Excellent service received within 15 minutes of sending a message in Cargurus. Was given Emmets's name and it was great from then till now. Emmet even came in on a Sunday to show the car to my brother, which shocked and surprised me. So that is why I was grounded with my purchase with Star Auto Mall.

Within minutes of sending inquiry I received a reply phone call from Deb..... it was like I had known her for years and yet we had never me. The customer service was like none I have ever experienced.... personal and friendly.Following approval from my credit union, they then denied financing of my vehicle due to NO REASON on my part. Totally distraught and in tears..... within minutes my sales rep Emmet spoke with me and calmed me. Though he could not make any guarantees; I knew I was in good hands and I knew he would do everything in his power to organize the financing. 2 days later I picked up my vehicle! THE CAR LOT WAS PACKED WITH CUSTOMERS!!!!!Not only did he lower the price, he arranged to have tires immediately put on my vehicle with no additional cost to me!Car salesmen have bad reps. and I have dealt with a few..... After meeting Emmet I immediately knew I was in good hands and I knew I was dealing with an honest, OUT FOR THE PEOPLE gentleman!In need of a vehicle????? I am happy with the car I purchased at Star Auto Mall, but very unhappy with the Star Auto Mall experience. Let me explain. The used car I purchased from Star came with three unsafe tires, not something you expect with an $18,000 purchase. The first of these tires popped in the first small pothole it encountered. The tire had been plugged and the plug simply blew out, totally ruining my Labor Day. When I got the car to my normal, highly reputable tire and repair service, they found the plug and of course would not even try to fix the tire. When they examined the rest of the tires, they found two that had very bad cracking on the sidewall, exposing the tread, and were therefore unsafe to drive on. I bit the bullet and and replaced the whole set of tires, plus the fender liner that the blown tire had taken with it. A few days later, I went in to ask Emmet at Star for some relief on the money I had had to spend. His response was to berate my repair shop, without even knowing who it was, and go off on some tangent. In short, he refused to stand behind the product he had sold me. Clearly, he sold me the tires as well as the car, and his organization put a safety sticker on the car, passing it with three unsafe tires. He never offered to reimburse me for the tires or to do anything else to make the situation right. All he did was run off at the mouth, finally making me so angry that I had to leave. I would never buy a car there again, and would recommend that you stay away as well. Buyer beware; these people wont stand behind their products.

The Best Dealership IN The Date Of Pennsylvania. My dad got a car here, my cousin and I did as well. Both Emmet in sales and in finance did the best they could in few days. I got the car I wanted with the payments I wanted. Got to trade my BMW for beautiful 2010 challanger V8-Hemi. They also cleaned the engine and the inside for me the day after I got the car and she is more gorgeous then ever. Emmet taught me a lot of things about the car industry how I can take care of my car and my future buys. My family looks at this dealer over any dealership in p.a. I have been wanting to trade in my car for a Nissan Rogue for months now and saw they had a few on their website with low mileage and great prices. I called and Chelsea was very helpful and arranged for me to come in and look at the two I was interested in. The vehicles were in great shape and the process was very organized and professional. I live 1 1/2 hrs away just outside Philadelphia pa. So I did a lot of the research on the web site. The picture of the car I bought were accurate.When I applied for credit it said I was preapproved and I thought REALLY with my low numbers .Then Ron came into the picture he somehow worked his magic and got my kia financed.I couldn't believe it. So the day before I got on the greyhound bus for Bethlehem I doubled check with Ron and my salesman Larry to make sure and off I was to the star of Bethlehem. I arrived at the dealership at 12:15 and was driving home by 1:30 I had to be at work by 4. Ron and Larry did a wonderful job to make my car buying experience a eazy breezy experience

I recently went to the dealership looking into the purchase of the white c class Mercedes I had viewed online a few hours prior to my visit. We, being my husband and I, were told the car was in getting an inspection due to being a new car on the lot and we would be called by Paulie when it was returned back to the lot and if not, to call him. Since I heard nothing, I called the next day and was told by the young lady who answered the phone that Paulie would call us back shortly. We never received that call. So I took it upon myself to call the dealership back the next day following and not give my name saying I was interested in the same car only to be informed the car was sold. Now, I usually don't do reviews, but to be given the run around by someone who seemed to be a great salesman, was just disrespectful. We heard good things about this dealership and the amount of unprofessional manners shown the past three days was horrible. I truly hope this changes with future customers.

