Took my wife to look at the new Grand Cherokee L. I have done a lot of research on the vehicle. We were greeted by a salesman. Terry (salesman) was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I have visited several other dealerships and this was the first time that the salesperson knew a lot about this vehicle. The hospitality from the entire staff was outstanding. We purchased the vehicle and had a great experience. Terry and the Sales manager did an awesome job. Highly recommend the Steve White Motors team.

Bought a 2500 Ram in April, process was phenomenal throughout. Now since I own the vehicle, the dealership basically has lost interest in helping myself out with issues that arise, mainly the sales department. Parts department is top notch because I have had to order a few things for my Ram…I always thought once a customer always a customer but I guess not. I wish I could go through another dealership for my warranty issue but I can only use who I bought it through, trying to cancel my policy because I refinanced for a way better rate…need help!

I bought a Jeep Gladiator from out of state. They picked me up from the airport and the transaction was incredibly smooth and fast. They had a spray in bed liner put in on two days notice. The communication from Jeff was A+. I can't say enough good things about this car buying experience.

It is really hard to find a dealer that doez what they say Steve White team does exactly that! Rodney Hall told me that he would have everything ready and he did! I drove 1 1/2 to do this deal I was there for maybe 20 minutes. The finance manager had his things together in and out was it. Great team! Loved my experience!

I just purchased a 75th Anniversary Edition Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and I am 100% satisfied with Steve White Motors. I found the vehicle on eBay, gave them a call, and ended up buying the Jeep. Michele Camden was great -- she gave me her cell phone number, took my calls and texts well after 5 pm, she showed up to work on her day off in order to accommodate me and my bank (that was all the way in California so there was a time difference issue), and she went above and beyond expectations which made this an effortless experience. I would definitely recommend Steve White Motors to anyone. Before finding this vehicle on eBay I visited three major dealerships in New Jersey -- horrible experience. I ended up contracting with one of them for a Sahara, they tried to sell me after market leather, they lied about having a vehicle in their lot, they made me wait three weeks for a car they never had. The other dealerships would not negotiate a price saying that they didn't need to sell for lower than MSRP because Jeeps were in such high demand. Steve White Motors is the way to go and be sure to ask for Michele Camden.

I recently purchased a new 2016 Ram 1500 44 from Steve White motors. It was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I called and inquired about a truck that I wanted to purchase. I was very specific on details of drive train and convenience options that I wanted on the truck. I spoke with Mr. Mike Jones and he went above and beyond and found me the truck I wanted. Mr. Jones made every single step very easy and was professional every step of the way. The entire staff at Steve White motors were professionl, courteous, and top knotch in my book. I will definitely purchase another car or truck from Steve White motors. In closing I would like to add that Mr. Mike Jones is a credit to the sales staff and true professional every step of the way. Was VERY hesitant to even attempt buying online!! Who does that!! I called the dealership around 4:30 and was transferred to Rick Poteat. I told him what vehicle we were interested in and after 3 calls (back and forth) with Rick and the finance guru, Kodie Surratt, by 6:00 we were approved! Not only was this the BEST car buying experience we have EVER experienced, the price was the most competitive within a two hour drive. We faxed our info and scheduled pick up for the following day, at noon. We live two hours away, and the drive was worth every minute. Rick and Kodie had all paperwork in order and the vehicle was clean and polished and ready to go! They were very professional and personable. To think we went from "just looking" to driving out with a new Jeep Sahara Unlimited!! We are both seniors (but we like to think we're still 'cool'") and this vehicle has rejuvenated our driving experience.....we LOVE our Jeep!!!!! I even convinced my husband to remove the two front tops and go "open air". Much to the dismay of his hair! It's like having a convertible.....with muscle!! Steve White Motors now has lifelong (?) customers !! I would refer anyone to follow suit. I did extensive research and this is by far the most competitive, and thorough dealership in the area. And apparently that holds true throughout the country, since they are the no.1 online dealership in business. I don't know how our buying experience could have been better!!! I do not recommend buying a used vehicle from this company online. I recently bought a used vehicle online from Steve White Motors that, once delivered to me, had undisclosed damage and errors in the on-line ad that reduced the actual vehicle value. Although free out-of-state delivery is nice, once a vehicle is delivered to you it's hard to return to the dealer if you have problems.

Great experience from start to finish!!! I had sent an inquiry about a 2004 Honda Element on Easter Sunday. Then 10 minutes later, Bruce Lee sent me an email back with an answer to my questions. It was completely unexpected for me to get an response back that quick, especially on a holiday! I filled out the credit app, sent pics of my vehicle and Bruce kept me updated on what was going on throughout the process. Monday 3/28, I drove 1.5 hours to the dealership and I literally spent 30 there, as Bruce had everything prepped and ready for me when I arrived. Then I was back on the road with my new Element! It was so fast, seamless, and the whole staff made it very very easy. I would recommend Steve White Motors to anyone and please talk to Bruce Lee!

