Our Grand Caravan is not something I would purchase again. The Driver/Passenger area is pathetic. The Service Department is outstanding. Wish I could say the same for our vehicle. It should be noted, that Chrysler/Dodge should keep necessary parts available for them, rather than have to order them, resulting in a double trip back.

I went in expecting to pay for a repair to my vehicle that was going to cost me several hundred dollars, not realizing it was still covered under my powertrain warranty. I really appreciate Mr. Greenwood pointing me in the right direction and even making the call to the nearby Honda dealership to verify the warranty coverage. Friendly, honest, and helpful employees are a vanishing breed and a huge asset to any business. Brittany Tooms (sp?) was also very helpful and friendly in communicating with me over the phone prior to my visit. I will be sure to come back to Stan McNabb automotive service department for any future repairs or service work based on my experience today.

I had a great car buying experience. We got the best deal we ever received buying a used car. In less than 12 hours owing the jeep, the battery died on my new "used car" it was replaced without question. The sales staff, Austin Blakely and Boyd were excellent to work with, and the service department had me back on the road within an hour. This purchase was our 3rd purchase from Stan McNabb Dodge. We will never shop another dealer!

I had been looking for a new car for months and finally decided on the Chrysler 200. I went and looked at one at Stan McNabb, Dominic was the sale rep who helped us. I didn't buy the car that day but told Dominc I would be back probably because I was 90% sure that's what I wanted. I came back 2 weeks later and Dominic helped us get our new car. Service was great, everyone was very professional and helpful --made the experience very quick and easy :) Thanks again and by the way I love my new car!!!

Can't say enough nice things about the fine folks at Stan Mcnabb. About 7 months ago we were looking for a full size truck to replace our Tacoma. We visited several dealers in the area and decided to buy from the Dodge location in Tullahoma. We worked with Glenda and Roger, they were great. They found us a clean, used low mileage 2013 Ford FX4 with all the option and in the exact color we wanted! And they gave us a great price on our trade in. Since then, the truck developed a vibration in the front end when braking. I talked to Mike in the service dept Friday afternoon, he had drop the truck off this morning. This afternoon I received a call that the front rotors and pads were replaced and the rear rotors were turned... no charge! Great business model and caring people.

My HVAC System went completely out in my 2006 Dodge 2500 Diesel, after finding out my blend air door had broken and I had to have a new lower air box to fix, but after further study the lower air box no longer fit upper box so I had to have an upper as well and I needed an evaporative system cooler and harness. This was a lot of work to remove the entire dash and old HVAC system and install a newly engineered system from Dodge. The work was guaranteed and done as promised, and I can say that the my HVAC system works better than ever before. I worked with Mike and John on pricing and questions and all were answered, the Technician who worked on my truck did a great job !!!! Mike and John both told me if I had any problems they would get me a rental and fix if I had any issues. Matt Pilkington

Took the truck in for its first of four free oil changes today. Had a 1:30 appointment time, got there a little early and was out by 1:39. I didn't realize they had brought it in yet when they informed me it was ready. They did a free multi-point inspection while they had it in as well. Overall, a really nice experience.

My vehicle was brought in with a starter problem. $1,500+ later the vehicle was returned with the starter problem unresolved. The starter was replaced within 48 hours elsewhere. The Stan McNabb visit was not unlike being mugged. I left a victim of ineptitude, dishonesty, or both of those unsavory attributes. The focus seemed to be shameless opportunism rather than customer care. NEVER AGAIN.

I waited for the work to be completed and Mike would check with me updating on the progress. All said and done the truck runs smoothly. Our sales agent, Marissa, was just as nice as could be and very down home, just the way we like it in Tennessee. Boyd was awesome at getting the financing we wanted with a sense of humor to boot! I took my car in for service on Mon, May 18, service was excellent. There was a warranty problem, they got the parts in on Tues, May 19. Installed the new parts on Thurs May 21. Not only was the service quick and on a timely basis, the service advisor, Mike Copeland was very friendly and professional. Also the mechanic that did the work was very professional and explained a few questions I had in a very polite and understandable way.

I live in another state and have family near Tullahoma. Stan McNabb is where we take our car as much as possible.I had to take my Jeep in to a dealership near my location, but did not fully trust them to not gouge me in the price, etc...I called Mike for his opinion on their pricing, practices, and he assisted me with courtesy and was very helpful.They did gouge me some, but not as bad as they could have been. Mike provided me with some suggestions to reduce the cost.

took my 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan in for noise in transmission & talked with Mike Copeland who assured me the problem would be taken care of. After checking everything out, automotive technician Mark Wade made the necessary repairs. Everything was done in a timely manner & when I went to pick the vehicle up Mr. Copeland & Mr. Wade took the time to explain everything to me. I was very satisfied with the service I received from them & would recommend them to anyone. I have know Stan for years & these two gentlemen are certainly assets to his business. If in the future I need another vehicle I will go back to this dealership, because with employees like these, how could you go wrong?