I had a great experience here during my car shopping quest. I've been in the market for awhile and often browsed through the selection at Star since my wife had purchased her previous vehicle from them. Each time I stopped over to browse, the staff was more than helpful, but did not suffocate you with a sales pitch. It was relieving to say the least. When I came in to look at my 2014 Outlander, I was able to take a good look around and when I found the vehicle I liked, they took me through the process in a manner that was clear and stress free. Their sales staff was top notch. I initially dealt with Chelsea who hooked me up with the test drive, upon my return, Emmet handled the rest of the process with some help from the location manager (forget his name). Both of them worked with me to not only get a price deduction, but a great interest rate that brought my payment down to dollars off my goal payment. I highly recommend purchasing a used vehicle from this dealer. Emmet was a straight shooter and in my past visits he would let me know if a certain vehicle had a bad reputation, good reputation, known manufacturer issues/recalls, etc. I never felt like he was ever trying to upsell me or pressure me into making a purchase. This is why I came back to eventually purchase my vehicle from them. My Outlander is not only in spotless condition, but it was low on mileage, and listed below market value! Couldn't be happier... Thanks again to Star for the great experience.

Willy the sales/lot manager was great! He had a no pressure sales approach that both my wife and I loved. Willy was vey honest about the vehicle and Star Auto Mall were true to their word on holding the vehicle on deposit. The finance guy was speedy and friendly as well. Both were very competent and professional. Even though I am rating the dealership as "5-star" I was not impressed with the general manager and would recommend his replacement. In 2015 my wife and I bought a 2012 Ford Explorer from Star and we still have it today, it runs great and we went to the dealership we were treated with great service, the sales service was straight to the point know games or promises. My wife and I were so impressed by this we went back again in March of 2016 and bought a 2012 Toyota Van and again we were met with great sales service from Emmit. I went to this dealership on a whim. I was in a particular situation, with little wiggle room for money down, payments and overall total, and on my last day to find a car before I had to turn in the rental I was using. Emit and another gentleman (which his name is escaping me at this time) worked vigorously and diligently to find something that would be financially reasonable and would last. I walked in on a whim, and left in a car that I didnt think i could afford and couldn't be happier with. There was absolutely no pressure from anyone. They knowing sold me a car with a bad engine and refused to make good on it ! No one looks you in the eye ..that should have been my first clue that I was dealing with a crooked company ! They act they do not understand English and refer you to underlings that do not care about the customer ! They should be shut down by the Magistrates Office for very bad business practices. It is disgusting to know that I threw away $13,000.00 and do not have a car any longer . Our son bought his first car from Star and I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Kevin was our salesman and pressured our son into writing a good review of the process as I wasn't there when he actually took possession of the vehicle. Kevin promised to put a 1/4 tank of gas in the vehicle before we left--he said that's all they could afford to put in. For the profit they made they could have afforded an extra $40. The dealership never did and the gas light went on after only 10 minutes down the road. When my son arrived for the car it wasn't washed nor ready to go. It was washed with dirty water from the same bucket the guy was washing other vehicles with. The dealership couldn't produce the paperwork showing the inspection information for the vehicle. When asked for copies of all documents and he never gave them to us. After our son signed the paperwork he told us to enjoy the car and just stood as his desk. I felt he was trying to get us in and out as soon as possible and move onto the next sale. I know when you buy a used car it's buyer beware but if you care about your reputation you'd treat your customers with some sort of respect and do the basics, no matter their age. Kevin and Star did barely the basics and I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. No wonder one of the most negative experiences an adult has in their lives is buying a car. If you want that feeling again, then I'd recommend Star Auto Mall.

I was happy with the deal i received on the car I bought. Al was very helpful and pleasant to work with, he was professional and quick to help with the buying process despite the fact that he was busy juggling many customers. The process of purchasing the car itself seemed somewhat time consuming, maybe more-so then necessary, but it was acceptable. In the future I would take a more open description of the various fees of the buying process, as we had to push to find out that one of the fees was Gap insurance and not required.

I found two good looking cars on their website that matched what I was looking for. I reasoned that it was worth the hour long trip to the dealership, as I had two cars that I called and confirmed are available that morning and had the price agreed upon in advance.Well, that hour long trip turned into two hours with traffic, but I really can't blame anyone for that except for whoever had the accident on the turnpike. I go to the dealership with my amazing girlfriend, who was kind enough to help me look over the vehicles. Well, the first one we found looked Nothing like the picture on the website. It had 4 flat tires, leaves inside and out from the tree it was under, lots of rust and a fractured paint-job on the front from some minor impacts. It was completely undriveable and, judging from the dirt and condition, hadn't been touched in months.Disappointed, I ask the front desk where the other car is, and I'm directed to another lot a mile down the road. After looking around the lot, I approach one of the sales people and he informed me that it had been used as a loaner that morning. Kevin assured me that the car would be back the next day, but nothing was offered to make up for the two errors on their part.Well, an hour and a half later, and we're arriving home exhausted and having wasted what could have been a lovely afternoon together doing something fun. I did not feel like I was dealing with organized professionals.

