I received quality and transparent service from both my sales associate Hensley and Mike in finance. Everything and the kitchen sink! I went in knowing what I was looking for and my budget. Trade in price was fair with a nudge from the manager and I was a happy customer with a beautiful 2022 Sonata. The Hyundai warranty is unbeatable and the extended warranty is very affordable and Mike made sure I understood all of my options without pressure. Even though I signed and came back for the car in 2 days (that was my choice) Hensley took the time to make sure I understood how ALL the features worked and answer any questions I had/adjust settings. That is a rare find in a dealership AFTER you already paid them. When someone mentions needing a car I'll be sure to mention the GRET service provided! Thanks for being an A+ team!

I had traded my car in for a lease. The overall process wasn’t bad. Though it’s been 3 months and I’m still waiting for a key card to be able access my car without the actual key fob. I’ve asked numerous times and nothing has been done… but been harassed for a five start review even when I didn’t get the items I’ve been asking for. Ended up buying one for my car being that my request hasn’t been fulfilled.

I was in and I was out! Being that I went in knowing what car I wanted definitely helped, but the manager Clint was very clear about what my deal would look like, Jon (the salesman who assisted us the whole time) was extremely kind and efficient in his work ethic, and Frank their financial manager simply put the cherry on top when he gave me precise details and info about my financing results. I was in desperate need of a new vehicle and found myself very exhausted from a long week and days of car searching... Hyundai of Stamford's service made me forget all about that. I came in for a 7400 mile maintenance service and the technician told me that my car is due for a overall maintenance service that cost extra $100. I had originally thought that I had 3 first free oil change as part of a lease program, but the technician convinced me to pay for the extra service done. So now I have only 1 free oil service left on my account, even though I paid for everything. On top of that, even though the tires were rotated but the on board display tells me that one of the tires is abnormally low at 27 psi... which means that I will have to go out of my way to get them balanced. Previously I owned a BMW, and whenever I took it in for service at the dealership, they would wash the car both inside and out, but I guess Hyundai dealership does not have this added service?...

The Salesperson, Sonny Vallejo, made shopping for a new car a most satisfying experience. He is highly knowledgeable and truly customer-focused. He actually made the whole process of buying a car simple! He was very patient in letting me take my time test-driving different models and discussing the various features of each vehicle. Once I made my decision to buy a Sonata Sport, we were able to negotiate a very reasonable price. He made a real effort to locate a 2016 vehicle with the "bells and whistles" I wanted and in the color of my choice. When I came back a few days later to pick up my new car, he spent a great deal of time explaining in detail the various important safety features and even assisted me in setting up some media elements.Overall, an exceptional experience!

I am extremely pleased with my 2017 Genesis - a wonderful car in every way in terms of quality, performance, and value, and a pleasure to drive. I have not yet visited the Service Department, as the car is still too new, but I am expecting excellent service of my vehicle when the time comes. Never was introduced to service dept. I would also report that this dealership was much more interested in and accommodating than Subaru (I have been a 2 time owner) or Volvo (both local dealers)

We went through the Costco program as a starter and was contacted by a Sr. Sales Person. We met with him and he was very professional, not pushy at all. We discussed a car, we went home, I wanted to deal a little and we came to a deal easily that satisfied everyone. The Service Department at Stamford Hyundai has been very thorough, professional, accommodating and pleasant to work with on the two occasions when I brought my car in for servicing. They were quick to get me checked-in and on my way when I dropped my car off. I especially appreciate Dan Eager, who worked with me on both occasions when I had my car serviced. He answered all my questions, let me know what was involved in the service work to be done and its cost, applied the discount coupons to my final invoice and called me once my car was ready. I was able to pick my car up a the sales office later that evening with no problems.

