Awesome service! This was the best car buying experience hands down. Everyone from the sales associate to Shelby Parker who walked us through our service plan was friendly and provided excellent service. Would highly recommend Stivers Ford of Birmingham. We have found our go to place for any of our auto needs!

AGAIN, Stivers Ford of Birmingham’s service department personnel did an AMAZING job with servicing my new 2021 Limited Edition Outer Banks Bronco. I finally, reached 7,500 miles on my new ride. I purchased the maintenance plan at the time of purchase. The plan allowed me to have my car serviced without pulling out my wallet. My service visit entitled a multi-point inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. You can’t beat this with a stick. KUDOS Jeszka Edward and the service technician for providing quality customer service during this visit!…And thanks to the sales and finance team for offering maintenance plans that benefited my current finances.

I initially went to Stivers Ford website and looked around. Found several Mustangs I liked and then dropped by the location to look at them and really enjoyed looking without anyone coming up to me to talk. Went to Stivers when I was ready to purchase vehicle. Shelby Parker was really helpful. Thanks Stivers Ford for my new Mustang.

Tim Sexton was absolutely great. He kept me up to date on my car and offered the advice I needed. I am very pleased with the service I received and will continue to have my car maintenance done at Stivers Ford. Let Tim know I greatly appreciate his time and service. We had a fantastic experience with Stivers Ford. Jessica was so helpful and kind, and we are thrilled with the work done on our car. We used to go to a Ford dealership closer to our house, but we weren’t satisfied with how unwilling to work us in they were. When I called Stivers, Jessica told me to come right in and they would get my emergency issue fixed immediately. The work they did was excellent and reasonably priced. Stivers is the best Ford dealership around.