I recently purchased a 2008 Hyundai Tiburon from Star Auto Mall. Overall it was a good experience. I worked with Willie who was great. He wasn't overbearing, and he was patient. I would definitely recommend Star Auto Mall as long as you look over the car carefully, make sure they take care of any issues, and do some research to see if the car is going for a fair price. Here are a list of pros and cons from my experience: Pros: -They have a wide variety of cars -There were some issues with the car I wanted taken care of. The dealership said they would fix the issues before I even decided if I wanted to purchase the car. They were able to take care of most of the issues. -They were able to drop the price a little -The staff was friendly -I was able to take the car for a test drive by myself -There was a picture of Jesus on the wall! Cons: -The car was over priced for the amount of miles it had, and I feel they could have dropped the price more -As I left after buying the car, I noticed the gas tank was almost empty -They were unable to fix some of the issues they said they'd take care of, and some of the issues they fixed weren't done that well -The car was missing a keyless entry remote, so I had to purchase one -I later discovered the car did not have floor mats -After buying the car, I discovered the wheels needed to be balanced

Kevin was super welcoming and friendly on the phone and in person. I was happy to come in, knowing that he was incredibly helpful and kept things moving smoothly. He felt like a friend and that's what I appreciate best. Had a certain car in mind and he was happy to help me out, explain everything, answer all of my list of questions. Car buying can be tedious for me and not something I look forward to. But again, he made it go along smoothly and he engaged us with conversation (while waiting for paperwork) and didn't just abandon us to wait in purgatory like other businesses have done to me. Definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a quality car as well as a great person to talk to about it all. This was a pleasant surprise compared to other places I've dealt with in the past. From the moment I walked in both Ron and Willie treated me with the utmost respect as a customer and made the entire buying process very straightforward and enjoyable. My mother purchased a car here. To make a long story short we find out that the car has been in an accident and the computer doesn't work. It would have been apparent to them when they tried to inspect the car. Also the paint inside the wheel wells is a different color than ourside. Now her tire sensor wont go off and many other issues. This was my first time buying a car (with the help of my parents of course) and I really had no idea what I was doing. After looking online at a couple of cars, my parents and I went to Star Auto Mall to look at a used 2008 Kia Optima that my mom had found online. Ok so I buy a car from Star Auto Mall I had some issuses in the past with my cars headlights the main concern because of an safty issue with them. Month later problem gets fixed so I thought... the protetive cap on back of the NEW headlamps comes off due to improperly replacing it on the back. they both come off, they both get condensation on the inside, the right side blub blows out! I go to Star Auto Mall to have them fix it after all thier supposed ASE CERITFIED technicians( NO CERIFICATES POSTED AT SERVICE CENTER) replaced them the service center management comes and tells me they can't fix my problem because of they already did enough! Now im supposed to go to Mitsubishi and autozone myself to fix the issue the non ASE Techs made in the first place. I go to the main Star Auto Mall place on 191 in Bethlehem ask to talk to some one of higher management we get the supposedly head sales man the one that wears the ball caps and not the top person of the establishment like l asked for in the first place. He comes looks at the car and after a few minutes of procrastination he comes and says HE cant do anything for me because they put to much money in my car in the first place( THAT SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN SOLD THE WAY IT WAS IN THE FIRST PLACE)! Then my awesomely intelligent girlfriends walks back in to the office and ask the cool recptionist if the person who we are talking to is the top guy she says no hes just the head sales man as shes asking the questions the head salesman storms away walks into the office and into where the person we asked for in the first place is comes out gets in the phone with the service center and says order the part. No get this part he gets off the phone and says I have to call the service center for when my part comes in, I corrected him and says no they should call me... then he proceed to tell me that after this take my car somewhere else to get worked on because I said the f word outside with him and my girlfriend standing there and also because I said that im not trying to be a Richard inside the office in front of the an elderly gentleman... Really? wow! the funny thing I have a 2 yr warranty with them that I paid for when buying the car and as long as I keep the sticker on my car from them I get free inspection and I think oil changes from them for life of my car. And yet they were voted best of the best in the lehigh vally? So all in all we fix, we mess up, you complain we dont fix.... Maybe I should seek a lawyer? Ill be posting this on every site I can get especially the Better Business Bureau.

I went to inquire about purchasing a vehicle and while the employees were very helpful in finding us a car and getting us a great deal. The process has taken extremely long. I was told that they had to do some minor repairs and it would be ready the next day. I drove an hour to pick up the vehicle the next day, waited an hour to be told it was not done and that we would be able to pick up the vehicle Friday. When I called to find out what time the vehicle would be ready, I was then told they were unsure and to give them a break as if it was my problem that my vehicle wasn't done when I was told it would be. I waited another week to just be told that the vehicle may not be ready again when I was told it would definitely be done. Either they don't know how to communicate with their mechanics or they just don't know how to deal with customers. I don't care if you are busy or not. When your employees tell the customer that something will be done on a specific date and then it isn't, and then gives the customer a run around and makes them feel as though the customer is being annoying for wanting to know when the vehicle will be in their possession, makes this dealership look unprofessional. I will not recommended this place to anyone.

