Awesome store !! The desk manager Hector is a baaad man. Got me and my mother approved on a turbo Altima , couldn’t believe it because my credit was so bad. This store is awesome they get EVERYONE approved. Like seriously , come down to Stadium Nissan they will get you a vehicle. No games just honest sales people and honest management. Man my salesman Henry was great too, looks like a singer from Mana but he’s cool. Down to earth and likes vegan stuff. But overall awesome experience thanks Stadium! Oh and the finance manager Cody was awesome as well!

I want to take this time to thank Pete Barajas in the service department. After all the years coming to Stadium Nissan I have never let me repeat NEVER have I experienced the level of Legendary service that I received from the service department. I am very grateful for the kindness that Pete showed today. He took his time and answered all my questions and did not make me feel that I was a bother. With all the cars that I bought from this dealership over the years they finally got it right in the service department. I often dreaded coming to get my cars serviced in the past because I knew what I was in for knowing that customer service level was poor at best. It's good to see that the management saw that a changed needed to be made. I have been saying this for years. In addition to Pete every employee that came in our path said hello. (that never happened before) This was so refreshing and has renewed my faith in this dealership. Keep up the excellent customer service and Pete thank you again for helping me out today with my Oil Change. I would give this Dealership Service Department 10 Stars.

Today I went in to look at a car and get an estimate on what it might cost and it was an awful experience. We originally made an appointment with Roger and he was AMAZING and very personable! I was excited to get to talk more about the car with him. However when we went inside to look over the numbers his manager David came by said hello and literally took over the whole appointment. I was there to talk with Roger not him, and I felt that David was very rude and was just trying to make a commission. We told him we did NOT want a lease and he proceeded to tell us why we were wrong. Plus David also tried to sell us on insurance packages for a car we hadn't even bought yet! Unfortunately we ended up going to another dealership and buying a car with them on the same day. It's not just about buying a car, the experience matters too. Roger you deserve to work somewhere where your "boss" doesn't try to take over your appointment! You're to good for that place! Highly recommend you ask for Roger if you go with this dealership!

This is the second car I've bought in the past 2 years from Stadium Nissan. Even though I live in San Diego, I drove up to Stadium Nissan in Orange because they were offering great deals on their new 2020 vehicles. I looked at different local dealers in SD and nothing was comparable. The sales staff worked with us to ensure we got a good deal on the vehicle we wanted. Ricardo and Henry were knowledgeable and very accommodating. I had to return to Orange the following day to pick up the car and it was nicely detailed with a full tank of gas because they knew I had to drive it back to San Diego. I bought this car for my teen daughter even though she doesn't drive quite yet because the deal was too good to pass up. She came with us to pick up the car and Henry talked to her and showed her all of the vehicle's features, including Apple Car Play. He stressed how important it is to be safe and never text and drive. He also went over the maintenance information and showed us where the service department was located. We wanted to take pictures with the Stadium Nissan sign before we left and Henry actually got down on the ground to take cool angled photos of my daughter and her new car.

Yesterday I had a great experience purchasing a car for my wife on her birthday. Met with Rick Rodriguez who was probably one of the most easy going, down to earth guy. not pushy...very knowledgeable and interested in hearing our needs vs making the sale. He also didnt guilt you into the decision making. Sal in finance made the paperwork portion painless. Nice guy, respectful great team.

I like to support my neighbor business and friends. I went to Stadium Nissan because it was so close to my house and one of my friend work there. Sales team and financing theam work really hard for me to get what i though it was good car. After six month problem starts, now in to 3years I'm still dealing with the same issue. First Nissan Cooperation don't care about your issues. Stadium Nissan service department has more rude workers than nice one. I bought 2013 Nissan Pathfinder. I got so far 6 recalls and 3 of them is same issue with safety passenger side air bag. There is big law suit because these issue and transmission issue, which i also have. I have 3 friends who got the same car as me after mine and they also have same issue 2014 has hatch back door issue. I turn in my old escalade thinking new car will make me feel more safe but that's not the case, I even told the cooperation to give my car back and take this piece of ***** well i didn't use that word but i wanted to but they though i was crazy. Anyway If you are looking for good service after you get the car do not get it from here because you won't get it. At lease one person was nice to me Miguel

This place is terrible. They were extremely nice to me when I was looking to purchase a car, but it took over 2 hours to get the car off the lot after I signed the contract. The car was still wet, and it was not cleaned or detailed like other new cars I had bought. I bought the Nissan Pathfinder at night, and during the day I noticed there were scratches on the car. The sales rep wanted to tell me there was nothing that can be done, until I kept insisting they fix the problem. I bought the car from them about a month ago and they were resistant to fix my problem. Then I found scratches on the rear view mirror and spoke to the sales manager about it. He left me there standing for a good 30-45 minutes until the salesman who sold me the car saw me and asked what the problem was. The salesman went in and talked to the manager only to tell me he said no to any repairs. This place is horrible! Buyer beware, they will scam you to buy the car and then not help you repair any damages afterwards.

His response was "Perfect, so I can go and eat my breakfast", then he got up and walked past me and back to his breakfast. He just left me there at the desk. I did tell the manager and his response was what I expected the sales rep to do if the price was too high????? I pointed out that this isnt how customers should be treated to which he somewhat agreed. I'm still stunned by this treatment. Btw I'm writing this from a VW dealership where I'm in the process of signing up for an egolf.

Stadium Nissan is lucky to have Tyler York as one of their sales reps. He listens to your needs very carefully, is personable, and does not try to sell you a car just to hit his goals. If every dealer had this mentality, their sales would be higher long term. This review would have received only 1 star if it had not been for Tyler.

Buyers be aware. They advertise on the internet, their own website and third party sites, and do not remove vehicles no longer available, either already sold or never intended to sell, just to get you to stop by and sell you something else. They made me drive 12 miles this past weekend for nothing. If you are inquiring a particular vehicle (that is too good to be true), make sure they are not just "checking their computer" and tell you it is still available, but make them walk to lot and tell you if it is still available. You have been forewarned.

Was communicating with internet department about particular vehicle. Was there next day and after 3 hours of negotiation, was told vehicle had just been sold. I find it hard to believe that they were not aware vehicle had either already been sold or was in negotiations with other sales person. I should've known something was up when at first they could not locate vehicle to test drive. Second sign was that when they finally found and took for test drive they were waiting for us to return so that they could detail. Third sign was that another guy came by while we were negotiating to ask about the manual. They played me like a fool hoping that I would fall for a similar vehicle or wait for transfer of other vehicle. Oh and by the way, that vehicle is still being advertised online in hopes another sucker falls for their bait and switch tactics.

