I purchased a car in early October from Derrek Borlie at Steven Toyota he was great as always. Me and my family do not go to anyone else, he is the best out there to work with no questions asked. He will find something to suit you that is in you're range. Seems like they have a excellent sales team all around but I'd have to believe that Derrek is levels ahead of the rest of them he let's you decide.

We had such a wonderful experience with John. He was patient and informative. We were able to be furrier fitted with a car of our liking and Budger. It was such a great experience that we told our neighbors who drive up the next week and bought a car from John. Excellent salesman and person.

Initially I spoke with Hillary Fox about this vehicle and she was very accommadating on providing us information on the vehicle we were looking at so Hillary was wonderful!!After driving three hours to look at this vehicle on a Sunday we started the tedious processing of trying to come to a deal on this vehicle. The salesman, John Irvine, started out very friendly as did the man that talked to us initially, Carey Knicely (man in the glass house). Isn't that always the way though!! While we were sitting there I asked about the men in the "glass house" - if anyone has been there you know immediately what I'm talking about - our salesman stated "they want to make sure you're smiling when you leave here" During test driving I mentioned to the salesman that the brakes felt like they were grinding and he said oh no these brakes are fine - of course I am a woman so what could I possibly know about brakes?? After dealing for a couple of hours we were only a little off on pricing and I asked to speak to the untouchable man in the glass house so our salesman went to get him and he refused to come talk to us.....we're still wondering why we didn't leave at this point!! Then the salesman become very rude and condescending about our trade-in. We finally took the deal and settled on pricing so I have NO complaint about the deal because we accepted it and the finance agent, Som Syharath was the best person that we worked with, he was wonderful!! After sitting there for 3 hours they had not detailed the car - why would you put a vehicle up on the website for sale if it was not ready to be sold??? So we had to sit there another hour and a half for the car to be detailed - remember we have another 3 hours to drive home and we had to keep prodding the salesman to get the vehicle done. Once we got home the brakes still did not feel right so I took it to our local mechanic who said they were rated a 2 on a scale of 10 so began the process or trying to reach someone at the dealership again to talk to them about the brakes - this was a nightmare for over a week and I ended up finally a complaint directly with Toyota on the brakes and most importantly the customer service we were not getting!! Finally someone called (after we filed the complaint) to give us the run around for a couple of days and finally we took it to a local Toyota and they stated the brakes were 5/10 which is what the dealership said. Ok they are passing but basically we are at 50% brakes on the rear. I guess their philosophy is half brakes are better than none. After two weeks we still have 50% rear brakes and they are done - no resolution and nothing about the quality of quality of customer service that we received. So if you want to buy a vehicle and never have to deal with the dealership and pray nothing ever goes wrong then by all means by from Steven Toyota. I CANNOT believe that the good name of Toyota is affiliated with this dealership and the quality or lack there of customer service and the attitudes of most of the people working there. So needless to say I did not leave there with a smile on my face!!

We recently were needing to buy a new car, so we decided to give Steven Toyota a chance. We were greeted by Stacey Williams, who took the time to show me a few Corollas before I chose one. I had never considered a Corolla because I thought they were too small. After driving one for a few months now, I can tell you they are plenty big inside. We also got our first oil change recently at Steven Toyota and I highly recommend their service department. So, overall I give Stacey and Steven Toyota 5 out of 5 stars!

I followed their service plan and took my vehicle to Steven Toyota every 5,000 miles and the result was needing new tires due to poor alignment, that was supposedly done each visit. Management didn't listen to their own service techs and chose to ignore the fact that they neglected my vehicle during each 5,000 mile visit. I should have listened to their past customers and took my vehicle to another shop to service my vehicle. Don't let the good reviews cloud your judgement of this shop. There are plenty of reviews similar to mine, and talk to locals who have been screwed over by Steven Toyota for years.

After a lot of time online w/ all of the local- (and some DC area)- Toyota dealerships, I came into this closest locale to simply test drive the RAV4's. I wasn't intending to buy today unless the price at least matched the lowest one I had found online at another dealership. As it turns out, Steven's price for that model was even lower. I bought one today. My salesman, Jonathan Irvine was PATIENT, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with on every level. My last purchase of a new vehicle was way back in 1992- (a Toyota pickup)- and I was not looking forward to the ordeal. However, Jonathan made the process smooth and painless. I would definitely recommend Steven Toyota to anyone looking to purchase their next new vehicle.

Working with Isaac was a fantastic learning experience for my 16yr old son. Isaac was focused and on task making sure that are needs were met from the beginning. Isaac and Logan made getting approved and signing the paperwork incredibly easy and in a timely manner. I was at the dealership for less than an hour before my son drove away in a 2106 Scion im...I would recommend that before you waste time at other dealerships check out Steven Toyota you will be amazed at the service and the deals you can get.

Pleasant truck buying experience. Liked our friendly/ no pressure sales people Will & Jonathan & thorough finance person Logan. Glad we took the Toyota extended warranty program he recommended, along with the way to minimize its effect on monthly payment. They went to bat for us for lowest possible finance rate. Very pleased with free car washes & state inspections for life along with first year free oil changes.

My first stop at this dealership was so productive that I knew I wanted to purchase a car there if it was possible to make it work. Jonathan Irvine, the sales person, showed me what was available in the car I was looking for, took me for a test drive, and so began our relationship. I was there several hours, had many questions which were answered, and my specific needs were addressed. I drove the car home for the night, returned the next day and purchased it!! I'm very happy with both the car and the deal. Jonathan was so knowledgeable and so helpful. Made all the difference between this dealership and others I had visited.Carey worked hard to secure a good deal, to enable me to actually purchase the car.

When I first arrived at Steven Toyota, I was greeted by Aaron Pence. Aaron was very friendly and welcoming. went by steven toyota to look at the new tacoma and i ended up buying my new tacoma from buzz. i had planned on visiting several dealerships to play the price game, but in the end it made sense to buy local, i got a really good deal and i get free truck washes for life among other great perks! thanks buzz and steven toyota!

I went online looking for a new or used Tundra Truck and put in my contact information. Isaac was the first one to call me back. He sent me information on three used Tundra's they had in stock that he thought I might be interested in. I am always hesitant and skeptical to accept the words of a car salesman as truth, so when I walked in, I was ready to put up a fight and tell the dealer where to go. But then Patrick Molloy greeted me with a big smile and just as big a personality to go along with it. I told Patrick that I was there to check out one of the online Camrys and we went for a test drive. I told him what I was looking for in a vehicle and he tried to get me to buy a new Corolla at the 0% interest rate that Toyota is offering. He also tried to get me to go in to a lease, but I wasn't looking for that. No big deal; he is just giving me options right? Well when I went home and did my research (even with the lease), everything he said at the dealership was spot on accurate and truthful. I really enjoyed my time with Patrick and I went back to see him the next day to buy the Camry. The price was right. The open greeting from Patrick was exactly what I wanted and needed to buy my next vehicle. I really do recommend going to see Patrick at Steven Toyota! Once we made the paperwork official, he took me around to the service bay to show me how to take advantage of my free car washes, etc. He even put my concerns of recalls to ease by asking a service dept specialist to pull up any recalls through the computer. This dealership has nothing to hide. They helped me out with the interest rate, they made everything very transparent, and did not pressure me into any sales or deals that I was not OK with. I am looking forward to my next 5-7 years with this vehicle. I can honestly say that I have never been more proud of any vehicle purchase before.

