I was having a problem with my Nissan not starting and I tried everything I could think of. Then I called the service center and spoke to Clint I was very stressed out and he calmed me down and then told me a trick to try. I went home and tried it and it worked. I can't thank him enough for making my day better. Not only did he help get my car started but he was patient with me on the phone and calmed down when I was a bit frazzled and that alone was very nice to have happen. Even if the trick would not have worked his demeanor on the phone was amazing and I am grateful. Thank you so much for everything. The small things do matter.

I am very appreciative of Sean who helped me out in a desperate situation. He was very enjoyable and not like the typical aggressive car dealer. I felt comfortable being advised by him and believe that he had a sincere interest in me getting a good deal. I came in fairly late and even though the dealership closed at 9pm he stayed until 10:30 to explain to me the features of the car and figure out my new insurance with me. I would definitely recommend St Charles Auto, and especially Sean, to any of my friends.

Mark took care of my sale on a new 2015 Pathfinder. I felt he was very honest when dealing with me and didn't push me to do anything I didn't want to. I was very aggressive with my negotiations and felt he was really trying to mediate a deal that the dealer would accept and that would make me happy. After we agreed on price and financing I had to return to the dealer twice before the purchase was finalized. At this time I really felt like Mark was providing me great service. Even though the deal was already complete he went above and behind to take care of my needs and make sure my time was being valued. Thanks Mark

I leased a car in 2014 from Jason and he was very knowledgeable and helped my decision making process go smoothly. He worked with my crazy schedule and we made it work. Yesterday my boyfriend leased the 2015 Rogue with Jason and we had another great experience. Our work hours had us showing up there at 5. They close at 6 and Jason stayed late to help us out. I will definitely keep coming back! Unfortunately I cannot remember the sales managers name but he helped us get a great deal.Also wanted to mention the great service I've had there as well with Don. My car has always been ready before the quoted time and he really seems to care about the customers.

Called for assistance about a car purchased at this dealership. Not sure the name, but whoever answered the phone was short and rude. Possibly Clint. Called again later, same bad attitude. He hung up both times without saying anything. After an odd purchasing experience to begin with, I will completely avoid this dealership.

I came into the dealership, my weather strip had been worn down on both sides of my car just in the front doors. Don greeted me, he was very friendly and remembered me coming in to get my oil changed. Bill came to look at the problem and ordered new weather strips. Don contacted me to let me know the weatherstrips had arrived and scheduled an appointment with me. I arrived on my appointment date. Al greeted me and took great care of my car. I am so pleased with the great service and respect that I have received. My car looked new when the appointment was over. Thank you guys for the great service!

Great experience purchasing a new Altima. Mitch Riordan went out of his way to be sure I was selecting the right model to meet my needs. We will never buy a car from this dealership. Aside from the top of the line Rogue we test drove and were NOT impressed with, the customer service we received was extremely poor. My husband came in one morning and spoke with a salesman, and the salesman was relentlessly calling and emailing us. It definitely came off as annoying and desperate. A couple days later we both came in, test drove the new Rogue. Talk about a boring car. After coming from a Ford dealership and seeing a new Escape (which we ended up purchasing), there is no way we would ever buy a Rogue. For the same price, we got a much nicer vehicle. We drove the Rogue, and sat down with a different salesman, and then he went to get his manager. Said manager sat down, and actually said, "Whatever you do, don't buy a domestic car." We are all for promoting the brand you sell, but to actually tell someone not to buy a domestic car, that did it for us. We will never be back and will definitely not recommend this dealer to anyone.

My Wife and I filled out a survey about her Hyundai Sante Fe and the Operations manager called because of a low score. We had issues because the seatbelt is very uncomfortable. We were told by the operations manager that after talking to the mangers at the Hyundai and the Nissan dealership that they would be able to work a deal for a different car. We were looking to get a Nissan Rouge (because that is what my wife had before and loved it). We spent 4 hours after the dealership looking at cars and then hearing that if they car was less money we would be able to work the deal for you. First of all, that was never clarified when we were asked to come into the dealership to look at the issue with the Sante Fe and talk to them about getting a new vehicle. We lined up a babysitter and came into the dealership to work with them and this and spent almost 4 hours for nothing. This was not handled well at all. Nobody asked brought up the cost involved to be able to trade in our Santa Fe for the Rouge. Nobdy seems to have really done any research up front or bothered to asked us any questions, before telling us to come into the dealership. It seems that if you are going to ask someone to come into a dealership for 4 hours you would have your "ducks in a row". I also brought up these concerns, Kevin (the Hyundai the sales manger) was condescending when asked about why we were asked to come in to work the the root problem. And nobody bothered to look into this. All he could say, is I hope you are not mad at us?Needless to say, at some point we were happy with this dealership and likely would have bought many cars from there based on our first experience with St. Charles Hyundai/Nissan.

