Went to Stapp Interstate for oil / filter + 10,000 mile service. My online service appointment did not appear on their system but I was allowed to "walk in" any way. My service was completed in less time than estimated. I did get into a little used car shopping while waiting and was pleased that the sales crew did not send anyone out to help me look. When I went inside and inquired I was fortunate to encounter Debbie who did answer all my questions and even managed to get me a test drive in a vehicle that was still damp from the detailer shop. Debbie has contacted me with suggestions a few time but I have not felt I was being "sales talked". My requirements are tough for a used car and I may test Stapp to the max before we find the one mine ready to go for.

I got to the dealership a little prior my appointment but they met me before I had a chance to get out of my car. They put a rush on the work since they knew I was waiting. Anticipating a wait, I brought along my fly tying kit to tie up some flies while waiting. I stopped to say hi to Art and when he found that I had brought my fly tying stuff, he escorted me up to his conference room to set up my equipment and tie up some flies. I had more than one Stapp employee stop to observe my work and my flies and ended up giving some away. When I found my car was finished, I was hesitant to leave immediately since I had once again been treated like family. Like Jackie Gleason used to say in the "Honeymooners", you guys are the "greatest".

Tech rep waiting the moment I drove in. Timely notification of issue with car on first visit Monday, ordered radiator and had for Wednesday appointment. Same attentive customer service when I came back for radiator install. Received rental vehicle and was on my way within 15 minutes. Received call by noon that car was ready. When I came back for pickup service reps greeted and took care of me immediately.

The technician checked and fixed my radio and a squeak in the leaf spring as well as changing my oil and filter. There was a software up date for the radio that fixed a few bugs. It's great to be able to take my truck here and have it so well taken care of. Thanks Richard Bates

I appreciate how attentive Cyrstal , my service writer, is with me and how efficient she is as well. But the tech who worked on my car didn't replace the glove box correctly, which means I had to take my car back in and take more time off to do that, for a detail that was overlooked. Needs to pay more attention to those kinds of details so I don't have to bring the car back twice.

We recently purchased a used Xterra from Stapp. Bruce Harrington went above and beyond in answering any and all of our concerns in regards to the vehicle. Most dealers treat you like a second class citizen when you are looking at a pre-ownced vehicle, but I never got a sense of that from Bruce. He wanted us to be satisfied.Kudos as well to the detailers who did a wonderful job on a 9 year old vehicle and to the service techs who helped check out the transmission questions that we had.Stapp will be our fist choice the next time we are looking for a vehicle.

My family and I felt welcomed as soon as we walked into the dealership. The Stapp family had the Highlander that I was interested cleaned and ready for me to inspect. Brion had taken the time to discuss the Highlander that I wanted over the phone and worked to get that specific model and color on the lot. He walked me through the different purchasing options and gave me a great deal. All the while my mother and two sons relaxed and were provided lunch by the dealership. It was an enjoyable experience and I am thrilled with the new purchase.

I was at the end of a 10 hour trip to Colorado to bring my dog in to have specialized surgery, when I experienced car problems. I had to be in Ft. Collins by 9:30 a.m. to check my dog into the hospital that morning so I arrived first thing in the morning explaining that I only had one hour until I had to head to Ft. Collins. Nicole checked my car in and immediately got a technician to diagnose the problem. Once it was determined that my car could not be driven she quickly made arrangements for me to use another car. Since they didn't have any cars available on site at the time, they contacted Enterprise to rent one for me for the day. When we found out the shuttle driver wouldn't be back in time and the Enterprise people couldn't come right away, the woman working in parts department, (sorry, I didn't get her name), spoke up and offered to drive me to the rental location so I could make my appointment. Everyone at Stapp Interstate Toyota went above and beyond to help me during what was a very hectic time. They fixed my car and made sure that this stressed out Nebraska visitor got to the appointment (the surgery was a success!) and was able to get her car taken care of in the process. Thanks to all involved! (Especially Nicole!)