I was a little skeptical usually buying from a big name dealership but I was pleasantly surprised! I worked with Hector trying to decide on one of two cars I found online...after talking about it a little bit I picked one and went for a test drive no pressure at all. Needless to say I came back and bought it...with little haggling I got a great price! and a great rate! When I got home I realized I was missing the floor mats and was kinda bummed when I noticed that the front grill and H logo were cracked it wasn't very noticeable but I saw it... there were also a couple of clips missing from the wheel well...because of the weather I couldn't get back over there right away so was a little concerned I was going to get some resistance and a tough luck kind of attitude...but to my surprise it was quite the opposite...Hector and the owner came out and they didn't hesitate in getting the problems fixed... to make it right! I was treated with more regard and respect than the last 2 car purchases I've had from big name car dealerships! One of which employed a close family member! Thank You Hector and your staff and the rest of the staff I came in contact with at star auto mall! The car I bought was in pristine condition and at a good price. There was just enough gas in it to get to the nearest gas station. There was a "bogus" documentation fee added in addition to the traditional tags,title & registration. The process was swift & efficient.

I walked into STAR AUTO MALL after a bad experience at other dealers . I wanted to buy a car and I wanted to buy it now. While at star auto mall I wanted a Nissan Maxima Sport. We started to discuss what options I wanted, what color I wanted, and how much I would be comfortable paying. He also asked if I had any vehicle to trade, which I did. An hour or so later we settled on a price for my trade, the price for my new vehicle and I was driving off roughly 2 hours after arriving at the dealer, which from previous experiences was very quick. The price we reached beat all other dealers in the area far and away. saleman was probably the best salesman I have dealt with, from a customers point of view, in my 10 years of buying new vehicles. He has definitely earned his dealership my future business and himself my loyalty. I have a large family and will definitely be recommending star auto mall to them for any future purchases.

I bought a 2011 Altima from STAR AUTO MALL. It was a really great experience. The best price was right on the cars window and they got me a really low interest loan- less than my credit union. I really liked that it only took a little more than an hour to pick the car, and do the paper. I dont usually write reviews but everyone so was nice and I saw the car on cars.com. The sales person, who i learned has worked at the dealership for over 30 years SALESMAN was very sweet and didnt make me feel pressured. Being a women I was sensitive to this.

I had an AMAZING experience purchasing a car at star auto mall !! I would recommend it to ANYONE looking to purchase a new or used vehicle! Im from NY, and spend the summer at the Jersey Shoreso, I went into star auto mall simply to look at different car options, and get a sense of what Im interested in (with the intention of waiting to purchase once I got back home in the fall). I was immediately struck by how warm, knowledgable, helpful the staff was at star auto mall , and felt genuinely comfortable (and we all know how intimidating car shopping can be!) There was no pressure, and I felt like Woody Paisly really listened to what I was looking for, and helped me find exactly what I wanted, and found it within my budget!! (Ask for him when you go inthough everyone was really knowledgable and friendly. We loved our experience with him!) I was so happy with my experience, I couldnt imagine waiting to buy when I got homeand certainly wouldnt buy anywhere else! Thanks to everyone at star auto mall for such a fabulous experience!

Went in a little over a week ago to look at one car in particular. Was met by the two salesmen there, who were pleasant and easy to talk to. After looking over and driving the car, I discovered a few issues that required attention. Some of which would cost a bit out of pocket. Being a fairly knowledgeable mechanic, I was educated in what was involved and the rough costs of said issues. Rather than have the dealership fix the issue themselves, and then have them turn around and dump back the costs on me, I decided that I would make an offer on the car as-is. A win-win in my book, they don't have to dump money into the car and then have to worry about it being returned by the customer, and i don't have to pay the markup on services I can competently accomplish myself. Anyhow that's besides the point. I made an offer on the car, and was promised a phone call the following morning. 4 days later. Still no phone call.... I called them to see what the status was on the vehicle, still interested. I was told the vehicle was no longer for sale due to the issues I addressed..... What? Okay, but a phone call would have been nice. I don't think that's too much to ask for? Instead now I felt like i was given the run-around, and maybe they know something I don't. I tried explaining the issues to them, what was involved, and rough cost estimates to back-up the offer I made ( which was by no means out-of-the-ballpark) , and the salesman clearly had no mechanical knowledge and basically dismissed my knowledge. Hey if you don't want to sell me a car that's fine. Ill find one elsewhere. I am especially unnerved, because Im sure many of you know, car buying is a stressful task; comparing this that and the other thing, negotiating prices etc. After making the offer on this car, I also had another I looked at and was interested in at another dealer, expecting a call from Star Auto Mall, I held off on the other car, and due to my hesitation the other car slipped away! Totally bummed. Needless to stay, my biggest gripe was primarily the lack of communication, one 60 second phone call was all I needed. Id keep driving past this dealership