Found the car on Cars.com and the Sales man from the Dealer contact me ASAP. He worked out all the details with me prior to going to pick up the car. Upon arrival Stadium Nissan associates were very polite and even offered my husband Pizza as we waited. The car I choose was ready when I got there and they kept true to the quoted price on the vehicle I choose. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Great Customer Service.

Waiting for the new Muranos to arrive took a couple of months. Marcos kept in touch with me to let me know the latest arrival dates. It would have been easy to get discouraged or try another automobile, but his friendly assurances kept me in the game. Once test drive time came, Marcos was very knowledgeable and showed me all the new aspects of this fantastic new model. I am very happy with my new car and will highly recommend him to friends and family.

For selling car they welcome you like you are the part of their family and they would do anything for you. But once you signed off your paper work. Thats it. You'll face same all issues there after. Nobody calls you for taking care of your due bills. If you call they take message but never return calls. They take care of you with promises but never take care of accomplish anything. If you want to feel the same way go and buy the care.

I received an online quote from their internet manager, dion and bought the car from him the next day. during the transaction a slight problem was created by the finance guy, but the dealership very quickly fixed the situation. we got the car we wanted at the quoted price, and were in and out in about 90 minutes. it would have ben quicker if we hadn't stayed for the fre bq lunch provided on mother's day wekend.

Peter Barajas is an absolutely phenomenal employee at Stadium Nissan. He helped me with getting my car serviced about a month or so ago when I came to have an oil change. As I was pleased with how the oil change turned out, I returned to Stadium Nissan when I began to experience transmission problems. I explained that I had experienced transmission problems in the past with my car, and Pete went above and beyond to fix the problems I was having now. Within 15 minutes - 15 minutes - he arranged for my transmission to be replaced, which also included a 12,500 mile or 1-year warranty, and had a brand new vehicle pulled up to the front of the dealership for me to use while my car was worked on. Not that I needed the rental car for long: within _one day_ my transmission had already been replaced and my car completely fixed. I owe a big thank you to Kenny, who worked extra hours on my car, because it was due to his effort that my car was ready by the next morning. Chewy was able to locate the transmission for me, and I am extremely thankful for him as well. I was so impressed by the honesty and care of these three men, and the lengths that they went to to fix my problem, especially Pete. He's definitely created a loyal customer, and I will now recommend Stadium Nissan to others.

Excellent customer service in the service department. I bought my first Nissan here through the internet department. I felt confident in them to purchase a second car from the regular sales department. They tried to sell me a used 2013 car without disclosing it to me. Also, told me they were getting a car from another dealership to be picked up the next day and then told me the next day they sold it to someone else. Very poor treatment of a previous customer.

I recently reviewed a car from this dealer on Cars.com. In the statement the dealer makes about the car there were two claims made that when I checked on the CarFax report were untrue. They stated the car was a "fresh one owner trade-in" and that the car "passed inspection with flying colors". On the car fax it states the car has had three owners and failed, but then passed it's emissions test. It just makes me think twice about dealing with someone that doesn't get their facts straight.

I have been having my Nissan Murrano serviced at Stadium Nissan of Orange since 2003 when I bought it. Melissa Evans knows me by name and always makes me feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer. Their new customer waiting area is great, they have coffee, hot chocolate, lots of snacks, cable television on a large screen TV and cool cars inside to look at while you wait. I have used their complementary shuttle when I have to get to work, which is very useful. The employees have always been very friendly and fixed everything timely and professionally. Their prices are reasonable. I would recommend Stadium Nissan of Orange to my friends and family. Also, my car is almost 10 years old and still gets complements for its smooth ride and design.

I was looking to trade in my car for one I saw on the dealerships website. As soon as I submitted my information I got a phone call and email from Daryl. She was extremely helpful and understanding of my poor credit situation. She let me schedule a visit with her and she told me that I will drive home in the car I want. Normally when I go to a dealership I am buying a car. Every other dealership I went to prior to this one would try to sell me a car I didn't want because I could not qualify. Although Daryl did not tell me, I am sure she got talked to after I left for letting me take the car I wanted home for such a cheap price. The staff there stayed at work until 11 PM on a Friday to get me qualified. Not just that Daryl drove two and a half hours to where my wife was located just to get her signature because my wife had homework to work on for that day. The service I got from Stadium Nissan was like no one else's. I felt accepted right away and they were more than wiling to work my credit situation. I got more for my trade in than any other dealership was offering. it got close to what I was selling my car for at private party value. I would buy a car there every time I needed one if I was not moving to the bay area. The individuals who have bad things to say about this dealership obviously don't understand the sales business. If you walk in with a positive attitude you will see everything positive. I truly believed I was not going to b able to drive home in the car I wanted but I was wrong. Daryl jumped through some hoops of fire to get me what I was there to buy, she did not sell me a car, she helped me buy one. I don't know how else to advertise the great service and sales that Stadium Nissan has. I hope this review gets mass attention because this dealership deserves it and Daryl rates recognition for this. Thank you!

First off the cliff notes version: this dealership is unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. If you want a pleasant car buying experience DO NOT go here!!!In early November I was ready for a new car and decided to give myself two weeks to apply for a loan and go car shopping. The first place I went to visit was Stadium Nissan. Understandably, due to the fact that I was a first time car buyer without a co-signer they immediately gave me their sales pitch showing me everything but the car I was interested in, which was a 2013 Nissan Altima. I understood that they had their doubts about my budget and they were trying to work with what I could afford. So I left and a week later went through my credit union and got a 20,000 dollar loan, that way I wouldnt have to deal with car salespeople telling me what I could and couldnt afford.I go to 3 other Nissan places, starting to get a feel for the real price of the vehicle. I text the car salesman named Tri over at Stadium Nissan to let him know that Im ready to buy a 2013 Altima and what offers I had received from the other dealerships. He text back a reasonably good offer, so I set up an appointment with him the next morning to look at the car I wanted and talk to him about the model above the one I was looking at (SV). This is the part that is messed up: On Sunday November 18th:I went in with my girlfriend to look at the car, we test drove it, talked about it, and I was seriously ready to buy it. So, were at Tris desk and I gave him an offer that was a little below what he gave me. Standard haggling. When he gets to go to the office he says, Ill be back in a few, talk about it with yourselves, make some phone calls, do whatever you hafto do and Ill be right back. Like clockwork, after he got up I was talking to my girlfriend and I received a text message from another car dealer from OC Nissan seeing if I was still interested in the Altima. While Tri is away, I call the OC Nissan dealer to let him know about my deal here at Stadium and that I think its the best deal I can get. During my phone call one of the workers from the back office at Stadium Nissan slips by me and sits at Tris desk. I rush to get off the phone with OC Nissan letting them know I appreciated everything, but I will be buying my car from Stadium Nissan (literally thats what I said).The man behind the desk looks at me and says: Wow, that was awkward! I respond, What was?He begins to basically reprimand me saying I cant believe youre here talking to other dealerships. In my defense I said Tri gave me the go ahead to make a phone call before he left. He interrupts do you want the deal or not? Again, feeling like I had to defend myself I say I havent signed any papers yet and I want to make sure Im getting the best deal possible, Im looking out for my own interest. Raising his voice he gets up and standing over me responds Im the director of Stadium Nissan and thats not how I do business! The deal is off! He gets up repeats the the deal is off and walks offI looked at my girlfriend in doubt of what just happened. It was disrespectful, unnecessary, juvenile, and flat out rude. So we got up and left, obviously they didnt want our business, and I hope that you dont give them yours.I purchased my 2013 Altima later that day for the price I was looking for at another dealership.