My Acura hit 104K and had had done very costly repairs in the last year, with more inevitable. I decided to check out the Sonata, which had been top of my list for some time. I got a beautiful 2016 model off the lot, fully, fully loaded. I'm clear that a comparable car from Acura would have cost at least $10K more. I got a low but fair trade in and a good price on the car after incentives, but do yourself a favor and know the facts and figures going in. If there are incentives available, you need to bring them up in your negotiation. Mine basically paid for an extended warranty, so I have 100K miles of worry free driving ahead of me.

We worked out the deal on the phone and unlike Fairfield Hyundai, who refused to work with me on mileage overage (and I bought 2 Hyundais from them and will NEVER go back there), Dave and Stamford Hyundai took care of the miles on my old lease ($2,600) AND paid my last 2 lease payments ($3,150 total savings). Purchased new 2016 Hyundai Accent and traded in my 2007 Nissan Versa. They gave me a fair price for my Nissan trade in. I had to haggle a bit to get a fair price for my new Accent. Very happy with my new purchase. Went in on a Sunday and drove off on Monday morning. Every step was smooth. My car was clean and the gas tank full. My Sales Rep Julio Ortega took care of everything. Calling my insurance Company to swap out my insurance from the old car to the new. Showing me how to use all the features of my new car. Taking me to meet the Service Department and giving me a card to get my first 2 oil changes for free. So far overall very pleased. My first time owning a Hyundai and I really like it.

Stamford Hyundai gave me exceptional service and was very impressed. They advised me of the problem before doing any work and set me with a rental car for two days while my car was being fixed. They were very accommodating and Vince that especially helpful. The only thing that I noticed after picking up the my car, was that my power window on driver's side didn't work properly and was fine when I dropped off my car. They told me that I could bring in again to get checked out and see if under warranty but that they were not responsible for any damage.

I received a rebate in the mail a little over a month ago. I wasn't considering Hyundai but was definitely intrigued. When I went in I was immediately greeted. I sat down and worked with Vladimir. I went to Stamford Hyundai intending to buy a used Elantra that I found on Edmunds advertised by the dealership. Kamu Foggie was my salesperson and he was great throughout the process. He patiently showed us several nice used cars in our price range but ultimately was able to offer us such a great deal we bought new instead. I hate the car-buying process ordinarily. It usually feels as if I am being ripped off, particularly when someone is trying to sell me an expensive add-on that I don't need right before I sign the contract. At Stamford Hyundai I experienced none of that. It was a great experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend these guys!

This was by far the worst experience buying a vehicle that we have ever had. This dealership was a complete disaster in communicating with us, our insurance company and most of all each other. Thank goodness we like the car and that we are done dealing with this dealership. Even if we have to travel further for service we will go to another Hyundai dealership rather than deal with these people again. Do not buy or lease from these people as they are so unorganized-if you like being frustrated and having your time wasted then this is the place for you.

Ann Roufs Sales Consultant was tops above all the other car salespersons that I've met. She truly conveys to the customer that I'm not just another number walking through the door! This is is very important as most Sales Consultants are predators who only see $$ signs instead of people. I am disabled and she was very patient, understanding and helpful. I would refer her to anyone over other car sales people from many other dealerships that I've met. The only improvement I would suggest is that I waited like 40 minutes for management's decision on the price of the car. Need to shorten the waiting period.

Vlad was my salesman. Nice; not very informative. Ertan and David were nice but fake and stabbed me in the back with their smiles. After calling me and telling me that I was approved for financing and to come on down to pick up my new car, they kept me waiting for 6 hours -- 6 hours!! -- because they were waiting on a final piece of paper from the bank, and apparently the bank's computer system was down. In the 7th hour, they called me into Ertan's office and dropped the bomb on me that (in their words) "I had to sweeten their pie" -- meaning they wanted an additional $4,500 from me! Now, I was told that the bank's computer system was still down, so why were they requesting this additional money from me?? Needless to say, I walked out telling them that they could keep their car. The next day, I went to the Garavel dealership in Norwalk and that same day, I drove my 2014 Jeep Cherokee home!!