While searching for our son's first used car within a tight budget, Jason Kresko was the only salesperson to listen to what model of car that we were looking for in our budget. So many dealerships allowed for us to waste time driving to their locations only to find that they didn't have what we needed. Some harassed us with phone calls suggesting cars that we didn't want.When we visited Jason, he showed us what he had in our price range. He was more than patient with us and answered every question we had. When it was time to purchase, he streamlined the experience. He went above and beyond on the car's maintenance, checklist, price, and our needs were met. The entire staff there was friendly while we waited and Cathy Brands completed our transaction with ease and lots of important tips for us. The most important thing to me was that we didn't have a lot of money to spend and Jason treated us like we were his most important customer. That is the difference and we will return.

I knew my lease was going to be up on my 2011 Nissan Armada and wanted to get another one. Dan Gibbons took the time and listened to what I was looking for. Asked what I liked about my 2011 and what I would like to improve. He also took note that we wanted to stay close to our payment that we had with the 2011. Dan did an extensive search of the inventory and presented me with three options (good better best). Although it was above our current payment we chose the "better". Dan is very intelligent and knowledgeable about the Nissan line. I have to say that everyone we have interacted with at St. Charles Nissan are very professional. We will definately be customers for a long time.

I made an appointment for 5000 miles service online thru their website. I had it at 5:00PM July 3, I got there 10 minutes ahead of time and they refused to service my vehicle and told me it is already late in the day and they started working at 7 in the morning and just told me that their appointment system is so messed up and not rely on it anymore. Hey Nissan St Charles, your service advisor told your customer that your appointment system is bad and if he is to decide he would shut it down. All the people there look tired and are just standing around and refuse to take on customers, maybe they want to start July4 early. I could understand if they called me ahead of time to cancel or reschedule if they cannot accommodate me. This is very bad customer service and arrogant attitude by these people.

Have you ever been to a restaurant and had wonderful service but mediocre food? If you are similar to me you will go back back for the service. If both are in sync you will immediately become hooked and return whenever possible. Sounds cheesy but this is how I now feel about St. Charles Nissan. Andy and Greg teamed up to sell me a Nissan Quest and Nissan Sentra on the same day. Within a very acceptable time I was in and out the door. (4hrs) When it came time for my sister-in-law to buy a car I called Andy on his cell and gave him the heads up. She is still in college and it wasn't easy to set up financing but Andy as always came through. She loves her Sentra.Fast forward one year. It is time to get a new car due to my lease being up. I went in on a Tuesday morning with tons of work to do as well as take care of the car. Andy set me up with WiFi in his office so I could work. I told him what I needed out of the deal and within 2 hours I was out the door with a new car. Greg once again was involved in getting me transferred over to the new vehicle from the overview to set up I left knowing that once again I made a good decision.

While shopping for a new vehicle I stopped by St. Charles automotive to drive several cars because I was still undecided on what I wanted to purchase. The first time I was there I worked with Jason who was extremely nice and very helpful. The second time I was there I made my decision on what I wanted to purchase and worked with Dan Gibbons, because Jason was tied up with another customer. We were unable to agree on a price with Dan, so I left to shop around at other dealers. Dan called me often to check in as those in sales often do, but he was never very helpful. When I asked for his email address he gave me his Gmail account, instead of his work email which seemed very unprofessional to me. After I made my purchase at another Nissan dealership in St. Louis, Dan called again and I told him I had already made my purchase else where. He wanted to know how much I bought it for and if the car I bought had the same options as the car he was selling me. Of course the car I bought is the exact same and I bought it much cheaper from Suntrup Nissan on South Lindberg, but I didnt feel comfortable telling him how much cheaper, so he hung up on me. I think St. Charles Nissan is probably a great place to buy a car, but I would never buy a car from Dan Gibbons.