I had a noise issue on the overhead dvd screen from day 1 I purchased the vehicle. Everybody however said it's because it's a new car. I waited for a year until it would be gone, but it remained the same and made the entire driving experience a stressful thing. I took the car to several dealerships around, but all said they can't do much about the noise and in fact some said all moving things make noise! I finally brought the car where I bought it, and amazingly they were listening my complaint, they did test driving with me and they fixed it at no charge for a good sake. I am so satisfied with their level of communication and service, and especially I don't hear the noise any more!!! Thank you Stadium Nissan. I won't forget!!

When looking for a new car, I had many brands in mind. My original plan was to hit up all the car dealerships I was interested in and test drive the cars to see what drove best. I had been to Toyota the weekend prior with plans to visit Nissan, Hyundai, and Honda the next weekend. I planned to visit Stadium Nissan first and Hyundai and Honda second, only because it made the most sense driving wise. Turns out, I had no need to visit Hyundai and Honda after all. I entered the dealership with my parents with plans to only test drive the Rogue and the Altima. Chris Drumm, our friendly sales consultant, graciously offered to help us when he found out we had not yet been helped. I first test drove the Altima, it was nice, roomy, comfortable, and sleek-looking; it drove nicely with a smooth ride and easy navigation. However, something was still missing for me, I needed to try out the Rogue to compare. One in particular, caught my eye. It was only about a $1,000 difference in price from the Altima I was looking at. It had a larger radio display which I desired, a rear view back up camera, and looked very classy. Chris retrieved the keys so we could take a closer gander and test drive the car. While driving, I fell in love. Coming from driving a small 2-door sports car, I loved the height, steadiness of the the wheel, and safe feeling of a larger crossover. Knowing that I would be soon be driving to Burbank on a weekly basis, I knew that something larger, safer, and more fuel efficient would be necessary. The Rogue was all that and more. Chris took us in to discuss pricing; my plan was to get the prices for reference and peace-out to the next dealership to continue to test drive. After talking and negotiation, Chris and his managers offered me a great deal that was going to be very hard to pass up. I already knew I was in love with the Rogue and felt that I would always have it in the back of my mind when I would go to test drive the other cars. It is hard to jump into things, especially a huge purchase like a car, but my gut (along with my parents' guts), told us that this deal was going to be one of the best, if not the best, deals I would be offered. After quite some time of internal and external debate and weighing of options, I decided it was an offer I could not pass up. I loved the car and had a great proposal in front of me; it was almost a no-brainer to take it. After page after page of signing, the deal was complete and I was very pleased. Everyone at dealership was nice, friendly, and informative. Everyone knows what a stereotypical salesman can be like, but these guys did not give me that impression. They were genuine and helpful. Even after getting late into the night, we were hungry, so Chris generously went and got pizza for us, something I have never seen a salesman do; I know the gesture was simple, but sometimes it's the small things that count. I would honestly recommend Chris (the internet manager) and Stadium Nissan to anyone. I would also recommend the Rogue, after a week of owning it, I can still attest to its great performance and looks. I am now a proud Nissan owner!

I live in San Diego and own a Nissan Leaf. I wanted to drive my Leaf from San Diego to the Anaheim Convention Center and back. I called Stadium Nissan to ask if I could charge my Leaf while at the Convention Center. Not only did Chris make the charger available; he also drove me to and from the Convention Center. And I returned to my fully charged Leaf! Amazing! I was so very impressed! If Chris is the type of person Stadium Nissan employs; this is the type of dealership we should be buying our cars from!

After dealing with another dealer who we asked to hold on to the vehicle we wanted for two days (and sold it the same day we were coming in to buy it) Frustrated and angry, We went to Stadium Nissan and dealt with Mark Milazzo & Oleg Lappa. Talk about "red carpet treatment" they were FANTASTIC. We bought our Armada from them and they REALLY know what customer service means. My wife and I were in the market to buy our daughter a new car for her birthday. We had done our due diligence on model, price, and features and found the Cube to be a safe, practical car for her (to be honest, our daughter wanted the Cube from the get go). Prior to visiting Stadium Nissan, my wife and I had already visited and tried to work out a purchase with several other Nissan dealerships. All to no avail. We decided to try one more time. This time at Stadium. The first person we encounter is Mark Milazzo. Mark is warm, friendly and knows the vehicles... but most importantly, Mark listens to everything we want- yes or no on our cash offer, quick sale, no hard sell on extra's, streamlined paperwork... Mark takes our offer to Jacob Little and the Stadium team clicks into action. Jacob was very personable, yet professional and efficient. Fernando was very personable as well and made the paperwork process enjoyable and quick. It was by far the best buying experience we've ever had. But having said all that, what elevated this buying experience beyond the best, to quite frankly a heart warming experience, was what Mark did for us after we had purchased the Cube. Mark had the car sparkling, placed in the showroom with a custom Happy 19th Birthday Arica! banner and had the car filled with balloons. My daughter was totally surprised and burst into tears when we walked into the showroom with her a few days later. I cannot say enough about Mark, but will conclude by saying he is an exceptional sales representative. He is extremely competent and knowledgeable regarding the cars and the buying process, but most importantly he is thoughtful and kind- two traits that cannot be taught in a training class. What Mark did for us and our daughter truly speaks volumes about his character and heart.Kudos to the staff at Stadium Nissan- we are definitley buying our next vehicle there, and will whole-heartedly recommend this dealership to our family and friends.

