Not looking for an automobile in 13 years, I was very skeptical of how I would be treated. I found Salesman Jack Must to be very helpful. Being able to see what inventory was available through the internet prior to purchasing also helped my decision-making. Tonia in the finance department was AMAZING... but the service after I made my purchase is awful! The service department completely lacks customer service skills, telephone etiquette, and follow through. I have left messages that were never returned, been promissed 3 or 4 call backs that I never did get, The day I bought my car I left feeling like an appreciated customer... now, I'm just another sucker that bought their service contract.... I will NEVER return to this dealership. Enjoy the attention they give you and the promises they make when you buy you car because after that they don't care what you think of them.

My sales person was Chad Holcomb, who was very personable and knew who I was as soon as I was introduced to him, even though we had only spoken on the phone. We made the deal on the phone, as I live in Las Vegas. He gave me the key and told me to check the car out whilehe began the paperwork. There was no talk of money until I spoke with Tonia Lenon, who processed the loan info and finished the paperwork. She was very nice and explained everything as we went. I have been in business and sales for over 20 years and I have never dealt with a car salesman as good as Chuck Stewart. He is professional, patient and was never pushy or overbearing. He made all the information known to us quickly and efficiently. It is maybe because he is middle aged and has learned how to deal with people more effectively than a younger person. Recently purchased a 2013 Dodge Dart and I've never had so many problems with a vehicle in the past. Less then 7 months I've had to replace the battery,key fob, transmission issues and now I'm being told that I'll have to leave my car in the shop for a week to determine the issues with the vehicle now! Are you kidding me? I would like to see the person who so called " inspected the car" because clearly it should not have been certified. So what did I do? I went down to the dealership and asked for an explanation from "Kevin wells" the salesperson and he had no answer for me other then "let me get the general sales manager" after being told to wait a minute increased to 20 min while I clearly saw them conversating about the situation.. Why was I not called into the room? Who knows.. Then I'm called into the room and after the situation is explained I'm told "that's part of life". I would have expected a far more professional answer then that! After 30 minutes of going back and fourth not only did I waste my time but I was practically insulted. Never will I return! If you want a reliable car do not go here. If you want good customer service do not go here! And mainly .. If you want to feel appreciated for your service and find a car you feel safe in do not go here!!!

I bought a CNG Civic. They didn't participate in the national sales promotion, which wasn't disclosed until 10 days after the purchase. I asked directly about it prior to the sale, stating that the rebate was a major factor in my decision to buy.I was told, "you should have read the fine print." Their response was to not return phone calls and email.I own and drive 4 Hondas, but I will not do any more business with this dealer.

I just wanted to compliment your service department on the service we received recently at Stephen Wade Honda/Mazda in St. George. We live in Cottonwood Heights( SLC Area), Utah. Last Wednesday, we were leaving the house for a business trip to St. George, and I noticed a puddle under my Honda Accord. I had recently had Jiffy Lube service the transmission, so I took the car in on the way to Jiffy Lube to check on the leak. They looked at it and said the leak was fixed, so I continued on my trip. When we stopped for gas in Cedar City gas I discovered yet another puddle under the car. I checked the transmission fluid and it stilled showed full. I was still concerned. I remembered that there was a Honda dealership in St. George so we decided to continue on to St. George to have the transmission looked at. We arrived at your service area at 3:00 Pm. My business meeting was scheduled to start at 4:00 PM. Jeremy Coplin met me and asked what I needed. I explained the problem including my time issues. He said that they could get us in. We went to the waiting area and started working on a way to get to the meeting. Jeremy got back to us in 15 minutes stating that the our car was next in. At 3:30 he got back to us and said the car was finished, that the problem was that Jiffy Lube had spilled all over the shield without cleaning it up so fluid that had collected on the shield was dripping off. Your folks had removed the shield, cleaned it up, checked the plug and number of other things on the car as well to make sure the car was ok for travel. This relieved us greatly. When asked what the charge was, I was told no charge! I made my meeting on time, comfortable that are car was ok. I want to thank Jeremy and your service department for above and beyond! We expected to pay, we only hoped that we could be taken care of quickly at the last minute, instead our expectations were exceeded. We are very impressed with the service we received, specifically by the way Jeremy treated us. If I lived in St. George, I most certainly would be a return customer, that said, I am glad to know there is someone we can trust in St. George for fair treatment!

Jack Must couldn't have been better;fair,more knowledgeable. Bad closing,Tanya(I think that was her name) was good, but the $400 surprise for transfer of laser I.D./theft protection was excessive--felt ripped-off; it was nothing but another profit center for the dealership. It's been over 2 weeks since we purchased and no one has contacted me about activating any kind of ID theft protection, nor any procedures for notice or detection of fraudulent activity. I leased a p/u back in 1995 and swore I'd never go back to S.Wade dealerships. If you hadn't had the only model/color this side of SLC, I probably wouldn't have gone back this time.

All went well, they were unable to take our first trade but did so with the second offer. The main problems were we had to wait over an hour to see tonia, with only the offer of water, no coffee or soda. The car was to be filled with gas, and we nearly ran out before we got home, had to fill it in mesquite, so you still owe me a tank of gas, and I did not get a new cap either, you owe me..... Tonia was very helpful and very efficient, Nate was as helpful as possible within company rules , I guess.