Extremely poor customer service. Have had Jeeps for over 20 years this place is the worst. Stopped at the "Express Service Lane" for simple oil change. Was told "The guys were picking up trash" I could make an appointment and come back later. Nothing Express about this place. Was also there to talk about trading for a newer Jeep...... I will definitely use another dealer.

Was speaking with one of the salespeople to purchase a car there, drove nearly 2 hours out of the way to find out the car was in the body shop and couldn't be seen. Not only was that disappointing but the salesperson then told me they would call the next business day so they could work something out to bring it to me or have me come back. No call the next day. two business days later at the VERY end of the day I receive an email saying it just sold. No apology, nothing. Horrible way to want customers to come back. I understand that it can easily sell in the blink of an eye but the salesperson was not very well with communicating anything. Definitely would never go back to buy a car there.

We bought a used 2014 car from Artie at Steve White , Hickory. We had visited several dealerships from Flordia to NC. We knew what we wanted and found it online. All transactions were handeled online and by phone which included. Purchase of new used car. (Sight unseen) Trade in old car at a fairprice (Sight unseen) Artie arranged for car to be delivered to us and had the trade in picked up. Artie also said if car was not as he had presented it to us over phone conversations and photos, just send it back. The car loooked better than the photos's. We did not have to leave house and drive 300 miles to see or purchase this car. Artie and Steve White are the best.

Making a large purchase on the internet can be unsettling. I submitted a trade-in evaluation online. I received an immediate call from Mike Mcgirt. Within a few calls, we'd settled on a fair value for my trade, and a fair price on the vehicle I selected. Now the unsettling part. Do I trust these guys enough to drive 450 miles to take care of me once I actually get to the dealership? Mike made it easy. We talked almost daily. He emailed all of the documents ahead of time. When I arrived in Hickory, it took less than 10 minutes to complete the paperwork. Mike and the whole Steve White team made me feel welcome. I know they sell a lot of cars, but I honestly felt like their only customer. I will never buy a Chrysler product anywhere else! Thanks Mike!

My experience at Steve White Motors was with Jerry Sherrill, Salesperson and Bush Kenerson, Sales Manager. Both men were very helpful and extremely knowledgeable of the the car I wanted to purchase. This made us buying this vehicle very easy. After my wife and I purchased the car Jerry Sherrill gave us the best tutorial in the use of our new car that either my wife ever had. Jerry showed us how to access and use all the features of our new car in a way that no other sales person had done for us in the past. Both my wife and I would highly recommend asking for Jerry Sherrill if you are interested in buying a Chrysler product in North Carolina, the trip to their location will be well worth it.

I needed a reliable used car for my nephew in the Navy quickly. I called Tim and he was on it right away. He had photos, details and even test drove the cars. I bought it without actually seeing the car. This is the second time I bought a care without seeing it from Steve White Motors and again I am extremely happy with the car, the flexibility and the customer service. Tim even called after purchase to make sure that the car ran okay on the trip back to the Navy base. I intend to buy cars from them for a long, long time.

Avoid this place. They're all friendly until they get your money. After that you're just as good as a begger. I needed a replacement car after mine died and didn't have the funds or time to get just anything. The car I found at Steve White was decent enough but then came the problems. It's been years since I've bought a car so when I bought my car I specifically asked the salesman if there were any taxes or fees I needed to pay in order to get my tag transferred. He said "no". Just wait month and I'll get my new tag. So here I am 5 days from my 30 day plate expiring and I get a call from Steve White Motors asking me if I can bring a property tax receipt so they can order my new tag. I said "that was already supposed to be taken care of. Why are you just now telling me this?" So this woman asks if I can pay the property tax and I said "no, I haven't budgeted for this. I don't have the money right now." Then she asks if I have a tag I can transfer and I said "no, the insurance company had me turn it into the DMV within 5 days to turn in the old tag or else be fined. Already done it. Besides, I asked if you could transfer when I bought the thing." I told her this is they're screw up and don't dare lay anything on me. She told me she'd call back when she figured something out. Never did. So I had to drive all the way back up to Newton to get this mess straightened out. There I was asked what the problem was by 2 different salesman. Both told me it was my problem. I asked "how is it my problem when I flat out asked and you not only gave me the wrong answer but waited an entire month before bringing it to my attention? Now I'm stuck with no vehicle until I can get my tag." I asked if I could at least get a new 30 day tag and they both laughed at me and walked away. Laughed at me! Then I had another salesman tell me to leave the store because he was told I was yelling. I told him "I'm waiting to get this issue resolved and that if I was yelling you would have heard me being in the next room and no one would've had to tell you about it. I've got people laughing at me out here, acting like its my fault you gave me the wrong answer." As he was trying to escort me out the door I told him I'm not leaving and asked him to go ahead and call the cops and I'd explain everything to them. He refused. He eventually told me he was going pay the tax and fed ex my plate tomorrow, most likely to make me go away. I didn't want him to pay the tax. I wanted a correct answer to my questions at the start. I wanted them to bring any issues to my attention before my tag ran out and left me without transportation. And I certainly didn't want to stand there and be laughed at by crooked car salesman.