My husband and I had a great experience purchasing a new Frontier pickup at Stadium Nissan. Mark Milazzo met us at the door and was very friendly and professional as he showed us the current inventory and let us test drive what was available. It was the end of the model year, so selection was not stellar, yet his steady goal was to find us the truck we wanted, not to push us into buying what he happened to have on the lot (which was our experience at another dealer we visited earlier that day.) He took our information, called us back the next day as promised, and let us know that he had found our second choice vehicle (second choice only in color.) We came back a couple days later to finalize the transaction, and worked with Kentucky to come to a mutual agreement, on yet another color, since the original find at another dealer was sold in the meantime. Saif and Kentucky were able to offer us an acceptable price on our trade-in, so we were good to go! The next day, our new truck was delivered, and we spent time with Fernando to sign all the paperwork. He made it quick and easy to understand everything. Mark washed our car twice since it drizzled a bit during the paper signing, and he wanted everything to be perfect: wonderful service! On top of it all, the general manager, Fred, gave us new Angel caps to wear to the game that night. Although they didn't help the team win, it was a terrific gesture that we really appreciated. Since the purchase, the dealership has been diligent about following up to make sure we knew they valued our business, and welcoming us to the Nissan family. Dustin Simon is a Service Advisor at stadium Nissan, I was so impressed with the level of service I received from him.. in all points of business, labor, customer service, turnaround time, etc. I've taken my car into a different local Nissan dealership before and lets just say the service was Night and Day. The level of communication was great, a call letting me know exactly what they found and were going to do as well as going above and beyond to do something as little as take a nail out of my tire (I didn't even know was there), air it up and seal it. There is just something about purchasing fro a smaller dealership. It's kind of like cheers, you walk in and it's a place where everyone finds out your name and uses it. Two years ago I purchased my Titan from them and this week I bought my second one. The first time Washington helped me (I came to look at the darned thing at noon in 100+ weather, and he still came out on to the lot! He was kind, everyone was positive and they even were able to take me out of my overpriced trade. (I was way upside down) but they gave me a fair price for the vehicl) and I was amazed by the follow up service. I think I got a call from the Sales Manager, Service Manager, and Washington to make sure I was happy with the vehicle. I was. A few months later Washington called me and just "checked in", It amazed me that he continued to want my good will. I heard from him throughout the 2 years I have had this vehicle. Always making sure I was happy...not to try to sell me another. It was a no brainer to go there again when I was ready to get another truck. Peter worked in internet sales and he was there to greet me when I got there. He had done his homework, knew the rebates; knew the features; knew the financing. It was pretty impressive, and there was absolutely no bait and switch.I chose my vehicle and was very pleased with the price. Not one time did they try to do that stupid 4 square box to work out payments etc. They respected me enough to make the deal straight up. I worked out the deal and was greeted by the sales manager; dealership manager and my old friend Washington (with a hug) to congratulate me! WOW and they all used my name! Even Washington who only saw me 1 time before. The finance department was fast and respectful...I think his name was Jason, helped me with the paper work and while I didn't need all the advisements, he really was thorough. The service department was closed that Sunday night, so I had to go to them to have my basket brackets put on. I arrived at 7 Am the following Monday morning, and met with Dustin, the service writer. I thought i'd have to leave it, but he said no....he'd get it done immediately. He took the key went to my other vehicle drove it over to service and got the brackets off and then remounted them very quickly. He also let me get the cds (I forgot) out of the player He was pleasant and I was still able to get to work by 8 am. On that day i mentioned that I would like to have my plastic cover on my transponder if they hadn't already discarded it. I left amazed. The next day I had to go back for my vanity plates (the things we forget) and Dustin was there once again. He smiled, greeted me by name and not only got the drill, took my plates off and handed them to me but also handed my my transponder cover (That is a 5 dollar part) but I wanted it and he remembered. I also had to check on my new car mats and got to meet the young man in the parts department. My carpets were not in yet, but he checked on them and told me they would be in by Saturday morning. I appeared at 9 am on Saturday morning (without calling before hand). Not only were my mats there, but even he greeted me with a smile and my name. That is what I mean...there is just something about a small dealership. The only other dealership that has treated me so well is Galpin Ford that is the world's largest ford dealer. For me...there are only two types of dealerships...either the biggest or maybe on of the smaller ones!I followed up my visit by talking with the service manager. He was cordial and appreciative. Then...last week I got a call from the finance department to come back, they needed to talk to me. (I immediately thought it was bad). WRONG! They had me come back to re-write my contract because they were able to get me an even lower interest rate on the loan! THAT IS AMAZING and has bought my confidence and impression to way way above standard. A dealership like this does not come along often...Go there, Buy, and maintain your vehicle there! Thanks

This was the 9th dealership we had visited that day for our college student to buy her first car. We were frustrated with many other dealerships advertising they had many cars to choose from to find out they had only one on the lot. Coming to Stadium Nissan was a great ending to the day. They had plenty of cars to choose from. The moment we pulled into the lot they assisted us finding a parking spot and were friendly but not pushy. My husband and I have purchased many new cars and always dread the experience but at this dealership it was definitely different. We had honest conversations from the beginning and were given a fair deal on a really great car. My daughter bought a Nissan Versa and couldn't be happier. We love how roomy the car is and the extras she could afford such as bluetooth. Remy was wonderful and has customer service down to the very last detail. He definitely builds a relationship with his customers and we will visit him in the future. The whole experience took less time than normal and wasn't ever pushy, or rude. The entire staff made us feel appreciated by giving them business. Remy followed up with phone calls and helped answer questions about the car. What is funny is after visiting a nearby dealership we thought they were our last stop for the day but that salesperson actually told me of this dealership. I hadn't researched this at the beginning because we had two other Nissan dealers by our home but now that I know about this one I will share it with family and friends. Well done Stadium Nissan! You have our future business.

Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase. I asked for a car with certain options. The dealer did not have it on their lot but they located one elsewhere. Jaime delivered it to me at my home the next day and took time to explain all of the features on the car. The only "complaint" I have is that I spent nearly 3 hours at the dealership to make the purchase, much of that time was spent just waiting while people at the dealership were searching for the car I wanted.