Our aging (1999) Odyssey had a fuse blow out just before will pulled into St. George for a two night stay and golf respite enroute to Denver from So. Calif. Actually, we didn't know for sure that it was a fuse, but our radio stopped working and the cigarette lighter plug-in was no longer recharging our cell phone. To make matters worse, the air conditioning appeared to be on the fritz.Within minutes after contacting your dealership, your service staff had us scheduled to drop off the car and deposit us back at our hotel via courtesy car. A half hour later the problem was diagnosed as a faulty fuse as well as -- put gently, of course -- operator error in using the wrong plug-in for the phone and not recognizing that the defroster we activated during the rainstorm was redirecting A/C airflow.Your staff (Mike Carter?) was terrific to deal with and much to our surprise, refused any payment -- even pointing out how to correct the problem should it reoccur.We're planning to replace this vehicle soon, likely with an upscale model now that the kids are gone. Based on the last in a series of good experiences, we're thinking Honda.

My wife and I had a great experience working with Nate at Stephen Wade Honda. We were greeted right away by Nate who was very friendly and did not try to push one thing or another on us. Nate was interested in what we were looking for and tried to find what would work for us budget wise. We originally test drove an Accord and then a Civic, and chose the Civic based upon our price range. We were not easy customers to deal with, but Nate stayed very friendly and professional and gave us a great deal on the car. After getting the vehicle home, we found that the car was too small for our needs. We took the car back and worked with both Nate and Adam Wade in looking for another vehicle that would better suit us. Without any problems, they took the car back and found us a new Accord that worked better for our circumstances. I believe this situation would have been frustrating for some other dealers, but they made us feel like valued customers. They seemed more concerned about how happy we were with our purchase, rather than the extra work we had caused them. We went from being a little embarrassed about having to take the Civic back, to feeling really good about what had transpired. We ended up with the car that we wanted, and love our new Accord. Having worked with Nate and Adam, I would recommend them to any family or friends looking for a vehicle. I will definitely go to them for any future vehicle needs.

My wife and I just purchased a new 2012 CR-V EX-L w/Nav from Kevin. After being involved in the purchase of 4 cars in Las Vegas (2-Toyota, Mazda, Scion), this was like a breath of fresh air. Entire process took about an hour plus Kevin spent 30-45 minutes with us making sure we understood how the Bluetooth, Navigation, and other electronics worked. Our car had NONE of the little dealer add-ons that Vegas dealers soak you with. I had picked out the car over the Internet and was given a price and tradein figure for my car. I felt the prices were very good especially since dealers can't keep the new CR-V's on the lot. I noticed that the other reviews were poor and several years old and can't speak to them. But for me, I can't say enough great things about Kevin Wells and Stephen Wade Honda. I also spoke with Mike at their Toyota dealership and really liked him but just decided I liked the CR-V better.

Please note that this our take. Bought 4 cars from this dealership in St. George, UT. You might be wandering why if all I rate them is bad and the answer is: Demographics. They were the only ones 20 minutes away and if not we would have to go out of the state to Las Vegas. So being lazy and with optimistic view that the next deal would be the best we are more than qualified to rate this dealer. Why do I rate it so bad? Let me count the ways: they play you like a violin and tend to make you wait and despair for hours on end. The last deal a 2010 Honda Touring took hours 7 hours the first day and when we left fuming they called us back the next morning assuring us that this time they would meet our desires so like fools we returned and ended up with the vehicle even though the deal was really bad considering the many times we had purchased there. Tim Merrel was the name of our salesman and I have to say he is a very nice individual. The bad guides, and this is common in the industry of cars, were the upper branch all the way to the financing lady. No class, more greed that any thing else, these are not the kind of people you would want to spend your day with. As long as they drain your wallet they are happy. I am done buying from dealerships were their main objective is to squeeze you like an old lemon. We paid high price, high APR and yes, fools that we are we purchased anyway. In another instance we took my nephew to buy a 2010 Honda Fit. He is from Colorado and was staying with us for a couple of months. He works as a truck driver and I can honestly say he is a very nice, quiet, straight shooter kind of guy.I took him to Stephen Wade Honda in St. George, Utah, and he wanted to purchase and Honda Fit. They took his information and with no issues they gave him the keys. His first car to his name! We were so happy for him and we knew that money was no object for he is as responsible of any deserving american. A week later they start calling our house where he was staying and got ugly very fast. Told him his credit had been rejected and he had to return the car and pay for whatever miles they were on the odometer.Why would they give someone a brand new car, let the car be driven longer than a week and then start harassing this person? Whose fault was it that he had the car? He gave them around $4500 down payment in cash and his credit at the time, supposedly was accepted. If not, if your credit is not good enough they could have easily made it clear and find other avenues. Instead they gave him the hardest time, threats and disrespect, and eventually I returned to the dealership with him and cosign for his vehicle after they changed the contract and we left. It's been a year almost, my nephew went back to Colorado to drive trucks across this great country of ours and left me with enough cash to cover his car for 24 months and he is almost ready to pay the whole debt. Yes, I understand the financial crisis got the lending companies for the first time in years to put more pressure in possible buyers, at no fault of their own. The banks always make the money but the simple man pay for their excesses un unsavory business practices. In this dealership you can expect very little and it showed with my family. Now, their service department, on the other is hand, is really quite good but I never compare hard working mechanics with car salesmen.s