My boyfriend and I had been on the hunt for a Ford F-150 Raptor SVT for quite a few months now and each seller at various dealerships we visited were either extremely rude or lied to us about the vehicle. Joe Gioscio greeted me on my first visit and was very friendly. I mentioned that I was "just looking and comparing" vehicles from various dealerships and he was fine with that - no pressure! Came looking for a vehicle because mine was falling apart. Just felt like I wasn't taken seriously because I was young and didn't have the best credit and Jonathan was recommended by a friend, Jonathan assured me that the deal I was getting was the best deal that I could get, and nobody else would consider dealing with me (2010 used Nissan for 227 a month for 6 years) felt really pushed. Good thing I thought twice. Ended up getting a brand new Honda Civic for 240 a month at Valley Honda with nothing down. Just felt like I wasn't taken seriously. Even though I didn't have the best experience with him, doesn't mean that the rest of the sales team isn't worth working with.

Andrew was very helpful in getting us through the decision of stepping up from Camry hybrid to Avalon. Their used cars are priced very competively to compete with the Internet. They stayed an hour late to get our deal done - very efficient! Added the 4 year certification which actually covers a lot more than the new factory warranty. Feels like we got a new car for half price!! Very pleased except for the lesser MPG!

As we were dropping off our daughter back to JMU this weekend, my husband and I decided to take a stroll around Harrisonburg and were curious when we saw Steven Toyota. We've been contemplating getting a new vehicle for our daughter for sometime now that she's going into her Junior year of college. As we pulled into the lot we were greeted by Jon. Everything about leasing a vehicle through Steven Toyota is great. I began leasing last year and I can say i have never had a problem with the lease terms. The free services were easily scheduled and the garage staff friendly . We recently switched to a 2015 with the help of Joe Gioscio. He worked through all of our options and didnt pressure us to take anything that wouldnt suit our situation. If there's a person who can debunk the "all car salesmen are sharks" saying, it's Joe. I personally recommend him to anyone interested in visiting this dealership. He even took a picture of my husband and me standing with our first car owned together. Logan Bricker as well put a lot of effort in seeing our transaction went as smooth as possible. I wish i could remember the ladies name that offered us drinks. It was a nice gesture since our wait was extended while waiting on the transaction to get approved. You can really tell they value their customers! Thanks, to Joe and the entire Steven Toyota team.

I wish that I could give Steven Toyota 10 stars! I'm a 50-something single woman, and have heard horror stories about car-buying experiences from friends. The team at Steven Toyota, however, made the process easy and pleasant. I was treated fairly and with great respect. Ladies - this is the place that you want to buy your next vehicle!I researched the car I wanted (Consumer Reports, safety ratings, etc.), and on a Friday evening whim, took a chance that they would have it in stock. They did! (Although they made it clear that even if they didn't have the color/options that I was looking for, they would find it for me.) My bank has a car buying service that I trust to negotiate the best price. Steven Toyota doesn't participate in my bank's program, but they agreed to match the price. And they gave me a fair offer on my battered and bruised trade-in. (I had also done the research on that.) They offered extended warranty and other "add-ons," but didn't push back when I declined the up-sell. Jonathan made sure that I was checked-out on all of the car's features, and offered sincerely, multiple times, that I should call him directly if I needed any additional assistance.Everyone, including sales staff, sales managers and finance staff, was polite, respectful, and helpful. They made it clear that they really appreciated my business.I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

We have given up shopping at car dealers after some bad experiences in the past but recently we dealt with Stacy Williams at Stevens Toyota and we sailed through looking at a new car that didn't quite have what we wanted to buying a used car that did. They didn't make us wait a long time and everything was easy. We always liked to shop at CarMax for it's no haggle pricing and easy purchase experience but this was just as good. If they just would go to no haggle pricing and get rid of that silly $300 dealer fee that always leaves a bad taste in your mouth I can see us coming back to car dealers for our next purchase.

These people had a great car but not the right price and after telling them what i wanted and why, they done what they could to get there. They also shined up a couple spots in the car for us even after we made the deal.

I originally contacted Ron Pleasant who couldn't have been more helpful leading me in the right direction regarding what vehicles would be the best fit for my budget and needs. He then set me up with a salesperson, Taylor Jones, who was very knowledgable on the vehicles on the lot and payed close attention to my needs to find me the perfect fit, a 2005 RAV4 in great condition for a great price! I am a college student who has little knowledge on cars or financing options but with help of Taylor, Ron, Carey, and Matt Fransico I was able to get the perfect car without ever feeling stress or pressure from any of the staff. This is by far the worst dealership to deal with. My brand new Prius has had satellite signal issues from day one( research , lots of Toyota clients have this issue) went to Steven Toyota . First time was told radio signal was fine, at the next inspection was more assertive claiming an issue and wanting it fixed. They confirmed an issue and that was in beg of December. It's into April and they have been back and forth. First they did one of the two steps. They said if replacing the antenna didn't work they would do an after,asked one. Well replaced the Toyota satellite and still issue, after months of calling and no returned calls and everybody I called was on a diff page I called Ryan the sales top service person to let him know I was getting nowhere with Matt the service upper level staff. Matt was always in a meeting and would call back, he never did or he was on vacation. Finally got ahold of Ryan, was told over and over the second satellite antenna had been replaced. He argued with me and basically called me a liar and said it had and I was the only one saying everybody was on a diff page and belittled. Next day after dropping the car off at Ryan's request in front of the service guy Mike he tries to confirm the second satellite was installed, mike said it wasn't. No apology at all. Almost two weeks later and nothing resolved Ryan made plans and we went over instructions on where he could deliver my car back to me. This was Friday, I left a review on yelp of my experience. Waited till noon Monday and called about my car. Ryan informed me because of my review he would not deliver my car. Called Toyota, Ryan then told them we had no arrangement that it was too far of a drive and new this. I guess Steven Toyota does not believe in freedom of speech. My review was no slander just review of how things went, Ryan used my freedom of speech against me.

I bought a 2010 Toyota Corolla 2 weeks ago and have already started having issues. I brought it back to the dealer only to find out 3rd and 5th gear either need to be replaced ($1700) or transmission needs to be rebuilt ($2500). I drove this car maybe a total of 5 times in the 2 weeks I have had it. Car was as is, no warranty but I was given a 30 day 50/50 warranty. Although, this is obviously not something I caused, they still want me to pay. I have been extremely disappointed with the service I have received and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I hope no one else is put in this position.

I recently made a deal over the phone for a Mustang I saw on Cars. com. I talked to Ron 3 times until we made the deal within my budget. When they lowered the price online for the Mustang to where it was within my budget including all taxes and fees I expected a call from Ron, but that didn`t happen. I called him and we closed the deal. We agreed that I drive from Pa. to Va. and that I would bring cash and he could expect me there the next day just after 12 noon. When I arrived He wasn`t there, the keys to the Mustang weren't there, it wasn`t washed and as far as I knew he didn`t pass any information along to anyone. A newly hired salesperson Jacklyn, took over and was great to deal with. It was a very frustrating day waiting for someone to get the keys for it ,and despite Rons` poor salesmanship, I did buy the Mustang... from Jacklyn. Thanks again Jacklyn!

What is usually an angst-filled nightmare is a smooth transaction that has more paper than you could possibly believe, but he makes it effortless and almost painless!!! When I arrived, I waited about 15 minutes. They weren't busy, but 6 employees were busy horsing around and socializing. It was 4pm, so they weren't on break. My 1-hour factory recall took 2.5 hrs. I asked about my car several times during the last hour. They said it was "in the wash". That is another way of saying "we don't know where your car is". When I got my car, it wasn't washed. Very frustrating.