I walked in on a Friday afternoon, looking for a car. I had no intentions of purchasing anything that particular day. A salesman named Emmet approached me and struck up a conversation. I was treated as a person and was not talked down to or rushed into anything. After speaking with Emmet, I really liked his approach and his style of selling. Gee was my sales representative and did a fantastic job; he contacted me immediately after my online request, arranged a test drive, and had everything prepared for me prior to arrival. If you are like me, buy a used car is equivalent to having a root canal at the dentist: very painful. Thankfully, this was not the case at Star Auto Mall. I really enjoyed everyone that I came in contact with, and never felt pressured. The process was quick and efficient. Kudos to Gee, for everything he did. My wife and I were both impressed with the quality and selections of autos that they had in their inventory. I would recommend them. I do agree with another post that I read....just because they show you that car fax says the vehicle is clean, it doesn't mean that something hasn't occurred with the vehicle. I found out on another piece of paper that the vehicle had been repossessed, which wasn't a big deal, but never recorded on car fax or told to me. As with everything, carefully research, make an informed decision, and you'll get a decent deal. Good luck with your endeavors!!

For two months, I searched for a dealer that would work with me. I had made a few bad decisions over the years and my credit history suffered as a result. Nobody within a 50 mile radius was willing to work with me. That all changed when I sat down with Frank, the single most honest salesman I have ever met in my 30 years. When everyone else asked me for more money down out of pocket than I had in my entire checking and savings account. Frank asked me what I had and what I could do every month. Even after an initial rejection from a few lenders, Frank and Jimmy in finance fought for me and managed to put me in a 2009 Mitsubishi Galant that I can now proudly call my own. I cannot say enough in this short review about what a fantastic organization Star is and the extent to which they are willing to help you. I hope to one day come back to them and pay cash for my next car!

I recently purchased a car from Star Auto Mall. After speaking with many dealers in the area, and visiting a , Star Auto Mall is by far the most honest and trust worthy. There were no games or hidden fees. I simply gave them my price, and we went back and forth a few times and that was it. They are professional and courteous. I have 2 cars from Star Auto Mall, and I could have had a more pleasant experience. The customer service could not have been more helpful throughout my usage of the car, and were able to easily, and painlessly help with all of my scratches and bruises along the way. Not only were my tires mess up, the oil low and black, soak plugs never changed and moldy. But they promised me to repair a piece of car center console which when opened it would come apart. They it was a simple fix and that they would order the part for me and fix it, then they also claimed to mail the part to me neither did I get the call to come in and get the part fixed and I've been day and night sitting here in my front porch for the piece lmbo which I have not yet received. I don't recommend Star Wack Auto Mall to no one not worth the cheap price cause you'll end up paying for it

I was hesitant to go check out their cars since they are not a big name I've ever heard of in the Lehigh Valley but I am so glad I got over that. This place is exactly what we all say we are looking for--a dealership with genuine people who have an always changing selection of quality cars under book value, who never pressure you or make you uncomfortable. Frank is the best sales guy I've ever met, what a good guy! Jimmy got me approved when no one else would, and Ruby made all the paperwork easy and stress-free. I can't say enough about them. They let me drive as many cars as I wanted, without a sales guy tagging along, and there was no pressure at all. Once I found a car I liked, they were very upfront with the car fax, book value, and everything else I would need to know to make a good decision. I bought a Honda CR-V and am very happy with the whole process. I highly recommend them.

I was enticed into Star Auto Mall because of their listings on the internet. When I showed up, Tonya started working with me, but said, basically, "all the salesmen are busy helping other customers right now, so I guess I can help you." That didn't inspire a lot of confidence, and even though I had sent in notice that I was interested in four or five cars ahead of time, they clearly hadn't kept track of what they were and we never talked about two of them. This place is definitely no frills, and I don't mind that if it helps keep prices low. However, I was pretty amazed at the disorganization. Tonya left partway through my visit, and so Hector took over, but he kept taking care of totally other things (including paperwork) and made me wait, and wasn't even clear on which cars I had test driven. Nobody ever even talked me through the features of the cars, they just pulled out the ones I mentioned and sent me off on a test drive. Tonya even pointed out the shortfallings in one car. I liked being able to test-drive by myself, but it was a little disconcerting to me that nobody seemed to know what was going on. I got the distinct impression that they had no idea what cars were even in stock, and I get that, given their volume, but things might have gone better if I had been able to interact with an actual salesperson who cared or took me seriously. Also, I applied for financing on one of the cars, and they were able to get me approved, but the interest rate they quoted was four times higher than the deal I ended up closing elsewhere. I can't help but wonder if my experience would have been different if my husband came along as well.

