A year ago I thought I had found my new mechanic in town since they treated me so well and solved my issue easily. I was even willing to pay a little more for honest and good work. This most recent debacle lowered my opinion at least 3 stars. In fairness I had a different service writer and tech for this visit so it might just be that. But on my precious day off I made an appointment for a brake job to replace pads and rotors and a simple oil change. Imagine my surprise when I came back 2+ hours later and nothing was done but a test drive and car up on the rack. The mechanic tried to use a scare tactic into getting me to approve unrelated service to my car. When I said no, I simply want my brakes and oil change done they hadn't even started on the oil change or looked into whether they had the brakes in stock for the job!!! Which they did not. So I guess I made an appointment in advance to have my car lifted into the air for 2 hours with no service then asked to wait for the oil change even longer, pay for all my parts up front (only a $25 part was not in stock) and come back and leave my car again on Monday! The unrelated repairs were a cabin air filter which was no older than 6 months I replaced myself (doubt they even opened it up to look at it). Lower control arm bushings (these have a specific measurement of play to determine replacement), he just shined a flashlight on some weathering/cracking rubber and said "these are scary, I was scared driving your car on the test drive!" They aren't actually bad and don't effect my brakes shaking. And CV axle leaking. Also, known to me but not my reason for bringing in the car and what I scheduled time for. Does not effect braking. For the love and for your own good, don't do what every dealership is known for. This is what drives people away from you. Listen to your customers. I'm off to Zion Motors after this. A good friend recommends them so I think it fitting to put them on your review so you know where you lost your business to. And no, I won't reach out to your manager with an email. You can reach out to me if you care about fixing your image and a poor review.

I am very disappointed with the customer service I experienced because judging from the reviews they were supposed to be really nice and helpful, this was not the case. My car is breaking down and I’ve been in the market for a used car with good mileage and is affordable and I found an amazing one for an amazing deal there. However, I do live 5 hours away so I wanted to make sure to get all the details of the vehicle before I made the trip. I was guaranteed by a Sales Rep, Kris that the vehicle had no dents, scratches, rock chips and was in excellent condition. He was nice enough to inspect himself before we made a 5 hour trip down there, or so we thought. The day of the drive, we were assigned to a new Sales Rep names Jessica who again said she would inspect it for us before we arrive to make sure that there were no scratches, rock chips or dents. When we arrived, it was obvious that she lie and did not inspect the vehicle because it had 3 scratches, one of which was a few inches long and went down to bare metal. Then took back everything her and Kris said to say it’s in good condition and that they could try to buff it out. After we got it inspected we asked about the scratch again to see if anything could be done as we were guaranteed for that price no damage. She then replied that if we wanted to repair it, it would have to come out of our pocket (would cost a few hundred dollars) and that they are not willing to help out at all. We asked to speak to the manager to which he implied that we are lying and he said and I quote “shit happens all the time, cars in my lot get scratched and into accidents all the time.” This dumbfounded be because you would think as a dealer if their cars get damaged by their employees, they would be willing to fix it or at least negotiate price. Instead the manager basically told us we were out of luck and walked away. ** From my experience, I would be very careful because it seems like it is a common thing for cars to get damaged in their lot and they are willing to lie to you about it.

All of your customer service workers that I have met are helpful and professional. Deron Johnson been my Service Advisor for several years. I look forward to seeing him each time I go to Steven Wade Toyota. I’ve had my Toyota Corolla for five years and I appreciate the care he takes to make sure I am informed about what to expect before the work is done. I drive 60 miles each way and I feel that my car and I are important to the service department. Every time I drive home I feel the difference they have made to my car. I appreciate what they do for me.

Excellent service, we did not feel pressured in any way. We felt this was our decision even to work through all of the details, it was an excellent experience. We have been sold on quality of Toyota for years. We have been sold on Stephen Wade service and quality for years as well. Thanks Dave An updated recommendation. We still rate the service as excellent. However, the pricing for some of the ancillary services seem to be inflated compared to other providers. I saved over $130 for a battery change, compared to the price quoted by Stephen Wade.