The purchase of our new Chrysler Town and Country was a very pleasant experience. Glenda Bates was very helpful in showing us options, both new and pre-owned, and in allowing us to make choices. From the moment I walked in the door, I was immediately greeted by several friendly employees including the General Manager, Trey McNabb. Brad Sisk sat down with me to help me find exactly what I was looking for and had it sitting on the lot in less than 24 hours. I was very impressed with how quickly the paperwork process went with my salesman, Ron Morris. Boyd Slater had everything ready in the finance office for me to sign and drive. Several Salespeople asked if I needed help with the settings on my Jeep and all offered their assistance. Marissa McKay walked out with me to help me sync my phone to the car. I went to this dealership today to meet Glenda and just look at a 2500 Ram that she has on her lot. I did not originally intend to purchase today, but had such a pleasant experience that I went ahead and did just that. This was by far the most laid back and comfortable vehicle purchase I have ever made and the sales team was great! I would definitely recommend not only their sales team, but also their service department who took the time to answer my questions and show me around without it seeming like it was a hassle. Stan McNabb Sales Associate Marissa McKay came and picked-up my Jeep Wrangler from my work and left a loaner Chrysler Charger for me to use during the day. On top of changing my oil and rotating my tires they cleaned my Jeep inside and out at no charge. Marissa dropped off my Jeep before 5pm! Stan McNabb's staff is second to none!!

While getting my oil change done last week, the techniciaan noticed a small hole in heater hose, John (Sevice Mgr.) quoted me the price for repair, called me when the hose was in and I had replaced this morning. Mike, the xxx't Svc. Mgr. took care of me this morning and as usual, the service work was performed on time and correctly and both Mike and John were extremely friendly as they always are. There was fresh coffee in the waiting room which is always welcome in the mornings. I wouldn't take my Chrysler to any other shop for service.Bill M.

This Dealership was great to work with. The salesman knew his inventory and knew the details of the vehicle we were looking at. He took time to find out what we were looking for and expected out of the vehicle we were in the market for. He took time to show us the features of the vehicle and made sure he had covered any questions we had. He was very easy to work with and understood what we were lookng for. Never did we feel he was only interested in the sell and did not feel pressured into buying the vehicle we purchased. We compared two vehicles and he got the pricing for both and let us work the deal that was best for us. I would recommend this dealership and salesman to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Dropped truck off to have the power train serviced. They were very efficient and did an amazing job. Our fuel mileage almost doubled. Very pleased. Mike, the service advisor was very informative and friendly. This was the first time we had been to Stan McNabb and we will be back.

Noticed a small tear in the stitching of my 2012 Jeep Sahara passenger seat a few weeks ago. Took it in to see John Greenwood to submit my warranty claim. Within a week John had me scheduled for a leather seat cover replacement and made it a very painless process. Even handled it while I waited. This level of service will keep me coming back as a returning customer. Thanks guys.

I have a 2006 Dodge 2500 Diesel that I wanted to get a few problems taken care of and also order replacement parts for maintenance. The parts department was very helpful in getting me the right parts, as for the things I cant do : my transmission service and adjustment and also installing new heated mirrors the service department was awesome at helping me resolve these issues. The were very good at explaining things and listened to me when I explained my issues, they were good at staying on schedule as well, as for the parts it just doesn't make any sense to buy after market parts that are almost right, I want the parts that were made for it and have support, in the long run the Dodge parts are cheaper.

Since 2005, my wife and I have purchased 3 new vehicles from Stan Mcnabb and my son has purchased 1 used and 1 new auto. We have purchased them all from Marissa Mckay, whom is an honest and excellent sales person of our choice. I will continue to purchase vehicles from Stan McNabb, most importantly for their service department excellence. John Greenwood and Mile Copeland do a great job in maintenance and servicing our vehicles year after year. They also fix only problems that you point out, or if they find problems that really needed attention, they will let you think it over, and take care of it when you can afford it.

