I was using the cars.com app to find a replacement for my 2002 Ford Explorer, excellent app for doing so. Several dealers were contacted inquiring about their inventory. The conversations ended when it was time to talk about my trade-in value. The "A" team at Statewide kept the conversation moving and we eventually closed the deal. The whole process was the best possible experience I could have imagined!! It was truly a pleasure to do business with them!! I will be back and I will tell others how great the experience was!! Very pleasurable indeed!!

I dropped off my MKZ for a complete service when we left for a long weekend and it was done and cleaned when we returned. I used a credit I had from Lincoln and it did not cost me any thing at this time.

David was great with us. We were pleased with the whole process - so much so that we did not look at the other 2 vehicles at other dealers on our list. We were very appreciative of all the people we worked with at Statewide; they treated us very well, and were not pushy.

I drove 2 hours and 45 minutes one way because Statewide Ford was 20% cheaper than anywhere else on a 2013 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid. They also beat the interest rate I was being offered online. It was worth it.

I recently purchased a 2012 Ford Escape from State Wide. The sales rep. was David Snyder. I found him to have a personable and pleasant personality. This made for a more relaxing buying experience.

As a teacher in the Van Wert community, I'm continually impressed with Statewide Ford's outstanding support for the local school districts, especially from the general manager, Steve Munroe. Munroe and Statewide Ford provide excellent customer service and has a great reputation in the community. You can't go wrong with a company that actively supports our youth!

My Ford Fusion had a recall. It was done in no time at all!!!! The BIG BONUS....they swept it out and washed it !!! That's what I call service!!!!

I was stopping by several businesses in Van Wert to seek support for my brother's benefit coming up this Saturday and I was greeted by many friendly faces at StateWide Ford Lincoln. I was directed to Steve Munroe and he asked about the event and said they'd be happy to support our benefit. I was very appreciative of their donation and thought it was very nice of them ! I like to see businesses give back to the communities that support them and StateWide Ford Lincoln is a very good example of that!

After researching numerous vehicles in and around Indianapolis, I actually located the vehicle I wanted at Statewide. I was unsure whether the 2 hour drive from Indy was going to be worth it. All I can say is...I am extremely happy I did! Brandon and Gary made the buying experience very easy. I would refer anyone to Statewide. They know how to treat people and for me that is typically hard to find when car shopping.

I haven't bought a new vehicle for over 27 years....too busy raising a family. Going into Statewide, made me feel very comfortable. They answered all my questions, and was very willing to to some repairs that needed done. I went to Ft Wayne, and shopped around, but after a bad experience, came back home to Van Wert. I still have a couple things that need done to my vehicle, and hoping to get it all finished up this week!! Thanks Statewide and crew!!

We recently leased a Ford Focus for our mom from Statewide Ford. Denise Davis was very helpful in finding just the right "fit" for mom, and made our job easier in that we are assured she will be driving a new and safe vehicle. I recently purchased a Ford Edge from Statewide Ford. Denise Davis was most helpful in finding just the vehicle that I wanted. She explained the different options in the different vehicles which helped me make up my mind on which one to purchase. She not only helped me with the purchase of the Edge but has contacted me several times since to make sure everything is going well and asked if I had any concerns or questions about my car. I also appreciated the friendliness of the sales manager during the purchasing process. It was a very good experience at Statewide Ford.

Under Andy Czajkowski's leadership Statewide Ford Lincoln has been a strong financial supporter and friend of many cultural and civic events in Van Wert and the surrounding area; many of these events would not have been possible without Andy's direct involvement. Over the past twelve years I have been associated with the organization of three Air Shows and two Hot Air Festivals. Our experience with Statewide and their salesman Mel Crawford was exceptional. Mel is very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. He answered all of our questions and our expectations were met above and beyond what we were expecting. It's nice and not common practice anymore to deal with an honest salesman but there is one out there named Mel Crawford so call or visit Statewide Lincoln in Van Wert Ohio and ask for Mel Crawford, you can trust him!!!!

I found just the car I was looking for online at Statewide Ford. I worked with Mel Crawford to get the details on the car and work out the pricing ... all via email/phone. Mel was great to work with. I made the 2 hr drive to the dealer to pick up my car. I was stressed about the whole process, but Mel put me at ease. It was a great experience. Mel had it ready, and in a short amount of time, I was on my way home in my new car.

I purchased a Fusion two years ago through Kurt Schalois, and was blown away by how hard he worked to get me the RIGHT car (not necessarily the most expensive one, but the exact right one for my needs and preferences). I never felt pressured, and found Kurt to be honest and fair. When I discovered a problem with it in the first year, even though Ford's corporate office gave a big shrug, both Kurt and dealer owner Andy Czajkowski did absolutely everything in their power to make it right, and that matters a LOT to me that they cared about their product and their customer. I find the Fusion to be a mostly well-designed car, and a pleasure to drive. I find Andy and Kurt to be professional and friendly, and I will absolutely look to them for my next vehicle purchase.

It's been over two years since purchasing our Avalon. We secured the sale over the internet and drove to Ohio from Southern Michigan to pick up the car. The service we received from the sales department was excellent. The car has performed very well, as there have been literally no repairs required. I would definitely purchase another vehicle fro Statewide.

Bought my First FORD!!! I have never been a Ford person, but I am now, and I love my Fusion!! Mel Crawford, the salesman was very helpful, but not pushy. They didn't have the color I wanted so he searched for exactly what I was looking for and it only took him a couple of days. Thank you Statewide Ford for making my car buying experience a good one. After searching extensively for a vehicle in Columbus, Ohio and always leaving the dealership disappointed or annoyed by the hassling sales department, my husband and I ended up in Van Wert, Ohio happy with the consistent and honest service of sales & leasing professional Mel Crawford and the remaining sales team at Statewide Ford. Mel patiently assisted us through the purchase of our beautiful 2010 Lincoln MKX. Any question we had during the buying process he graciously answered or sought the answer through another team member. I never felt as though I was being told a radical sales story from any one member. Mel sure has the customer in mind, as after the purchase he spent an hour demonstrating the features of our new vehicle and then even leading us to a local eatery, not to mention a follow-up call days later to verify the liking of our recent car purchase. Even being out of town, we will definitely keep Statewide Ford in mind for future car buying needs!

We bought a used vehicle from this dealership and no more than a week later it came up with at least 6 different codes that I'm sure had shown up before but conveniently cleared out and completely died on us about an hour from home. The change oil soon light came on the same day we bought it. I had given this dealership too much credit when I had assumed they checked things out and did the normal tune up and oil change but no. Not only did they skip that part but they over filed the transmission fluid which is one of the many things that added to it break down. We ended up dropping $1,000 on parts and a tow exactly a week after we made this purchase. I will not be going through this dealer for anything again and highly recommend staying away from them if you are looking for anything of any sort of quality or wanting anything reliable.