I came to Steven Toyota not knowing exactly what I wanted. I was greeted by Stacey Williams and right away he made me feel comfortable. He showed me a few cars to help me out and then the last car he showed me was perfect. I like how he took the time a patience with me and my daughter to show us the cars that made the most sense to us. Best experience with a dealer I have ever had, zero buyers remorse here! My fiance recently moved to the area and needs an SUV. While she was at work I took her car and got it appraised and was going to do all the leg work for her and work out a deal on a 4Runner. Johnathan was the salesman and Carey is the finance manager, super guys! I felt no pressure and they didn't try to jerk me around. There was no haggling required, these guys want to sale you a care and are fair from the word "go". It was a short painless process. They really make you feel comfortable and told us to call them anytime. One of the owners Cory walked over and talked to me while the vehicle was being detailed. I didn't even know he was an owner, just quality people there. I HIGHLY recommend you go see these guys for a vehicle. I plan on going back when I am ready to trade my truck in. Bill was great! Unexpected good fortune today! I had bought my third Steven Toyota Prius on a lease and was going over the mileage allowance seven months early, sick about penalties and residual. I mentioned it in service, asked what I could do and the service writer sent me to Patrick in sales, who used to work in the service department, so I knew who he was. Patrick gave me an incredible lesson in options and reasoned decision-making. He took me through costs and advantages and drawbacks on a new lease, both a low-cost and a stronger used car, and a new purchase arrangement which I had not thought possible, with my unexpired lease. Patrick shared wisdom related to my own circumstance and retirement age, and we settled on a really smart basic Corolla deal, except the color wasn't for me. After all our conversations, Patrick simply told me he would bring out the car he knew I would like, from inventory. It was the same price range we had settled on, but has a superb finish, plus ECO mode, CVT, and a back-up camera, perfect for my older eyes and reaction time. Perfect. I've been a Steven customer for seven years: three Priuses and a now a super Corolla. Felt like a king riding home. Many thanks, Patrick!

Bought a used vehicle through them, to find out while under 30 day warranty it had problems. Over priced. While they were great with friendliness, they yet said the vehicle was a steal. My car was still under warranty and they didn't fix the problem. They brushed it off saying nothing was wrong, when it was. I will never buy or recommend for any one to buy through them.

I had the pleasure of working with Greg Woodson initially via email exploring some initial questions, including financing options and he was able to answer them. Doing his job, he invited me out to the dealership but I did not feel any significant pressure. In fact, throughout the whole sales process, Greg was very laid back and let me think things through. When I had specific questions about brakes, timing belt and other service records, he immediately secured answers by showing me service records and contacting service dept. When I more or less settled on a car I felt was a strong possibility, Carey Knicely was able to discuss financing options and find an interest rate that helped bring my payments down. Most impressively, when I told these gentlemen that I wanted to look at one other car across the street at Honda as a courtesy to a someone I was working with over there previously, they allowed me to do so with absolutely no pressure. That was pleasantly surprising and greatly appreciated. I never ever felt pushed to "close the sale". I had already done extensive research and was ready to buy. Carey was able to address some mechanical issues with the car as a courtesy to me (brakes were about 60% worn) and agreed to have them replaced so I would not have to deal with it so early in my ownership. He wanted me to have a great car with no issues and I believe (at least hope) that will be the case. Greg was very pleasant and offered several times to provide a drink which I later took up on his offer. Overall that whole sales process was very smooth and enjoyable.

I had done extensive product/price/dealer research with Ron Pleasants. Based on that research, I traveled over two hours to get to Steven Toyota and was met by Patrick Molloy. Mr. Molloy thoroughly explained the features of the 2015 Highlander LE Plus that we were shopping for, answered all our questions, made it easy to come to a deal. I have purchased over 10 cars in my life and the last 3 were purchased at Steven Toyota. I drive nearly 90 min one way to go to this dealership because the experience is that positive! They are consistently professional, fairly priced and the used cars they sell are top notch. I recommend this dealership to all my friends and will continue to do so. In fact, I would probably fly in from out of state to buy my next car from them IF I happen to move away! Greg Woodson was our sales rep this time around and he was fantastic. I appreciate his low pressure style and friendly demeanor and will definitely go back and seek him out when we are ready to buy my husband's Avalon. Today I bought a 2007 Nissan Maxima for my 16 year old and I love it so much I might have to go back and find her another car because this one is in perfect shape, drives like a dream and I just might keep it for myself :)

We have a 2002 Toyota 4Runner that we bought brand new. We had a number of issues that needed to be addressed and Brian Cooper and team did an Excellent job of fixing those issues. My daughter is a student at JMU and I totally trust Steven to repair our vehicle because we would like to keep it another 10 years. I drove it today and I can say it drives just like it did when we bought it new. I had an oxygen sensor go bad as well as the vehicle needed new water pump and timing belt. While there they told me that the manifold was gunned up and we had indeed noticed it was running rough. It drives like a dream. I will have her bring it back for a dashboard light and valve cover gasket. Excellent service! Thank you!

We were looking for a used car for my mother. We drove through a few car lots and looked at some private sales. When we drove into Steven Toyota we were looking online to see what used inventory they had when a salesman came out and asked if he could help us. We told him how much we wanted to spend and he told us what inventory he had in our price range. We got a really nice used car at a good price. My husband and I visited your store on Sept 9th,2014 and delt with Buzz and to be honest he was the worst sales man I have ever encountered. I asked several times to test drive a vehicle and was told no. So when my husband and I decided on the 2015 Scion TC, Buzz again helped us, but would not respect my decision for a scion and mentioned putting me in a Camry after I had told him no to a Camry multiple times. So after Buzz kept pushing the Camry I walked out, he showed no remorse or interest in making the deal so we left. Not even an hour later Ron Pleasant's called my husband had us back at the dealership and in the car that I wanted for the price I could afford and we were out the door. We recently stopped by Steven Toyota after driving by the lot at night just looking to see what was available. The next day we came in when the dealership was open and met with Mike McMillan on purchasing a new vehicle. Mike was very funny and very laid back, which you don't find to often in sales people. This was my first experience with a car dealer and it was so Awesome!! I had seen on the website , a 2012 Tundra I thought was kind of what Id been looking for.The wife and I had some shopping to do in Harrisonburg so I decided to stop by and look. Really wasn't planning on buying that day. but while I was looking for the truck here came Stacey and ask if he could help me. I told him what truck Id seen and wouldlike to take a look. he didn't hesitate to go and get it for me even though I told him it wasn't necessary , I would walk up and look at it with him. he said he would bring it out so I could see it better and test drive it. he also asked if I had driven a Tundra, no I replied. just 05 Tacoma. we took a drive and he explained some of the features and I didn't feel pressured or hurried while driving or in the dealing later on. I told him we had a lot of shopping to do and we would think about and stop back by. we did after a few hours. I know he would have liked to close the deal but we had dinner plans and needed to get back to Luray. so we said we would sleep on it and get back with on Sunday. we did and I purchased the Tundra. was happy with everything Stacey did for us.