I went in not knowing anything about the car buying process. Everyone there was helpful without being too pushy. I was looking at the Corolla's with Sebastian and it was a lot of fun. He was nice and talkative. He knew a lot about cars and was not afraid to share his own opinion which I valued and appreciated. At first they didn't have the color I wanted, but Sebastian found the one I was looking for. I walked out of there with a brand new car that I love. It was a fun experience that made my day. Candace who helped with finance and all the paperwork was sweet and actually cared about me getting the car I wanted at a great price. She talked to me on a personal level and explained all the paperwork which helped me to understand what I was signing for. It was an overall great experience.

My Wife and I bought a Certified Used 2013 Venza with only 44K miles from this dealership last week. I worked with Logan and Jared, who were both fantastic to work with. They very clearly explained the vehicle we bought as well as the other vehicles we drove and helped us find the best vehicle for comfort and light duty towing. Logan even spent almost an hour going through the whole car button by button as well as set up our Bluetooth connection to both of our phones. Then we worked with Candace in finance who was a joy to work with. We had come in pre-approved through our credit union, but she found us a much lower rate. We now have a very beautiful, almost new car, with all the bells and whistles and are completely covered bumper to bumper through Toyota until 100,000 miles or 5 more years. This is a super comfy and roomy car that I will love to travel in and I wont be afraid of a breakdown. I am very happy with how fairly and honestly I was treated by their staff and will definitely buy from Stephen Wade again.

Went in not knowing for sure what type of car we really wanted and Danny Correa made our shopping experience very relaxed and he was very knowledgeable on any of the models I asked about. Abut a month ago I was in the dealership for an oil change on my 2012 Prius. While waiting we talked to Blair Green about another Prius or possibly a RAV4. We called Blair yesterday and ended up buying a 2016 Camry, got a great deal with the July Red Tag sale. Blair was great, he worked to get us the best trade in which made the deal for us. We bought our Prius from Stephen Wade and will continue to buy from him in the future. I think their service department is first class and would recommend Blair to anyone looking for a Toyota.

Stephen wade Toyota has made it possible for me and my wife to get in a vehicle we love without any pressure and was very patient with our Vehicle hunt. At first, we were going to get into a used car. But my wife and I wasn't really in love with it. My wife and I went in to have routine maintenance on our 2006 Highlander. We decided to wait, and were looking at new vehicles when Armando approached us,a very friendly and happy guy! We conversed for a while then he suggested we look at a 2015 RAV4 that was on sale. We did, but were not all that impressed as we love our Highlander. I might add here that we had not purchased a new vehicle since 1982!He then showed us a 2016 RAV4, fully loaded! We test drove that vehicle and were impressed. We also test drove a 2015 Mercedes SUV that they had for sale. The 2016 RAV4 was the better vehicle, and the better deal. We received a fair price for our Highlander, and purchased The 2016 RAV4.Armando stayed with us the whole way, answered all of our questions and concerns. He then turned us over to Candace who was also amazing! Between Armando, and Candace we left happy, and as they say "You've got it made at Stephen Wade". We thought so! Thank you Armando, and Candace for a pleasant, and enjoyable experience!

We walked onto the lot looking for a used Siena van and drove away with a new 2015 Siena. The price was right and the service from sales associate Beau Richardson was great. Beau was very professional and never attempted to pressure us. He figured out what we wanted and our budget and put us in the right vehicle. And the finance meeting with Jim Anderson was also great. Things have changed. No more throwing everything at you but the kitchen sink. Thank you Beau and Jim.

We truly just stopped by to take a look at your inventory, not really expecting to purchase. We ran into Blair on the sales lot. He was very friendly and there was no pressure what so ever to sell us a vehicle. Once we saw the 2016 Toyota Highlander and Blair was able to explain all it's features we were sold. There was never any pressure to buy, just fun and friendly visit with Blair. He was very knowledgeable on all the vehicles we looked at giving us the pluses to each different model. We ended up driving three different vehicles. We just fell in love with the XLE model. It has everything we wanted. We would definitely return to Stephan Wade Toyota and ask for Blair when we are ready to purchase our next Toyota - definitely our vehicle of choise.

