Robert was great to work with! I didn’t have to drive it and got it delivered. Did a quick run through it and I couldn’t be happier. I’m familiar with these engines and I’ll run this just like my others. I can’t say enough about the transparency and response time. Robert was great and even answered my call at 7:30 in the morning. Easiest part of moving from MA to Florida was dealing with SRQ.

SRQ AUTO LLC has a bus-van inventory that can’t be beat! Kim and Tim sales combo team put a great deal together for me. I appreciate their no pressure approach and how accommodating they were to my mechanic’s inspections. Dog-friendly establishment to boot!

Updated: Needing transmission repairs; problems started coming up. I bought the van in July. I informed the auto loan financing company of a few rare jerking on shift changes a few days after. After a trip out of town on the highway beginning of this month, I started noticing that the van would go on limp mode and that the check engine lights started to pop up. Some of the codes read exhaust temp sensors, turbocharger sensors, and Diesel Particle Filter restriction. I went to the Mercedes Dealership for diagnostics. They informed me that the transmission might need to be repaired and that it would cost $7000. I called SRQ Auto for assistance but stated they were not aware of any transmission problems and would have disclosed any issues to me if there were.