I just found out that I needed a new car, after just having decided to drive the one I had to the ground, for as long as I could. I had just put a lot of time and money on new brakes, tune up etc etc. Needless to say I was not a happy camper. It's more than 10 years since I looked at cars, and quickly found that cars today aren't what they used to be. After a lot of research on both cars and dealers, I had to just jump in. Honestly I was dreading walking into a dealership. There is no way I could buy anything online. At the very least I needed to test drive.Long story short, from when I first walked into the dealership, until I had my new car, I was nothing but blown away. Working with Vladimir was a great pleasure. Very professional and knowledgeable, not to mention patient and not pushy. He actually listened to my needs, and answered all my questions and concerns. The whole atmosphere at the dealership was nice, and nothing like I remember from my last experience buying a car. There was no "do you want me to show you how you can own this car" BS.If you're looking for new or used, and want a pleasant, professional experience, where you are in the driver's seat, go see Vladimir. I leased a Hyundai Sonata for 3 years and loved the car. I had no problems and was completely satisfied. When my lease was up we needed more room for another child. We were very specific in what we wanted, third row with second row bucket seats, black color etc. Arcady and Paul worked very hard to locate a limited car in a short period of time (2 weeks) that met both our aesthetic and price needs. They are both very friendly and have great customer service, really getting to know the customer. I can't wait to work with both of them again in three years when this lease is up as well. The car is amazing too and has a top safety rating on top of all the technology it posses.

I had made an appointment for a repair on an electrical issue because I changed one of my interior bulbs and it shorted something out. I made an appointment with another service advisor and when I got there at 8am was told they can't look at my car! This after I took a day off from work. I never received a phone call stating the technician was out sick (things happen). Rescheduled for the next day and take another day off from work and arrive at 8am - AGAIN TOLD THEY CAN'T LOOK AT MY CAR!!!! Again NO phone call. Totally unprofessional.I got angry at that point and the service advisor, who I won't name, told me its a problem I caused - as if to say I was out of luck cus I toyed with my car... That's like a doctor saying I cancelled your heart surgery, for what ever reason, and I shouldn't be upset because its my fault I ate a poor diet and have a heart problem - again unprofessional!!!!!So I go back following Monday and have my first experience with Peter Reed. Thinking I would be greeted horribly like the other times I wasn't excited to go. However, unlike other people that work here, Peter is as professional as they come. The other service advisor didn't even have me scheduled for that day EVEN AFTER I called few days prior to on firm and he said yes!!! Peter...working alone this day...saw things weren't right about this situation and to my car in immediately. The problem was a simple fuse that took no time to fix. While I was waiting I had some good conversation with Peter and I can say he takes his job to heart.So, if you go in for service ask for Peter.. Otherwise you will be treated like a piece of garbage. Peter is an asset to Hyundai of Stamford and gives world class attention, service, care and patience to his customers.

He knew every car inside and out, and knew just how to explain things so I understood them. What a wonderful dealership. I am a single mom with two preschool aged kids and just bought a car from Stamford Hyundai. I had done a bunch of looking and research online and already knew the car I wanted to test drive when I arrived. They were the second dealership I visited, and the first had been rude and uninterested in helping me (I guess they saw my kids and stroller and didn't think I was worth the time.) Anyway, Vladimir was so kind and ready to assist. He immediately took me for a test drive of the car I wanted and then set out a very straightforward set of financing options. The car I bought was actually sold for a good deal less than the book value. Apparently people don't want to buy manual transmissions anymore -- bonus for me! I was nervous that my credit wasn't the best, but they got a fantastic rate and a low payment. On top of the very kind, straightforward manner they helped me, they were so sweet to my (very energetic) 2 & 3 yr old kids. The general manager was playing with my kids while I spoke with the other associates, they gave them balloons and then showed us to the comfortable lounge where they kids watched TV and made hot chocolate while we waited for our paperwork to be processed. I never felt pushed at all, and was totally comfortable with every aspect of my time there. I will definitely be buying any future cars from Stamford Hyundai.