We were contemplating a new minivan down the road for our growing family and checked out a couple dealerships. Our experience with Ken Garff Ford has been atrocious over the years - something always seems to magically break after we take our vehicles in for service of unrelated problems.When we first checked out the Honda dealership in St. George, UT we were completely put off by the uncaring attitude of salesperson Jason White. He refused to listen to what we were looking for (2015 plain jane Odyssey) and insisted on showing us the 2016 models with all the bells and whistles. On the test drive he continued to be aloof and have no chemistry with us.We were next going to look at the Kia dealership in St. George, UT but I didn't know it was on the opposite side of the freeway from the main collection of dealerships so we pulled into the Toyota parking lot since it was going to be our next stop anyway. As soon as we parked we were assailed by a group of salespersons, like seagulls in a parking lot fighting for french fries, and I had to tell them to back away, we were only interested in looking. Things weren't looking great for the Toyota dealership!Then we moseyed over to the 2015 Toyota Siennas and found one we really liked - even more gadgets (power door safety device that didn't slam on my wife's hand), same fuel economy, and better price than the Odyssey we had looked at. No sooner had we looked around to find a salesperson then Dennis O. was walking by. He noticed we were looking for help and he graciously offered assistance. From the beginning Dennis was kind, attentive, and actually listened to what we wanted. We had done our research and he realized this, so he didn't try to up-sell us or steer us into what would get him more commission. He was the epitome of the perfect salesperson.As the afternoon progressed (buying cars always takes too long) we came to appreciate Dennis even more and feel it was certainly ordained by God that we should have come to the Toyota dealership and bought this car from him. The whole scenario from beginning to end had far too many favorable coincidences to be accidental.We enjoyed the clean and spacious dealership with home-like amenities, the friendly staff, and of course our new Sienna. If you need a vehicle and want an honest salesperson, I cannot recommend anyone more highly than Dennis O. I'm glad to say that Ford is in our rearview mirror!

We hear a lot about customer service. Mike Dufresne at Stephen Wade Toyota is an outstanding example of going the extra mile. I just purchased a 2016 Toyota Tacoma. Two days after the sale, Mike called to make sure everything was okay. I was having trouble with a dome light staying on. It was Saturday and the service department was closed, but there was a tech available to look at it. I bought a 2008 Prius back in 2013. Sales staff were very friendly and initially helpful. The car needed a final "check" before I could pick it up. They were also supposed to replace the windshield wipers. Twice I arrived at appointed time to drive car home and it was not ready. Since I lived over 50 miles from the dealer ship, and was quite inconvenienced, they finally assured me it was ok to take the car "as is" and just bring it back in when I was in town next.Within a week of driving my new "used" car, the "Check Engine" light appeared. I called Stephen Wade Toyota who assured me it was most likely a sensor problem, but to bring it down next time I came to town.I brought it back to them fairly soon as I wanted to ensure it was nothing serious. They reset the sensor telling me that it was just from the car "sitting on the lot for a long time and that it was the car's way of ensuring everything was regularly checked. I drove it home.The "check engine" came back on within another week. I again called Stephen Wade Toyota and this time made an appointment for them to run a full check. The appointment which I had allotted 2 hours for, took over 3 hours. They found there was an air hose leak and fixed it.About a year after purchasing the car, my gas mileage started becoming less efficient and the engine was burning oil. I regularly had to 'top off' the oil between oil changes. The "check engine" light started coming on intermittently. Because it wasn't staying on, we thought it may be an air filter that needed changed. We made sure we followed up on all the recommended maintenance including engine flush and filter changes.Less than 2 years after purchasing the car, the "check engine" light was now staying on more than not. I took it in to Stephen Wade Toyota. The mechanics were friendly and helpful. After 2 hours, the mechanic called me to give me the bad news that oil has been leaking into the catalytic converter. The entire engine needed to be replaced. The mechanic took a great deal of time educating me about the problem and what it would take to fix ($6000). However, when we called back to ask specific questions such as "how does this happen to an engine?" or "what possible causes are there for this?" we were given no answers, only the cost to fix it. So, here was a car that we still owed $9,000 on - now completely useless unless we spent another $6,000 to fix it. It was the first car we had ever purchased from Stephen Wade Toyota. And now, it only lasted less than 2 years.This is a TOYOTA!!. We have been loyal Toyota customers for years. Our Landcruiser which is our main family car has almost 300,000 miles on it and our mechanic tells us will easily give us another 100,000.For the engine to go out in a Toyota with only 150,000 miles is NOT usual, and is NOT normal, and NOT acceptable.We have been trying to contact the dealership for the last several days to get more answers but our phone calls are disconnected. We can't even get through to the service department. We are going to have to take this to Corporate due to the local dealership lack of follow up and care to ensure they sold a quality product. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend purchasing a used car from Stephen Wade as their claims of "certified" and "inspected" are a hoax. Maybe they sell some good cars, but they are certainly not willing to accept responsibility for when they failed to do their inspections.