This is my third leased Nissan with St. Charles Nissan and I would highly recommend both Dan Gibbons and the entire dealership to everyone. Dan was extremely courteous and helpful and went above and beyond in making sure I was getting the best vehicle for me. What an awesome job he did - St. Charles Nissan is truly lucky to have him as a company employee.Dan and the business manager realized after all the paperwork was signed that there was another discount available - so my payment was made even lower than originally thought.Throughout the years I have been extremely pleased with the level of service from everyone from the sales department to the service department and after today's experience am even more impressed with their commitment to making their customers happy. We went into the dealership not knowing exactly what we wanted. It was a very cold and windy day but Andy went out on the lotand brought up four different cars for us to drive. We settled on an Altima which suited our needs perfectly. Then came thepricing. Our first offer was accepted and that was that. I've had very bad experiences with car dealers before but this was anabsolute no brainer. We had just left a dealer in Wentzville and the salesman was a perfect jerk so I wasn't in the best of moodswhen I got to St Charles Nissan but Andy quickly changed that. Overall, a 100% delightful car buying experience. There was no financing but Cathy made the paperwork a painless effort. I will recommend Andy and Cathy to all my friends and family.

A Breath of Fresh Air: My son was looking for a low price, good quality used car. We had been to a few dealers that we hadn't felt like were willing to work within his budget. Greg was different. He worked with my son (the other dealers only wanted to speak to us, his parents). After my son told Greg his budget, Greg drove us through the lot pointing out all the cars that he would be able to negotiate into our price range. It was freezing cold, close to closing on a Saturday evening. He was willing to stay and get everything done so that my son could drive off the lot in his "new" car that evening. I would definitely recommend this dealership and when you get there make sure you ask for Greg.

This is my 2nd vehicle purchase from Paul Hinton in 6 months. My first purchase was a 2013 Nissan Rogue. Paul answered all my questions, made me feel comfortable with my vehicle selection by ensuring that the car was comfortable for me with the features I requested. I did not feel pressured nor did he try to rush my purchase. When we needed a vehicle for our teenager, I shopped around and was not impressed by the customer service of the sales people I encountered. The dealership helped me exchange a 2013 Versa S for a Versa SV. The SV cost more because it had more features. I did not receive the amount I paid for the Versa S because it became a used car. The dealership help lower the Versa SV cost by searching for rebates. I was impressed with their help! Thanks so much! The salesman Justin Londoff lied on the sale said there were new brakes and took about a month then realized the back were almost worn to nothing. Then 3months later car battery was dead had to jump it. Told me over the phone it was put in 6 months ago when leather kit was put in bring it back. Brought it back said it was fine then had to print outs from autozone and advance that said the battery was bad they said it's not covered cause they put a new key battery in not a car battery. They lie and are rude and cheap. Would never recommend anyone to them. Don't go here

I worked with Andy Pomeroy over about a five hour period on a Saturday. He was busy balancing me as well as at least one another former customer (back to purchase again from him), but he didn't make me feel neglected. During the lulls of getting gas in the car/negotiations, Andy and Joe Caswell both were pleasant to chat with and pass the time. Andy worked to get the price of the vehicle down as well as secure me an interest rate a full percent point lower than the national bank rates I had been looking at. The financing with Cathy was also exceptionally painless (FYI for buyers, you cannot charge more than 2,000 on a credit card). On the whole, I didn't feel rushed or pressured while at the dealership or working with Andy and I left happy with my vehicle and satisfied with the price and financing. Thanks again.

Met Mr Low upon arrival at the dealership. Told him what I was looking for he directed me to Joe which was one of his sales personel. Joe took over and made the process of picking out a car and doing the paper work a real pleasure. One if not the car purchases I have made. From there the service continued to Mr Kahn who was there Business Manager, again the process was simple no stress and he was as the other two a real class gentleman to work with. Excellent! I am very particular when it comes to customer service, a pet peeve you might say, anyway I couldn't be more pleased with the friendly service, timely processing and great price I received on my used car. I had called Bob ahead of time as I was traveling from 150 miles away. He was straightforward, friendly and helpful so I arranged a time to meet later in the day and when I arrived Bob was there with the car and ready for a drive. Great car as he had said, great price and negotiations were easy, no ridiculous back and forth let me talk to "them in the office" stuff. I actually left there feeling good about my purchase with no regrets and not worked over. Thanks Bob! I will definately be coming your way for my next ride.