EXCELLENT Experience! My husband and I went to several dealerships when looking for our new vehicles. Because we were Both wanting new Jeeps it was Double Important to get the Best deal with the Best Customer Service... After visiting 3 dealerships all over NC (one being in our home town) we went an hour away to visit Steve White. Needless to say, after visiting Steve White Motors, there was No Other dealership that compared! The professionalism of James West was OUTSTANDING! The offer that was given us was Unmatched! Before I visited Steve White, I had become discouraged with shopping for a new vehicle. I am in sales as well, and I cannot write enough good things to tell you about the professionalism and honesty of these guys at Steve White. This dealership and James are Very Hard to find in the car industry. I Applaud James, Mike, Chris and Mike. There are OUTSTANDING! My husband and I both Love our new Jeeps and plan on visiting James again in the future. I normally do not make comments in the media, but this was very important for me to tell people about this experience!

I am driving my newly purchased preowned Pathfinder today --- I found the dealership online last Wednesday, found the vehicle of choice, emailed them and had a response within an hour. Everything from trading my existing vehicle, negotiating the best rate with my bank to the delivery of the new one at my place of business was exemplary. And to top it off Rodney Hall called me to let me know he mailed my dogs leash and some papers I had mistaking my left in the car . I highly recommend this dealership --- and so far LOVE my new car!

I purchased a new truck from Steve White Motors last year and words cannot describe how pleasant of an experience was, but let me try... I am located on the coast of SC about 150 miles from this dealership. I was looking for a truck with specific equipment that I was not able to find local. Steve White Motors was happy to located the perfect truck for me a few states away. Told me as a business owner I qualified for some additional discounts ( ask if you own a business). I could not believe that they sent a flat bed truck with a professional driver to pick my truck up in TN, took it back to the dealership, installed my Mopar dual exhaust, bed liner and then delivered it to my driveway! They unloaded my new truck and I signed the papers on my kitchen table, loaded up my trade and the deal was done in about 30 min! Now that is the stress free way to buy a car! I must say I was impressed! I called my local dealer to see if they could do anything to match the deal but they were unable to come close. Steve White also has a huge online parts store with the best prices I found in the country! I had them install some nice extras before brining me my truck. What a wonderful, ethical, hard working dealership! I am impressed! Steve White Earned My Business! Thank You!

This is hands down the best Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Dealer in the United States! I myself have purchased three new vehicles from them and not once has the experience been negative. The sales rep, Rick Poteat really went out of his way to ensure that I was in the vehicle I wanted, and not one he needed to move off the lot. I never once did I feel pressured to purchase a vehicle from them and it was a very slow paced thoroughly explained process to ensure that I understood everything about the vehicle I was getting. Rick sat down with me and showed me the numbers starting from the top and explained line by line how the numbers played and what it was going to take to get to the payment I wanted. Every single time he and his team were able to get me a payment BETTER than what I wanted and what we had originally discussed. After working with Rick I transitioned to the finance department and was privileged enough to work with Lisa. Lisa went above and beyond in the explanation of what I was signing. At no point did I feel like I was signing something that was to solely benefit the dealership. All questions I had she was able to answer. It was truly a painless and quick process signing the paperwork for my new vehicle!! When I was finished with the finance department I met with Rick for the final inspection of the vehicle and he answered any final questions that I had about the vehicle. I live a good hour from Steve Whites Dealership and work in the Northern Mecklenburg County area with a big Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Dealership in my town and I have to say, the level of professional at Steve Whites is by far superior to ANY Dealership I have ever been in. I have gone into the other dealership and felt like I was completely disrespected by the sales team and not taken seriously. Not at Steve Whites I felt like I was at home there and felt like I belonged and was welcomed by Rick and Lisa. I dont care if I ever get relocated for work, I will drive across the country to Steve Whites dealership again just because of the level of service. There is no other dealership that can compare. Within the last 4 years my family have I have purchased 4 vehicles from them (Challenger, Charger, Ram 1500, 300 C) and will continue to buy solely from this dealership until the dealership shuts down entirely.

