I try to deal with Rick when I am looking for a car, I feel he is honest and straight forward, I never feel like I am being pressured or misled, all dealerships need to have salesmen like Rick

Monday morning my car decided it was going to completely die on me so I took a gamble and went into Steve Schmitt Auto Credit. Wound up running into an old classmate (Chris) who was able to get me into a newer nicer car in just a few short hours! Highly recommend you go see Chris and RIck if you're in the market for a car!

I was looking for a new car and had no idea what kind I wanted. They were very friendly in helping me make the right choice for me. I have never bought a car without help from a family member with all the paper work and this time I did and they two gentlemen were very helpful in the whole process. They really cared about my business and didn't just try pushing any and every car on myself. I now have a wonderful dodge caliber that I LOVE. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

After researching car dealerships in the Troy, IL. area, I noticed that Steve Schmitt Auto Credit had excellent reviews. I called the dealership and immediately knew that I had found the right place to finance a new car. Rick not only was very friendly in a genuine way, but was also extremely helpful. I received an awesome deal on my 2014 Toyota Corolla! I also have a lengthy warranty that will take care of any issue big or small. I have total confidence that this company takes pride in the quality of the vehicles they sell. I never in a million years would have thought buying a car could be such a stress-free and comfortable experience! There truly was no pressure put on me. In fact, Rick worked hard at making sure I received a great deal on a very nice car! I will never go anywhere else after this experience!!

I purchased a 2010 Malibu LTZ. Worked with both Rick and Chris and they were both helpful and courteous. They bent over backwards to answer my questions. The cars were well taken care of and in great condition. They offer a warranty that is better than anyone in the area. They shared the CARFAX and the maintenance that had been done to the vehicle since they had it. Felt comfortable and would definitely go back when I need another vehicle.

Very friendly people work at this dealership. They really helped me pick the car I wanted. I will go to this dealership for my next car, and I would reccomend them to a friend. They sit you down and go through the process with you so you fully understand what is going on. I learned about this dealership from a friend and they bought their car there as well.

I just bought a 2014 Hyundai Accent from this lot. I will tell you this: The staff gave me nothing but the best as far as service. I am not an easy person to deal with but the staff here accommodated all my needs and not their own. No pressure sales and all their vehicles are well maintained and they have the service papers to prove services performed. Most services performed are warrantied and carries over to the new owner. I am totally amazed that places like this still exist. If you are looking for a vehicle, I suggest from my personal experience this would be your one stop shop. I feel if you leave there without a vehicle, you wasn't looking for one when you came in. ;-)

I love Rick so much! He did such a great job making sure I understood everything as a young buyer. I have had some repairs on my vehicle and Rick was awesome for giving me a rental car while my vehicle was fixed. I feel very comfortable in the facility and hope to purchase another vehicle from him!

Rick is a great guy and his service is top notch. He will do whatever he can to get you in the car you want and will be honest throughout the whole process. I would recommend going to see Rick and his staff they have that no pressure attitude and will treat you like family even after the sale is over.

I just purchased a 2011 traverse from Rick. He is simply amazing. He went above and beyond for me. I have bought a vehicle from there before and I will definitely visit again if I ever decide to get another vehicle. He helped me out so much and got my payments to where I could easily afford them.
