I would never buy from this dealer. I test drove a 06 lexus. Took it to my local mechanic where they told me the tires will need replaces before I purchase the car. Not even a half mile from the mechanic a small chuck hole blew two of the tires now are placing the blame on me and trying to charge my fornthe towing and the two tire replacements the tires were bad to begin with on the test drive

3-23-14 I recently bought a 2006 Mazda 6 from the state Auto group! Working with Alan and MJ was an absolute joy.quality vehicle at a reasonable price, after a third party inspection and some flaws were found, Alan and MJ picked the vehicle up from my job and had everything fixed.When I'll need to purchase another vehicle , state Auto will be visited without a doubt.

The customer service was great at State Auto Group! I did not feel pressured at all to make my purchase and MJ was willing to adjust the price to meet my budget even though it was already under book value. They allowed me plenty of time to look over the vehicle, test drive it and make a decision. My new Lexus was also thoroughly washed while we completed the transaction. I was very pleased and would return to State Auto Group again!

It's incredibly rare to go to a dealer in search of a car and not feel pressured or rushed or scammed. The staff were honest and friendly, and had good cars at good prices. Definitely took a lot of the stress out of car buying!

I purchased a 2008 Honda Civic from STATE AUTO GROUP. every used car lot I've stopped at before I felt like all they wanted to do to make a sale, they were very pushy. Mj at state auto group was very honest and helpful, he even got me a free oil change and put gas in the car before I left the lot. it was a great experience. thank you so much!

We were looking online for a car, and saw some very nice ones at good prices at this dealer, State Auto Group. We read his online reviews, on Cars.com, and really liked what we read. The best part is, although we were searching 50 miles from our city, the dealer is close to where we live, & we drive by almost every week, and have said we should look there. We did not even call or email, just went to the lot. We liked our sales guy, MJ, right away...very friendly & helpful. We actually liked a number of his cars, all very low-priced, so we really got to choose just the right car! MJ made the whole buying process quick & easy for us, and we have really enjoyed driving our new vehicle! So...nothing left to do, but write a nice review, to recommend State Auto Group & MJ, to others. I already sent a neighbor there, and I will definitely buy my next car there...we highly recommend this 5 STAR Dealer :)

Purchased a 2005 Chrysler Town and Country. Van was in excellent shape. MJ worked with us on price and offered to help if there were issues with E Check. Which there were not. Very happy with our purchase and highly recommend State Auto if you are looking for a evenly priced used car.

I found several cars online and went to test drive them. I ended up buying the car at State Auto Group. The car was exactly as described on cars.com. Tina was very helpful and even pointed out a possible problem during the test drive that ended up being dust on a rotor from the car sitting in the lot. Tina and MJ were very amenable, and were willing to work with me to come up with a price we were all comfortable with. I was very pleased with the experience. I highly recommend them.

I went to State Auto Group with a specific budget. MJ was very helpful in assisting with the test drive process and even suggested I could take the car to my own mechanic for review if I would like to. He didn't pressure me to look at other cars or spend more than I had. He worked with me, answered all my questions and I left there with the car I wanted and my budget still in tact. I will recommend State Auto Group to my friends when they are looking for a used vehicle.

I came into this dealership looking at a Lexus they had on their lot,i loved i just didn't like the color. I didn't have a specific color in mind so they went out of their way to search for a Lexus 330 in my price range.They found a Silver one in Rochester,NY not only was it in my price range,BUT they gave it to me for $2000.00 below market value.Thank you so very much!!!

Great Dealer! Tina and MJ Made the process easy! Most of it was done by e-mail, followed by a few phone calls! I saved a HUGE amount of money. put it this way. I drove 3 hours to get there. It was well worth the trip!! I would buy from them again!

I drove 3 hours to this dealership do to the quality of the vehicles and the wonderful prices. Everyone at State Auto made it worth the trip and I left with the SUV we wanted and at a great price. I would recomend this dealership to anyone and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Got a quality used car at a reasonable price. No surprises during the buying process. Overall a good experience, they might have washed/gased up the car, but that's no big deal. I'd rather that they concentrate on providing a reasonable buy, which they were able to do. I would buy again from this dealership.

Bought a 2005 Pacifica last winter at mj motors came in mj was my sell man he when with us on the test drive and explain the vehicle with us on the test drive when we came in we did an application and within an hour we where approved finance manager was very pleasant explain the finance with us and we drove home the same day