I have to say I hate car shopping, however Mike M at Steven Toyota made the process extremely simple and very fun. Mike was very laid back and had a great knowledge about the vehicle he sold us. Mike never put any pressure on us to buy the vehicle and made the whole sell more of a conversation than a sales pitch. We called the dealership to inquire about the 2002 Chevy Tahoe that we saw listed on your website. Our call was returned by Mr. Stacey Williams. He was very helpful in answering our questions and worked very diligently on that Saturday of our conversation to get us credit approval. He returned our calls periodically throughout the day to let us know where we stood as far as the credit process was going. He then called to tell us he "had great news, we had been approved" and to please come on over and test drive the vehicle. Once we got there he again answered all of our additional questions, took us out for our test drive and worked very professionally and quickly to get us into our Tahoe and on our way. My husband and I were at Stevens Toyota on June 16 2014 to have our 2012 Sienna serviced (also an excellent department). We stopped by the showroom afterwards just to see what the new Siennas were about and were greeted very courteously outside the showroom by Stacey Williams. We knew what we wanted and how much we wanted to pay, Stacey found the car we wanted and from there we breezed through the negotiations and purchase..no pressure, no harassment, no theatrics with the sales manager. Due to Mr. DiSanto's health we had to leave for a few hours before final decision but again were treated with respect and understanding by Stacey.When we returned in the evening for the car, it was ready for us and Logan went quickly through the paperwork, we were in and out of his office in less than 45 minutes. Meanwhile, Stacey prepped the license plates for us, checked over the car one more time and then patiently explained all the new features in the new Sienna before we drove away. He also retrieved the antenna removal tool from the old Sienna for us.Thank you for a great sales experience, probably the best we've had anywhere. Stacey came out to meet us when we pulled up to look at the Corolla's. He took the time to show us different models of the Corolla, explaining the different features to us. I liked that because it helped me decide which one I really wanted. I felt like he went out of his way to make sure I got the best deal on buying my car. And when we could not agree, he still kept working to help me, and then DJ came to meet me and made me feel good about my purchase. We had been looking for clean used Toyota Celica GT with low miles for my son's first car. Found newly posted car late Friday afternoon that had just been traded in. Called Ron Pleasants at Steven Toyota who sent additional photos for us, and we arranged to drive 140 miles the next morning to see car. Because the car had just arrived and was "as is" condition, Ron had the car checked by their Service Department and sent a detailed list of the items that were going to be taken care of, and if we were interested, he said they would be fixed Saturday afternoon. We also told them that we wanted car checked by local mechanic and they were OK with that. Brandon Cobb met us when we arrived and was friendly, professional and informative throughout the entire process. After having the car checked independently by a local shop, we had a couple areas we wanted addressed. Brandon took us back to the huge Service department and we spoke to the also friendly mechanic Buzzy who explained exactly what what he was doing to the car and he showed us some minor things he was fixing on the car that he had uncovered, beyond what the the other mechanic had advised. We then negotiated to buy the car with Brandon and Matt Francisco. The entire process was cooperative, non-high pressure and painless. It was my son's first car buying experience and Steven Toyota made it a great one. We were treated us like valued customers even though they knew we lived far away and this was likely the only car we might be buying from them. Very good experience and I highly recommend them.

Very friendly and not pushy. I just went in for regular service on 2012 Scion, and walked over to the sales lot just to see what they had.Cliff Parkins met us and was just talking in general. He took us out to see the new 2014 corolla and was telling us all the new features they have and the sales discounts they were having that week-end only. All the guys involved in the sale were very good to talk with. I have been a regular customer for quite a few years now. They worked a pretty good deal for us. I am really impressed with the new Corolla. It is a much better ride than the Scion. Gas mileage was 36.71 just driving around here 14 miles to work and around here short distances. I am really pleased with that. The dealership was having hamburgers and hot dogs that day and invited us to have something to eat while we waited for the paperwork. All just made you feel at home. Never really pushed the sale or anything. Sat and talked with us about many other things besides cars. All around good customer dealer relationship.As long as they stay like they are now, I will never deal anywhere else.

My husband and I decided we wanted to purchase a new Tundra Truck. Several family members have Tundras and rave about their performance. We purchased our last car 15 years ago from Steven Toyota and did not consider visiting any other dealership when we were ready to purchase again. Our experience there was truly "off the charts". Bill Collins and Cory Sodikoff were wonderful to work with. They knew their product well and answered questions candidly and with expertise. There was no pressure to purchase and every effort was made to get us the color and package we wanted. We both love our 2014 Limited Tundra Truck. It drives like a luxury car and still has all the advantages of a truck. We cannot recommend this dealership or these two young men more highly. We were not only treated like family but royalty!

The moment I walked up, I was greeted with a smiling face. My sales representative answered all my questions. We talked about my different options and my sales rep was very knowledgable and offered good advice. When we started talking about the cost, they worked hard to meet me where my budget was. With my girlfriend and I having been looking through cars and trucks for a little while at Toyota, we decided that it was time to start gathering real information and talk to someone. At that moment, Patrick promptly greeted us (seemingly out of nowhere) and from then on he went above and beyond for us. Patrick was able to take what would have been an extremely stressful experience and turn it into a completely controlled and positive experience. Besides having extensive knowledge about each and every vehicle we test drove or questioned, the greatest aspect of Patrick's service was the sheer fact that he wasn't as concerned about making a sale as much as he was concerned with educating us about each vehicle in order to ensure our comfort and happiness with whatever purchase might come along. Another factor of Patrick's outstanding service was that he kept repeating to us that he wanted to focus on creating a lasting relationship--one in which we would feel secure in contacting him for whatever reason (he even gave us his cell number!). We shared stories about our lives and what our interests were, which was refreshing considering the stigma of those "car dealers"--ergo his statement of wanting to create a lasting relationship did not simply come as words, but instead manifested into action. We really appreciate the attitude, concern, and personal relationship that we now have with Patrick. In the future, we can with certainty say that we will not only continue to deal with Steven Toyota (namely Patrick), but we will be sending any family and friends their way. It was a most pleasurable experience. Even with rockstars like Mr. Malloy, the rest of the staff that we were in contact with were all very pleasurable, informative, and concerned with our satisfaction--it truly felt like it was number one on their priority list! We had never leased before and were a little apprehensive. The salespeople explained everything to us and we felt good about our choice to lease instead of buy. We contacted three dealers and were very pleased with the lease deal. We especially liked the fact that we received cash for our trade-in and it was not part of the lease deal. We were surprised that we walked off the lot with our new car that day and that we could even drive our trade-in home and bring it back later. There trade-in price was also very good. They surpassed the other dealers we contacted in every aspect of the sale. Steven Toyota has made a friend for life and we feel like we made 4 new friends when we bought our car. Now that doesn't happen often.

Bill and Cary were excellent to work with and we got a great trade in on my car. My new Scion FR-S is unbelievable and super sporty looking. It's one of the best looking cars on the market today. I went to Steven Toyota first in my search for a 2014 Tacoma. I have to say I was very impressed with everyone I came in contact with, especially my salesperson, Leo Storr. He had a ton of energy showing me all the different trim levels and answering any questions I had completly and thoroughly. Even though the didn't have the model/color combination I wanted, he called me immediately when one was delivered and we went over and made the deal that afternoon. I checked with two other dealers, even one in the city, and it was nice to know that Steven Toyota got me the best deal right here at home. Matt in finance worked hard to get the deal we wanted and Som was also very helpful as well. Everyone at the dealership was super friendly and I would definitely come back to purchase another vehicle. Maybe a Tundra for the hubby next!

This was my first time shopping for a new car with dad. My dad went earlier in the day to check out vehicles and immediately Cliff greeted him outside and welcomed him to Steven Toyota. My dad had a few cars in mind that he wanted to try out, and any questions he had were answered. Later that afternoon when I arrived, I was greeted with same friendliness. We ended up trading in my old highlander, and buying a Corolla. I absolutely love the car! Cliff was super helpful throughout the entire process. He even showed me how to use some of the fun technology in the car, and helped me sync my iPhone to the car. This is my first new car, and I couldn't be happier with the service of Steven Toyota and my purchase!

Buzz Arbogast and Jonathan Irvine are awesome, along with the rest of the staff. We had another awesome experience at Steven Toyota. Years ago Buzz Arbogast put my oldest son in a used Toyota Corolla, which is still running great with over 211,000 miles. Regular maintenance is all that it ever required. Recently I called and told Buzz that my youngest son was now in need of a car. The same day my son drove off the lot in a great used car. Buzz has treated my family and friends as if they were his own. He has our utmost respect. My son says if all car dealers were like him everyone would be happy. For both of my sons his first concern was their safety. Buzz and Jonathan went out of their way to make sure my son was taken care of. Jonathan even took extra time and drove almost an hour out of his way to get a signature so my son could go back to college the same day and not have to wait another day or make an extra trip home to pick up his car. We have bought vehicles for the entire family and have sent many friends to Buzz. Never has he let us down. I look forward to taking my grandchildren to Buzz for their first car. The finance dept was great also. They took time to find us the best deal to suit our needs. Thanks to all!

