away they stopped us and asked me to come back in for a better deal.I proceed to return the dealership alone and the owner, yes the owner (Matt Law), offered a deal that I felt comfortable with. Not wanting to pull the hungry family back out of the car on this rainy evening (and with my wife not present, I could set this up as Christmas gift for her), Matt assured me this deal was good until the next business day (Monday) so I could clean out the vehicle we are trading while it wasnt raining and would be without the family. We even discussed how he could store the car for me until Christmas. We shook hands and thanked him for honoring the deal until Monday.Well I go in on the next business day, and they informed me that this particular car was "sold" and they would not honor the deal on any vehicle of the same model.If you want to give them the benefit of the doubt that they did actually sell the vehicle, couldnt they just sell me another vehicle, right? Well apparently this vehicle had a special rebate that gave them the ability to offer that particular deal and not just an attempt at a bait and switch. Or Matt could have chosen to honor the deal (not his sale associate, not his sales manager, but HIS DEAL) to demonstrate his integrity. NOPE! It was actually the reverse. His employees put the fault on me for not taking the deal when it was offered and gave me the advice that next time I should have either signed or gotten it in writing. The owners word and handshake isnt good enough.I have taken my business elsewhere and I would recommend you do as well.

Had a terrible experience with the sales manager. He wouldn't let me test drive the car until they ran a credit check on me and told me what the payment was. Than he told me it would have a 6 in front of it before we even negotiated the price of the car or my trade in value. When I asked about negotiated the price of the car he told me there wasn't much room. I told him that Jeff Dambrosio had them listed cheaper, was than told to go there instead. I do not recommend this dealership at all! It was a terrible experience and I won't be returning. If the sales manager tells you to go to Jeff Dambrosio than I recommend you do the same.

Walked in off the street just to look and ended up buying the perfect car for me. The Outlander Sport speaks for itself with amazing gas mileage and all the amenities but I had my heart set on a different car. The sales reps were very friendly and knowledgeable about their cars. I felt respected when I was asking questions about the car that may have been common sense. I was taken care of by Brittany and Dave and it was a pleasure. I was comfortable throughout the entire process and it was very exciting. I would highly recommend if you are in the market to go to Mitsubishi Springfield as they made the process about my needs and not about pushing their agenda!

I went in to the dealers thinking that I would only hear about the dollar. But no they where friendly, made me feel comfortable and made my experience the BEST. I would and will tell all my friends to go to the springfeild Mitsubishi and get you a car. Great experience ????

My Fiance and I purchased a 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander on Friday 08/30/2013 and had the most amazing experience working with Dave, John, and Brian. We both have only ever did private purchases and were very nervous and iffy on it. After talking with them and test driving the car we received a deal and experience we couldn't pass up. We love our new car and the staff at Mitsubishi Springfield and we plan on buying all of our cars from them from this point forward! :) :)

Long story short, I bought a car from them a couple months back and broke down in rush hour traffic the second day I was driving it. I wanted to return my car and get my old one back but did not want to give it back to me. So after I wrote my story on Google review, the dealership came back with multiple "excellent" reviews to boost their ratings all posted within 1 week of each other. They also have 29 excellent yellow page reviews in which some of them are repeats. Its sad that companies can use these review sites to falsify customer satisfaction. The worst thing is that one of their employees actually commented on Google and I posted it below. It is absolutely beautiful. They have really great service; they asked me what i was looking for and found the perfect vehicle for me. They showed me 3 different cars and made sure i was comfortable and liked the car. They didn't pressure me to purchase one car over the other since its a salary based dealership. I chose the car i felt the most comfortable in and the payment fit my budget.They made sure the car was fully detailed and had gas in it so i was ready to drive after i signed for it. I would recommend Springfield Mitsubishi to anyone that is buying a car. No credit, bad credit, or re-establishing credit, they will work to get you on the road.