Normally, I dread car buying, but TJ made it so relaxing and simple. From the get-go, he was very responsive to my inquiries, communicating via my preferred methods (e.g., text, email). He was flexible with my schedule and I never felt pressured. I always felt he was being honest and forthright. Negotiation process was stress free and the speed and simplicity in the buying and financing process was a pleasant surprise. Your process of not handing me off to the finance department should be an industry standard. I did not know car buying could be made so simple. Everything about the experience was great! I visited a different dealership a few days before and it was horrible, I was bombarded by about 10 different people, none of whom were at all helpful. But this dealership was so different! Penny was absolutely wonderful! I got to the dealership a little prior my appointment but they met me before I had a chance to get out of my car. They put a rush on the work since they knew I was waiting. Anticipating a wait, I brought along my fly tying kit to tie up some flies while waiting. I stopped to say hi to Art and when he found that I had brought my fly tying stuff, he escorted me up to his conference room to set up my equipment and tie up some flies. I had more than one Stapp employee stop to observe my work and my flies and ended up giving some away. When I found my car was finished, I was hesitant to leave immediately since I had once again been treated like family. Like Jackie Gleason used to say in the "Honeymooners", you guys are the "greatest".

Everyone was direct (not making to much small talk and knowing what questions to ask when I told the staff what I was there for), friendly, and very polite. I was dreading waiting an hour for my inspection and car wash , but with the computer room I was able to get work done at the same time, which made the wait go by really fast. I also really liked seeing that the staff didn't just yell out the customers name when there car was done but that I noticed that each employee kindly and quietly greeted the guest in person to tell them that there services were finished. I also noticed that the staff took especially good care of people (the elderly) that needed more looking after and comfort, which I liked to see. Also the dealership was very clean and had an inviting feel to it.

I have purchased 2 vehicles through Stapp and have the service on all of our Toyotas done there as well since they were located in Longmont and then moved to Frederick. There have been a couple of times where I have been told that I needed a new cabin filter. I never ended up replacing it, and now my multipoint inspections are coming up that it is fine. I never knew that cabin filters could regenerate. This past April I took in my Sequoia for the regular oil change and inspection. Everything was marked green on the report and I was told everything was looking good. My Sequoia was up for another oil change in August. I called Stapp Interstate Toyota and the receptionist tried to connect me with the service department at least 4 times and nobody answered. She finally got me to a voicemail where I left my name, contact information, what I needed, several days/times I was available for service thinking she would call me with an appointment time. More than 24 hours later and nobody had called me back so I called again. Someone was finally available to schedule an appointment with me. I brought my Sequoia in for its oil change and inspection. As I sat in the waiting room, the sales people located in the open corner office were quite vocal about a person that had purchased 2 vehicles that past weekend. Something had gone amiss in the purchases and the salespeople were loud enough that I could hear that they were annoyed by the customer. In my opinion, that was quite unprofessional. When I went to get my car, I was told that I had to sign off on a paper stating I was aware that the cords were showing on one of my tires and could cause a blow out soon. Once I got home, I pulled April's report to see what they had reported about my tires. All of the tire reports came up as green. In the small print, there was something about abnormal wear on the inner surface of 2 tires. If that was the case, why was it marked Green? Needless to say, when I received the email to fill out a survey, I was honest in my impression of them. Within a couple of days, Jacqueline contacted me to discuss my experience. She agreed that the sales people speaking loudly about customers in ear shot of other customers was completely unprofessional and that she would have that addressed. That was a good sign. She said that the service manager was not there that day and she would talk to him the next day and contact me then. That was last week. Jacqueline did not call back. So, last night we contacted her. She stated she had forgotten about this complaint and talked with my husband about it. We were on the way out the door and she said she would call back tomorrow (8/22/2015). So, today is Saturday and she finally just called. There were a million reasons why this was my fault and that they had been saying I needed tires since 2012, etc. etc. I had new tires put on in July of 2012. HMMMMM. I began to get agitated and she mumbled something about getting someone and then the line went dead. It is now 50 minutes since the line went dead and she has not called back making me think that to Stapp Interstate Toyota that my experience there means nothing to them. I will never go back there again for service or sales and encourage you to do the same. While my previous visits have not been as horrendous as this latest one, I have heard the salespeople talk about customers...sometimes nicely, sometimes not so nice. I have had inconsistent service reports...remember the regenerating cabin filter? It all came to a head this last visit. I truly believe that the past few years have just been an indication that Stapp is more concerned with getting money than producing good service and appreciating their customers. If other Toyota dealerships behave the same way, I am no longer surprised that Toyota no longer ranks number 1. Too bad, because I really liked Toyotas.