From the moment my husband and I walked through the doors at Stadium Nissan we were treated with respect. Mark Milazzo, our salesman, really knew his product! I hate going shopping for cars, the big pressure to buy, the feeling like you are going to get "taken"; at Stadium Nissan you don't get any of the BS that comes with buying a car. There was no pressure to buy and I actually think we relaxed a little bit when we realized that Mark and his team were there to make sure we got the car we wanted and at the price we wanted to pay. We came in with a pre-approved loan from our credit union and Stadium Nissan and their finance "guy" Safe beat that loan! And their finance manager Jasin was wonderful and informative when we were filling out the final paperwork. All in all, it was obvious to my husband and I, that Stadium Nissan wanted our business, and knew that by treating us and all of their customers like stars, that the referrals would just start flowing. If you are thinking about a Nissan, you NEED to go see Mark Milazzo at Stadium Nissan and see what they can do for you! Great experience ever buying a car! Seriously!

My Husband and I originally went to the Ford Dealer next door because I received a flyer in the mail. Their service was horrible. So we got back in our car and drove next door to Stadium Nissan. It was like 8-9pm on a Friday night and Remy came up and was super friendly. He was very polite and knew exactly what he was talking about. He showed us around and did not rush us out at any time. He then had to go take care of something so he introduced us to Jaime and he too was very knowledable about the vehicles and took his time with us. No pressure what so ever. He answered any questions we had. We took a test drive in the Nissan Sentra and I fell in love but I was very sceptical about a new car purchase. I wanted something inexpensive. That night we did walk away. But again, no pressure from any of the salesman. He kindly gave us his card and information on the Nissan Sentra. We looked around at other dealers Sat & Sun. I almost did not return because we were told by other dealers that there was nothing that could be done for us after a BK. I was like just forget it I don't want to get another car right now. Sunday afternoon we received a phone call from Remy and he asked that we give the dealership a chance. So, we went back and checked out a few more cars and said ok let's see what can be done for us. Remy and I haggled a bit and...well, we ended up in a new 2011 Nissan Versa with payments close to what I wanted and with the amount I could put down. It wasn't my Sentra but it is a fun little car with lots of interior space. End Result: My Husband,daughter, and I have a happily ever after story. I HIGHLY recommend Stadium Nissan. See Remy or Jaime. They are awesome guys!!! Thank you again, BBR :D

Went to get a used Titan truck.What a great experience! Was not hounded when I stepped on the lot. Was shown a few different trucks in my price range. Found one I liked and they worked with me on my tight budget and I got it!!!!! Great staff very pleasent. Would definatly buy from again and will tell verybody I know to buy from them. I was contacted very quickly, but was constantly being shuffled around to different people. Come to find out the vehicle I was interested was already sold! Unless you plan on going in right away after inquiring, then it would probably be a good place and you can deal with the same person. If you go in a different day, you'll just get shuffled around.

This was the first time we had bought a vehicle through Overstock.com. We filled in the requested information and was contacted within 30 minutes by Rosie and it was a Sunday afternoon! I had other dealers email me and some of them finally called me the next day.Rosie asked what Model, color, and options I was looking for and provided a quote back to me via email that same evening.Everyone at this dealership was very friendly and helpful.I have purchased 5 vans and 3 cars before and generally know what I am buying and how much I am willing to pay. I have never gone to a dealership alone because I have been warned by so many people of how vicious the reps are, how much they lie and try to rip you off. I went in with my dad prepared for World War III but to my pleasant surprise I got the friendliest, nicest and what I thought was a very honest sales rep. I initially had not gone into the dealership with the intention of buying a car that day because i assumed I would not be able to get anything done within reason, price-wise, being a first time buyer etc. At one point in the middle of negotiations, my father leaned over to me and whispered: "I don't like it when car salesmen smile, that means they are ripping you off somehow...He is smiling... let me do the talking." However, Jaime was very professional, he actually listened to what my dad and I wanted and he delivered. I am in sales, myself, so I know what it is like to be pressured to pressure your customers into buying for the sake of buying. However, I never once felt any pressure from Jaime to buy, agree, or sign anything. I went in there prepared for a battle and left thinking, "WOW, that was not bad, why does everyone complain?!" But as soon as we left, my dad said, "Michelle, we got lucky....he is one of a kind, definately, not your average car salesman." So if you are considering buying a Nissan, I highly recommend Stadium Nissan, Jaime, and actually the entire staff. Also, I want to add that we didn't get into signing the paper work until about 11pm (2 hrs after closing) and the finance manager was as upbeat as if like it was 8AM (cant remember his name) he is either just plain awesome or had had a LOT of coffee either way, being so late, and nervous, I must say he was very pleasant to work with and neither made us feel like he just wanted us to buy something we didn't want nor like he had better things to do like go home or anything. Lastly, I want to point out that the entire staff is very nice and friendly. I went in the following day to finish up some paperwork but I had forgotten to call Jaime to let him know I was on my way. Anyway, the Store Manager himself and another car sales rep to my surprise helped me figure out what I needed to do (very surprising - I just figured that after making the sale, they wouldn't care about helping me out). Not to mention that Jaime actually drove from his house to the dealership on his day off to make sure everything was taken care of. AMAZING! This entire staff is AWESOME, VERY helpful, and professional! Thank you Stadium Nissan staff on my first new car purchase!

I have bought or leased several cars over the years but this experience was the best. Personally recommend Rosie Puelma's helpful and professional attitude. I contacted 2 dealers thru Edmunds at the same time. Irvine Nissan Sales Manager gave me a quote over the phone that was way too high he wasn't willing to work with me. The purchase of the new car was stress free. The manager Safe Qadri was amazing... he was extremely knowledgable and had a very friendly and positive energy. The sales man they call baby Joey was very honest and did everything in his power to help us. The financial and Insurance Manager Rami Zannikeh had an amazing personality.. There was never any pressure, even when I was thinking about just walking out. Stadium Nissan..only one great thing from this dealer which was the salesperson Remy. He was very kind, patient and friendly. I would defenielty reccomend you ask for him if you are looking for a car there. Other than that the finance guy was rude and looked very frusturated. This Dealer called my work after a week just to get a phone number they needed. After i told whoever was on the line not to call me at work, She threatend me saying if I don't give her the number they will take the car back. Sucks to see a Great slesperson at a sucky dealer. Defenitely don't reccomend Stadium Nissan but if you happen to go make sure you say you want remy to help you.