We were especially impressed with how the sales team worked together. Upon discovery that repairs to our high mileage vehicle would be quite costly, we decided to explore options for purchasing another car, starting at Steven Toyota where our car was being serviced. We asked for the salesman who had made a friendly first contact the previous day and since he was with another customer, he immediately referred us to another salesman who ultimately concluded the sale of a new vehicle. He was well informed about the vehicle, allowed us ample time to explore, researched our questions, gave useful information about financing options available and worked with staff to negotiate a final deal that was manageable for our budget. This was all delivered without appearing pushy. When we finally made the decision to purchase a vehicle he was very efficient and helpful in making the process a smooth one.

We were not sure what to expect. This was our first time working with Steven Toyota. They didn't try to sell us anything that we didn't want. They worked hard to accommodate our needs. They were knowledgable and friendly. We visited over several weeks and took many test drives. Patrick remembered our names after the first visit. Carey gave us a fair trade in value and gave us options for buying vs leasing. We compared this quote to another local Toyota dealership and found it comparable. Being the first vehicle that I have ever purchased from a dealership I was, of course, wary of the situation when I walked into Steven Toyota. I was fortunate enough to meet Buz and he spoke to me like a real person and showed me multiple Corollas and I test drove a few. I did not feel pressure to select one vehicle over another and when I did choose I was surprised in all of the perks that I received just for purchasing at Steven Toyota. The fact that I was able to be financed through Steven Toyota on the spot made the whole purchasing process so much easier than running around town for the necessary paper work. They did all the work for me! I love that my first oil changes are free as well as inspections, and every person in that building is so darn friendly! I love, love my car and know that I could not have found this wonderful machine anywhere else! Thanks Buz and Steven Toyota!

We came to Steven Toyota to have service on our current vehicle. While we were waiting, we just looked around their lot, because we were currently looking/thinking about trading in our Toyota Corolla for a 4x4 truck. Leo met us outside and introduced himself. We immediately hit it off with him, he was very laid back and easy to talk to. We did not feel pressured by him at all. We had some concerns about how to go about trading and if it would be a problem to put the vehicle in both mine and my boyfriends name since we aren't married. There was absolutely no issue with that, we had some bumps with the credit report because my credit is not well established yet, and the entire staff did everything they had to do to help us get approved. They had the perfect vehicle for us, and gave us an awesome trade in for our car! So we ended up buying the truck, and couldn't be happier with their service! It still needed some minor repair so we didn't drive off the lot with it, but overall I would recommend Steven Toyota to everyone! They will absolutely be our "go-to" guys for further vehicle purchases in the future!

We brought our 2005 Toyota Prius in to have it appraised for selling it, as we now need a vehicle to tow a travel trailer. While waiting, Stacey Williams struck up a conversation with us and offered to see if Stevens had any vehicles that were capable of towing our trailer. He actually found two. We ended up buying one from him even though we had our eye on another one in Richmond, VA. I have never purchased a car so quickly, but here it is two weeks later, and we are still pleased with our experience at Stevens. Stacey met our needs in a deferential and professional manner. He was knowledgeable of both the car and how to pull together the deal that involved us trading in two cars for the new vehicle. We are comfortable giving Stacey the highest marks in doing his job. We would definitely seek him out when the time comes to purchase another vehicle.

We visited the lot prior to the dealer opening to view the vehicle without the hassle of a dealer (bad previous experiences lead me to this habit), and also toured several other dealers in the area for a similar model vehicle. We came back to Steven Toyota since the car was in our price range, and discovered all of the vehicles being moved for the following day of snow. One of the sellers, Ashton, who was assisting with moving the vehicles, stopped what she was doing to help us with the car we became interested in. She was incredibly nice and easy to talk to, down to earth, and made our car purchase one of the most pleasant experiences we could have ever asked for. I'm still upset at myself for not coming to Steven Toyota several months ago when I purchased my truck, but after this car purchase, we will definitely be returning customers with this amazing level of support, satisfaction, and ease of making a huge investment and purchase. Entered the dealership with little expectations of finding the Prius I wanted with the price I wanted to pay, but was pleasantly surprised, the salesman Patrick Molloy was helpful but not pushy. I asked for a walk out the door price and he said he would contact me with it later. Before I got home I had the price and found it was exactly the price I had in mind as a good deal. The paperwork was painless and quick. I would recommend both Steven Toyota and Patrick Molloy in particular.

This is my second rav 4 bought from steven toytota., i purchased a 2003 from them in 2003, i started out at McDounugh in staunton and they couldnt give me the price or customer service. So i went to steven toyota and got everything and them some! So this time i went online to see what they had to offer and found a 2013 rav 4 in the color that i wanted. It only had 2 miles on it, but it was considered a year old, so they worked very well with me on getting my payments to the price that i wanted. I dont know why i look anywhere else, because this is the dealership that had provided me with everything you would need! Love my 2013 Rav 4 and Fransico was a wonderful and patient salesman. Let me just say that Steven Toyota is the best dealership in Harrisonburg! Everytime I go to Steven Toyota, I always ask for Patrick. His customer service is OUTSTANDING! He's friendly, honest and has a great eye for the product he is selling. We told him our price range and he was able to steer us in the right direction. This is my second car that my family and I have purchased from Steven Toyota and also from Patrick. We always ask for him! My girlfriend and I drove 7 hours to take advantage of an AMAZING deal and I felt like I arrived in opposite land. Every car dealership I've been in has been a high pressure zone with a thin layer of civility. Not these guys! I don't know if it was the famous southern hospitality but DJ, Jim and Ron were fantastic HUMAN beings. We got down to business in a fair, no nonsense manner and managed to have actual conversations not related to products or cars. This is how a dealership experience should be. Francisco was very helpful with my visit. He showed me the Scion that I saw online and I knew that was what I wanted! He talked to me about how the trade in process worked and showed me the payments. He kept going back and fourth to talk to his manager untill we were able to get to a monthly payment that I could afford. I had to think about it overnight but he was very nice and didnt pressure me at all. I really liked that and after thinking over it I bought the next day and it was very fast and easy. He also paired my phone up and told me to stop by for my free car washes. I was very nervous at first but I left very happy!