Fantastic experience at Steve White Motors. I had done extensive research on the vehicle I wanted and the pricing I should be able to receive. There pricing online really is the price, no hidden fees. I purchased a new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I emailed them a few times and told them I "may" come by the following day. When I arrived, they had the vehicle parked up front and waiting for me to test drive. The process was enjoyable and there wasn't the pressure that can often be involved in the car buying experience. If your concern is getting the vehicle you want at the best price possible, I highly recommend Steve White Motors. If you are wanting all the add-ons and fluff, go somewhere else.

Jerry Sherrill was a great salesman. He knew what he was talking about and was not pushy. He went out of his way to find out answers when he was unfamiliar with the inner workings of our vehicle. 12 Year Veteran didnt hurt either. :)

I was very impressed by the service dept. at Steve Whites. I did not buy my vehicle at this location but they excepted my vehicle for service because the place where I purchased my vehicle at could not fix it. They were very polite and call me before they fixed my vehicle to let me know what was going on with it and also to tell me what was wrong an estimated time of how long it would take to fix it. I was very satisfied with the service and the fixing of my vehicle. I even ask if I could bring it to them if I had any other problems with it instead of taking it to the dealership that I bought it at and they said sure. Mrs. Brooks was a very nice and curious person and spoke to me on the phone like a professional which I appreciate a lot. Everyone else was professional and spoke in a professional manner in the service dept. Thank you for all you do for us as Mopar owners.

I've first found out about Steve White Motors when I was looking for a new Dodge Charger around the end of 2012. Kodie Surratt was the employee who tried taking care of me at the time but I ended up not purchasing the car due to some personal reasons. I had also contacted every single Chrysler Dodge dealership within a 100 mile radius of Tampa where I live, as well as independent dealers and Kodie was about the only one who didn't call me constantly, asking me if I am ready to make a purchase and that they could offer me this great deal and this and that and so on. Once in a while he just sent an email saying "Hi" and nothing else. I think that's a great way of letting the customer know that you are there but you are not pushing them to buy a car, it's just a "I'm still here if you need me" message. I also found out when I was looking for the Charger that none of the Chrysler Dealers could match their prices (I even called the 2-3 dealers who honored the Sam's Club discount - which is a huge discount as well ), and when I would give them the quote I got from Kodie, they would also try telling me that it was "not possible" to sell cars at those prices hehe; I guess what they have been trying to say was that there is no way they were going to be making tons of profits at those prices because I am also sure that they are not just giving away cars at Steve White Motors without some profit :) Anyway, I ended up needing a car but since I am not ready for the brand new Charger, I had been looking at used Mopar vehicles; even though my preference would have always been a Ram, I didn't think I could get a decent one for the price range that I had in mind. Since it is a used car, the amount of dealers who have the cars I wanted increased tremendously as well and I must have contacted over 50 just in my neighborhood. I also checked Steve White's inventory and even though there wasn't something I really wanted to buy at first glance, I decided to contact Kodie as well and I am glad I did. When I was looking for the Charger, I noticed that some dealers allow you to enter an email OR a phone number and let you decide on your preferred mean of communication, while some of them ask you which you prefer but they require you to fill in the info for both fields. And as I found out, despite the fact that you tell them NOT to contact you by phone, you get about 10 phone calls a day from various dealers. It has been almost 7 months since I was in the market for a Charger and I am still getting some dealerships call me 5-6 times a week and emailing me constantly even though I have asked not to be called or emailed. One stops emailing me and another person at the same dealership starts instead and choosing the "remove me from your list" doesn't do a thing since it is individual employees who are contacting you as opposed to receiving a newsletter that is generated automatically. I've been putting down made up phone numbers to some places which REQUIRE a phone number but some are as blatant as to tell me straight out on email that "it seems your number is not working, so please call me at the first opportunity, I have great news for you". I don't know you, you don't know me, so what news could you possibly have for me? Anyway to cut it short, Kodie was one of the 2-3 out of 50+ who did not literally harass me. So when I started looking for a used car, he was the first person I contacted actually and he did find me a great deal. Mostly due to me taking my time, I ended up losing the car which I wanted to purchase as while Kodie was walking me through on putting a deposit for the car, the car got sold. If I had checked my email 20-30 minutes ago, I may have gotten the car but I am actually glad that I didn't because I wouldn't have ended up with a Dodge Ram. Kodie literally spent the rest of the whole day trying to find me a car. We finally found one and I got it at 4-5k less than I would have never gotten it anywhere else.

We have visited other dealerships in the past for a new vehicle and not received the experience we did with Kodie and the staff there at Steve White Motors. Kodie and the others went out of their way to take care of my husband and I. Had answers to any questions and concerns that we had. I didn't feel like it was visiting a dealership but visiting a family because they treat you like you are family. I would highly recommend them to other people who are looking to get another vehicle.