That talking to a service advisor is like knowing that you are going to get robbed but it's something that you have to do anyway. Service departments are another legal form of highway robbery.I could not be more wrong. Customer service Lives! Please know, that I will be a customer for life. Please know, that I will be a customer for life. And GREAT customer service lives in your department.On March 2, 2011, my hope was renewed knowing that there are still some companies out there that are in business that have goals of high customer satisfaction above all else.At around mid-morning, I called your service department and spoke with Peter Gohil about a metallic noise that I am hearing every time I start the car with the engine cold (usually early in the morning). This sound only lasts a few seconds, until the engine warms up and it disappears. I had only called to make an appointment for the following morning because I was unaware of how busy you are that day, but Peter very accommodatingly asked me to bring it in the same day and promised to take a look.So I brought it in and left it there for the afternoon. I picked it up a few hours later and was informed by Peter that they were not able to find the source because the engine was not cold enough for the problem to show itself. Bummer, right? No. I had already expected that they were not going to find it and I'm going to have to deal with it til my warranty expires but what I did not expect was how Peter took customer service to the next level. Rather than giving up, Peter insisted that his crew will find the problem and resolve it.Knowing that this problem only shows itself early in the morning when the engine is cold and only for a few seconds, he suggested that I let him have the car overnight. I cringed at the idea because I need the car to get to work, but what was amazing was that I did not even have to ask for a loaner. Without even asking, Peter offered to provide me a loaner car because he understood what a regular customer's needs are.The next day, Peter called and told me that the car is ready and they had found the problem and had quickly resolved it. When I came to pick it up, he had explained what the problem was and that they had replaced the part that was causing it. I was really amazed at how quickly he and his guys had fixed this issue knowing that this is a complicated problem. All this time, I was worried about how much it was going to cost me. I knew it was probably going to be covered by warranty, but in my past experiences, dealerships had always given me a hard time when it comes to warranty claims. So I had the money talk with Peter and I held my breath for a few seconds. He said, "Nothing. It's covered by warranty." I thought for sure he was joking, because it can't be that easy, can it? But indeed, it was.All I can say, Mr. Evans, is that you have a good crew working at your shop. Correction, you have a GREAT crew working there. I am happy to say that it has been a month now and my car is running in tip top condition, minus that annoying metallic noise.I want to commend not just Peter, but everyone in your service department, including Bob the shuttle driver and Pete. I have been going to your service department for about a year now and I have always been met by professional, honest and sincere customer service. Like I told Peter that day, I have owned the big 3, Toyota, Honda and now Nissan. Never had I been treated with this level of customer focused service from any of those dealerships. Please know, that I will be a customer for life.Again, thanks for reading this rather lengthy email. I hope you can handle more business, because I am about to send a few of my Nissan owner friends your way.

I was looking to buy either a Toyota Camry, Nissan Altima, or Honda Accord. Out of all of the dealerships that I went to and the associates that I worked with, I was most pleased with those that I worked with at Stadium Nissan. Customer service truly is their number one priority. They were very realistic with me and did not play any pricing games. In the end, I purchased the Nissan Altima. It was a tie among all three cars, and in the end... I chose the Nissan Altima because I felt the most comfortable working with them. I didn't feel like they were trying to trick me into anything and were genuinely interested in getting me the best price possible to fit my budget. Overall, I highly recommend Stadium Nissan!

Remi has been great, he was very understanding of our situation and was able to get us into a car that worked for us and that we liked. He went above and beyond for us.The only reason that we were a little frustrated was that our rate changed after we drove our car home and our payments increase. However, we know that this is from the bank and not the sales staff. I would definetly come back to this dealer.

- Customer Service: Worked with internet sales person online to negotiate the car searching, model type, and prices prior to making an in person visit. Excellent response and very professional.- Financing: It started out smoothly and I thought this was going to be a quick and easy process but things started to get annoying when the finance guy Rami started offering multiple extras that I had already refused on in the beginning. I had to repeat myself several times that I was not interested and his attitude just started to come out stronger and just irritated me even more.- Delivery of Vehicle: Missing 1 master key and a mobile key unit was scheduled to make a duplicate for me. Although it took two trips for the mobile key guy to finalize all my keys to be programmed everything was now complete.- Requested to speak with General Manager: Spoke with Fred the General Manager at Stadium Nissan OC and explained the experience to him and he was very professional and apologetic of what happened during my vehicle purchase. Fred even went as far as getting me a cargo mat at no additional cost for the inconvenience.- Two and half weeks later: Left two voicemails for Fred asking if the order was lost or if I had to pick it up at the dealership. No return calls were received. I left a voicemail for Estella, Jacob and none have responded either. After requesting to speak to the next manager in charge I was finally connected to speak with Fred and he explained how he was out of town and his kids were sick which I can respect being a father myself. In addition to ordering my cargo mat he expressed he felt bad for my experience and said that he would have my gas tank filled when I came to pick up my cargo mat.- Picked up Cargo Mat and get my free tank of gas: Stopped by the dealership and picked up my cargo mat and had no issues there. I stopped by the main sales area to ask for Fred but he was not in today. I spoke with Jacob Little instead and gave a brief summary of what led to my free tank of gas and he wrote a voucher for one of the sales guy to get my truck filled up. While waiting at the dealership I find it almost impossible that the people I've dealt with do not recognize who I am and pretend that they did not see me.- Overall Experience: Although the dealership has made every attempt possible to accommodate me for everything it seems like the path was not getting any better. I find that the staff I've dealt with were only being friendly to sell a car and once the car was sold they did not want to assist for outstanding issues that were not yet resolved. I personally would not recommend my family or friends here because of concerns that they may have a bad experience as well. I'm not a "Newbie" at purchasing vehicles and this experience definitely rates in my top 5 of bad dealership encounters. #2 to be exact. Irvine BMW taking the #1 slot. Although I have two free oil changes at Stadium Nissan OC I think I am taking my car elsewhere for services. I hope that no one goes through this like I have.