Both Vince Pampena and David Corpolongo have helped me service my Sonata various times now - and let me tell you I have never been disappointed. Everything is taken care for me; from the initial call to the service dept., to the appointment , the courtesy car, EVERYTHING. I know I drive them both nuts with questions, but they know me already and they always provide me with a thorough explanation of the repairs that will be made to my car. What a fabulous experience we had at Stamford Hyundai! Criss Castle is the nicest car dealer we have ever met! Criss (general sales manager) and Adam (our salesman) went to get the car we wanted from another dealership and took care of all of the purchase while we were in Staten Island during the week! We texted and did all our business on the phone and by email and Internet. Then we drove up on Saturday morning and everything was ready for us! Everything Criss promised was completed. She said they have an online purchase process and she and Adam made sure every detail was handled. Paul (finance manager) was great also! Everyone was professional, courteous and fun and attended to business at the same time. Even my godson enjoyed time there and for an 11 year old to enjoy buying a car, it has got to be a great experience. Thank you so much Miss Criss Castle!!!!! You said the drive up from Staten Island would be worth the trip and it certainly was! You are running the best dealership our family has ever been to! My family all owns Hyundais. Having just come from the Chevy dealer with an excellent deal in my pocket, I decided to check out the options I would have to get another Hyundai. I went and picked up my friend Paula to join me. Corey greeted us at the door and said "what brings you into Hyundai today?". I was just looking and said I would like to see what he had in the Elantra The car seemed to be waiting patiently for me to get here. It was right outside the big side door. We took a test drive and it was like driving a dream. Smooth as silk (just like the Cruze I had just ridden in). Paula had a chat with me about the huge difference between how I spoke about the Cruze vs the Elantra she said that this was a way better deal. And yes, I now will be the proud owner of a 2012 Hyundai. I am sooooo happy! The team is really terrific and I highly recommend this bunch! Corey (my salesman) is awesome! I just had the most remarkable experience with Peter Reed, the Assistant Service Manager at Stamford (CT) Hyundai.Somehow, as I was driving my 2013 Hyundai Elantra late yesterday afternoon, my $2,200 right hearing aid fell out of my ear while I was driving, and unfortunately it fell between the drivers seat and the hump traversing front to back. I called Peter to see if he could help. He told me to bring the car into the agency around 7 AM today.I figured that the drivers seat would have to be removed to find the hearing aid. But I didnt take into account that Peter knew exactly what to do, and it did not include removing the seat.It turns out that he had a couple of very thin (but long) metal rods, one of which has the ability to open wide enough to capture a small object like my hearing aid. It took him about two or three minutes to locate it and within seconds thereafter he manipulated grabbing it so it could be retrieved.The upshot is that I had the foresight to purchase my 2013 Elantra at Stamford Hyundai. I strongly recommend the dealership (and Peter) to anyone looking for a new Hyundai.Morley Kahn

I called Peter to see if he could help. He told me to bring the car into the agency around 7 AM today. I figured that the drivers seat would have to be removed to find the hearing aid. But I didnt take into account that Peter knew exactly what to do, and it did not include removing the seat. It turns out that he had a couple of very thin (but long) metal rods, one of which has the ability to open wide enough to capture a small object like my hearing aid. It took him about two or three minutes to locate it and within seconds thereafter he manipulated grabbing it so it could be retrieved. The upshot is that I had the foresight to purchase my 2013 Elantra at Stamford Hyundai. I strongly recommend the dealership (and Peter) to anyone looking for a new Hyundai. Morley Kahn

