Was thinking about purchasing a bigger car and was looking online at Stoops inventory. They definitely had the most to choose from anyone else in the area and the entire process start to finish was top notch. Was met at the door by Larry Taylor, who ended up being our salesman. From the very start he made my husband and I very comfortable in the looking process turned buying process. Sat down and asked all of our wants, needs, likes and dislikes and hit the ground running on finding the PERFECT car for us and our wallet. Totally making our car purchasing process easy, personable and fun. He and Ryan in finance even stayed over after closing hours to get us in our new car that day. As much as I LOVED my old car and debated about getting rid of it, I truly LOVE my new car!! He found the perfect car for me!! It fits everything I wanted and more plus gave me the extra room I was needing and wanting. I HIGHLY recommend Larry and the entire Stoops gang for all of your new, used and service needs.

My first time ever dealing with Stoops in Muncie my salesman Larry Taylor was very helpful, my car came before he said it would be here. He had it all cleaned up and full of gas. I have bought many cars from different dealer ships but found this one to be very good. Filling out the paper work was very quick Ryan was very pleasant thank you for making us feel at ease about buying our new car.

Full transparency, my first experience at Stoops back in 2019 was TERRIBLE. I told myself I would never go back, but boy am I so glad I did! From the first moment of contact this time around to me driving off the lot in the nicest car I have ever owned, I was treated kindly, I was helped immensely, and I left extremely satisfied. I was in a terrible place financially. A recent divorce left me unable to afford the car I had purchased from Stoops over 2 years ago. Dale was amazing, start to finish. He was kind, understanding, and worked hard to make so many amazing things fall into place. No negative equity, no sales tax, and a warranty I had purchased was able to be used as a down payment toward this beautiful 2017 Buick Envision that I still cannot believe is mine ❤️ Dale Rains, you have a customer for life. Thank you for all of your hard work and helping me purchase this beautiful Buick!

My wife can not do stairs so we waited in the cashier's office as instructed and we were told it would be an hour. It ended up being an hour and 25 minutes because they were looking for us in the regular lounge. My wife says his manner made up for the delay. He offered to help us with the door to our car and moved it up where it would be easier for her to get in.