Right when I got there Jaime was very up front and easy to communicate with. I was looking for a Nissan frontier w. V4. with power windows. It was very hard to come by because I also went to a few other dealers looking for it. The other dealers made me commit before they would pick it up from a somewhere to show me it. Jaime went above and beyond to show me the car. He picked it up for me the next day. And that is why I chose to buy it from him. He was also very upfront with the price and didnt play the "game". Made my life much easier.I would give this place all 5. but there was the finance... Remmi. He was very pushy. We told him we didnt want the extra insurance for the truck. but .. he kept pushing. it came to the point where it felt like if we didnt buy it he wont sell the car. so that part took along time. other than that this place made buying my truck a breeze. I came to LA area to buy a Ford in 2006, while at the hotel had an info mercial (in spanish)on the TV for Stadium Nissan dealership, liked the commercial so my husband figured out where they were located. We were there over 8 hrs on New Years.In 2006 we dealt w/2 different employees that provided great customer service, so I returned in 2009 to buy my daughters car. That is when I met Safe & Washington &I have returned 5x's due to the Customer Service I received from Stadium Nissan.Safe & Washington are EXCELLENT People to deal with & I feel I have built a great trust relationship with them both. I have been able to make a call from Bakersfield & get results right away!! I even bought my last Armada while on vacationing at Pismo Beach, made that 5 hr drive one way twice, just to be completely satisfied w/the customer service provided.I know personally I will be returning for the Platuim Armada & later for the Murano, All because of the GREAT customer service provided by Safe & Washington

We went back to Stadium Nissan, because I bought my Murano from them 4+ years ago. I knew the Dealer has gone through some pretty radical changes, but we were willing to give them a shot. We did some research on-line prior coming in and our intention was to find a new car during the Holiday Sale. Remy was a great sales person...friendly and very, very knowledgeble about all the car options available. He answered all our questions thoroughly and made the process very seamless! I highly recommend him!!The only glitch we had was with the "finance guy". It was late...but we felt rushed and pushed through the paper signing! We had issues with understanding the down payment expectation as explained by Remy. The Finance Guy made us feel pressured, yuck! Like he couldn't believe we didn't just have a "check" with us to close the deal. Like I said, it was late!!

Overall a great experience - the sales staff we're all very friendly. Rosie Puelma and David Martinez we're great to work with - took the time to support the buyer and explain the details on the cars. And finally, the purchase papaerwork process was completed in a timely and effecient manner.

The service was great! Everybody at the dealership was very polite. When I walked in, I did not think I would qualify for a loan, but remy made sure that I left the dealership satisfied and with a car I loved. Their great customer service did not end there, salesman Remy followed up several times to ensure that I was satisfied and had all my questions answered.

I purchased a 2009 Nissan Titan SE from Stadium Nissan about a month ago. I traded in my old Ford Explorer and got a fair price for it. Sure I could have got more selling it private party, but I was not looking forward to the Craigslist / PennySaver hassle. The Titan was a certified vehicle and it looks real clean, but shortly after I purchased it, I noticed that the passenger side fish eye mirror was broken and would not adjust. No big deal, so I figured I would take care of it at my next service. Two days later, as I was driving home from work, poof, the truck dies. I still had an 1/8th a tank of gas and no low fuel warning. On a whim I put some gas in it and she started right up. So off to Stadium I go for my first service visit. I got to say, these people are VERY concerned with customer satisfaction, almost to a fault. They were nice, polite, got it finished in less than one day, called to make sure I was happy and on and on. Almost to a fault, but I suppose it could be worse. Hehehhe. When I got the truck back from the shop, just to see if it was actually fixed, I drove it until it was low on fuel and BINGO, sure enough, the low fuel light came on and the computer told me how many miles I had left. I generally dislike car salesmen, politicians and rabid dogs, but I must say, Kentucky (can't remember his real name) was very considerate and went the extra mile for me (I lost the pink slip to my old Explorer) and he never complained once. I would never make it in this business. Thanks Stadium, you guys got it right. P.S., I'm still not to fond of politicians.Patrick K.

I had just had a bad experience with another Nissan Dealer, so I was a little sceptical about this visit.I was looking for financing for a leased Nissan I had, whose lease was expiring. I wanted to purchase it. My credit was less than stellar. I made an appointment with Jacob over the phone, had to call back to say I was running late, and he thanked me for the call - Star #1. When I arrived at the Dealer, he came out to meet me and listened carefully to my story. Then he said "Let's make this happen" and HE DID!. he asked me to choose a vehicle on the lot that I may want to purchase, and then he said he would give me a side by side comparison of both purchases. He introduced me to David M. and said he would help me. He DID! David ran his butt off getting me information and keys for test drives, all with No Pressure - Star #2. Then when I had selected a car, Jacob did exactly what he said he would do - Star #3. After I had filled out a financial application, David sat with me the whole time, answering questions, getting more info and just being the most pleasant car salesman I had ever met. Then he introduced me to the new Owner, and the Service Manager and the Parts Manager. Guess what - They are all Nice Guys - Star #4. Then after the loan was approved, I had the dreaded meeting with the Finance guy. Usuallym, I have to count my fingers to make sure I still have all 5 of them. NOT THIS TIME. Gitano was super helpful, explained everything and all with no Pressure - Star #5. This is the best car Dealership I have ever visited, and I will certainly tell all my friends about them. It was a most pleasurable experience.

Probably would not go there again Rosie Puelma Fleet/Internet Manager really had no clue on the car i was asking about. The test drive felt like an ackward first date. Then when it came to actually buying the car even though my credit wasnt that up to par i was told i could be finaced at 25%. I just applied for a Credit union lone i might be getting and it was 12.5 %. As i was being sold on a car Rosie now sends another guy to talk to me when i thought i was just dealing with a manger. After i was quoted that rediculous rate mind you payments would have been 711 dollars a month i got out of there. Also if you are trading in a veichele there make sure they dont have you keys and registration for ransom.

My driver side seatbelt locked in my 2002 Fronteir. I brought the truck in on a Monday afternoon to get looked at. Peter was very friendly and advised me that the seatbelt was covered by a warranty and that he had to order the part as he did not have it in stock. He informed me that it should be there by Thursday, he also told me of a recall on my steering column and was happy to take care of that while replacing the seatbelt. Peter called on Wednesday afternoon to let me know it was in and I was able to make an appointment for Thursaday on my lunch break. The car was serviced and washed by the time I got off work. Overall, Peter was very friendly and made me feel welcome, I truly feel that my business was appreciated by Peter. The service manager, Craig also introduced himself and thanked me for my business as when I was picking up my truck. I will definitely go back to have my Fronteir serviced at Stadium.

NOTICE: DEALERSHIP UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! AND THEY ARE FANTASTIC! PAST REVIEWS ARE FROM PREVIOUS OWNERSHIP!My family and I have been long standing customers of Nissan, and have owned/currently own 8 Nissan cars/trucks in the last 15 years. Saying that, I have developed a bad habit of taking my cars in to quick lube companies (EZ Lube, Jiffy Lube, Firestone, etc.) out of convenience. I learned my lesson after my car broke down due to improper service from these visits (i am not the only person i know that this happened to). I wasn't sure what to expect when i towed my car into Stadium Nissan, but I was pleasantly surprised when not only did i receive a call from the Pete in service, but from the service manager, Craig. The level of access to, and communication from, Craig and his staff made this entire experience much easier, and I am very thankful. Stadium Nissan was very solution oriented, managed the relationship with the offending quick lube location flawlessly, i didn't have to lift a finger, and even came in their day off to work on my situation. This didn't have to be such a smooth experience, but it was. I am grateful to everyone involved. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who has a Nissan or who is thinking about purchasing one. They are very customer service oriented and very friendly.