In addition, after a big snow storm, I dropped my new car off to have some special after-market items installed. While these items were installed, I was provided with an excellent loaner vehicle. Again, even though we had just experienced a significant snow storm, when I picked up my car, it was spotless!I was considering the purchase of a Lexus 460, a Cadillac GTS, an A7 Audi, or the Hyundai Equus. So, I had a good exposure to several dealerships. Although I was initially leaning towards the A7 Audi or the Lexus 460 (a demonstrator), after driving and looking very closely at the relative cost-value of the Equus, and after getting to know the people at Stamford Hyundai, I chose the Equus. I could not be happier. The comments I am getting on my new car are outstanding. More importantly, the confidence I have in the Stamford Hyundai dealership and its personnel is "a 10+" on a 10 point scale.A final thought. When I was going for my first Equus test drive, another Stamford Hyundai customer was just picking up his second Equus. He came over to me and indicated how happy he was with his Equus and how wonderful the service was at this dealership. Based upon my very positive experience, I am now anxious to be able to do the same thing should I see someone getting ready for a test drive.

12 monts ago I was living in Atlanta and owned 3 Hyundai's (2011 Sonota Ltd, 2011 Elantra Ltd, 2012 Santa Fe Ltd). So to start with, I believe in the quality of the Hyundai product - and have never been disappointed with my prior service. 6 months ago I moved to Maine and only retained the Santa Fe (AWD). I would have purchased a 4x4 Hyundai truck if there was one in your sales line; so I had to purchase another brand.Last weekend I was driving from Maine to Stamford, CT for the weekend and noticed that I obviously needed a wheel balancing on my Santa Fe (15k mileage). I called Stamford Hyundai on the road to see about getting an appointment the next day (Saturday). Vince Pampena took my info down and I saw him the next morning at 8:00. He fit me in with the wheel balancing (which included dislodging some mud that had packed itself rather tightly inside of one of one of my wheels and added to the balancing problem), oil / filter change, replacing a missing reservoir cap, the usual multi-point inspection and a wash. Vince had me out of there in a short period of time and back on the road. I realized this morning that it's about that time that my car need an oil change. I usually only get my oil change done at a Honda or Acura dealership but at the time I was in Stamford and the nearest Acura dealership would be in Westport. I didn't want to drive out that far just for an oil change. I searched around Stamford for a place that I can possibility get an oil change at. All I could find were these dirty shops with low ratings online. Then I drove by this Hyundai dealership and can't help but notice how clean this place looked. I also saw an RSX like mine parked on the side of the building. So I took a risk and brought my 02 Acura RSX to this Hyundai dealership hoping they would be able to service my car although my car wasn't Hyundai. I must say I'm very satisfied and glad I came in. I came in feeling a little shy at first because I was a customer that didn't own a Hyundai. Peter Reed is an awesome guy. He made me feel really comfortable. We even had little conversations about my car and come to find out he was a master mechanic for Acura before he came to Hyundai. At the end of my oil change my car was washed and ready to go. I'm very glad that I came here! I would highly recommend this place. I'm definitely going back here for my next oil change.

Over the Thanksgiving holiday, I noticed that my windshield wiper arms were not functioning normally. I hadn't worried too much initially, but I noticed they were getting worse each morning when I defrosted my windows. Then, we had a rainy day and the driver side wiper arm was not moving at all. Frankly, I panicked and made the first appointment I could with Stamford Hyundai. I work in Manhattan Monday - Friday, so I thought finding a few moments to stop by during regular business hours would be near to impossible. However, I had the pleasure of coordinating with Peter Reed who was more than accommodating to my schedule. He made time for me first thing the next day and ensured I was the first customer in line for the service I requested. I was maybe at Stamford Hyundai for no more than 10 minutes total before my vehicle was thoroughly inspected and repaired. It was a miracle! I am so grateful to Peter and team for all they did to ensure my safety on the road, especially during this winter weather. I'm relatively new to the Stamford community and so grateful to know that I am supported by such a wonderful dealership.

I really didn't expect to purchase a car because I had been to several dealerships prior to going there, including the Toyota dealership just down the road from the Hyundai. I desperately needed a car but I was just going in and out of dealerships, with no real direction/commitment.All that changed when I went to Stamford Hyundai and met Ann. Although Ann is a fairly new salesperson, she asked all the right questions and got me interested enough to actually agree to test drive a car--actually two cars. I love the Elantra--the look, the feel--and at the end of the day, I drove home in my new car. Ann listens and is very attentive. Actually, everyone that I dealt with at the dealer was helpful and not overbearing; I truly appreciate that.