I was very happy to have worked with Travis Cover. He answered all my questions and easy to work with. My wife and I also had 2 of our kids with us and he was very patient with them and us having to take care of them at the same time. The only negative was I felt glad to not have some of the other sales men there. Not all, but a few of them didn't seem quite as friendly.

Looking for a specific used car (Toyota Venza) and was connected to Used Car Sales Manager, Casey Colbert.n As timing would have it, Casey just got a clean low-mileage Venza on the lot. I brought my vehicle in on Thursday for timing belt cover and water pump replacement. A loaner vehicle was ready for me and Nicole had everything in place. She kept me updated throughout the day and kept the vehicle overnight to test on Friday to make sure no leaks were occurring. I was extremely impressed with Nicole. I've always experienced good service from Stapp Toyota, but my most recent service appointment was exceptional. Carol was excellent at explaining the specifics of the service (a 90,000 mile service interval, so not just a standard oil-change & rotate), how long the work would take, and arranging transportation for me while my car was being serviced. I've always been pleased with service at Stapp, but this latest experience was great!For what it's worth: to date, we've purchased multiple cars from Stapp (both new and used), and they've been the most pleasant dealership I've ever worked with. Believe it or not, I never felt any high pressure from the sales team, and the service and support has always been great.

Took my older 4Runner in for a problem and was provided a priority list to choose from and did have to leave the vehicle there until parts needed arrived. While there took walk on the lot and saw a vehicle was I interested in. Later spoke with Bruce Harrington who assisted me with questions about the vehicle. After our discussion my interest in the vehicle increased and I subsequently decided to purchase the vehicle if the terms were right. Bruce made the process easy, expedient, and friendly, fair, and I ultimately purchased and was very satisfied in the whole process. Thank you for making the whole process stress free and very satisfying. Something that I in the past hated to do but after my experience with Bruce will look forward to in the future when purchasing another vehicle from Stapp Interstate Toyota. I brought my 2008 Sequoia in for an oil change the morning of New Year's Eve without an appointment. Not only did the Stapp Service Department accommodate me for the oil change but they found a leak in my water pump and replaced it at no cost to me that day. The Stapp Service Team is outstanding and they ALWAYS go above and beyond what is asked of them. I won't have my car serviced anywhere else. Fantastic organization and they have earned my loyalty for years to come!

He not only found the truck that I was looking for after I emailed him my wish list, but he worked with me on the price. In the end I ended up with a super solid value. There was never a bit of pressure from John or anyone else at this fine dealership. When I was about to drive off with the gorgeous new/used truck, and it became clear that there was only one key, their service department had a new fob made up in about 20 minutes. By far the BEST car buying experience I've EVER had. My Wife and I went into Stapp Interstate Toyota expecting the traditional car buying experience and were blow away to discover how different Stapp Interstate Toyota is. 1st off they DO NOT have an F&I Departmant....we NEVER got passed between employees and Marcus Silva was fantastic and he did EVERYTHING for us! Since then we've visited the Service Department twice for routine maintenance which is FREE :) because of Toyota Care and the Service Department is just as AMAZING! They are fast, friendly and very patient with all of our questions. We are so thankful to have finally found Stapp Interstate Toyota and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who will listen!