We decided to purchase our new 2013 Nissan Altima from St. Charles Automotive the night before Thanksgiving. We are in the process of relocating to Tampa and my husband and I have been running around like crazy trying to get everything finalized in St. Louis. Needless to say, We arrived at the dealership way later that night than we had wanted to. Even though we arrived late, Rick and Dave took their time to ensure all our questions were answered and that we had exactly what we wanted. We didn't even get to financing until 9:30 - a half hour after the dealership closed! They could have told us to come back another day to finish the deal but they didn't - they understood that our time was very limited and without hesitation they started the financing process. At one point while we were waiting Rick found out my husband and i hadn't eaten and he offered us the salad he had bought for his meal!! What a great guy! Cathy in finance rightfully should have been very unhappy about having to stay late the night before the holiday (she had her own holiday meal to cook for her family I'm sure) but instead when we arrived in her office she could not have been sweeter to us! She patiently answered every question and helped us with an affordable extended warranty option. We can truly say the service at this dealership was SPECTACULAR! We highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a great value, a great car, and amazing people to work with.

We were looking for a Nissan Juke for my daughter. She knew exactly what she wanted but wanted to test drive it to be sure. Paul Hinton showed her several Jukes meeting her criteria. He took her on a test drive. The Juke was everything my daughter had hoped for. She wasn't looking for all the fancy features, she intended to get a vehicle she could drive for years to come. But in the end she got way more. We also made Paul's job more challenging when we informed him that we needed a price to fit our budget. He offered us several options so we were able to accept one of the best deals we could have hoped for. She got a top of the line Juke and didn't even have to compromise on the color. St. Charles Nissan of Missouri had a large selections of vehicles on the lot. It's entire staff was very friendly and helpful, from the moment we walked in the door (we had a rather large entourage) to the final signing of the papers, the experience was pleasant, the staff knowledgable and the process streamlined and as painless as possible.

My husband and I had a very positive experience buying our Rogue. Andy was great, showing us multiple cars to consider and giving us time to make up our minds. Excellent service, timely and efficient. Andy was extremely well prepared, I came in for a Nissan Sentra advertised on the company web site. While filling out paperwork , Andy had the car ready within minutes for a test drive, Sentra ran excellent and was very clean and very tight, especially for a used vehicle. Michael had completed all of the necessary paperwork in a very timely and professional manner, and with all of the financial details completed I was on the road in no time!! We have bought 3 cars from St. Charles Automotive and just today took my 2nd.granddaughter to pick up her car.Justin and Andy were awesome.Sooo helpful and considerate. They understood the financial situation with my granddaughter and started working from that and came up with a great deal for her.She left in a very clean and sound car.(love the full tank of gas) We will not go anywhere else for our cars.I love the professionalism,but at the same time the comfortable feel of personal treatment.Want to mention Sid Kahn as well.He made sure he went over each item on all the papers and explained it to my granddaughter so she could understand it.Love,love,love the experience.

As always, the service dept. provided excellent care --- friendly and efficient. Jeremy and Bill as well as all the other members of the service staff are professional and truly care about the customers. In fact, while leaving the service center, I asked the technician who delivered my Nissan where the closest good car wash was located. He replied "right here, we can take care of your truck" and then proceeded to have my truck hand washed. Definitely plan to continue my relationship with this dealership!

I leased a Nissan Rogue from St. Charles Nissan in 2009. Although the leaseing experience was very good, the service department has been exceptional. All of the service work is completed at the dealership. I have never felt like they were try to upsell me on sevice. The oil changes are quick and are completed while I wait (without an appointment), or I am offfered a shuttle to my work. Most recently I had a problem with the differential. A repair that cost approximately $2,100.00. Although the warrenty had expired Bill Hughes worked with Nissan and the dealership to have the work completed at no charge. I highly recommend this dealership for purchase and leasing and most importantly for service work. The purchase or lease of a vehilce occurs every several years, however, service work, preventive maintenance and oil changes are ongoing.