When I was shopping for a new Tacoma I went to Stephen Wade due to the great experience I had when buying my wife's new Dodge. The first person we dealt with was Armando. At first he was pleasant, but on a second trip his demeanor was horrible. I was ready to walk out and take my business elsewhere. Dennis started working with us and he was great! I continue to be astonished that these imbeciles can stay in business. They have repeatedly put the wrong oil in my truck, even when reminded repeatedly of what I want. But now they have taken it to another level, they put the wrong lubricant in the rear axle housing, creating a huge problem when I tried to drive it (and then conveniently lost the records of the mistake). But let's not stop there - they MOUNTED THE TOP OF THE SHOCK ABSORBER IN THE WRONG HOLE (one made for wires and such, NOT to carry the weight of the truck) and so it tore the mounting bracket apart, and then they wanted to charge hundreds of dollars to weld back together the damage caused by their mistakes!!! Fortunately I took it to someone with a brain who took pictures of their mistake, and now we are faced with taking them to small claims court to recoup the cost of the repairs and loss of use of the vehicle. THESE PEOPLE ARE BEYOND YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE!!! When we tried to talk to the service manager about the experience he had the wonderful customer service approach to CURSE AT MY WIFE as we were leaving.

The biggest problem was poor follow-up on work that was not performed at the time of service. I was told they would find out what happened and get back with me the next day. I wasted 3 phones call and half a day before getting a call back with "we have to order the part." I have received excellent service in the past, however, this was not my best experience.

Although we were in the market for a new car we were not considering a Toyota. As we drove by the dealership we went in on a whim and were greeted by Dave with a friendly smile. He inquired about what we were looking for (an SUV) and showed us the Sequoia at our request. We concluded that the car was bigger than we wanted, Dave understood our concern and then showed us the 4Runner. He was very knowledgeable about the car, explained it's features and let us take it for a test drive. We feel in love with the vehicle as it amazingly surprised us and surpassed all of our expectations. We told him we had one more brand we wanted to take a look at and he encouraged us to do so - not the usual response you'd expect from a salesperson. We checked out the other model which paled in comparison and returned a few hours later to make a trade in and purchase the 4Runner. Through this process we also worked with Jim Abbott in the parts department and Candace Abbott in Financing. Everyone we encountered at the dealership was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We highly recommend them and will definitely be back for service and our next car purchase!

I visited Stephen Wade Toyota several times before purchasing my new Prius. I wanted a certain equipped vehicle that no other dealer either had in stock or could locate. But when I called Stephen Wade and talked to Brian, he some how located the vehicle in transit and had it diverted to his store. In working with other dealers throughout Utah, Brian was the only salesman that had the patients and now how to bring this vehicle into his dealership and make it available to me. My rating of "great" for the overall experience is based primarily on my dealings with salesman Mike DuFresne. I came in and and spoke to him extensively during several visits over a period of months while I was deciding what I wanted (I wasn't yet ready to buy anything). He was extremely helpful and not in the least bit "pushy", which I really appreciated. When I was finally ready to actually buy I came in was met out on the lot by another salesman (Armando Garcia) who was more aggressive, and who let me know only after quite awhile that DuFresne was out sick that day and would also be gone the following day (I had told him at the start about wanting to talk to DuFresne). Since I was ready to buy and was leaving for a trip in a couple of days I went ahead and made the purchase that day, in spite of the fact that I didn't really feel all that comfortable with his veracity. I then had relatively minor dealings with the service department for "intallation" of an optional protective coating, and my impression of them is tentatively favorable (though I don't know if that will hold when it comes to repairs/service work in the future). Overall, I can heartily recommend the dealership with respect to Mike DuFresne only, since that is who most of my dealings were with (I'm not so sure about Armando Garcia, I don't know anything about the other salesmen and the service dept is mostly an unknown at this point).

