06/23/2021: Excellent care and service, as I have always received from Stetler! I only needed my oil changed and tires rotated but as usual they go over the truck as if they're doing a State Inspection, letting me know pages worth of detail on the condition of my truck. Everything from safety items to recalls, fluids, mechanicals, and more than I can think of. And they do it fast! Having now met several of their service writers I have found all of them to be pleasant to deal with, very accommodating, and most of all they take their time explaining everything and anything to my complete satisfaction. Overall I have complete confidence that the folks at Stetler will help me keep my Ram running smoothly for years to come, and that's a great feeling!

Dropped off Jeep overnight for replacement of an oil pressure sensor that had gone up. Time was pretty crucial because I was leaving on a trip the next morning. I was a little worried when i didn't hear by late afternoon that it was finished, but i was assured it would be done by end of business. Paperwork was being printed by the time I came in, sensor responding normally, and an additional tip for repelling rodents from wiring, which was definitely bonus. Great price, great service, great results.

I was in the market for several weeks unsure of the type of vehicle I wanted and visited numerous dealers in the area but none impressed me as much as Stetler. The staff were professional, informed and courteous from the moment I walked in until I picked up the Jeep a couple of days later. I would highly recommend buying your next Dodge Chrysler or Jeep from them!

I changed my review to 5 stars because of the outstanding improvement at the service center. The waiting room has been remodeled and they are now using a text message system to update waiting customers. Its a great improvement and now they deserve 5 stars. The sales department at Stetler does a great job. Unfortunately I can't say the same about the service department. First, the wait times are insane (scheduling weeks out). I dropped off my car and was told it would be done the same day. No call, no update, and no car at the end of that day. Had to call twice the next day to figure out what was going on. When I picked up the car, I wasn't told all of the work was not completed, and some parts have to be ordered. I am extremely disappointed in Stetler's service department. Seldom have I ran into a more dysfunctional service provider in any industry.

Definitely a great experience from the online specialist to the finale drive away from dealership with my new Jeep wrangler. They had everything lined up and ready for me to test drive, sign paperwork and cleaned up and detailed my vehicle for delivery was great. And Definitely will be back if i want a upgrade done or service to be done to my vehicle and other vehicles i own.
