Star Toyota is by far the best dealership ive ever been to. very clean and loving environment, i did not feel like i was at a dealership. i felt moore like i was at a friend s bbq. Erick, my salesman, was just simply great. very nice guy. he made my buying exprience very enjoyable. i would definitely come back to this dealership! Go to Erick best salesman in the place.

I bought cars from my local dealers in CT but was moved by Star treatment and Quality of their product and services that lead me to write this review. The staff at Star Toyota Pre-Owned was professional and everyone just seemed so friendly and warm. I bought my Car from Sean H. he was great, went back-n-forth with his Desk manager to get me the best deal possible. I was happy with Finance, tires were fresh, the ride back home was unbelievable. Thanks again Star Staffs, I am looking to refer all my friends and family over to you Guys !!!

Walked into the dealership in a terrible mood - locked my keys in my truck and had to call someone from about 30 miles away to come bring a spare set...Eric Manzanilla approached us and said he could help us out. He was able to get the car unlocked, and I called the person from home back and was able to tell them not to come. That was a huge relief. Eric's help didn't stop there. We test drove a car I had seen online, sat down, and within 10 minutes, we were signing the paperwork. Eric facilitated this deal amazingly well. He was, in my experience, uncharacteristically helpful and easy to speak with for a salesperson. He was incredibly friendly and reasonable, and DIDN'T try to tack on hundreds of dollars worth of fees after we negotiated the price (which was extremely reasonable). He didn't go speak to his manager in the back room, but instead spoke with him on the phone right in front of us. The entire process was refreshingly professional and pleasant. Eric, thanks again for helping me out with my keys, and also for making my first car purchase wildly successful and enjoyable. I'm very happy to be writing this review. I will never take my business anywhere else in the future, and my Dad is already considering purchasing a car from you! Thanks again for amazing service.

Long story short, saw a nice car on cars.com listed by this dealer with a very good price. I called to confirm the car was still on the lot and available, and they said it was. I drive there the same day and that same car is nowhere to be found on the lot and supposedly sold "a few days ago." The salesperson tried to sell me other cars I was looking at on the lot before I left when he said there's no dealer plates available to test drive anything. Writing this review almost 2 weeks later, car is still listed on cars.com so I asked my friend that lives near them to see if its on the lot and sure enough the car is not there. I also noticed a good number of their used vehicles seem to have minor bumper scrapes.

I bought 2 cars from kenny tung and he made the process pretty easy and efficient! Hes very straight forward and gets to the point. The staff were very friendly! He has a great sense of humor. And i would recommend all my friends to him and this dealership. Everyone there was like a family!

Found my car online, made appointment for the next day to see it. It looked just as good in person. Test drove it, negotiated the price (no drama), left a deposit and picked it up the next business day! No muss, no fuss. Very happy with the car!

Overall experience is amazing. My wife, son and I had one of the best car buying experience at Star Toyota. Rich, the manager, was really helpful and patience with me and explain all the way with me. I just went there to buy out my leased 2010 Prius. 1st, they told me that my application was denied by TFS and gave me another bank with 3.7% APR. I felt so strange as my credit score is 785 and How come I was denied. I agreed with that because I don't want waste too much time and the APR is not so bad, but when I review the contract, I found there is a charge for $2,500. I asked what is that and they said that the bank put in the bill. "Why do I have to use this bank", I asked. They said they have to increase the APR to 7.50%. I was given up and about to go, then the guy said he just called TFS and can give me $1.90% APR. That was so funny. They just told me that I was denied two hours ago and then confirmed I was approved. I sit down again but they force med to buy $1,000 extended warranty. Considering that I have spent half day there and the extended warranty might help me in the future. I agreed and signed the contract but very unhappy. Things happened again. When I signed the contract. there was one month left for the lease and they put the payment into the total sales price, but they didn't pay TFS the one Month Payment. TFS charged me one Month later. I called back and they said the overcharged price was their administration fee. I was lover paid more than $1,400 for this transaction. Just remember they always give you different stories and never trust what they say, but stay away from Star Toyota.

I went to Star Toyota used cars and had a very surprisingly pleasant experience. Buying a car can be such a hassle but Erick made everything very easy for us. We purchased a sienna from him and we absolutely love it. I definitely reccomend this dealer.