We originally had a deposit at the Jeep dealership, but because of Ann Ruff and Paul Streaman professionalism and honesty we decided to buy the Hyundai Santa Fe. I came in to the dealership looking for a used car because my credit was an issue. Between working with Corey and Paul, they were able to put me in a brand new Elantra with more options than I was expecting! I could not be happier with the expert knowledge and the courteous service by Corey. I came last month to StamfordHyundai looking for something safe and reliable for my 18 year old son who just got out of high school. I heard great things about Hyundai lately since two of my co-workers own one. I used to able be skeptical about the brand since everybody talks about Honda and Toyota as reliable sources. But after hearing great things about the improvements of Hyundai I decided to give it a shot and boy was I satisfied. I came across Michael who greeted us at the door and explained to him how important safety is for me. In only 5 minutes of a small chat he was able to find the right car for me. He showed me an 2013 Elantra with 5 star safety ratings and great gas economy. I was blown away to know it was very affordable too. He was very friendly and only focused on the things that matter to me. I have gone to many other dealers which just didn't have the time to try to care for my needs just my money. He actually made me feel like part of family. The paper work was quick and no BS. I was impressed since I'm someone who hates having to wait long to buy a car after a while. My son is happy and Im happy. What else can I ask for? I would recommend Michael Ortega to anybody. His a young, friendly person with a lot of enthusiasm who really made my car shopping very easy and convenient.

DO NOT USE SERVICE if you want excellent customer service and care. Guys at service desk can be rude and condescending. In the past, I wasn't overly impressed with the service in general, but the most recent experience was such a bad one that it is worth sharing here. My car broke down and had it towed there. After my husband had a conversation with David about when Hyundai would look at the car -- which ended in an altercation -- I actually had the car towed from the dealership to another car place, so that I can do business with a place that cares about my car and future business. I was inconvenienced and had to pay another $60 for a second tow, but what Stamford Hyundai needs to remember is that consumers have a choice. It's not too much off my nose to find another service place and to buy cars other than Hyundai. For any business, the cheapest and most profitable customer to keep is an existing customer. The Stamford dealer just lost one. We are currently in the process of buying another car, and the Santa Fe Sport was a very strong contender. We would have bought from the Stamford dealership as we had a relationship there. No more. A loss of thousands for the Stamford dealer, in both service and in car sales, all for a poorly handled conversation by the service desk.

I was first interested in purchasing a 2013 Sonata Hybrid model. Over e-mail, Corey and I had agreed to a price of $23,707. However, when I arrived in person to discuss this, David told me that the only way they could secure that price would be if I financed with Stamford Hyundai - which was not mentioned in the e-mail. I was not interested in financing, so I said "thank you, but no thank you."At this point we started discussing a 2012 Sonata Hybrid and eventually agreed on a price of $24,173. When I came in two days later to sign paperwork, Paul showed me the final invoice - with a price of $24,998. When I complained, Paul checked with Corey and got the correct price on the invoice.Overall, I felt scammed by Paul and by David. Corey was a good salesman - friendly, reasonable, willing to work with me. David lied to me about the original price, and Paul tried to cheat me out of $800.I would NOT recommend purchasing a vehicle through Stamford Hyundai.