I bought my Jeep in May 2012. I am a single mother of 2 kids and I was afraid of buying a car on my own for fear I would get ripped off. This dealership was so easy to work with and there were no "hidden" fees or anything shady at all. Every single person I have dealt with at this dealership is so warm and friendly and helpful! The day I decided I wanted to buy a Jeep I called this dealership and told them I wanted to look at their selection but I had to work all day. Marissa was my sales person. She asked me what I was looking for and I gave her a brief explanation, she brought a Jeep to my work for me to test drive on my break. She also took my vehicle, at the time, back to the dealership so they could work on a price to offer me for trade. She brought me a 2 door Wrangler, which is what I thought I wanted. Having 2 kids, it just wasn't roomy enough for us, so I drove it back up there and she showed me a 4 door Wrangler. As soon as I left the lot, I was in love with this Jeep. I drove it on my errands the rest of the day and went back up to the dealership after work to make the deal. This process was so easy and fun!! I know, not what you expect to hear about these usually dreaded processes, but it was a great experience and I walked out with my Jeep keys in my hand a HUGE smile on my face!! It has been in the service department many times since for regular maintenance. John Greenwood is the service manager and he is AMAZING!! He is so helpful and kind!! Once my tire pressure light came on, due to the weather changing, so I took the Jeep to the service department, John came out and aired up my tires so they we properly filled. Another time, I bought a tag for the front of my Jeep, seems like nothing but Jeep Wranglers aren't really made for a tag on front, John made it work and it looks great!! The fact that the service manager comes out of his office and takes time out of his busy day to help me with these little things shows his character!! I actually took my Jeep in today for an oil change, he saw me pull up and opened the door for me. Last year, when I went for regular maintenance, the cashier gave me a box of Girl Scout cookies just for coming in. The work on my Jeep is always done in a very timely manner, done thoroughly and is everything they promise. Any time I have had a question or concern, they are very patient with me :). I LOVE this dealership and I will ALWAYS buy from them!!!

Anthony Berry is the best! We wanted a Dodge Charger approximately one year ago, but our credit was not good enough and we couldn't get one. However, Anthony helped us to get a Dodge Avenger at that time, and we were very happy with it. . We came in yesterday (11-20) to get our Avenger serviced, and we went to say hi to Anthony and to look around. He asked us if we wanted to get something else, which we still wanted a Charger, and he was able to help us get the car we really wanted! I talked with Marissa on the phone about the vehicle I wanted, she was very nice, gave me directions and everything. On the way there I got lost, so I called up and she offered to come get me! I hadn't even looked at a car yet and they were offering to pick me up from where ever I was. Well we got that ironed out and as soon as I got there Marissa was out waiting for me and the car was ready to go. Incredible! I didn't have to hunt her down, no other sales people tried to "poach" me, and the car was ready to go instead of "its out back, someone will bring it around". The price on the car was even lower than what was quoted on the site..which was already incredibly low, according to KBB anyway. Marissa handed me the FULL car fax without me having to ask, and at no additional charge! This place is amazing, friendly and professional staff, low prices, no hidden charges or extra charges....I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone!

When I drove to the dealership scared half to death about the noise coming from what seemed to be the whole bottom of my car. Mr Copeland set my mind at ease quickly and I had complete confidence in the way he and the professional team explained my problem. They further explained what they would be doing about the wheels and the estimated price. I was impressed at the swift manner in which they got the parts and knew exactly what to do. Getting regular maintenence is easiest at Stan McNabb's service center.. Mr. Copeland can get me in and out with no problems and noticed on several occasions my cars other important needs that I was unaware of. The whole team there appears to work well together every time I've been there. The shop as well as the waiting area is kept very clean too.. You don't see that everywhere.

I am 61 years old and over the course of my adult life, I have purchased MANY vehicles. In March 2014, we purchased a new Jeep Cherokee Limited from Stan McNabb Chrysler in Tullahoma, TN. Our salesman was Anthony Berry. We talked to him over the phone a coupleof times and explained what we wanted and what we were trading. When we got to the dealership, he had the vehicle ready for us to drive, knew exactly what he could do on our trade, and we made the purchase. Two phone calls, one visit and deal done. His professional knowledge of the product, his personality, his courtesy and his no nonsense attitude is something rare in todays world of car salesmen. Since this purchase, we have been back to thedealership for service in addition to two recalls. Anthony Berry and the service department could not have been more accomodating and just plain nice. Because of this, we recently called Anthony Berry and told him what we were looking for in a used truck. All I can sayis one call, and he brought the truck the next day, no hassles, and once again we were smiling.That makes the second time I have been smiling after a vehicle purchase, rather than leavingthinking I had been in a battle and just barely won. The customer service we received from Stan McNabb Chrysler Dodge Jeep was incredible while we were looking for a safe and reliable car for our 16 year old daughter. She was set on getting a blue Jetta and to our delight the dealership had one that was perfect for her first car. I can't say enough good things about my experience at Stan McNabb Chrysler Dodge Jeep. I was looking for a slightly used or new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Trey did a fantastic job of running all the numbers for the many options (new and used) that were available. Once I test drove the 2014 there was no question which Jeep was going to work for my family! The new 2014 Limited Luxury model has all of the bells and whistles I was looking for, from remote start to the larger UConnnect screen which includes navigation, a back up camera and much more! Marissa did a fantastic job connecting my phone to the Blue tooth system and teaching me how to use the UConnect screen so I was ready to go as soon as I drove off the lot. I was very impressed by how thorough Rodger was with the financial paperwork. He did a great job of explaining all of the financing options and costs. The whole team at Stan McNAbb Jeep does a fantastic job taking care of their customers!