I emailed them and spoke to Jennifer. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable and I was hoping the rest of the staff would be the same when I arrived. After seeing a few Corolla's, I fell in love with the "S" model. They gave me a great deal and I was on the road in my new car the same day.

i've been looking for and tundra crewcab for three month and found it at star toyota. call and spoke with a girl name ana she give me all the info i need also sent me extra photo. she told me the truck was in stock but i have been to four other dealer put when u get truck is ever there. but not in this case. truck was there she turn me over to sale person name erick super nice guy work with manager on getting a great price . the manager mr berrios is truley hands on was on the road with in one hour . anyone looking for a great dealer please go see these guys there great thank guys keep up the good work . frank

After spending quite some time researching for the right Certified preowned Sienna for the family, I came across Star Toyota. I called them up and a young lady by the name of Ana answered the phone. She was very helpful, answered all 50 of my annoying questions lol, and assured me that the Sienna i saw online was in stock. She also made sure that a sales person would be available to help me as soon as we came in. The staff was very helpful and friendly and made our family feel at home. We also got a great deal on the car we purchased. This was the first time I ever bought a car without it feeling like it was a hassle. We even sent a couple friends and family members here and they took care of them too!

went there couple of days ago just to look and there I met Sean. He didn't pressure me and showed me bunch of cars. I test drove 4 different type of cars and then settled for the Infiniti EX35...was very pleased the way I treated and Sean even volunteered to drop my old car back to my house. Thanks Sean and Ray doing my finance. you guys are great and will recommend.

4Runner was advertized on web site for one price and when Sean of Bayside Star Toyota called I asked him the price of the 4Runner.. He quoted a price over 3 Thousand above the Cars.com price.. When called on this misrepresantaion he said he would get back to me in 10 minutes. I waited all night and no call ever came. I called Star Toyota of Bayside the next day and asked for Sean. I was told he had just stepped out and they would give him the message to call me back. It was never done. I just retired from the Railroad in the Customer Service line of work after 37 yrs. of service and I can definitely tell you HEADS Would Roll, for this kind of service and advertizing.. Stay away!! There are better dealers out there..

I have had many experiences with car salesmen, but the one I had at Star Toyota was extremely refreshing. Mr. Erick Manzanilla, was very presentable, courtouse, and very patient with me. His advise steered me in the right direction towards a vehichle of my liking. The prices, warranties, garanties etc., were great, and was able to purchase something within my price range. I am very happy with the service and would recommend this dealership, and would advise you ask for the sales person who helped me. Enjoying my new vehicle, thank you again, GLM

i am new immigrant just from china,,,so i was looking for a cheap nice car,,, i was shopping around for one month before i went to Star Toyota used car lot(different address with new car lot). I was so lucky, I find a sale(name: CHEE) who can speak chinese over there,,he was so nice to introduce all the procedures when buying a car in U.S. The most important thing, I feel he is very honest, not like others sales,,,just want to make money on you....After I bought a corolla third day, i realized the front two tires almost flat,,,and when I come back to him,,, he give me 2 free new tires,,, he told me because the two tires,,,he will get charged for $60 dollars,,, And I just give him $100 for tips...real nice chinese sales!

I booked a Toyota camry 2011 pre owned certified car based on price advertised on cars.com, they executed a transaction of $1000 to block the car ...they mentioned that i can take the delivery only after 2-3 days as the certification was not done. when i went there to drive out the car an setup the payment there were several other charges billed to me which were waived off when i booked the car. they increased the value of car by $300 dollars at the same time they were offering me very high financing rate compared to market. They wanted me to cancel the transaction as i believe they had a potential buyer with higher profit margin. The finance manager was very rude and providing misleading information abt the toyota services...i personally would recommend everyone to stay away from these fraud people.

I just want to start out by saying i've been a ford man all my life. In fact, I was only on the lot to appease my wife. That was when we met one of your wonderful sales reps Erick Manzanilla. He was extremely knowledgable and proffessional. Our questions were answered with ease, and he swiftly led us to the highlander saying that it would suit our needs. I was so impressed with the highlander's reliability and aestetic appeal that i ended up buying one. Guess im a toyota man now.