We bought a 2000 Hyundai Elantra way back in 2000 and have given it to our 17 yr old daughter this month. We no longer need our big gas guzzling 6 cylinder Kia Sedona minivan with just a 9 year old, so we brought it in, got cash for it and leased a 2013 sharp looking Black Elantra. Their service was impeccable; friendly, professional and prompt. The only difficulty I had was trying to decide which color! But someone bought the white so I went with the hot black! Love the car!! Yesterday, my oil lights came on and my engine began to rattle on my 2013 Elantra. I am from Massachusetts and travelling the area. I visited Stamford Hyundai first thing this morning and did not have a schedueled appointment. I always feel they are looking for the BEST way to offer service and are looking to build a long term relationship with me (rather than looking to make the most money from each service visit). There are dealerships that get your business, and others that earn it. I walked into Stamford Hyundai as a 3rd option looking for a small size SUV. I had seen comparable cars (CRV, Rogue) and wanted to check out the Tuscon. Low and behold i walked out with the 2012 Midsized Santa Fe for a better price than any of the other cars, that weren't even comparable. Elise Brown has been phenomenal throughout the entire process. She was everything you want to have in a sales person. Professional, knowledgeable, and honest. Jose Marin was again extremely professional and knowledgeable in the F&I department. The sales manager Andres, unlike the sales managers at the other dealerships, was WILLING to sell a car. Could not thank them enough for not being the typical bait and switch tactics, high pressure, buy now or the car is gone forever garbage that dealerships have done in the past.It was a pleasure to buy from them, and will highly suggest it to friends.

Very impressed with salesman Steve Sentementes. I was new at understanding leasing and how it would work for me. I had a lot of questions and Steve was very thorough in explaining how it worked. He was patient with me as I continued to return with more questions. I eventually leased a new Sonata Limited (I needed that panoramic sunroof)and am very happy with my decision and I know that Steve is there for me if I have any problems.

I've bought a lot of cars in my lifetime and I can truly say that I have never had such a pleasant and satisfying buying experience like the one I had at Stamford Hyundai! Even though they were unbelievably busy on the last Saturday of the month, General Manager Joe Zinicola took as much time as I needed to get me into my beautiful 2012 Sonata! Joe went much more than the extra mile to make sure that I got the car I wanted; he even let me drive it to my wife so she could see if the car was comfortable for her. Joe was referred to me by my barber, Vinnie Rizzi,and treated me like family. I got a great car for a great price with excellent service! In fact, everyone at this dealership represents the absolute opposite of any experience I've ever had at any car dealer! They are complete professionals and exemplify what customer service should be! Joe worked very hard to get me financed and made my deal very clear and concise to understand. NO BS! Just good business! Elise Brown helped with this deal, showed me how to use the extras on the car and even changed my plates. She's awesome. Richie helped me with the test drive. Jose Marin, the finance manager is a no-nonsense, honest guy. And a shout-out to Carlos who picked me up when my car was ready! He got my paperwork done in an easy and stressless manner. If you are in the market for a Hyundai, you'd be crazy to go anywhere else. Even if you have to travel a long distance to get to Stamford, it is well, well worth it!

This dealership displayed excellence service and was very knowledgable about their product. I was blown away by the service from start to finish. Perhaps the best part of working with them was the fact that I never felt pressure to buy and they worked with me based on my needs. Would definitely recommend this dealership to others.

The reason for the ratings above: the employees that we came in contact with at the dealership were very friendly. Overall experience was great - Trevor and Shawn made the effort to ensure that I got the car with the option packaage I wanted. When the car came in, Shawn went over the car's features introduced us to the service manager who in turn advised us when the first service should be performed. A couple of days later Shaun did a follow-up call to check whether I had any issues.The only issue I had was with the financing - was not offered different interest rates with different banks - the rate was, in my opinion, a bit high compared to other car dealerships.