This was our first time to your dealership. Cliff was our salesman and he did an excellent job. He was honest, was not pushy and listened to our needs and concerns. We knew Cliff was new and was just learning all of the automobiles on your lot. But what really impressed me about him was if he didn't know the answer, he would go and ask one of the managers. Everyone was very personable and welcoming. Mike was really helpful in finding a car that would meet my needs without burning a hole in my pocket. He made sure any questions I had were answered and that I was satisfied with what I decided to get. He even went the extra mile to make sure my car was detailed perfectly and helped me drop off my rental car! We hate car shopping. It's pretty much the worst thing to have to do on earth, but every once in a while, miracles do happen. I can now say I have finally experienced a trip to the dealership that DIDN'T have me running for the doors. After having shopped at numerous dealerships and experiencing some of the most unsavory Sales "Professionals" and there laundry list of remarks, one liners, pitches, attitudes, and overall poor displays of showmanship I was legitimately SHOCKED with the experience we had with Bill Collins at Steven Toyota. Mike was a friendly and sincere young man. He listened to our needs and directed us to the vehicles that may have met our needs. He discussed what he knew about each vehicle and then allowed us to make our decision without any pressure. He was low key in his sales and let the cars' qualities sell themselves. He remembered our daughter's name as we discussed buying the car for her and made great suggestions as to the purchase. When we asked a question that he was not sure of the answer, he was not afraid to ask and learn. We are impressed with people who are willing to learn. Som directed the financial aspect of the sale and was very passionate about the products he presented. He also was low key in his approach but shared enough of his thoughts and experiences to inform us better. We have always appreciated the Steven Toyota dealership for their support and assistance through the past 11 years we have been in the Shenandoah Valley. We have never felt that we were cheated or "sold a bill of goods". I gave a "5" for all categories because this experience was amazing! My mother bought a car from here in 1993, and we're happy to say that we bought another one in 2014 and will be back in the future! My friend and I came in on a Thursday and were treated with such respect and customer service. We made the salesmen aware that we wouldn't be able to seriously buy a car until the next day, but they still provided so much helpful information and let us test drive a few cars. This is the customer service we didn't receive at any other place in Harrisonburg...even after visiting six other dealerships! We were originally looking at an uncertified used car, but after learning about the amazing benefits of going certified, we bought a 2013 Corolla the next day!In terms of customer service and friendliness, we received both the moment we pulled onto the lot. Stacey Williams approached us with a friendly smile and went the extra mile to answer our questions. A bit later we met Ron Pleasants who answered questions with Mr. Williams and provided more insight. I had also chatted him online and he let me know they would be there for us. This drew me in right away, and the help we received from them brought us in the next day to purchase!We were able to see the quality of work that Steven Toyota puts into their cars when we saw the building where a car was getting cleaned. It was a used car that we were interested in, and after seeing the cleaning that goes into the used cars, I was impressed. We had looked into several used car dealerships before, and the cars looked grungy and unappealing. Great great work on the quality of work! The car we bought was clean, filled up on gas, and they even put our tags on for us. Awesome!In terms of rating price as a "5", the deal we got on our Corolla was amazing! The ticket price was set as $17,900 but we bought it at $15,818. The fact that this dealership tries to find the best deal for its customers was great! Everyone worked with us to allow our monthly payment to fit our budget, and they did everything they could to help us afford this car. Francisco Marroquin did a great job talking us through the paperwork and was super polite when we asked questions. He used his past experience to relate to us, which was very helpful through our decision process.Our overall experience gets a score of "5" because from the minute we stepped onto the lot, and the moment we left, we were 110% satisfied. Stacey Williams called later to make sure everything was going fine and that my mom was doing okay with the new transition. This was new territory for her since she hadn't bought a car in over 20 years, so his thoughtfulness was amazing. Logan Bricker was patient with us as we asked questions and was very thorough with his answers. The customer service is incredible at Steven Toyota. For example, we have dealt with the Ford company in Harrisonburg, VA for over seven years, but after visiting Steven Toyota will never be going back to Ford again. A friend who has stock in the Ford company has even had a change of heart after seeing how the men at Steven Toyota have treated us as opposed to Ford.The "welcome" feeling you get at Steven Toyota cannot be beat! Francisco Marroquin, Stacey Williams, and Logan Bricker made us aware constantly of the services Steven Toyota can provide for us and encouraged us to take advantage of them.This was the best experience we could have had considering the stress we had been through with worrying about finding a car. We will be recommending this dealership to everyone we know!

Stacey was very friendly. Right away, he stopped what he was doing to make sure that I was provided with quick and friendly service. I appreciated that he took the time to show us around the dealership including the maintenance area. That made me feel more at ease to see that they take such good care of their work space and the cars that were there. He also asked me which cars I would like to test drive specifically, down to the individual car. Our test drives were great and I was able to get a feel for both cars. Stacey could not have been more friendly or helpful! The only reason that I decided to go with the Malibu was because I knew it was the one right when I sat in it, which was solely based on my feel of the car. I will definitely refer my friends to Steven Toyota though because of Stacey's service!

Two weeks Mr. Pleasant, (in just few min) was able to "pair" my phone when others COULD NOT. He is a very pleasant person with great personality and very knowledgeable to my problem. Today, by mistake I did a very stupid thing and deleted the Bluetooth from my car radio. I called and spoke with him and he was able to tell me over the phone what I needed to do step by step. He was very kind and patient. You don't understand how illiterate I am with technology and that he was able to talk me through it over the phone was AMAZING. He has bailed me out twice with this same problem and hopefully I won't need that help again. However, if I do, I know he will be very pleasant and understanding as he has been thus far. Oz did an excellent job of showing us the car and its features, letting us test drive, then setting the car up (filling up with gas, washing it, putting on the tags, etc.) after we bought it. He then spent time with us in the car so we would be comfortable driving it home. We were his first sale, and after this experience, we predict he has a good future in sales. We were able to work satisfactorily with the sales manager on the price of the car and the rest of the experience was well-thought-out and easy.

I came in to take a look at new Toyotas. Bill Collins came up to me and introduced himself and offered to help me in any way he could. I explained that I was just looking and expected Bill to politely encourage me to keep looking and that he would move on to someone that was really interested in buying a car that day. Much to my surprise he showed me around the lot and took me inside to see the models there. He was well informed on the autos that he sells and especially took lots of time explaining about the hybrid models. Something I was very interested in and knew nothing about. He gave me information and prices for each of the smaller models of the hybrid. I had been to another dealership and as a single woman (without a male escort) was totally ignored. Needless to say, when I am ready to buy my new hybrid, Bill will be my salesman and I will recommend my friends to him as well.

Francisco was extremely professional and he helped up with every single question we had. He showed us all the features and showed us all of the room the 4Runner had! He even took us through the car wash with him. He sat with us during the whole process. Cory helped make everything as smooth and easy as possible. My husband and I were used truck shopping and just popped in to Steven Toyota to check the sticker price on a 2014 Tundra. We were approached almost immediately by Chris Simmons. Chris was very friendly and knowlegable regarding the Tundra and the special offers and incentivies available to us. I went to test drive a used Toyota Avalon i saw on cars.com. I was approached by a salesperson as soon a i got there. I took it for a ride and fell in love with it. All the service records were recorded as it was taken to them all the time.. We negotiated on my trade in to where i was satisfied. I met one of the owners who was very nice.. I bought the car ,all so got a free oil change for a yr and free car washes. I am pleased with my purchase.

As soon as I arrived Francisco came outside to greet me even though it was early morning and it was raining. I told him my credit was not the greatest and he still treated me with 100% respect and told me he would work hard to get me in the car I wanted. After the test drive he gave me a tour of the dealership and told me the benefits of the certified car. It took a while but he was able to get me approved and was very close to the payment I wanted! I left that day in the car I wanted and he reminded me to come in and say hi so I could get my free car washes. I will recommend him to everybody I know!

Not good asked to test drive a truck was told we need to run your credit first. Then we can test drive, I ask if he was serious and was told yes we need to make sure you can afford the car first. I walked out never to shop at Steven toyota or Kia and will tell my friends to go to Staunton if you want a toyota. Most of salemen look to be about 25 and I dont relate to someone that young he needs older sales agents to help us older folks who may not be comfortable dealing with the younger folks

