My experience with this dealership, from sales to service, has always been excellent. Most recent visit was September 11, 2019 for service. My rep, Adi Diaz, is first rate. He is thorough, efficient, and personable. I wanted to write a second review because of the excellent and informative service I received on February 24, 2021 from Service Advisor Sarah Bailey. I was kind of between needing a 30k and a 35k service. She looked up my records and quickly set out a plan. She concisely answered my questions about what would need to be done when (now or in future) and why they should be done. The result was a focused, reasonably priced plan that fit my mileage. Sarah is a credit to the service department. I very much appreciated the courteous and professional service she provided. .

I walked into the dealership on Saturday, August 21st approximately 2:30 p.m. and was immediately greeted by Danny Bun. He was so welcoming and inviting. He made me feel at ease and it was no pressure/haggle. I found a car that I liked, it was the perfect price and Mr. Bun referred me over to the most pleasant guy by name of Harry Nguyen. These 2 gentlemen eased my anxiety and made this car buying experience the BEST EVER! I will tell everyone I know about my experience, because of the level of service that I received from Danny and Harry. They are truly AMAZING!!

Originally, I went in seeking a compact SUV, but after test driving it, I realized that the model I thought I wanted, did not suit my needs. With the help of Tommy Chan, I was able to purchase my new vehicle which I love. My new car doesn't just satisfy but it exceeded my expectations! He is not only extremely patient and understanding, but also fluent in Cantonese which was extremely helpful. I highly recommend going to Tommy for assistance in purchasing your new vehicle.

I have always received excellent service since1999. Robert provided prompt and professional customer service. He is excellent and great at what he does. I have been working with Robert for 9 years. The entire staff at Sterling McCall was great to work with. Very personable and professional. Thank you Robert