I was referred to this dealer by my son in law. He said that they were the best. I went in after looking at a couple of cars online. When I got there everyone was so nice and super friendly. They were great about showing me the two cars that I was interested in. Once I made my choice they gave me a great price and helped me find the best rate for my financing. Once everything was signed, sealed and time for delivery,Joe made sure that everything was perfect. They all work together as a team and go above and beyond any expectations that I had. That week both my son in law and myself drove away in cars purchased there. They answered all questions and took care of any concerns that I had. My experience with this dealership and their staff was beyond amazing. The service was nothing less than phenominal; Joe and Steve went above and beyond my expectation with the purchase of my new and 1st Hyundai. We were recommended by a couple of cousins to see Joe as that is who they worked with to purchase their cars. Joe was amazing and was informative about the types of cars that would work with our needs and budget. He recommended a test drive of the Veracruz that I saw and had asked about on the lot. He was very thorough with his explanation of the advantages of the car and talked about its many benefits inbcluding Hyundai's amazing warranty. Steve had gone on tests drives with both my husband and I and took his time to go through the vehicle and options that we had; he was very informative and helpful in making the decision of what we wanted in our car. They made the process of getting our new 2011 Veracruz effortless. They took the time to explain the car bumper to bumper and answered any and all questions we had. Aki was very knowledgable and helpful with the discussion of my trade in of my 2001 Toyota Sienna. Jose was very thorough with explaining the financing of the car and we were very satisfied with the payment that we came to. I was very impressed with the entire staff as much as they were as professional and courtesous they were also very hospitable to making me and my children very comfortable while we were there. Hyundai should feel so very fortunate to have such an amazing staff of people working for them; they all worked together so finely as a team. They were sure to keep us informed of everything. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to not only recommend Hyundai but to tell my friends and family to go to Stamford Hyundai as we were referred there by 2 families members Anthony and Vinny Rizzi who had also just recently got new cars from that dealership and another cousin of ours also got a car there the same day we did. I can't say enough wonderful things about our experience and look forward to our continued relationship with Stamford Hyundai! If able to give a rate higher than a 5 I surely would've! I thought steve sentementes and Joe Zinicola were great. They were very friendly and accomodating and did not pressure me at all. They were both honest and fair and very helpful. I would send friends and family to stamford Hyundai anytime. I am a very happy customer.

My experience was great, right from the beginning. I was greeted upon walking in, but not in a creepy, pushy, car salesperson way. Elise was able to help me find the car I wanted, and it was a fast process! I also feel like I got a pretty decent price.

Experience was OK because, I think that spare tire inflator is a joke & there was not given a spare tire option which I would have purchased, pressured into extended warranty did not like that, it seemed the selling was more important than the customer.

Brand new dealership that gets it right. Sales people were knowledgable about the product, negotiations were straightforward, they did what they said they would. Whatever poor reputation Hyundai dealers may have had in the past are in the past as far as this dealership is concerned. I have already recommended them to a friend.

I traded in my used car, they gave me top dollar for a new lease on a 2011 hyundai sonata se, though I originally wanted a limited - this particular car was the color and most of the options I wanted - and they added the additional options that I wanted to the se for free - leather seats and heated seats - and included the navigation system at no extra cost. The service was great and it was very easy to complete the transaction. I have recommended the dealer to many of my family and friends and clients.

The entire list of employees and the owner Andy, from day one made me feel like part of a family.I understand the reason most people have a problem when buying a car(regardless of the make)is because they are, for the most part, history after making the purchase.At Stamford Hyundai,I get the same friendly greeting When ever I have the need to go there. Waiting for any type of service is made easier when sitting in the lounge, having a hot drink of coffee and watching TV. The staff gives me updates on the progress.An experience of going to most mechanic's shops and dealerships is a nightmare while waiting(sometimes for hours)until your work has been completed. At Stamford Hyundai, "It's just a nice experience"

Top quality operation. Easy to make a quick appointment, and the vehicle was ready when promised and at a fair price. Isaac did excellent work especially considering it was a Porsche that I brought in rather than a Hyundai, so the techs here are thoroughly trained. Would definately visit again.

I was attended by Gabrielle Casanova. He is a well manner professional salesman. He provided me with all the information that I needed and answered all my questions and concerns thoroughly. my cars sensor had a problem however when i contacted the sales person Shawn he actually drove down from Stamford CT to NYC to personally bring me a loaner car. The owner and service manager called me and personally apologized for any inconvenience this caused me and really went out of their way to make everything right. I really appreciated the professional way in which they handled the situation and their commitment to customer satisfaction.