The service at this dealership can be compared to no other. All employees were very friendly and helpful. They had a large selection of vehicles to choose from . I must say this is the first time I have left a dealership and not felt as if I may have made a bad decision .I would highly recommend Jonathon he was friendly, talkative and funny and made us feel at ease. We went to this dealership to buy a used Toyota Tacoma. We had an appointment scheduled to meet with Michelle. When we pulled in the parking lot. Jonathan followed us through the parking lot, and yelled at us asking us if we wanted to trade the Nissan in. We told him we had a meeting with Michelle and he said you dont want to work with no one else? I come in peace! So, then she wasn't there so we worked with him. Several times he told us that he doesn't work on commission. Obviously your a car salesman you make commission. Not that it matters. We don't need to know how you make money. We are there to buy a car. So, we went for a test drive, came back, and was expecting that they would have already worked up the appraisal on our trade. Wrong. We had to wait about 15 minutes. Then, it was back and forth between us working numbers and him going to his sales manager about what we wanted. He then told us that he was here to help us not to make money because he doesn't make commission. So, we weren't getting anywhere with the back and forth between people, so we simply asked to see the sales manager. He said sure. So, he comes back and said that he would be out as soon as he finsihed helping everyone else. He then wrote something up and wanted us to sign it. We simply stated that we were uncomfortable with that, and really just wanted to see a manager. He then rudely said what he going to do that I can't? We said please just get the manager. He walks over to the door and says somebody come out here and talk to them. So, this is an open area, we asked if we could meet in private. We go into an office with Corey to discuss the service we were receiving. He then tells us that he is sorry that we can't get along with Jonathan, and he didn't know why because he was the number one salesman. Surprise to us we thought it was his first day, or that he didn't know how to handle customers. So, we started talking with him about numbers, and knew that what we were trading in they could obviously make a huge profit and there was no reason that they couldn't budge a little on the trade. He told us to show him where the value was, so we showed him on the screen where it said that we could trade in for the amount that we were asking. So, obviously we weren't getting anywhere but upset. So, we asked to get the keys back to our vehicle so we could leave. Corey then stated yeah because your arguing and you suck. How rude! We said excuse me, and he repeated himself. We then stated that being in sales we could never imagine treating someone like that, and that the customer is always right. Corey then stated that he was part owner and the customer was never right! I was completely taken back! Never have I ever been spoke to like that by a salesman let alone an owner! We simply wanted to talk to the sales manager, so that we could get to the point and stop going back and forth between people. We were nothing but polite, and we were treated like crap by the salesman and the owner! Absolutely uncalled for! I then started to talk to some people about this incident where I was told that they received the same terrible rude service! I don't know how he is the number one salesman, or how this dealership ranks so good! Yeah your prices may be low, but your customer service is horrible!!! I will never go there again! The dealership reached out to us several times to apologize, and to let us know that they used the siuation for training purposes. We appreciate the apology, but the situation shouldn't have happened to begin with. I look forward to hearing their side of the story.

We wanted to trade our 2012 Highlander for a 2013 Camry. I contacted Chelsea and she set a time for us to arrive and would have a salesperson ready. She got Brandon Cobb to assist us. He was very patient with us as we weren't sure just what type of Camry we really wanted. We were ready to give up but Brandon asked us to try a Camry we hadn't thought about. He showed us a XLE that seemed right for us so we took it for a test drive. We really like the ride and how comfortable the car was but it didn't have XM satellite radio. That was a deal breaker for us as we love XM in the cars we drive. Brandon told us not to give up and he found the exact same color XLE only this time it had XM and as a bonus for us anyway, built in GPS. We test drove that car and we were hooked. So only thing now was to get the right price for the Camry and a good trade for our Highlander. Took awhile but Brandon drove home the point to the finance guys the prices we needed, and lo and behold he brokered the deal for us. So our hats off to Brandon, Chelsea , Matt in finance, and Som also from finance. This was our fifth new car purchase from this dealership in 12 yrs. Several other people not involved with our purchase would stop by and ask if we needed anything. We also enjoyed an extended chat with Lindsey while we waited for all the paperwork to be processed. All of our new cars from Steven Toyota get serviced by this dealership. We wouldn't think of taking them anywhere else for service. If you are in the market for a new Toyota one need look no further than the dealership at Steven Toyota. Very friendly folks who really work hard to make your new car purchase easy.

We found Ron and every employee who had contact with us to be very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, not pushy, and thorough. If there was anything we had questions about, Ron was right on top of it. The entire buying process went very smoothly and we never felt like we were waiting for long periods of time. Ron stepped the process up a notch and went above and beyond what might have been expected when buying a new car. He drove us into the service area so that we could personally meet some of the service guys and look around. He added that personal touch which made me feel very comfortable about returning for service....or anything else that may come up. We like the way the entire Steven Toyota dealership is run and would highly recommend it to others. Ron truly enjoys his job and knows he is selling a high quality vehicle. Ron, is my kind of salesperson, he's pleasant but doesn't try to act like your friend. This is what I call being professional. It was obvious from the start, Ron likes the product that he sells and understands it well. We already knew what vehicle we wanted, however, Ron made it easy to decide which options worked the best for us. More importantly he showed us something we hadn't thought of, what happens after you buy the car. I already thought Toyota made a great car, however, this was our first purchase at Steven Toyota and guess what, I like the dealership and the experience as much as the car, maybe more - this place is first class all the way, the finest dealership experience we've ever had! Ron gave us a first rate tour of the dealership to include the service and detail area. It's gorgeous, bright, and clean, everyone we met in the departments was as professional as could be. The service writers we spoke with were first rate, I'm looking forward to having our new $36,500 Toyota Avalon serviced here, you can even drive into the waiting area. The best thing about the experience was how we were treated. We've driven Audi, Volkswagen, Mercedes, Volvo, and Porsche in the last 25 years. Ron, and the staff at Steven Toyota will give you better service and more attention to detail than any of the European dealers. We thoroughly felt Ron wanted our business, Steven Toyota wanted our business, and they were not afraid to see us again. It made us feel good to have professional, intelligent people, handling our personal information and finances. Many dealerships just want to sell you the car and be done. Ron Pleasant made an extra effort to search out the exact color exterior/interior I wanted, didn't try to oversell me on features I didn't want, just listened to me and worked with what I wanted. He worked to bring the price down, came and picked me up at my resort because I had no car to get to the dealership. He went the extra mile, was very competent, worked to get the business. I like him and will deal with him again.

Ron Pleasants truly lived up to his name - Experience was professional and helpful. I could not have asked for a more thorough salesperson. The dealership stayed open late for my husband's first visit - over and above the call of duty! He was traveling a distance and rather than say, "sorry, we're closed," they stayed open, and even though a purchase was not closed that evening, worked with us to see it through. Thank you!

In don't believe you will find a beter sales or finance staff anywhere, they were more than accommodating on the price and the finance Dept. found the best Rates too. If you are considering the purchase, then talk to these folks I think you will be happy you did.

We came to Steven Toyota around 6:30 PM hoping to just test drive a 2013 Sienna and compare it with the Honda Odyssey that we had already test-driven a few weekends ago. When we arrived we were greeted in a friendly manner by Ron Pleasant (an appropriate last name given our personal experience with him) and upon hearing of our minivan need and desire to see the Siennas he took us directly to them. He asked us what we were looking for so he could direct us toward the more appropriate version (LE vs SE) for our needs--he listened intently and came to a determination that probably the LE was what we actually were interested in--it has just enough "bells and whistles" to be extremely convenient, but not so many as to make myself or my husband balk at "one more thing to break" (specifically my husband!). Ron let us take a spin (with his company) in a gray Sienna and we genuinely liked the vehicle more than the others we had driven prior. Since it was getting to be closer to 7:30/7:45 at this point (after some discussion) we said we would return the next day because we wanted him, and everyone else, to be able to head home for their Friday evenings. Ron insisted (politely) that if we really wanted the vehicle he was more than happy to stay past the usual closing of 8 PM to accommodate us. It was greatly appreciated. We spoke some with Carey about our trade-in and then dealt with Logan and Andrew for the financial side of things. Everyone was genuinely friendly, accommodating, and truly seemed accepting of the fact it was 9 PM by the time we were finishing paperwork (and after that before we left the lot with our new vehicle all prepped and ready)! The customer service on the parts of all 4 men we spoke with were excellent, and Ron's efforts to answer our questions and take care of us as well as prepping our brand new van to take home felt above and beyond what is necessary. Customer service, quality of work, and friendliness all get a 5 from us--we were VERY pleased. The financing deal, our trade-in value offer for my car, etc., all made this vehicle (and this dealership) the best value for our money thus I give "price" a 5 as well. Given our great experience it is only logical to give the 'overall experience' a 5. We will definitely recommend the dealership to others! Thank you again SO much for making our experience pleasant (no pun intended this time Ron, I swear!) and painless and giving us the opportunity to take home a vehicle that will really serve our needs without breaking our budget--and you should have seen how excited our kids were!