Pricing games seem to be the order of the day here. After finding several car choices on the cars.com site located at Star Auto Mall, we called to confirm availability. Made the two hour drive to Bethlehem to find two of the five cars had been sold. The remaining three were priced $1,000.00 to $1500.00 more than the listing on the cars.com website. We were told that it was the fault of "someone" in the office. After insisting they honor the advertised price they agreed, but tried to make us feel we were getting a real steal, but were in fact paying full price. I should have walked away.

I called about a vehicle and they said it was at the shop. The girl said she would try to get it over to the dealership so I could take a look at it. Sooooo, two days later with no call, I called them back to ask what was up! They said the vehicle was still not there and they would get back to me ASAP. Another two days went by and I called because I was a little upset with there communication. I talk to the sales manager frank and explain that no one has contacted me about my interest in the vehicle and he said " I will personally call you back myself tomorrow and give you a status of everything." Guess what FRANK!!!! Still waiting for that call!! Don't worry, I went to another dealership and bought myself a SUV. Thanks for the great customer support!

After visiting many dealerships and having the typical salesman pitch numerous times, visiting Star Auto Mall was very refreshing. No gimmicks or games. Just very focused, friendly and customer oriented people trying to find a car for you. They took time with me, answered my many questions and were very reasonable to deal with. Even after the purchase they were concerned with cleaning cleaning and buffing the car and wanting to do everything possible to make us happy. This is how people should treat customers... other dealerships need to take a lesson from these guys. Recent events created a need for a vehicle in short order. Having no prolonged per purchase period created some difficulty for us. We visited a number of used car dealers and found they were less than attentive when we could not provide a specific vehicle description for them. Most would show us the single car they thought we wanted from their inventory rather than providing a selection from that inventory. Steve at Star was more accommodating in this regard, to the point of suggesting we could drive 'the whole lot' if we wanted. [+5 stars] We looked at several vehicles and drove 2 or 3 before the Boss (no not Bruce, my wife) became seriously interested in the purchased vehicle. The decision to purchase was made and the process became more clinical and remote versus the selection of the vehicle part. [+3 stars] The process was explained in cliff notes form preventing intelligent questioning. [+3 stars] There were a number of things we might have done to smooth that process, however the short time frame made this difficult for us but Star managed to accommodate us despite our minimal preparation. [+4 stars] While the paperwork was in process, Steve provided a tour of the facility including the service area [+5stars] As the final paperwork process was in process, we discovered we were paying for additional coverage (service plan type stuff) which increased our actual cost by about 13%. Probably a good decision, but I was a bit disconcerted regarding the delay in the cost/ benefit discussion. [+2 stars] Over all, a good experience and we have a vehicle meeting our needs and budget after visiting 10 dealers in 12 days. [4 stars]

I drove an hour to see the Lincoln Town Car on their lot. Outwardly the car looked nice, upon further inspection the car was hit on the front fender, as the carfax noted. However, while driving my son and I noticed an inch of ice on the rear floor board. We found that the body trim was loose and was leaking water which had frozen. When I took the car back to the dealership, our sales person Sunny could have cared less. Cared so little that he went on his lunch break and left us sitting there. Jimmy finally looked at my trade and offered me an number that was simply offensive. I have since bought a nicer Lincoln from a much more friendly dealer and was given more than double what Jimmy offered for my trade. This was a horrible waste of my time and would never recommend this dealer.

Jimmy was very nice over the phone and sent us more photos and all the information we asked for. Was honest about the condition of his vehicle, had it priced fairly, offered us a VERY fair trade-in on our truck, and he was also able to get us a WAY better finance rate than we could get in . So, based on other good reviews of this dealership, we decided to drive 2-hours to see the odyssey with 3-kids and after a 1-hour test drive, we bought it and we are very, very, very happy! Gave us 3-month free warranty (protects him and us, these vehicles have a lot that can go wrong with them) and it was the easiest time we have ever had buying a car. He even gave us an extra set of headphones for the DVD player in the car, free. Thank you Jimmy for being honest in an industry and age, when these things aren't valued like they used to be. 2-hours is not such a long ride when you consider the amount of time the "other" local dealers wasted of our time.

Unparalleled responsiveness and transparency that made long-distance (Internet) shopping experience a pleasure. "Frank" was professional, courteous, open, forthright, fair, and completely responsive. I put him through his paces: checking out the vehicle of my choice for dings, nicks, and scratches all of which he identified while talking with me on the phone, and promptly had repaired at no additional cost. Frank even took the vehicle out for an immediate test drive (to speeds that could have cost him!) at my request to make sure it handled smooth as silk on the road OR track. Came down on price, even after making cosmetic repairs. Did all of the above with great good humor, knowledgeability, and enthusiasm for a customer 200 miles away he had never met. Returned every phone call and email promptly and thoroughly. Was flexible, and had a "can do" attitude, throughout, without ever applying pressure, or doing the caricature "used car dealer" two-step, at any time. (I ultimately could not logistically make the trip to PA to acquire the vehicle I work 7 days a week right now ,but the entire experience was a pure pleasure.) I went to several dealers in AREA when my ALTIMA was totaled in an accident. When I called STAR AUTO MALL, When I got there, I was greeted by jimmy as well as the rest of the friendly staff. I went to Star Auto MALL .Met a salesman SUNNY told him what I was looking for and price range. He spoke to his manager a Mr. JIMMY , he came to meet me, a very professional man. He asked a few questions. He expressed he was glad I told them what I could afford and what I wanted to drive. They get me really good deal on mazad 6 .Mr sunny and Mr jimmy were so accomadating and gave me a great deal.I highly recommend this dealership! i am very thankful to Star Auto Mall.