I would highly HIGHLY recommend this dealer. I went in looking for a nissan 350Z and as soon as I got there I was greeted. my sales associate matt was probably THE best salesman I have ever had. he was friendly and very considerate and never once talked down to me. he was very professional at his job and with only being there a few weeks I was very impressed. unfortunately. I could afford the car but not the insurance. I could afford the car because matt made it possible. I am supposed to go back and look at the rest of the lot here within a few weeks and very excited to go back. if anyone was looking to buy a new/used car I would recommend them to St. Charls nissan and tell them to ask for matt because I was far more than happy with my experience while I was there.

I went to St Charles in November 2011 to buy a Nissan versa from Paul Hinton. Paul was very helpful and friendly throughout the buying process and I have recommended several friends to look up Paul when they want to buy a car. I told Paul Hinton the reason I was buying a versa from him and ST Charles Nissan was the service department. My story is a little different from, why does a person go to a certain dealership to buy a car and here is my story. A while back, I had two Nissans that needed service work done and St Charles was the only dealership who could resolve the problems that my Nissans had. The work was done under warranty, with a great care to details that was needed to resolve the issues with my Nissans. Bill, Paul and Nate impress me with great customer service, great Quality of Work, a very friendly attitude that lead to a great Overall Experience. I know first hand that other dealership could learn allot from St Charles Nissan business model on dealing with customers on a daily basis. I know when any one is in the market for a car or need service work done on their Nissan, I will point them toward St Charles Nissan.

I was in the process of purchasing a new car and went in to look at the new Versa. I was extremely disappointed in the car. I was about to leave when our salesman, Joe Caswell, suggested I test drive a Sentra. I liked the Sentra a lot. I explained to Joe that I was still shopping around and would let him know. It came down to a choice between the Kia Forte and the Sentra. I asked both dealers to give me their best offer. St Charles worked with me and got me a better deal. I felt no pressure from Joe at any time throughout the process and he was very professional about the entire process.

Came in to St. Charles Nissan, and being a car enthusiast, I am always a little nervous to give my car to any dealership. I spoke to Mike Metz and informed him how picky I was and concerned that I would get the proper care for my car. He informed me that he would personally make sure my car was taken care of properly. He made me feel at ease and went the extra mile to take care of me and my car. He even personally found me in the parking lot to tell my my car was completed. Mike Metz went above and beyond the call of duty. I feel more than comfortable to go back and I will definitely go back to Mike for his exceptional customer service.

I was looking for a new car and i knew i wanted a Nissan. Andy Pomeroy sold me my Nissan Maxima. He was awesome; so nice and not at all pushy. I was very nervous buying a new car and i misunderstood and thought the car i had purchased was equiped with a backup camera and GPS. When i discovered it was not, i was very disappointed. The dealership sent the car out and had the GPS & back up camera installed, but i still did not like it and was not happy. I was just sick because it was the first time in 35 years that i could afford to buy a new car. i talked to Andy and to the owner of the dealership and they told me i could pick out a different car with the GPS and back up camera installed and they would only charge me the difference for the camera and GPS. They charged me their cost only. They were wonderful and Andy was fantastic. My sister was so impressed with how they treated me that she went up and bought a new car also! Andy Pomeroy is not only a good salesman, but a very caring and honest young man. I feel very lucky to have met Andy and i feel especially lucky to have him as a salesman who went above and beyond to make sure i was happy. I also feel very lucky to have gone to St. Charles Nissan because I seriously doubt that the owner of any other dealership in St. Louis or St. Charles would have called a customer personally and then made sure the customer got what she wanted--and did so without taking advantage of me. I consider the people at St. Charles Nissan my friends and I doubt there are many people who walk away from the car dealership where they just bought a new car feeling grateful to the owner of the dealership and to the salesman who sold them the car. And those are the reasons why i filled out this survey.

I have been using st. Charles nissan for service on my sentra for about 4 years, and we bought a juke from them last year (alo have it serviced there). The service desk guys, as well as the cashier and the salesperson from whom I bought the juke, never fail to greet me by nam and see how everything is going. The work is always performed quickly and correctly. Would not hesitate to recommend them for sales, ervice or anything else.

