We purchased our 16 year old son a pre-owned Ford F-150. It was no doubt the most fun, exciting experience we've had with an auto purchase. Robert, a dad to a son himself, was so nice and understanding. This dealership has a wonderful home town feel to it and truely values it's customers. This is our first 'Ford' purchase and will definitely be back in the future to purchase other vehicles. Thank You Stanley Ford of Sweetwater!

Let me tell you a store. About 5 years ago I had a very bad experience at Stanley Ford. The sales person that I was dealing with sold the vehicle I was try to purchace to someone else, as I was walking into my local bank to get the loan on deal. We had already made a deal and the work sheet was in my hand. He called me at lied saying the vehicle had been wrecked. This was just a ploy to get me uninterested so he could sell it to someone else. After confronting him back at the dealership he admitted he had lied to me and that he got a better offer on the vehicle. I vowed that I would never darken the door of Stanley Ford again. Well last week I broke that vow and went back to give you a second chance. I was introduced to Arron Cunningham, Arron treated me with respect and made me a great deal on a trade in on a new F150. The entire staff at Stanley Ford Sweetwater was just great. I will recommend you to all my friends and family. Home run this time.

I WENT IN TO BUY A NEW TRUCK FOR MYSELF AND COULD NOT FIND A SALESMAN ANYWHERE HAD TO GO INTO DEALERSHIP AND FIND ONE. INSTEAD I RAN INTO A MGR I THINK HIS NAME WAS TOBY AND OF COURSE HE SAID HE WOULD GET ME SOMEONE TO HELP US. ALMOST HALF AN HOUR LATER STILL NO SALESMAN IN SIGHT BUT MGR ASSURED US ONE WAS GOING TO BE THERE TO HELP US. NEEDLESS TO SAY WE TOOK OUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE........ I NOTICED WHEN WE LEFT THEY HAD A SIGH OF RELEIF I DONT THINK THEY ARE USED TO HAVING CUSTOMERS AS THEY ALMOST SEEMED OVERWHELMED AND WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE THERE.

I have to say I have bought from arrow ford for years and was on way to do so today,but when we stopped off at your dealership today we were so surprised at how welcoming the staff was. We also were amazed to be greeted by the general manager of the store mr robert barrett who visited with us and shannon griffith who helped us through our buying experience. You have some awesome people here in sweetwater and will gladly send everyone I know looking for a vehicle or even service to this dealership. Again hats off to these guys!!

Found a truck I was interested in on cars.com Emailed, but just got a form reply from salesman saying it was sold, no call or real follow up. Disappointing as it was still on the site for days afterward. Nice email from the new manager to thank me for my inquiry though.

Bought two vehicles on same day and spent large amount of money. And have had problems withboth 2010 vehicles. One vehicle was in shop for 6 weeks and still not 100%. Still trying to getstanley ford to make situation right. They treated my wife like second rate customer. I would love to talk to the owner. I need info on how to file. Lemon law

I am a single mother & men showed up at my door saying I won 1 of 6 substantial prizes.I took off work to claim the prize & after I could not buy a car they gave me $2.In today's age of technology they should not use hard sale tactics on consumers. I explained to the men that I was a single mother & would have to take off work to claim the prize & they assured me the smallest prize was a $500 wal-mart gift certificate, which I could have really used for my 2 young children. Since I only make $50 a day it was a no brainer to go since they assured me I had to buy nothing. They kept trying to sell me something then gave me $2. I just left crying because I felt so stupid that I fell for such a scam. Why prey on single mothers? It is hard enough on us as it is. I guess they have no morals so beware because if they are dis-honest in the small things they will be dis-honest in the large!

After a week of nothing but frustrations from my local Ford dealer, I contacted Stanley Ford Mercury in Sweetwater, hoping to find a particular car I was looking for. Salesman Synuwae Bryant answered the phone, and told me that they did not in fact have the car I was looking for (a 2006 Mustang V6 convertible), but he wanted my business and was willing to try to find me one. I decided to give him a chance (despite my frustrations with salesmen at the dealership up the road). He found the car. And he flew to Kansas to get it for me! The whole deal took only a few days, and I was able to beat the deadline for the Labor Day 0% financing promo! The Sales Manager Damon was exceptionally kind as well. I have absolutely nothing but praises for the staff at Stanley Ford Mercury in Sweetwater. Customer Service, Professionalism, Friendliness, going above and beyond the normal boundaries of service - that's the crew at Stanley Ford. It's definitely worth the drive to Sweetwater! Ask for Synuwae Bryant. His customer service can't be beaten.