I bought a used car,I was treated so well,I could not ask for any better,I do not know how some one can write a bad review of this dealer,I bought a used car and it was like i am buying a new high line car,they are all so nice,jimmy ,was such a nce guy,we called on a car we saw on line,16 pictures,the car was exactly as it shows on line,the price did not change,we were not sure at first because the price was the lowest,but when we got there,drove the car my son loved it,it was every thing we hoped for my second car there,well worth the trip Thanks to Star Auto MALL

Jimmy and Frank are wonderful to deal with and exceeded our expectation from a wonderful dealership. Overall, we had good experiences from the Star Auto Mall Frank was very knowledgeable on the selling cars, pleasant and explaining features and specs in detail VERY supportive. My wife and I really enjoyed dealing with him Jimmy was also very friendly and supportive. We had an minor issue, and he was willing to think from our perspectives and tried his best for the best solution. We visited this place after seeing 2007 subaru forester listed on web site. Dont confuse this place with the other Star auto mall just down the road. We test drove the car and wanted to think it over and we also wanted to look at another car somewhere else before deciding.We dealt with Frankie he said no problem I'll put a hold on it while you think it over. After we came home we thought we might buy it. about an hour later he calls us to tell us the car was sold. WHAT!!!! then he has the nerve to call us in the morning and try to sell us another Subaru forester he just got at the auction for 1000 dollars more than the first one we looked at. Same year almost same miles. I say run dont walk away from this guy.

The First car experience was great. Once meeting Jimmy, he helped understand what I was looking for and went over the features of the Nissan Altima. I tested drove it and it was just a great vehicle. I wanted to see the numbers first and test drive it so I need one more day to think. Jimmy was great by not giving me any pressure to get the car now. He understood and said I can drop him an e-mail or call him with any questions. I enjoyed that there was no pressure, which Ive experienced a lot from other dealers. I e-mailed him that same night and he followed through the next morning. After some thinking and some research, I decided to go back and i met Jimmy He has excellent customer service as well. We closed the deal quickly afterwards and Im a happy customer and a new member of the Star Auto Mall family. Thank you!

I was in the market for a used cars and visited two other dealerships. One dealership was friendly however their price was too high for my budget, the other dealer was unfriendly and I felt mistreated. Star Auto Mall was was both friendly and had great negotiation ability that led to high customer satisfaction. I was treated with great respect from the onset and taken as a serious buying customer, Jimmy introduced me to the Sales Manager quickly in the process and that also made me feel comfortable. The spoke to me as a human being not another number on the books and that made such a difference. I would recommend Star Auto Mall to anyone who is buying an vehicle.

Star Auto Mall has been one of the best car dealerships I have ever dealt with. My owner Jimmy was not only a pleasure to talk with, but he was honest and not made me feel pressured into buying anything I didnt want. They gave me one of the best prices for my car BMW and let me take as much time (and as many test drives) as I wanted just to be sure I was going to be satisfied before making my purchase. A few weeks earlier, I spent a good amount of time researching both about the vehicle I was interested in and how to handle car negotiations. Before I entered Star Auto Mall, I was expecting hours of stressful negotiation and trickery. (Possibly due to past experiences at the many other car dealers out there) But to my complete surprise, thats not what happened here. Conversation was calm and pleasureful, and right off the bat I had a price that beat the other local dealers! I will definitely be considering Star Auto Mall again for future purchases.

When I went to Star Auto Mall I wasnt really too sure if Ill be able to buy a car at all. I didnt know about my credit score and was a little affraid of prices of cars. I got my eyes on a 2009 Toyota camary and asked for assistance. I couldnt be happier with Jimmy Singh help. We test drove the car while he briefly gave me some info about it. The price to me was great! And they were able to aprove me for a loan too! Jimmy is a great sales man, tried to make the sale as easy and quick as possible. They gave me three options of finicing to choose from ( which was Great!). The business manager also gave me a great deal on the waranties. And after just couple of hours my Camary was ready to go home not only washed and detailed, but they also slapped some new tires on it!! I All staff is extriemly friendly and helpfull. Definetely an amazing expierience. Star Auto Mall will definetly be the only dealer I purchase from in the future and I recomend it to everyone!!