He was very concerned we were not happy and let us bring the car back and trade it for a 2013 model. We like this dealer and their service over the years. Dave Edwards was very good to work with. (The service people are always very helpful, friendly, and professional.)The one thing I will never get over, though, is the trade-in we got for a brand-new VW Passat TDI -- Motor Trend car of the year and top of the line -- it had everything. We would have gotten at least $5,000 more at CarMax which is why we have always dealt with CarMax and we always will in the future. CarMax is always fair and doesn't take advantage of people. I think Dave's boss sensed that we were too lazy (my husband has cancer and chemo-brain) to drive the VW to Las Vegas and he took full advantage of that to rip us off.As far as the Prius V, I think the price was pretty fair. They didn't deal at all but I know from the research I did that they weren't too far out of line. We like the Prius V very much.

All of my preliminary investigational work on pick-ups was accomplished during the two weeks prior to my visit. Had an idea what I wanted, but wasn't sure of all the specific details. I contacted Mike Dufresne via email for some answers and a couple days later, dropped in to discuss various options. I asked for Mike specifically when I arrived and recieved a warm welcome from all of the employees. Details of the various Tacoma models were discussed and a decision was made that same day. Mike was very helpful and patient in answering questins and interjected additional information when needed. This was not the "usual" experience with automobile dealers. It was pleasant and satisfying. Except for all of the "mandatory" paperwork. That was not expected that since it was a cash transaction.

I contacted Stephen Wade Toyota strictly from my internet search for dealerships in St. George. I live in LV and was not happy with my car shopping here. Since this is our third auto, we were not so much in a rush but to find the perfect third vehicle and dealership. We had decided on the FJ Cruiser and I called John Keysor at Stephen Wade and he has been nothing but forthright from the beginning. He represented honesty and integrity that was so refreshing, we had a deal struck within 30 minutes. I found the FJ on their internet site which was exactly the one we had test drove in Vegas at two separate dealerships. Dealing with everyone at this dealership was truly a pleasure! The experience was very low pressure, friendly, professional and the product I received (2013 Tacoma) is fabulous! They gave me a very fair price for my trade-in, without any haggling. I work out of state, and Jim kept me informed as to the status of the delivery of my new vehicle. And when it did arrive, he got all our after market items installed on the vehicle to meet our limited schedule. He even came in on his day off to be there when we picked up the vehicle. The financing and warranty sales were separate, and equally as pleasurable. Great rate. Great product. Great service. I would highly recommend coming in and seeing Jim Anderson, if you are even considering purchasing a vehicle.

My wife and I where not planing on purchasing a new vehicle when we visited your dealership in St George. We were on vacation staying at our condo in St George and decided to see what the RAV 4's were like. After test driving a RAV 4 my wife suggested trying a new Camry. At that point we started thinking about puchasing a new Carmry.What really sold us on your dealership was the first sales associate we met, Jim Anderson. He was anything but pushy and was very helpful in picking out the type of vehicle that met our needs. If at any point he would have become pushy and not helpful we would have been out of there.Additionally, Jared Wade did a good job getting the price of the Camry to the point it was enticing to proceed. I don't think we could have done much better at Bountiful Toyota.

I found the car on www.ksl.com and since I live in Logan it took a week or so to get down to St. George to test drive the car. Mike was very helpful and made sure I knew what was going on with everything, including by offer and the condition etc. of the car before I came down.

When I went to 'Stephen Wade Toyota', I was not expecting that the persons of ToyotaDealers may be so helpful and friendly. This was on the basis of my past experience ofanother Toyota Dealer at California where I experienced ONLY Dry-Business talking, neither helpfulness, no proper guidance. Mike was a pleasure to work with. Very informative and I could see that he genuinely wanted to find the exact car that I would be happy with. It took a little while but I finally have my new Camry XLE and I absolutely love it!! There are a lot of new gadgets to learn about on this XLE. Things started off very well and then proceeded to go wrong very quickly once the paperwork was signed off of. Then the customer service went way down. And when I tried to follow up with questions after my purchase and I contacted Tom. He proceeded to get very nasty on the phone and also told me that "if I wanted things to be perfect, I should have purchased a New Vehicle and not a Used Vehicle." This despite the fact that Toyota states on their website that when you purchase a "Certified" Used Toyota it is to be as good as new. We purchased our vehicle in July and are still trying to get things resolve and it is now September. Come on really????? You have to be joking right? NO, unfortunately, I AM NOT!!!!!!!!!!