I went on autotrader.com looking for a used car for around $10k and under. I found a Ford Fusion at you location. I arrived there on June the 8th and Chris approached me right after I pulled up and was extremely friendly and started showing me what I was looking for. I saw the Fusion after he showed me a couple of other cars and I told him that I was interested in that specific one. He gave me a quick tour of the premises and then took me on a test drive. I was interested in buying the car for my niece and she was at her High School graduation at the time. He was very patient while I was trying to coordinate with my family about where they would be after the graduation. He let me take the car to their location to allow my niece to see it which in my opinion was the selling point. If I had not been able to do that, I probably wouldn't have bought the car due to time restraints and the fact that I live in the D.C. Metro area.The day after I bought the car, my niece told me that the check engine light came on and it was shaking at certain speeds. I took it for a drive and noticed a rough idle and it was shaking at lower RPMs (right before a shift). My niece was schedule to take it back Monday the 10th of June to fix the rear drivers side tail light which had moisture in it. I called the dealership early Monday afternoon to see what my option were and kind of got the run around and finally was forwarded to Chris' office number which went to voice mail. I called my niece and she gave me Chris' cell phone number off of his business card. I called his cell and was leaving a message when he called me back. I explained the situation to him and he was very understanding and said he would do whatever he could to help her out when she brought the car in. When my niece arrived at the service center, they discovered that there was a cracked spark plug. Hopefully it was just a faulty one. She was told that since it was raining, it would be a better idea to repair the brake light at a later time. They told her to wait a couple of days, and if the moisture was still there after a couple of day with no rain, to bring it back in. I am going to have her bring it in regardless because it that is the case, it will just get moisture in it next time it rains or when it washed.Bottom line, Chris was outstanding and very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and seem very willing to word with me. If I come back there, I will ask for him.

As I reviewed some Prius' on the lot, Brandon came and greeted my and my wife. After checking colors and upholstery options, Brandon introduced us to Jonathan Irvine. I told Jonathan that I was ready to buy a 2013 Prius Three, if the price was right. He answered all of my questions as we discussed the purchase. Jonathan and Brandon were very friendly and easy to talk to. I politely declined the service options being offered, and Jonathan did not push his sales pitch any further. My deal included a trade-in, so we chatted while it was being appraised. After the appraisal and dealer offer was presented for my review, the offer was more than my goal. I made a counter offer, and Jonathan took it to the sales manager. My counter-offer was accepted, and the deal was made. We completed the paperwork while the new Prius was prepared for delivery. Then Logan Bricker brought us into his office to review and sign the papers. Logan also offered the service options, but I declined. Logan did not push them any further. We signed the papers, and then took the car home. We were there about 2-3 hours from start to finish. It was an excellent experience.

Absolutely Amazing! I walked in here for my first new car purchase. John was so helpful. I had no idea what the process was like. John walked me through everything. Steven Toyota is a great dealership with great customer service and sales expertise. When arriving at Steven Toyota I was helped within a matter of minutes. After a few minutes of looking and test drive I had found the car that i was interested in purchasing. When it came time to crunch the numbers they were straight to the point told me bottom line of the Tacoma and top line for my trade-in. Within an hour the deal was done. We were on our way to a family reunion, and our starter gave out. My husband spoke with Dana, who worked hard to insure that we had the car repaired and would be on our way by 1:00 PM. She made it happen, arranged for my husband to get back and forth from the hotel, and even the driver was a friendly, personable young man. $500.00 seems a little pricey for a starter, but we gladly paid. The mechanics are excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to use them or to highly recommend them. They were all professional, courteous and friendly.

My overall sales experience with Steven Toyota was excellent. From being greeted at the showroom doors to handing over my payment, their customer service was above average. I went into the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted and they worked very hard to meet my specific needs quickly and at a reasonable price. MY experience with the sales agents I named was above and beyond what I expected. I started with Greg Woodson who was very prompt in responding to my queries via email which made it covenant to set up a go see during my working hours. With that said Greg did his best to find me a vehicle that would best suit my needs however we were having trouble finding something within my price range which is where Matt Fontain came in. Matt was the man working behind the scenes for something I could afford he made me feel reassured and was willing to sympathize to my tight budget as a single mom of 4 children which Hyundai was unwilling to do. I did reach a point of frustration and decided to look else where when it looked as if despite Matt and Greg's best efforts we were not going to be able to find anything suitable. In comes Ron Pleasant who worked hard to save the sale, Ron rolled out the red carpet treatment and spoke with me on a level of understanding parent to parent, understanding that my children's safety was paramount. Ron assured me that even though I was at another dealership he would continue to look for not only a car I could afford but one that would be safe ,and large enough of my girls to be comfortable. Ron as well as Matt called me with an offer that I could not refuse however Ron stayed with me and held my hand through the end process. Though there were customers that he could have been working with he took the time to reassure me in my purchase, and answer any of the many questions that I had. Ron also washed and filled the car with a full tank of Gas and went over features well past his working hours until I had the keys in hand. My team was amazing being a woman and single mother of four little girls I could not have asked for more ,I left feeling like the most valued customer and that is something I did not feel from Hyundai or the shinny new car max up the street. Steven Toyota knows the vale of your average everyday day customer who just needs a reliable car.

Dazz greeted us before we even entered the building. He is very personable. We were looking for a used car - probably a corolla - and Dazz came along with us on several car trials. He is very relaxed and not pushy - qualities I like a lot in a salesman. After trying out several cars we spoke with Carey who asked several useful questions about our requirements. Given my long commute, Carey asked if we'd considered a Prius. We had not considered anything of the sort - thinking we couldn't afford one. It turns out that we could afford one after all. So after another trial run with Dazz we chose a new Prius. Talk about an upsale! The car is very nice and all in all I was surprised and pleased at our new purchase. Chelsea was quick to respond to my e-mail request.Ron Pleasant was outstanding during my month long search for just the right car for our family. He seemed to understand what we needed. He was not pushy, as most car sales persons can be. He was patiently there every time I needed to search on different vehicles. He is excellent at being a salesman. He has a great personality for this position. He is a benefit for Steven Toyota!

Ron Pleasants was the reason why the lease was done at Steven Toyota. His ability to spend time with me was a wonderful experience. To the point that we even enjoy a dinner together. I hope to meet him again someday at my place of employment which is Belk Fine Jewelry in Charlottesville, VA 22932

When my husband and I came we had a lot of questions in our mind about what vehicle we really wanted. Dazz answered all our questions, helped us compare the pros and cons and took us out for multiple test drives. He checked incoming orders as well as inventory to find exactly what we wanted. Dazz even let us know he would find vehicles from other dealers if need be. We left with a brand new Rav4 (not the first vehicle we looked at) that we are not only sure is the best choice for us, we L O V E I T !!!

Purchased a used car from dealership. I also bought the gold service plan and was told by Logan and Bill several times that this covered the car bumper to bumper. They both even repeated bumper to bumper warranty. First heated seat malfunctioned, Logan stated that it was covered under warranty, the sevice center said that it was not. I accepted this as a misunderstanding of Logans because he stated that what he meant by bumper to bumper was only on main parts of vehicle. When i took the vehicle in for routine service i wanted them to check the transmission because of shifitng problems. I was told from the service manager that the gold warranty did not cover the transmission. After trying for weeks and leaving messages for Logan to call me he never returned my call. I finally got in touch with Som and he cancelled the gold service plan instead of fixing the transmission. I still have not received a refund for the service plan. And it has been 8 weeks.

Stevens Toyota went to great lengths to help find me a new 2013 RAV 4. It had only been on the market for 2-3 weeks and they were able to find me the exact color and features as I had wanted within a few short minutes. They were very upfront with all of my payment options and actually found me a better deal by the time I came back in to pick up the car. Everyone was extremely helpful and courteous. From the service department to the showroom, every was very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. Even after I picked up my car, I received a handwritten thank you letter from the business development manager, calls from my salesman making sure everything was fine and finally I received a phone call from the general manager several days later again thanking me for my patronage. To say that I was satisfied was an understatement. I would no doubt recommend Stevens Toyota to anyone buying a used or new vehicle.