A dirty place with a bunch of smooth liars,who makes lots of empty promises and dodge every phone call,this was the worst experience i ever had buying a car ,don't leave until they sign of on their promises.These people are ruthless and don't care about the customers.

I drove 90 miles to check out and test drive a used Taurus X . When I arrived at the dealership to test drive the vehicle , I was told they had no dealer plates available. The salesman had me drive the car without one only on back streets. I really liked the car, so I made an offer. I was told I would have to pay more than the listed price if I didn't finance with them. I protested and was told they would accept their asking price. When I went to pick up the car it wasn't ready .I had to wait almost 2 hours even though they knew when I was going to be there. I was promised it would be detailed and gone through mechanically top to bottom. NOTHING was done to the car. ALL fluids,( brake , power steering ,coolant , & transmission ) were low. The tires were so low the pressure monitoring alert was on. I had to go to a gas station and pay to fill them up myself, so I could drive the car home safely. There was a courtesy light missing , and the 6 disc cd changer is broken. I contacted the dealership and asked to speak to the sales manager and was repeatedly promised he would return my call. that never happened , he pawned me off onto the salesman, who informed me they would do NOTHING. I am VERY disappointed with the whole experienc! I would never do business with them again !

Sean made my car buying experience very easy. I found a nissan pathfinder on cars.com and went in for a test drive. Sean got me what I was asking for my trade and a fair price on the car I was buying. Very helpful even after the purchase (most dealerships blow you off after the deal is done)

I just bought a used mini van from this dealership, the chinese sales with glass help me save at least $1K on the insurance per year, really appreciate that! however, the van has little problem after buying the van! but they have a really nice service dept.

I just purchased a 2008 Rav4 from Erick Manzanilla at Star Toyota Used Cars. Buying a used car is usually not such a pleasant experience but Erick really did make it easy and hassle free which was greatly appreciated! He was also very professional and did everything on time and as promised. Tom Dunn was also great to work with. I definitely reccomend Erick if your considering buying a used car from Star Toyota!

I just bought a Camry from Star Toyota on Friday. Sean was my salesperson and I thought he was the best- very helpful, no pressure, asked the right questions, listened, lead me to the right car, answered all my questions (I had a lot), and knew when to walk away when I needed time to think. I don't think you can get better service. Overall, the experience was very stress-free compared to other dealers, and I love my car!

Went to Star looking for an advertised car. I feel lucky that Sean came out to greet me! He was honest with me and helped me find the perfect car for my needs. No pressure, no bs. My cousin purchased a sienna from Sean at Star Toyota of Bayside couple of months ago, he was very pleased with his Finances and With Sean selecting something He never thought he can afford. The price was great, DVD player, navigation, etc etc , He was so happy, he recently brought me there couple of weeks ago to meet this guy name Sean. I was pleased with this salesman approach, because he greeted me like he knew me for Years. He didn't show me just one car, he showed me 15 cars and kept asking me questions that helped me narrow it down to 2 cars and that's when we Sat down to talk numbers. Turns out he helped me negotiate the price down to my comfort level, a price for an apple I got me a sweet Orange. I was Wow'd not only with Sean but also with Tom ( finance guy ) got me great numbers on payments Nd showed me the importance to have an extended warranty coverage. I am super happy with everything, and highly recommend Sean to anyone looking to buy CPO or used car, Great Salesman, Great staff Nd Wi-FI AC showroom !!!

I got my used car recently from Star Toyota Used Car division. They promised to fix/repair few damaged parts but after I paid my $ and registered the car, they refused to do so. There are lots of hidden charges on the agreement which I did not noticed and when I asked them to cancel it, they did not do it on time. I filed a complaint in Small Claim Court in NY and received my Refund. So please stay away from Star Toyota Used Car division in Bayside NY.

I went to a lot of different dealerships in NYC and Long Island, and finally got my car at Star Toyota. Anthony took great care of me, and treated me the best. Buying a car was a stressful experience from the other dealerships. Anthony really helped me out, and i'm really happy with my purchase here. The other dealerships played a lot of games, and I found Star Toyota to be the fairest out of everyone.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealer, the vehicle was supposed to be certified, it had about 4800 more mileage then was shown on cars.com meaning they drove the car till the last day, the vehicle was not even serviced or detailed, i only noticed after the purchased because i trusted the dealer.