Buying a used car can be such a pain, especially if you a looking for onw under $12,000. Stadium Nissan had a grat selection and an awsome sales person in David. He took his time and showed me all the vehicles he had along with some new ones too. I got a great deal with no pressure. I was so mean to Josh when I first showed up. Frustrated and unhappy with how the first 2 nissan dealerships had treated me, I definitly showed up with my gaurd extreamly high. Josh approached me totally differently than anyone had done in the past, first by thanking me for being there and secondly letting me know that he would be happy to guide me threw his inventlry at my pace and time frame. Well I relaxed after the first 5 minutes of being there. I could see that they really cared about my buying process. I had met one of the Managers before I test drove the juke and he too had thanked me for being there and assured me that they would help any way they could. needless to say I drove the juke, loved it and and made a deal all with in 40 minutes. really!!! not 3 hours and I didnt have to get mad. wow to go further it was about 6:30 and I had asked for the general managers card so I could send him a note about my expereince. A minute Latter Aaron (GM) was shaking my hand and thanking me for my purchase. I'm so glad I drove to stadium nissan, I almost settled for a honda.suzy

I have a 2003 xterra that has been given me fits. I was at my wits end, when I met melisa. She took the time to put up with my ramblings, and got my suv right in for service. she called me about an hour later with the problem. I gave her the ok to fix it. Not only was the car ready as promissed, but they washed it too. The xterra runs great now and I would recomend melisa to everyone.

Own a Pathfinder that has been having a battery problem. Have taken it to Stadium Nissan twice in the past 6 months which resulted in their inability to find the problem. Finally had a local auto shop take a look. They found the problem and advised me of the simple fix. When I presented my case to the service manager at Stadium Nissan and requested a reimbursement for services not rendered, he checked the service log and stated that the mechanic tightened a cable. Not the problem, not the fix. Due to the crack mechanics actions and the lenghts they went to fix the problem - you guessed it - no reimbursement. If you buy a vechicle from Stadium Nissan pray you don't have an electical problem.

By and far, the worst customer service I have ever had. When walking into this dealership it is very hard to get recognized as needing help. Employee's just look at you and carry on with their personal discussions. Ashley (or Amber) in the service department is rude and one of the worst people I've dealt with in a customer service situation. She treats you like she is doing YOU a favor.Not only this, but they/she told me my truck had 6 oil leaks, and that my truck was empty of oil. The strange thing is I didn't have a DROP of oil in my garage where the truck sits for 15 hours a day. She then quoted me $4500 for this "repair". After picking my truck up I paid my $75 for them to tell me this, checked the oil..it was fine, and drove my truck to a different mechanics. Told him a few issues I had but didn't mention "the oil leaks". Turns out that I didn't have ANYTHING wrong with my truck. Not a thing. They charged me $0 for this as "they didn't do anything, so why would they charge me".

DON"T GO HERE!!! Do NOT GIVE THEM ANY BUSINESS! They lie, cheat and steal from their customers. I had a horrible experience there and will never go back! My brother and I purchased a Nissan Maxima here and they made all the promises in the world to get us into speak with finance. They lied about the price of the car, they said they would give us floor mats, and get some of the leather fixed. Once we spoke to the finance man it was a different story. First they played the whole "sorry my salesman told you that price, we need have been having problems with that" BS and then once we mentioned the leather and Floor mats he told us to write it on the sale and initial it. He told us to come back in 2 weeks and he will have it all done for us. Sure enough we come back in 2 weeks and they say we wrote that on and they have never seen that. I looked at the man straight in the eyes and said (very loudly in front of current customers thinking of purchasing a car there)"How are you going to look at me in the eyes, straight to my face and lie to me?". Then the man said "Dude, you know how many people i meet a day?" as if he didn't remember. Then i pointed out that if he didn't remember how does he remember not telling us to write it on the bill of sale. Finally after arguing for a short while the owner sent someone over to shut us up so to speak. They gave us everything we wanted and it came out of the sales manager's paycheck from what I understand. Anyway, don't do business here, you will regret it.

I went to stadium Nissan without my husband and got treated like I had no idea what I was talking about just cause I am a woman. They were rude and pushy. I did my research on the car and pricing and their prices were rediculous and they said it was high because of the demand. On a VERSA? You've got to be kidding me! DONT GO TO STADIUM NISSAN. They used to be called Douglas and they almost got shut down for ripping people off!!! My friend bought her car from them and she ended up owing $13,000 more than what they told her she would on her lease. I bought my versa from Tustin Nissan and I'm very glad I didn't give stadium nissan my business. Tustin Nissan was extremly helpful and friendly and gave me the BEST car buying experience ever.

This dealership was previously Douglas Nissan, it has undergone an ownership change. I read all of the reviews for Douglas Nissan and my experience was exactly the opposite.I called the day before I went in to purchase my new Nissan Versa and spoke with Steve. He was extremely friendly and funny, answered all of my questions and even a few more.When we went in the next day, Steve wasn't in yet but Mark was (I think that's his name, can't remember). He is a manger of the sales team and paired us up with John as our salesman. John was incredibly knowledgeable about the Versa and went over every detail of the car with us. He was also very friendly, as were the rest of the people we came in contact with. While we were going over the car Mark came over with a model that was 1 year older, had 1,000 miles on it and had been returned because the person couldn't get financing. They offered a lower price and since it had everything I wanted and was the right color I decided to take it. We went on a relatively long test drive on surface streets and highways. When we got back to the dealership I was ready to buy so we sat down and started doing paperwork. Mark checked in a few times along the way and asked what I could do for payments, when I told him, he came back to "double check" once and I stuck firm, which did frustrate him. The next time he came back he said they were going to accept the payment and the car was mine! There were 2 bells to ring in the lobby which was a little corny to me but I can understand why they do it.We next went down to financing. The gentleman that helped us there was cranky (can't remember his name), but what can you expect, he sits in a little whole all day and pushes paper.Before leaving John went over some key things in the Owner's Manuel and in the functions of the car before I left. Oh, and when the car was ready for me to drive off the lot, it was parked under a red and white striped tent on a red carpet. Nice touch!I was there for about 3.5 hours and all in all I had a GREAT experience at Stadium Nissan. I will recommend them to all of my friends and family.