I recently purchased a 2010 Toyota Camry sedan from the used car department at Star Auto Mall . I found everything about the transaction to be professional. The salesman was knowledgeable about the vehicle and was helpful during the test drive. The bargaining for the car was also done in a professional manner. We agreed on the price over the course of two days and the salesman was quite helpful in structuring the deal to meet my objectives. The paperwork was handled expertly and I have had no problems with the titling and licensing. I would rate the whole exercise as excellent.

My Husband and I decided that the best car for us would be a Nissan Altima . We went to several different dealerships in the area and had been disappointed until we came to Star Auto Mall . I made a phone call to make sure that the car that was advertised on their website was actually on their lot; Jimmy assured that it will be , and will have it ready for us to look at. Jimmy was very patient with us and very informative. This is our first Nissan Altima and he was very understanding. Unfortunately, the first car we looked at wasnt within our budget, so we came back for a second time about a month later. We worked with Jimmy and it just happened that the car we wanted was within the price range. They were all very nice , very patient and very helpful. The guys at this dealership seem to get along very well which shows good management. The atmosphere is very welcoming and not intimidating. My Husband and I have decided that our next few cars will be a Altima and definitely go back to Star Auto Mall for their staff,and the honest pricing of the cars. The staff made our experience of buying our first Altima wonderful.

I first got the generic e-mail to get the ball rolling. After almost 2 days I received a phone call from a salesman. Made an appointment to check the out the vehicle. When I showed up the car was not there. I was told it would be but then told it was getting a dent fixed in the bumper. So I made another appointment to test drive it. Showed up for the test drive and again car was not there. It was getting inspected. They brought it back and took it for a drive service light came on during drive. Was told they would get it fixed and got the call while at work that it was done. I tried calling 4 days in a row and every time the salesman was busy and was told he would call me back. Have not received a phone call since and have given up on this dealership.

Wonderful overall experience. It was unexpected to be able to direct the salesperson to what we wanted and not be lead by what he wanted to sell us. I travel 3 hours to this auto dealership with no knowledge of how it was other than by reviews. my sales agent Soony was great. i came down looking to buy a black car which was in the shop. I found the same car different color for only 1000 bucks more. Everyone was super nice to my Father an I. They had a spoiler put on the car for half of what any other garage would charge an it was professionaly done. The detailers were did an amazing job. i was let sat for about an hour because of spoiler bulb was busted but they took it right away to the garage an came right back an immeditaly got to washing it. The man i presume was the owner was one of the nicest people. If you are looking for a car an they have it, its worth the drive. Dispite all the negative reviews these people are actually really nice an helpful. Would recmmend them to anyone. Thanks alot Star Auto Mall!

All in all it was a very good experience. They did not try to high pressure us into a sale, belittle our trade or our price counter offer. Went out of their way to make us feel comfortable about our purchase decision through out the process. Salesman frank help us to find the nice car. we came to star auto mall thinking we would not get approved for anything not only did we get approved but some of the banks were looking at 20% interest rate Harry our sales guy got us down to 9.9% and In a 2010 Honda accord with 30 thousand miles super sweet deal highly recommend this place plus we were in and out with in an hour an a half great great service!!!!! over all a great experience from great staff to fast paper work!!!!!

I read reviews before buying, sounded ok, even though several people and other dealers told me not to deal with them. But they had the car i wanted, and price sounded ok. Took it for a test drive, and everything seemed to be in good working order. the buying process was ridiculus, took 3 days and countless hours, finally car was mine, after sending me to another dealer, to sign paper work where nobody really wanted to take responsibility for it. At that point was told the car had an r title, "that just means it has a scratch on the frame or something", which i believed because the carfax came back clear. papers signed, yay, car is mine let me pick it up. oops sorry the car is not here, sound familiar? "they found something wrong with the altinator, we are fixing it". next day car still not there, come back in few hours, ok. Come back and car is there, "nothing was wrong with altinator, we just had to change the battery". biggest mistake i made? I drove off with the vehicle, then noticed there was about 1000 more miles on it than when i test drove it, i doubt they drove to florida for a battery, which means, hey maybe someone tampered with the odometer. Should have turned around and took it back right then. one week later car wont start, take it to their shop, they replace the bettery and want to charge me for it. No, the battey was supposed to be new when i got it, woman at shop,"no they just grabbed what ever battery was lying around, thats how they do thing here". 2weeks later, i try using ac for the first time, isnt working, take it back for another 3 days. So here i am one year later, with a car i dont trust, cant trade in, and cant sell, oh yeah with no ac again, needless to say i dont reccomend

This dealer is a festival of poor people skills and bumbling incompetence. The salesman I was working with dissappeared for about 30 minutes, leaving me with somone else's personal information. Everyone was rude, sarcastic and partonizing. The car I was interested in was priced so far over book value that no banks would approve it. When i didn't agree to those rediculous terms, I was belittled and yelled at. Will be shopping elsewhere.