Buying a car can be an overwhelming and stressful experience but working with Andy Pomeroy at St Charles Nissan was not the case. When I was first started looking for a new car, I did not have a good experience with another dealer. Meeting Andy put all that to rest as he was very welcoming and made for a comfortable atmosphere. Andy is a very straight forward genuine guy that tries to get you what want and for how much you want, not only focused on making a sale. He isn't pushy and puts the options out there for you to choose. At no time did I ever feel pressured. He is always available for any questions or concerns I have. I am on my 2nd car from Andy and both have been great experiences. I referred a friend to Andy. She leased with him and was very happy with her experience as well. I will continue to mention his name to any friends that are car shopping as well as coming back for car #3 when ready. My car experience with Andy far exceeded my expectations.

I bought my Maxima new in 2009 through the Costco auto buying program. It was the best and easiest car purchase I have ever had. The salesperson was awesome. I have zero complaints for the sales departmetn-in fact I highly recommend their sales department. While still under warranty, I noticed the bumper cover was misaligned so I took it to the dealer to get it fixed. The service manager (possibly Jim but I am not certain) said that it may be a bad clip. That didn't fix the problem. Then he said that maybe I had hit something or someone had hit me. We looked around the car and there was not one scratch, dent, mark or anything else to indicate that it was hit. Then he said that some cars are just made that way and the molding doesn't always line up perfectly. Hard to imagine on a $38,455 car, but I didn't know any better. Recently my car had some hail damage so I took it to 3 auto body shops for estimates. All 3 asked what was going on with the bumper. I explained it and all 3 said I would take it back to the dealership. I called the dealership and the same manager said that we had talked about this previously and that it was not a warranty issue. I contacted Nissan directly and they thankfully will cover the repairs even though the service manager said that I had hit something and that is why it wasn't a warranty issue. Needless to say I am not at all pleased about the misinformation given. I think the dealership simply didn't want to deal with the problem. Their service department is horrible. My wife is in the market for a new car and I am not sure I am willing to give that dealership more of my time or money.

We purchased one vehicle from them a long time ago, when we didn't know any better. They pressured us into paying more than we had to for a vehicle. We went back later on to look into another purchase, and being a little older and wiser, we quickly realized the high-pressure tactics they employ. They try to keep you there until you decide to buy something from them. They like to play games with the numbers to hide how much you will actually be paying for the car. I also heard them trying to talk a young lady into buying a much more expensive car than she came to look at. I had to storm into the Sales Manger's office with all the laughing sales people to get my keys back so I could leave. They held my keys from my potential trade in and would not give them back until I walked in and demanded them back. I cannot believe they are a still in business. Do not visit this dealership, there are much better dealers to buy Nissans and Volkswagens from.

Never go there!!!! Never give them holding fee!! My friend gave them a 500$ to hold a car for 1 day!!!! She never deal with car dealers before!! She waned to come back with her dad so he could take a look at this car! Of course she did not know that NORMAL car dealers would ask for 100$ holding fee which is 100% refundable!!! Why those guys ask for 500$?!! I think because they figure out that she doesn't know much about!! Shes been told couple times that 500$ are totally refundable! Now she can't get it back!!!!!Guys don't ever go there!! Car dealers who care about reputation and costumer servies would never do such a thing!!

As far as a St. Louis Nissan Dealership, I felt that St Charles Auto was the best I checked out. I went to a nissan dealer in west county and north county. The problem with those dealers, was inventory. Everyone is trying hard to sell cars, but not everyone has a good selection. The cool thing about St Charles Auto was I wanted a specific Pathfinder V8 with leather etc and only St Charles had it in more than one color. I went home with it that nite.

My husband and I went to look into purchasing a Versa; however, upon our arrival the only person who paid any attention to us was the showroom front desk reception person. She had attempted to summon a salesperson to assist us, and though many peeked their heads out at us, all were reluctant to actually approach. It appeared that if you plan on purchasing this dealer, in order to receive any assistance from the sales personnel, you must don your best and present yourself as an individual with an unlimited amount of cash. We looked around at vehicles by ourselves for twenty minutes. Returned to the reception area, ready to leave, when she finally was able to convince someone to speak to us. The conversation last less than five minutes, where they stated that they didn't have any more Vera's in stock, weren't sure when they'd get more in (maybe December - we were told - but who knew), and sent us out the door without much further ado. Needless to say, we will not be returning.
