Mike was so very patient with me and this was one of the most seamless transactions I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. I intended to come in and buy a vehicle listed online but just wasn't in love with it. In this current Covid climate we are all dealing with, dependable, affordable, used cars are extremely hard to find. That's the only reason I played the market, sold my paid off vehicle, recaptured some equity and walked away today with a different vehicle Mike had in inventory that should last at least 200,000 miles if not more. I cannot praise Mike and his receptionist enough for their patience with me, my son, my mother and my nephew. Mike was 100% transparent throughout the entire experience. He even tried to sell me a car that cost less and had a better interior than the vehicle I wanted to purchase. He is a real class act and I would highly recommend him to anyone. I've driven the vehicle well over 100 miles today - I traveled more than 50 miles to his office and then drove the wrong way home and had to turn around - if there were any erased codes or quick fixes on the vehicle, it would have been evident by now. I am completely satisfied with my experience buying from Mike and I highly encourage others to check out his small business as well. He definitely went above and beyond to help me and I feel very confident that he would do the exact same for anyone else. Please check out my other reviews of car dealers should you need any further reassurance; I bought a vehicle from Mike at Starway based off the entire experience...from emails, texts, phone calls and then meeting in person today. I could not speak highly enough of his willingness to work with people to find them the right vehicle. No pressure whatsoever, completely transparent - he should be the standard for all used car dealers.

Jonathan and Mike went above and beyond to make my purchase from Michigan seamless. They replied promptly to all my questions by email, text, and phone. I appreciated the suggestions on financing, mobile car inspection, and shipping. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle at StarWay Motors whether you live locally or out of state.
